I made an appointment to lease an apartment at 5:15pm. I arrived at 5:05. I only saw one person in the office and he was with other people who I went to sit down. Waited for someone to come help me. A lady in the back came out and didnt come help me. Someone who was looking to rent came in the door and the management lady helped the lady that came into the door before helping me when I was already sitting there for 15+ minutes AND I had an appointment. Ill take my business elsewhere.

I have been a resident at Lantana for over a year now since it’s convenient to my job and it has greatly improved since new management has taken over. The staff is more organized and bubbly. Comfortable living at a affordable price. Lots of major stores in the area that are within walking distance !

First and foremost me and my daughter moved into this apartment complex June 8 2018 and honestly we had just moved out here October 2017, i didnt anticipate how bad this place was and how crummy they are when its time to fix things, yet they having know problem with advertising things that do not exist, and their washing machine dont wash properly the water is hard and their plumbing smells like very very old sewage, they even lead me to believe that all the appliances were new they are old so if you cant find somewhere else to live PLEASE PLEASE dont move here they go up on rent every year for this roach coach apartment complex and thats a fact: i moved out june 30 2021 because i couldnt take it anymore.

Where should I start? I’ve been to many apartments and the staff is always so rude. But I felt very welcomed, thanks to the Assistant Manager, Suzann. These apartments are a bit dated and have a laundry list of needed repairs and maintenance... Its not the greatest of neighborhoods and it is adjacent to CSN.

Just moved in last week, the leasing time in the office was very friendly and knowledgeable and made my move in quick and hassle free. Everything has been perfect since I moved in!

I have been living in here for 3 years now, maintenance is very kind and fix things for me right away, rent is fair. They are managed by a new company, the new maintenance seems nice and I love the girls in the office, I will renew my lease again.

I like the new management there more understanding there doing there very best to keep the complex clean and safe

The new staff are really nice and helpful, they made me feel welcomed. And the new main ay e wow they are just amazing and get things done.

This is the worst complex they dont do nothing pool been close all Sumner trash stays on the ground the school kids do what they want security sits in Ther car all day doing nothing I have had trash under my windows for two weeks still here I have call the office still there they dont care we are charge monthly for these services we will be moving when our lease is up

They dont fix nothing the come look at the problem and say they fixed it the rent is different prices every month and the stay cutting off the water without telling us the water is off at least 10times in a month I hate it here I will not recommend anyone to live here the building is always dirty but we pay cam fee for them to clean the building the washer dont clean r clothes worse place to give ur money to

Please don’t move here. These people are unprofessional. I was left without hot water for over 48 hours. God forbid you have a vermin problem. You will have to pay out of your own pocket to remove them. I had to break lease to get out of that hell hole. Please take your money somewhere else. Oh I forgot to mention your car will be broken into and they will not care.

I love this apartment complex. Clean and well kept up laundry rooms, the leasing office was welcoming, wonderful and spacious apartments. And I live here and im very well satisfied.

Ever since Ive been staying at these apartment Ive had my own share of misfortune. Both management and staff need to step up to treat their tenants better and give the time to understand our needs. First I would like to mention I have lived here for a year and six months. Not because I want to but because of necessity. The bad thing is they know that and will take advantage. I have claimed many times for maintenance and they come in and tell me its fine every single when its obviously not. Lets start with electrical problems Im having. Its no surprise these buildings catch on fire all the time. Ive told them about a few issues Im having and yet see nothing wrong. Also they really dont care for wet damp walls and Ive addressed that when maintenance and office come through. Yet they do nothing. Its almost like theyre waiting for mold to happen. Everytime I talk to the leasing office about any issues I have they write it down on paper and then help the next person. Is my apt not important enough to be typed into notes on the computer right away? After my lease was done I went to month to month and they make it hard to transfer to a different unit or hard to get maintenance done to live in the same unit I am in. I understand this is not a luxury apts but I am almost pay as much as I am in one so I would like to be able to have maintenance done asap and have my problems with units heard and fixed as soon as possible. Not expecting same day. Just within a week. If can afford to live anywhere else but here please do it. This was a last resort to me and have had to put up with this for a very long time. If you do end up moving in. Please be advised you will need alot of patience and it will run thin sometimes.

