I was only there for 8 months, and they had 3 unit inspections. Felt more like a refugee camp. Water shut offs without warnings. Maintenance staff was nice. I dont understand how the pool and gym are not available during weekends because there are no workers to take your driver license. Amenities are for show. They love to give fines, and dont forget to not overlook the 60 day move out notice (even if your lease is month to month) or its going to be over $1000 fine.
If there was a no star option I would be selecting that; unfortunately, the lowest it allows is a 1 star.When coming home from a day at work, whats the first thing you want to do? Relax in your den, or clean up bug droppings/dead roach carcasses?The roach infestation here is abhorrent.Then you get to the other roaches, or the management staff.They must be on drugs to try and fraudulently attempt to collect an amount I do not owe.Do not believe communications/notifications received, as the management staff will attempt to go back on their word and blatantly lie to try and overcharge ex-residents.Received a communication/notification that had 2 options. I could EITHER renew the lease OR provide notice to vacate by a certain date. I provided notice to vacate well before the date required per the notice, as they also attempt to raise rent prices and tack on exorbitant fees.Management is now saying I failed to provide sufficient notice to vacate and is attempting to fraudulently and erroneously collect an amount that I do not owe.Do not move here. If you are a resident, would suggest you find some place better; honestly just a waste of money.
Dont move here i have 6 months lease with them, before week ago in 3 am some body tried to get in our apartment 2670 #202, he tried to brake the door, and i felt that, my husband call 911 they looking for him،but he ran away, i got report from the police than we broke the lease. Know the office asking us about $3600 ?? We called them many times they dont response

Recently toured this property with Brea and I was so impressed with how helpful and informative she was! Im absolutely considering these apartments to live in with how kind their support staff is.
A new home in real community.The business phones are answered by humans who smile as you come through the doors. The facility is clean enough you want to move in...right now. The staff, those Ive interacted with being Destiny, Rebecca, Tony, Roberto, and Donald, habitually go out of their way to ensure the residents are not only comfortable but, truly, at home.Also! The fantastic lighted sign at the entrance in the dark of Vegas driving is a beacon and greatly appreciated!
I was a little hesitant to tour this apartment conplex due to the area but once I got into their office and was given a tour by Brea I felt way more comfortable! Their office was extremely nice, apartments are renovated, and Brea was such a sweetheart. Plus apartments are affordable.
So..you cant even park your car when you live there..unbelievable..they will not take responsibility for their misinformation. Just another California get over on Nevada.
Brea was an absolute delight! She was very sweet, helpful and informative on the property.
*Note* I didnt end up moving in so I can only speak on the staff and property.From the moment I walked in, Rebecca and Destiny were so helpful and inviting. They helped me through the application process and we laughed along the way. I believe positive staff is a MAJOR part of living in an apartment as they are basically the gatekeepers for handling any issues you may have.The grounds were very well maintained and the apartments are beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and located near great shopping and restaurants. I was actually able to speak with a current resident, in passing. They told me they loved their apartment, felt safe, and had no issues.As I said, I ended up going with another apartment located in Henderson because of my job but, I wouldve loved to live here!
I’ve had many many issues with this property ever since it changed from arbors to renew. Different managers every week, new people in the office, horrible maintenance, but one thing that has stayed consistent for me is Rebecca. She’s such a great help for everything, very understanding, very patient with my replies on everything. I let her know what I’m having issues with and she fixes it to the best of her ability . If you are having any issues with anything on this property let her know . I promise it will get situated.
I actually like living here and thats not to say there arent any problems (like life) . But when there are any problems (very few i might add) theyre handled expeditiously. No cap. From Rebecca Ramirez in the office to Donald and Roberto the maintenance men.. Who are, in MY opinion,very efficient. I plan on Renew- ing (get it??) My lease and that says a lot.Update: Theres a guy named Tony in the office who is nice every time I see him, Ive been here about a year and hes always the same. Nice and polite. Thank you Tony, also thank you to the new maintenance guy Abraham another friendly yet professional team member.
This is a wonderful place to live, safe for kids. All my request has been met immediately with the exception of one. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice, safe place to live.

