It’s rare you come across agents in any field that genuinely care about you and your interests. Devin assisted in helping me find a new place to call home with such ease. The grounds are immaculate, the maintenance team truly addresses any issues in the snap of a finger at just one simple inquiry. Alicante truly takes pride in making sure their residents come first. I highly recommend this complex to anyone searching for a safe, clean and beautiful place to reside.

We LOVE it here! Friendly, polite, and competent staff. Weve had the pleasure of dealing mainly with Devin, who has been very thorough and helpful before, during, and after the move-in process.We had a lot of requirements on our list when we were choosing an apartment and Alicante met them all. Above all else, we were looking for a safer environment for our toddler, which we now have. Our baby is finally able to sleep through the night as she should, like a baby!The community here as a whole has been friendly and respectful.Service/Maintenance requests are attended to extremely quickly!Location is very convenient, as we are only a few minutes away from dozens of grocery, department, retail, and specialty stores.We feel super comfortable here and we would recommend Alicante to anyone looking for a quality place to call home!!

I recently relocated to Las Vegas and my experience with the management team has nothing less than spectacular! Devin was very helpful and informative and made my moving process so smooth. He made sure I had everything I needed and everything was perfect!

The team follows all of the COVID guidelines and are very courteous and friendly. Thank you to the office staff as well for keeping the appointments nicely organized.

I was a bit worried moving in during the pandemic but the office staff made it very convenient for me. Devin is amazing, he helped me find my apartment and was very thorough with the whole process. Best thing about Alicante for me is location. It’s convenient to shopping, food and the freeway. I have lived here for just over 6 yrs and plan on staying until I buy a house. I Like the staff they help me with anything I need. If you are looking for a place Monet will help you out she is friendly and knows a lot about the property. Christine is the manager she gets stuff done!! The maintenance guys Lee & Daniel get all of my request done fast.

It seems great at first, but it is NOT worth the headache later. Youll regret living here; I do every day.

Very excited to move into my new flat next week. Monet, the assistant manger who helped me sort everything out was very very professional. Im really looking forward to living in this community. Im moving back to Vegas from Phuket, Thailand and she made it veery easy for me.

I do not recommend this place at all because you be charged with fabricated charges upon your leaving !

We just recently moved in to Alicante 2 weeks ago and have had a great experience so far. The area is amazing, LVAC walking distance, many food spots and the people in the neighborhood have all been very polite. Its Dog friendly for our 2 ugly boxers haha.Monet who works in the office has also been really helpful and great with explaining everything to my wife and I and helping get minor things done in a timely manner. The 2 maintenance employees I have met Daniel and Jeff have also been great.If anything changes I will update this post, but for now nothing but great things to say about our experience and the area.

My wife and I have lived at this complex for several years now. We could not be happier with the management and the surroundings. The families in this complex are very friendly and the management are always willing to help you out when you ask. The apartments and the complex as a whole are very well maintained. Maintenance is always responsive and they have a quick turnaround on calls. Definitely will suggest this complex to anyone.

Alicante Apartment Homes is one of the greatest places in Las Vegas to live. My family is and has been there for 3 yrs, The office and maintenance staff are one of the best there is. So if your looking for a place to call home check out Alicante Apartment homes.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!They will takeBoth from you!Management is a bit loony!Moved from couple states over, arrived to a apartment that was carpeted and packed in with dog hair. (They told us it was all hard wood floors)Gave us 3 house keys (they made us pay for) that never even worked. Had to go make several copies on our own.Gate was broken several times arriving home from work to sit for hours until it was open.Towed my car around twice in 2 days without my knowledge and charged me fees because they were painting new parking lines.Charged us upwards of $500 upon move out to fix things that were broke upon move in.Ive lived all over and by far I’ve ever experienced such a horrible experience.

I recently relocated to Las Vegas and Monet was absolutely fabulous..the location of these luxury apartments homes is a plus. Im 15 mins from airport . Tons of food placing and target with walking distances. Downtown summerlin within 7 mins..Square footage in 3bedrooms are large.Pet friendly although I dont own a petVery modern unitsI chose Alicante one main reason is because of Monet!! Shes amazing!Maintenance calls are responded to expeditiously.Great Elementary and middle school as welllOnly downside is High School is so so and no school bus for the middle school and elementary school

They have really bad management however, they are really friendly when they wanna lease you an apartment ! When I used to live there they broke into my neighbors couple of times and management took no responsibility !

My family and I have been here since October 2015. Office staff is PHENOMENAL! We moved here from out of state. We move around the country a lot and have lived in several apartments. They were very accommodating to any special needs we had prior to moving in and very welcoming after. We have a five year old and she loves the office and maintenence staff so much, we have to visit them daily ;-) Maintenance is also AWESOME! Those guys go over and beyond to make sure any issue you have is promptly fixed. Very quiet and safe community. Love the beautiful pool area, dog park, playground, and 24hr gym. Apartments are gorgeous. They also have several monthy activities for the residents, which is also fun!!! We LOVE where we live and have no regrets moving here!!!

Made a showing appointment via phone. came in the next day for them to tell me they had nothing available after the guy on phone told me they DID have what I wanted available. Learn to communicate!! Awful customer service.

I have been looking for something like this. Seems quiet and peaceful. I am an older person. I ve done that noisy area. I work Graveyard shifts,and thats what I am looking for.

I love my apartment, except for the tile floors. They are so old that they always look dirty. The appliances are also up in age, but they work wellThe staff is great

Very nice place. Freshly updated units, grounds and even a dog park! Oh did I mention the large outdoir TV by the pool and BBQ area?

Management is always quick to resolve a maintenance issue if something comes up, plus the maintenance staff is super friendly! The amenities are also very nice, and I love the beautiful park-like setting.

Loved living at Alicante for the time I was there, only moved as I relocated to Henderson.