Personally dont waste your time applying for this property. The apartments are very old with no washer or dryer. The washer and dryer around the complex are always broken very dirty and dont work. With the new management all this property has received was a nice office staff and a raise in rent for the garbage apartments they offer. Advise do not lease from this place you will struggle for maintenance laundry and kids playground is the worst if you have children or want to use the gym or pools there is access to them.

I had a clogged bathroom sink and it took a minute for them to get to me, but when I got my sink back I was like a child at Christmas!!! :) I know at Lantana they do their best trying to accommodate all the needs of their residents. Thank you for showing us you care and that we matter, especially during a difficult time in our world today :)

I’ve been waiting for my carpet to be cleaned over a month. I’ve been waiting for running water in my bathroom sink 2 weeks I’ve complained about my fans in the kitchen and bathroom not working for 3 weeks nothing has been done

I recommend the Lantana Apartments. Moving out and I must say they are not bad. Jay helped me out ALOT. She was easy to talk to and very resourceful. Very honest and helpful. Im going to miss her the most. Thanks for everything😘😘

This apartment is pretty much a last resort. They had me in a one bedroom that was not Updated! All the appliances in the kitchen were extremely old. They had to replace my refrigerator after it kept leaking all over the floor with a refrigerator that looked like it was from the 70s. Last summer my first summer there the air conditioning in the hallway that is covered by ceiling tiles was leaking all over the carpet in my apartment. It took them a week to come look at it and then after that They put huge air conditioning units in my apartment mind you it’s a one bedroom. Also During the events of the air conditioning leaking onto the floor of my apartment my power bill was almost $400!! The carpet is extremely old and dusty right when I moved in I had to get a shampooing done!!!! I would not say this apartment is a safe place especially for a younger single female!!!!!!! Lots of drug addicts walking around, Apartments getting robbed, and police are there literally every other day!!!!!!!!!! I also had a police officer jump out of his car and run towards me as if I was doing something wrong when I was in the laundry room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also the amount I was paying for the apartment went up within months of me living there I went from paying about 780 to paying almost $1000 for a one bedroom apartment in Las Vegas!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This apartment complex is very bad business scamming people who are already poor!!!!! All of you at the lantana apartments who work in management should be ashamed of yourselves and how you run this establishment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also the women that run the front desk should not be working with customers!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you hate your job just quit!!!!!! Horrible people with horrible attitudes! I will take this further and make a complaint with the local tenant association!! People that have lived here deserve some sort of justice! Y’all paid 10 dollars a hour to be rude as hell to everyone!!!!!!!!!!

They dont get their work done. I give them a call every time to check on them..what kind of business is that? And the front desk lady informed me that she would get it done by the end of the day. Yet, I NEVER GOT ANY EMAIL OR CALL FROM THEM! They are so unprofessional. One lady from the front desk left me on hold without telling me and she was super rude. She immediately said goodbye without giving me a chance to ask any further questions. They even changed my unit without having me look at the last minute. I am so glad I decided to not live there. The most unprofessional Ive seen yet. Last place I would ever go to.

I just started renting here and so far it has been a great experience for me. The rental application was fast and easy. And Lilia, who is one of the leasing consultants in the front office has been awesome to work with, she helped me throughout the whole process. As far as the unit goes, it was nice and cleaned just in time for my move-in day.

Ive been with Lantana for a little over a year, i needed a bigger unit recently and Jennifer got my family and I the transfer we needed so bad. She was amazing and got us transfered fast and easy. She was amazing and i recommend talking with her if youre interested. I really havent had any issues here. The maintenance is usually on top of it and very friendly. I like it here and the 3 bedroom duplexs are super nice. Thank you Jennifer for all your help. (:

Love the Office staff, they were extremely helpful when we moved into the apartments by expediting our request for an apartment. The apartments are nice and feel roomy, they seam to be concerned about the tenants needs and concerns. We had an oven that wasn’t working, when we reported it to the office they had maintenance to our apartment the next day, maintenance looked at our oven then put in the work order to replace it, and the apartments replaced it the same day with a brand new unit{ the maintenance crew un-boxed it in our apartment}.

They have been very understanding during this pandemic.