Everything has been pretty decent since i moved in september 2019. Jay was a really big help in helping with everything he is awesome. Great personality and stay happy and uplifted. Having a bad day go talk to jay he is a cool guy. Renew should be glad to have him he makes the living situation here just the best. Deana is great as well. Love my home and the area.

I was visiting a friend that lived at Renew and I was having a hard time locating what apartment that they lived in. I was wondering aimlessly. I was approached by Erick a member of your maintenance staff. He asked me if he could help me. I told him my situation and he very kindly showed me how to get where I was going. He was very pleasant and attentive to residence and visitors to the property. Thank you for your kindness, it goes a long ways.
Eric was a great help and solved our problem fast. He also supplied advice to help keep everything running smoothly.ReNew at Decatur also was very helpful with my requests and made sure I received help fast. They are very friendly and are truly concerned about any issues I may have.

Living in the Renew at Decatur community is a satisfactory and refreshingly unique experience. The staff; Jay, Carly, and Tony, have been incredible in the treatment of their tenets. Im glad to have had the opportunity to live in this diverse and beautiful community, and Im very impressed with the recent renovations that have been implemented recently, with the promise of even better amenities down the line.
So far me and my family have had an okay time here! Other than one of the ladies in the office, she claimed to open our packages and ended up mixing them around. We have also had major problems with the package box with notifications stating there is a package waiting for pickup and when I’d walk down to pick it up there would be nothing in it. Additionally the neighborhood kids are very noisy staying outside all day yelling, I know this only effects a small portion of the complex but it still is a problem in my opinion. Over all way better than last place we were staying at and no bugs! Would recommend if you aren’t easily irritated by noise.
My man Jay has helped me and my get our first apartment with a breeze. He was super professional and understanding with our situation and helped us get through it. Highly recommend these apartments for people looking for a first place to stay.

The leasing agent Jay was very professional and courteous. He helped with me obtaining an apartment and any issues I had such as work orders. He even fulfilled work orders himself especially in emergencies. This place would be nothing without him being here. He is the best!!!
ReNew hired a new maintenance supervisor after the last one was not completing requests, this shows that they are trying to improve the service and as such makes it a much better place to live than competing apartment complexes. My review will be updated as we see how well this new maintenance crew does but because this complex actively tries to improve, they deserve 5 stars and are a step above the rest.Id say try the place out, Ive lived all over the area, these guys are the best you can get around here.
Horrible Maintenance if maintenance bad you know everything else is bad
I moved in on a Saturday and found a few maintenance issues with my appliances and hot water. Erick came by immediately that Saturday to check my water and then returned first thing Monday morning to check my dishwasher and dryer. He also help me with my bedroom window. Erick was very polite and helpful.
I just want to say Thank You to Jay, for making things go so smoothly. I hate the looking part of finding a new place, dont we all. But Jay made this experience a better one than most. He is very well aware of the community & was able to answer all my questions even the ones I didnt know I had. If your looking ask for Jay hes incredible.
Jay Robinson is the only person I work with in this office Im glad they hired him. before then I only come and drop off my rent and do my work orders through emails I hated talking to the office aides, I never felt like they enjoyed their jobs they made me feel like I was being a burden no matter what I went into the office for. Jay Robinson is sincere to the T is the only leasing agent that I talk to.
Jay made my experience here the best. He made sure that my move in was nice and smooth. Jay goes above and beyond for his clients, all of my work orders were complete in 24 hours or less!!! I will be referring everyone I know to him.

I have lived here for over a year, i had a few problem at move in but they were corrected right away. My neighbors are quite and polite. The new staff is really great they have taken care of all our issues in the unit. I look forward to seeing the changes with this new owner and management company.