Lilia got us all moved in and ready to go in 4 days! She was amazing through the entire process, super easy to deal with. Even when the other consultants werent on the same page about our move in, Lilia helped us handle it quickly. So far the experience has been great, and I hope it continues this way!

Ive been living at Lantana for 5 years, and really needed a bigger space for my kids. I was transferred and moved within 30 days. Thank you guys for making the process so easy and promptly. Excited to spend another 5 years in the community.

Update:After 3 years living here and frankly to my surprise, I finally walked out of the office today feeling respected and validated. Kudos to Josh, the current office manager! If he stays around perhaps things will be looking up for the residents of Lantana. I will up my rating and hope the future here is looking up. Everyone deserves a chance if they are willing to do better.Previous review:Look closely at all the 1 star reviews...no doubt true accounts without exaggeration. How there are even any 5 star reviews makes me wonder. To be fair, AMC property management has other Vegas properties that seem nice...I suspect their hands are tied with the poor ownership. Owners who cant be found despite Channel 13 investigation and several residents trying in the past. Dealing with angry residents all the time must make for a bad working environment and as soon as you find a nice office person, they are gone in a few months. Stay away. Sorry to the office staff here..they deal with a lot. Dont be scammed. This place is a scam. I could write a book full if complaints...Just take my word for it.

After living here for three years I needed a larger apartment. I asked Miss Ray about a three-bedroom lower level apartment and she said she would let me know if one became available. Within a week she let me know at she had one that was going to be available in six weeks. I cant say enough how wonderful Miss Ray and Joyce were in assisting me with this move.They answered all of my questions promptly and address any concerns I had. They made it a wonderful experience and I will probably live here for a very long time. Thank you Miss Ray and Joyce!

It took maintenance 3 days to process a request, and I only got results when I went into the office. Im new, so I hope this is not the pattern of how things work when you need something fixed. In the office, Jay & Lilia are the people you want to deal with....those ladies are awesome and get things done!!! :)

I don’t usually leave bad reviews but ... if i could give it negative stars i would! starting off w/moving in it was a breeze but after that turned into a disastrous nightmare. while living in the apartment i experienced an vast roaches & the final straw was after a storm my roof was slowly and deeply caving in & leaking in my living room onto my couch . on top of that occurrence they were upping the rent so i seen these as signs that i needed to evacuate & leave. + also i made sure i cleaned thoroughly & vacuumed before i gave back my keys & still was not given any part of the deposit back . if you’re looking to move in here look the other way!

My experience with Lantana Apartments has been amazing. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to LILIA BRIGHT. I should preface all of this with the fact that I was doing all of the applications and phone calls to Lilia from Rocklin, CA. She was always extremely patient, kind and helpful every time we had contact, which was quite a lot. The fact that I do not have a computer and only an IPhone, which seems to be smarter than me, made things a little more difficult from my end because I’m not really computer literate any longer. Suffice it to say that we were able to get all the documents done and approval given for me to move in within about two weeks.My hat is off to you, LILIA BRIGHT, you are just as charming and helpful in person as on the phone. I cant rate them. I feel like they denied me then accepted and expected me to come up with almost $1800 in the manner of 10 days. And did not explain that because taking my $100 holding fee. Now have to start over again and lost money.

When you put in a work order for something to be fixed they dont get to it right away. I called about my AC and I have a one year old in my building and they still have not done anything about it.

Relocating for work my husband needed my help to find a place that was nice, great amenities, affordable and somewhere he would feel welcome. The Lantana apartments made my job easy lol. Liliana and the Office staff are fabulous we had difficulty with finding a place after we moved back into town and Liliana worked hard to get us in quickly, the maintenance is great they get to any problem by the next day at the latest, usually they get the issue taken care of the same day.The only possible complaint I can think of the Apartments are so large and roomy, it will cost us a fortune to furnish it!LOL

I have been living here for approximately three years. First, I would like to say that Marcel is absolutely one of the best maintenance professionals at Lantana. Thank you for replacing my stove and lights quickly.Addendem:There has been a change in my review ----- after my stove was replaced, nothing else has been done that was requested since February 2020. I do understand we are in the middle of a pandemic, but no one needs to live in a place where repairs are not done. I do not and have never lived in run down apartments and I do not plan to start now.I have been asking for blinds to be replaced, rugs shampooed (never got any of my free shampoos in the entire 4 years). there is still soot on my kitchen ceiling (soot causes breathing problems --- I have underlying health issues), there is a hole in my bathroom shower area (that has been patched with a board), ceiling buckling in the hallway from previous water damage. I have been a tenant for approximately 4 years, the office staff is the best as they can only do what they are given permission to do, so they should not be held accountable. Since there has been new management, they tend to not make themselves known so these issues can be discussed with them. I have put in numerous requests for these things as well as others to be fixed (front door) has spaces where air comes in and my Nevada Energy bill is high. I am a senior citizen and have reached out to the health department as well as the Department of Aging with the State of Nevada. Pictures have been provided to these agencies and the next step will be Fox5 with a video of my apartment. Maybe this will get the answers I need as I was pressed by a feisty young man in the office to sign another lease ---- which I reluctantly did not knowing I did not have to due to the pandemic. Too bad the NEW MANAGEMENT FEELS THEY HAVE TO PUT THE OFFICE STAFF ON THE FRONT LINES (not fair) especially when they walk right past you as if you do not exist ---- PROFESSIONALISM --- THERE IS NONE FOR MANAGEMENT in the office. They discriminate here, I tried to get and apartment here and told them I had a service dog. The girl in the office didnt want to give me an application or give me more information about the property until i told her what breed was my dog. After i told her I had a pit bull and it was a service dog she said they do not lease to people who have aggressive breeds. I tried explaining to her doesnt matter what bread my dog was she was a service dog. I asked for the manager and the manager told me that I couldnt have my dog here doesnt matter if is a service dog.

My whole apartment was flooded with water. They were supposed to clean. They came. They didn’t clean it flooded again and 3 days later my apartment smells like sewage. They have breed restrictions for pit bulls but it’s illegal to deny a service dog and I have contacted my lawyers. For a one bedroom with no washer and dryer you are paying $900 they have a bunch off fees that go beyond water sewer and trash. I give my 60 day notice on March 1st and I can’t wait. Don’t EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER rent here. Either be homeless or jump couch to couch. You’ll feel more comfortable. Stacie stasia whoever she is, is rude. Annette needs to be fired. These apartments need to be renovated if they’re going to charge so much and not fix anything. If I have issues giving my 60 day notice I will be putting my hands on everyone in that office

There was bugs and I also lived across from 2 different tenants that had the cops called on them multiple multiple times. You don’t want to live here if you like peace and quiet because that’s the last thing you will get. Not to mention it takes at least 3 weeks before a simple maintenance request will be answered.

Maintenance was fantastic. Office staff was fast to resolve issues. Always a pleasant face to deal with in the office or maintenance personnel. Friendly and kind neighbors.

Here is the zoo. Not an apartment. There are a lot of cockroaches، Spiders, scorpions, ants here and they have been sprayed 6 times, but still thousands of beetles are here. I can never live here. Prompt response to a broken sink maintenance request. We got a new sink installed and the work was done quickly and without any big messes. The technician was professional, courteous and made sure to give instructions on wait time before using the new sink.

All i see from this complex office is a repeated bunch of empty apologises while still trying to draw people into signing a lease. After reading reviews as far back as 2015 at this point repeated issues stressed by residents should have been addressed and resolved. And their ratings should reflect accordingly. But it does not, which tells me they have no desire in making their property a place in which people can feel safe and enjoy calling this place home.

I’ve lived here before and absolutely did not like the fact that every time when asked for maintenance to be done on my apartment not a single thing would get done about it! The front office almost always gave us a hard time about that among other things. The parking lot is just too small for cars to even fit through or to manage getting around without almost bumping or crashing into each other. Just needs better business and a better layout for the complex entirely! Might I add while living there, there had been a bed bug infestation in our apartment which was mentioned to the staff who again proceeded to not help us with our problem along with mentioning we were concerned about the other tenants in our building alone. DO NOT recommend anyone to rent here if you’re looking for a beautiful for home for you and/or your family.

Just took a tour of the 2x2 with Vicki and not only was she the nicest person Ive ever talked to, the whole apartment complex was so nice. It wasnt dirty, there werent thugs walking anywhere like most places and I even talked with some tenants who said they liked living there. Vicki also talked with maintenance face to face about a tenants issue right after the lady left. Looks like a nice place to me. People only comment when they have bad stuff to say so hopefully this review helps some people decide.