Applied and was denied (which is no problem) however I’m waiting for my admin fee to be refunded, it’s been over the 30 days they said to allow. Call and every time I’m told to leave a message and never get a call back. If I could I’d leave zero stars.**update**Now going into month 3 since I had applied and still no refund. I have been calling frequently, they take my name and number for nothing!!! No one ever calls me back, I have emailed corporate and haven’t gotten back from them yet. This is so unprofessional and very very upsetting, I’m at my wits end and will seek legal advice. So quick to take my money but so hard to refund. Either refund my money, offer me an apartment or you’ll be hearing from a lawyer. Thieves is what this place an corporate is, don’t apply here cause they’ll steal your money too.
When the management changed, the atmosphere changed throughout the property as well. Even my neighbors would agree that they renewed the feeling. Thank you, it feels great to finally be able to communicate with management without judgment.

I dont live here but i live behind it so i cannot speak to the apartments themselves but they dont have security, and i know this because a group of teenagers has been tearing off roof shingles, and throwing them into my backyard among an array of other things like trash and rocks which have also hit one of my dogs. After calling the management multiple times their only solution is for me to call the cops. Its become extremely frustrating for the complex to not address any of my issues with this.

I used to live here and love Brenda the manager but honestly speaking not the place as there are many people live here who uses marijuana almost daily and couldnt stand it. Also i have seen many homeless sneaking in or lives there in somehow. Recommend to the management to dig a bit before allowing anyone to be part of the resident. Yes, I agree takes long time to take care something missing in the apartment but the staff were so great. FIVE stars for the staff and rental price, TWO for the place, ONE for not taking caring of things, and ZERO for allowing anyone with out back ground check or income check which I felt druggist, homeless with probably SS income lives there. Over all average THREE and I am being honest.

I used to live here many years ago when it was called the Foxfire apartment. From the pics, it looks like the floor plan layout is the same but obviously upgraded.
Wow just wow Jay was amazing I flew from Massachusetts to check out the apartment and I was blown away not only by the apartment but the professionalism of Jay was amazing and he was well mannered and respectful 5 Stars
I would like to say since the apartments changed from The Arbors to ReNew everything has been getting alot better. Jay the new office worker has been helping us out with every request we had and is doing a great job. The cleaner Dommick has been doing a great job keeping ReNew a clean complex all day, And last but not least Par 3 landscaping ondoing there jobs while watching out for the residents they are doing a fantastic job.
New owners are making huge efforts to fix all the issues left by the other management company. You can already see improvements in the landscape and trash areas. Just taking care of all the dead trees was a huge improvement. Thank you to the new owners for finally caring about the residents at the Arbors now called Renew.

Although I begrudgingly signed a six month lease because it was close to my work, I walked out of the lease two months early due to cash money missing from my apartment conveniently after they performed a MANDATORY inspection of my unit. They go through front office staff (with the exception of the property manager whom should be the one rolled out) on an almost monthly basis and will find any reason at all to attempt to evict you and keep your money. This place is not worth the problems or headaches that you WILL encounter, and the kids that live there are absolute heathens. Heed the warning and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE. PERIOD. DONT!

Well I lived here for almost 8 years. But lately things have improved greatly we have a new property manager named Gabriela Rodriguez. She has made a huge difference in this complex.She actually walks the complex takes note and even picks up trash left by other tenants.She added doggie bags around the property in hopes that owner of dogs would actually clean up after them. She care about things which is rare today at any apartment complex. So I wanted to say thank you to her for making a difference.
Since we moved in the property likes so much better! I have had some problems and Erick has always been professional and fixed them all!!