I lived here for 2 1/2 years. The apartment was a beautiful size. When I moved in the place was worse than filthy. It took me over 6 hours of solid cleaning to be able to move my stuff in and I had to extend my moving truck a day. Then the maintenance NEVER comes unless it is an emergency. We had a flood from the apt above us and it ruined our lighting 10 months later after calling every week it still wasnt fixed. We had no light fixture in the kitchen for all that time. The office gave an excuse every single time. We left the place immaculate--shampooed carpets and all and they kept the deposit of 329.00. They should have paid us for all we did. Oh and also, SWAT is there about every week and the police are there constantly. The office could care a less.

Came in and spoke with Stephanie. It was a smooth process and she was extremely nice and comforting. I have been here so far almost 2 months and I have not had any problems yet. Of course I read the reviews and was skeptical myself since I am big on reviews, but she made my stay here very pleasant. Anything I need I always call her and she gets it done. The apartments itself is really quiet for the most part besides a few noisy neighbors here and there, but Im satisfied and no one has bothered me!

Over priced and run down. I cant wait until my lease is up. Very distasteful over all. The models look NOTHING....like the apartments. Electrical systems are outdated, which causes high electric bills, cam fees are a joke...just look at the property. I could go on and on. To sum it up didnt waste your time with Amce management company ; they are slumlords. Too bad zero stars isnt an option!10/02/19*Update* New management have truly tried implementing a lot of positive changes to the property and have been great thus far with any concerns I have voiced. Theyre very empathetic and truly care about their tenants. Its affordable, habitable and great pricing compared to most apartments within the area.

Horrible office staff maintenance wont fix anything ac been out since may they replaced it only after I sent a legal paper to cancel lease took them over a month to replace it. worked in the day stopped working again they said they would bring a portable Been 2 days and nothing. In the process of a fix with my lawyer since it hasnt been properly fixed more than just one problem with maintenance and the office staff attitude and lie about things getting fixed have everything legally documented as well as daily pictures and videos.

I do not recommend anyone to rent at Lantana. I lived here in December 2015 to January 2017. I can honestly say it was a nightmare. Maintenance repairs were done months after requesting them at the office. The staff there were always rude and zero customer service. I lived downstairs and my apartment flooded twice and the manager offered no help. This was the main reason I moved out. I can write about all the negative aspects of this community and my experience but it’s like writing a novel. Please do yourself a favor and take in consideration my review all previous reviews. Do your research before choosing Lantana as your next home. If you do, you will regret it. I promise.

DONT LIVE HERE!!!! UNINHABITABLE IS A PERFECT WORD!! I dont even believe 1 star is appropriate for Lantana. I originally chose to live here back in April of 2014 because of the fact it was a good price. I came to understand why it was so cheap. This place is a JOKE! I moved out after the worst year and a half of my life. No appliance ever worked correctly and was never fixed. Maintenance does not know what they are doing and communication at the front office is non existent. Complex is completely bug infested and does not become remidied by an exterminator or bug spray. Water quality was complete s**t and pressure was very low. They have changed their front office management team and staff 3 times in the year and a half I lived there and the place has only gotten worse. The rating keeps going down. I understand why they have a 1.7 star rating. Do yourself a favor and keep looking!

While Lantana Apartments are not the best, but they are certainly not the worst either. My relative lives there, who is a an elderly woman that I visit quite often. When she first moved in, about three months ago in March 2017, there was a huge problem with dog feces in many places all over the property, especially in the area where my relative lives. We spoke to Stephanie at the main office about this issue along with other maintenance issues needed in the apartment as well. Stephanie was a tremendous help to my relative with resolving these issues. Stephanie was a great listener and very attentive to needs. Whenever there was something that needed to be done, Stephanie was Johnie-on-the-Spot. Not sure what magic she worked but the feces issues are very minimal now. Im saddened to hear that she is no longer there. I do hope that her speedy and resourcefulness continues on with the new management.

Lets see....been living here for more than 2 years. Moved not too long ago. The staff workers attitudes never change. They always ignorant and disrespectful. Laundry rooms always broken and vandalized. Supposedly theirs a security working night shift hours and everyone has to pay a fee which last time i remembered it didnt include in the contract just like paying for reserved parking. Every time i complained about something broken they usually will say oh Ill tell someone to check it out asap. Either they dont come or it will take them more than a week to come in and fix the problem. Im a simple man thats why i tolerated the place for more than 2 years. Honestly, save your time and take my advice to not come here.

Good luck, Having maintenance picking Trash in the parking lots, dog poop everywhere, laundry facilities don’t work or they will steal your clothes! Many homeless people sleeping in the laundry room, or empty apartments. And there’s 99% possibility you’ll get robbed, beat up, shot or your property will be vandalized. Management only cares about raising the rent, and utilities bills! And you’ll be harass or get evicted if you don’t pay by the 4th and all these late fees up $150 or more! Seen too many people getting evicted or running away from this place! I’m moving out!

One of the worst properties we have ever experienced.Management is impossible to contact abs if you do contact them or will be only because you walked into the leasing office...where you will be actually accused of lying by their workers.IF they accidentally answer the phones they will leave you on hold for over 30 minutes and hang up.Work requests go unanswered for a 8 months (and still counting).No repairs are made.It took maintenance 9 months to fix the kitchen light.Again let me repeat THEY WILL NOT MAKE REPAIRS.Office staff provides nothing but arguments and rebuttals to tenants and their concerns.Cars are broken into daily and homes are broken into nightly.The grounds are dirty, theres trash every where.You can walk to your mailbox and you will be offered drugs and numerous other things.People are robbed as they walk to or from their cars, Even in broad daylight.Security is rarely around unless theyre asking for wheres the weed at? .When I asked management for the number to the corporate office I was denied.I would never suggest anyone move here.There are bullet holes in the exterior walls.There have been 4 police raids since weve been here.#runforyourlife

DO NOT MOVE HERE! This is by far the worse apartment complex I have ever lived in. They show you an amazing model and then place you in a ran down unit. This place is practically falling apart because they NEVER fix anything. My breaker box was sparking and smoking which caused the lights to constantly flicker. They totally ignored my request until I contacted the fire marshal and they were forced to fix it.Water and community fees were in excess of $100 a month but the complex was filthy. The fees are always changing and drastically without explanation. No security despite advertising security services. Trash and dog feces everywhere. The pools were disgusting. Chanel 5 news actually featured this complex on a segment about disgusting pools around Las Vegas. The lights in the parking areas were constantly going out which was extremely dangerous considering the type of tenets they would rent to. The mailboxes were constantly getting broken into. Our unit was broken in and many others but management did nothing.Then a year after moving out and doing everything correctly I find out I have a $500 debt in collections. No one in the office can tell me for what. This is not a one off situation because I found out my friend who moved out around the same time also owes them $500 and of course he cannot get an explanation as to why either.Stay away!!!!

Its still inconvenient that the office will not accept packages, and sometimes I have to submit work orders multiple times before they are handled. But the staff is terrific, and when the work is done, its done very well. I have lived in the complex 25 years and cannot imagine living anywhere else!

Laundry room is next door to my apartment. It has flooded twice into my apartment bedroom. Currently I’ve a experienced a flood into my bedroom. The smell and chemicals from the laundry machine and mold possibly mold has made me sick. It’s been four days of submitting a maintenance request by email twice to Manager and Assistant Manager and finally a walk-in request made. No one has address the issue and I’ve took measures in my hand to seal the door and vent as best I can to not expose me and my daughter to the toxin water through the house. I fear MOLD.

I wish to THANK everyone who wrote a review of this location. I am relocating, from MI to NV, and glad I have read these reviews. I will stay CLEAR away from this location. Its like they say, EVERYONE cant be wrong, in what is being said about this location! I do hope management/property management/corporate, really try to do something to make this a place where PEOPLE will want to live. With so many camera phone, I hope everyone took pictures of all the issues. If you havent, the current tenant better start.

As for the problem with the carpet I think the issue was solved sufficiently I am sati sfied, the other two items not so much ie. Fan and drawer, thank you very much. The fan is now fixed thank you.