Lived here for awhile people at the office arent the nicest people or the most opportunistic people in the world. Honestly customer service can always be alot better. Im mostly complaining because I was asking for a key, and they said that the key maker happens to be there and Im like cool, why not make the key now, I give you the money order because obviously I have to go get that first, and then we fix this process right away. No we need the money first then we fix the problem. Ok. I dont understand why they cant just make the key and I come back to pay for it

Worst management I have ever encountered. The manager is less than useless. It is abundantly clear that Kelly has no interest in tenant relations. Looking passed the inappropriate conversation held while conducting business, Kelly will do whatever possible to dismiss any issue you have as basically not her problem. The combination of hiding behind policy, while apologizing with a smile, will leave you feeling like bringing up a issue is pointless. Do not live here. There is crime here, which is no surprise because sketchy people are constantly walking around all night and day. Cars simply wait outside the gate and come in with other cars at night so the gated aspect of the complex is a joke. The assigned parking is the biggest joke of all. People park wherever and as long as they move at lease once every 24 hours, management does nothing. So, expect someone to pretty much always be in your spot. Whatever you do, dont complain because management wont do anything. Just dont waste your time. Im sure this review will make me a target. My neighbor was targeted after she voiced her experiences.
This place is so ghetto. Ive had my vehicle stolen, crackheads banging on my door in the middle of the night on 2 seperate occasions and am forced to endure constant screaming and yelling from my neighbors. Not to mention the trash all over the place. These apartments may have been nice at one point but now its a terrible place to live. Trashy and ghetto. For the price, there are nicer places to live. Dont choose the Arbors.
The property has came a long way since we moved in last year. Eric the maintenance man can fix almost anything we ask, if he cant do it he will find a way to get it done. A plus job Eric. The office staff is friendly as well as the other maintanence man.
I currently am a resident here. BRENDA the manager has the worst attitude ever. Very rude and disrespectful towards her residents. Im still have no dryer. Its been about over a month now. Would not recommend these apartments. Not worth there pricing either.
If i could rate it zero, i would. front desk people are rude, things are always breaking down, i try to call to translate for a friend so they can FIX IT and they hang up on me, the place always smells like weed, which i dont mind but cmon, and the kids are always messing with you. do not recommend.

Especially when it was still owned by Arbor- But when the new owners took over, they chopped down like 20 tall cypress trees along the North wall, that gave the illusion of us feeling were in a up scale apartment setting. Now that area looks like a prison wall!!! Geeezz! What the hell were they thinking!!! Maybe time to move out!!!

I am a current resident living here. From the reviews I read it looks like other residents have the same problem I just recently had with the office. Which is putting in work orders. They seem to forget to out it in. Or forget that you called. Very poor managemen. One of the worst apartment complexes I have ever lived in. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT ASAP.
My husband and I are current residents here and we HATE it! Horrible horrible management, never get thing fixed when they’re suppose to. Our dryer has been broken for a week now and they still haven’t fixed it after giving us their word that they would. Gates have been broken for almost a year now and they thought they should paint the curbs rather than fix the gates. We are paying to live in a gated community and we got cheated. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!!! We are leaving as soon as our lease is up!

Staff are polite but dont communicate with tenants or each other and Managers really dont care about the up keep of the units. .They even hired a non billingual latino, mind you half od the staff barely understand or speak english, I found this outrageous. Several instances I had to wait over a week for work orders to be serviced. Pipes are bad. pests are persistant even if you keep unit clean. They replace appliances with poorly refurbished ones. I cant wait to leave, I had high hopes when moving in, but that quickly changed once I got know where I was living.
These apartments are horrible. Terrible staff and they are rude. Just moved in and have 3 work orders no response. When they say they will follow up they dont.

Ive lived in this complex for 3 years! I have complained for a year regarding all the lights that are out. Nothing happen, just excuses!Moved out in Sept 2018, they will nickel and dime you on your deposit. You will end up owing them. Emailed the Corporate office regarding my charges, still awaiting a response. Horrible Management! Im former military and know how to close out an apartment. Ive never not received my deposit back. They charged me for normal wear and tear. Old out dated apartments that should have been updated years ago. Some units have old cabinets with ROACHES! Find you a nice place to live...this isnt it! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! DEPOSIT SCAM!!!
I would have put zero if possible or negative. This place is terrible. My lease is almost up and I can t wait to leave. The staff are rude and never complete work orders. You will wait for months or they will never do it even if you call everyday to remind them.