I just want to say thank you to everyone who shared their thoughts. I checked the website and it seemed so wonderful. Glad I googled it and checked the reviews. I am disgusted and I dont even live there. EVERYONE is saying the same exact thing . So theyre all lying? Nah I dont think so. Glad I saved myself a trip there . Thanks yall!

I have lived here for 8 OR should I say that I am a prisoner stuck in the middle of hell here. There isnt enough room to try and get you to understand that I wouldnt let my worst enemy live in such a totally vivid nightmare. If you to live in a place where anything can go wrong and it will and nothing wiil ever be fixed .IF you really want to ask for the truth about why these apartments SUCK PLEASE GET IN TOUCH WITH ME YOU WONT BELIEVE WHAT YOU HEAR. DONT BE SORRY THAT YOU DIDNT ASK!!!!

Stay away from this place. Lived there from 2015 to 2018. Pools are not kept up or 100% usage of all of them. Kids run around like crazy. Dirt cheap because no laundry appliances in the unit. Gun shots at least 2xs a month in the area. Two deaths that I know of in the time I lived there. Mailboxes get broken into. THEY HIRED SECURITY? All 4 of my tires slashed, and two cars next to mine. It was random not singled out. I spend more time at work than at home typically but, water, and trash bill outrages. Dont feel safe for walks anytime. The grounds are kept super clean to give the illusion of a safe, and clean community. I have never been given access to the jacuzzi its there for looks only. Neighbor over me roof caved in with several other apartments last summer. The insurance you pay covers the apartment itself not your damaged furniture or, personal items. Awe, and you do have to go in person to get management- they dont answer phones.

I was never told about having to pay for utilities, from my past experiences Ive only had to worry about power bill living in apt. But when I confronted them about why Im paying so much they just told me I didnt read my contract. Which was almost 10 pages of bs that no one would read. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE.

I have to agree that the model unit looks nothing like the actual rental units available. I was not allowed to see my actual unit until I signed my lease. Huge letdown. Based on complaints from other residents, I do not call maintenance to make repairs. The CAM charges are nothing more than HOA like assessments that are hidden deep within the leasing agreements. If you plan to rent here add $75-$100 to your rent for additional charges and that will be your actual rent charged monthly. None of the four pools in the complex have been opened all summer, yet no one can tell in management can explain why this is, but will leave memos about price increases/changes on residents doors in a heartbeat. Residents are paying for advertised amenities that are not available to them. Office staff changes seasonally. The group that was here when I moved in last spring were quasi professional, but the new group looks, sounds and acts very ghetto. Look before you leap is my word of warning.

Please do yourself a favor, DO NOT LIVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!I have been living here for three months now and my experience has been terrible. You pay your own water, service fee, sewer, trash and cam fees that are non sense. Why are you paying for a service fee when they take forever to fix something, cant even put a light on the hallway. The management sucks. IF you get late in paying rent even for few days they will charge you ridiculous fees! My rent was 850, I paid 750 I didnt have enough so I figured I would pay the utilities in 5 days, they charge me $273, would you believe that? Not to mention the cop scene every other day. The 5th day we moved here someone got shot. DO NOT LIVE HERE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Doesnt even deserve a star.

My partner and I moved from TX and found this hidden gem in Las Vegas, NV. All I can say is “God is great!” We couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant move in! I am actually in the apartment industry, so I have a keen eye on a make ready and how things are supposed to run at an apartment community.. and I have to say Annette and her colleagues are a prime example of “going above and beyond!”

I needed a few things fixed asap the maintenance men were very busy with inspections but still found the time before they were off to take care of the issues . The only thing not satisfied with was pest control even after she sprayed in few areas did not fix the pest problem they were still coming out alive and all over the place they need a better solution than the one chemical they use cause it didnt work . Found the greatest solution to rid of pest, at home depo or lowes they have a powder its in the pestiside dept. Its Hot Shot roach killing powder with boric acid. All you do is lay the powder all around the edges of every room on the floor after 1 day i have not seen 1 roach and its going on a month now best thing i ever bought. Another thing i like abt living here its close to many things (walmart, albertsons,mcdonalds,jack in the box, walgreens and many more things within walking distance, very pet freindly they even have a doggie park lol .

This place is horrible the office staff is very rude the high school kids ditch here all the time and smoke weed right by your apartment they overcharge you for water sewer and trash why are they charging you that fee anyways when you are sharing water sewer and trash. Then when you contact the property management upper head Mary lender she contact Melissa and have Melissa Talk to you instead of talking to you personally on issues in our building then show you this display apartment which buys your attention and then gives you a crappy ass apartment this is the worst apartment complex ever in Vegas their dirty nasty roach infested building not only that the manager Brandy and one of the staff members Vicky is very rude the assistant manager Fatima is rude as well she feels like she can talk to you any kind away until you’re ready to call corporate then I want to play all nice like they been helping you along the whole time not only that Melissa comes walks around your apartment and see that your staff have been damaged from September 2017 and nothing gets fixed until February 2018 all the while you’re putting in work orders supply not to see the maintenance until 2022 because you’re that lazy it takes for you to walk in the office for them to actually get up and do something it’s one staff member Stasia who is not rude nor disrespectful try to help you more than any of the other staff members in there I have one of the staff members come to my house and asked about my air conditioner that had been fix for a month when she really wanted drugs she came to my house for pills while she was pregnant I looked at her as I don’t sell drugs so why are you at my house I have family members visiting from out of state when she came to my house asking for drugs I’m not from Vegas so it threw me off is that how you move into a complex like this because they’re poor this building needs to be shut down as soon as possible they don’t need any more business just a horrible place not made for families

I moved in here because it was quick and cheap but it was not worth it whatsoever the model they show you looks nothing like the actual apartment there are roaches everywhere the apartment wasnt cleaned whatsoever my identity was stolen through my mail they didnt do anything about it the whole time Ive lived here. Someone was shot about a month after I moved in right in front of my house I have never once seen the pool open and I have been here 2 summers now. The reason Im writing the review is because a week before Im moving out my kitchen sink is overflowing with some type of sewer water and they will not send someone down I visited the office multiple times called at least 30 times talked to the maintenance guys and no one will come and fix it. My phone calls are literally answered and hung up so thank God Im out of here in the next few days Im going to try and post a picture so you can see what Im talking about.

Thought this would be at least an okay place to live. A lot of smoke and mirrors!The model apartment I looked at and what I given are not even the same interior finish. A lot of leaks in my 1/1 apt. Took several months to fix and guess what leaking again at my bathtub. Trash all over the complex. And every month (the past 4) I go pay my rent its a way over what its supposed to be. Theyve changed management teams 3 times already. I would not recommend renting here. Too many problems and headaches!

This place is a living nightmare. DO NOT RENT HERE! I ADVISE ANYONE TO RE THINK. Very unprofessional staff. I got robbed here at gun point by my neighbors in the middle of the day when I was coming home from college at CSN right next to the complex. I reported it to the police and got a police report and still nothing was done by the apartment complex, I could not even break my lease with out paying thousands of dollars. Police are in the complex every day multiple times. Gang activity is rampant and the office staff do not care about answering any maintenance calls. My air conditioner was out for two days in over 90 degree weather. I was in physical danger from the gang activity and robberies going on in the apartment complex and I only had 2 months left of the lease and ended up breaking the lease with over 4000 dollars in lease break fees. IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN HERE DO NOT MOVE HERE ESPECIALLY

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Every bad review you read is true. We reported our A/C being broken the day we moved in and it is still not working! It was 50 degrees in our apartment and we had no heat! I reported that no water was coming from our shower a week ago. They came and fixed it meaning they removed our shower knob and left water pouring from our tub for over 24 hours. After calling four times and going into the office someone finally came and replaced the knob. Now we only have cold water. Ive now gone over a week without an operating shower. The problems are not being fixed and management wont give me answers and continues to turn me away. Weve had our vehicle stolen from the parking lot, our wallet disappeared off of our kitchen counter when a maintenance man came into our apartment, the mailboxes do not lock and your mail will be spread all over the ground of the mailroom, and there is pigeon feces all over the community that has never been cleaned. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Love it here. It’s soooooo nice and the apartments are very spacious. I live in a two bedroom one bath. And I love it sooooo much. It’s very quiet and I never hear anything from inside my apartment. The neighbors and staff and very friendly. I feel safe and excitement to be home. I just moved from California. I like that we have everything we need right by the apartments too. Walmart, Starbucks, Walgreens, food places. Everything. ❤️
