This is a follow-up to my ex husbands post. This complex cares nothing for its tenants. Thats fact. We begged. We pleaded and we groveled for 2 days. All we needed was 2 days. When they posted the notice thats when our daughter took all the pills that killed her. She thought she was the reason we told her that it was the manager that didnt care about us and it was her who wouldnt wait the 2 days. But as a child who has autism she thought it was her fault and the Wyandotte made NO EFFORT to fix ANYTHING! We were told when we moved in that they would Work with us. That wasnt the case. They cared NOTHING ABOUT PEOPLE with special needs or handicaps. Please dont rent from here. Dont end up like 7s. Dont let them hurt you as they hurt us.

Im so sorry you endured such hardship. I wish you had come and rented from me first. As such Im pledging $15,000 to you and to have this property shutdown or transferred to the city. I have been here since 1964 and to see the vipers and vultures that are operating makes me sick. Im so very sorry for your loss. I will do all I can to expose and shine light on vagabond businesses like the WYANDOTTE Apartments

Have lived in this complex for over a year and the staff is the worst part. Have had issues with neighbors stealing my mail (with the cops getting involved!) and more and the apartment staff does absolutely nothing about it. The more often new staff comes in the worst it gets. Absolutely terrible. Had cops almost knock down the door looking for someone else and the person wasn’t even given a citation! Not to mention they take sometimes WEEKS to fulfill a work order request. The apartment complex is literally riddled with meth heads which has to do probably with the overall bad maintenance of the place. Several buildings are full of roaches and bed bugs, with dog poop every where !! Security and maintenance staff walk around having fun with the residents not enforcing rules. Do better and hire a staff with good customer service skills.

I don’t even want to give this place 1 star. The manager is unprofessional and so is their staff. They tried charging $3,000 once we moved out and we left the place spotless. Yet they sure never wanted to take care of shxt when we lived there. It took them over a year just to effing fix the AC. It was super cold like 40 degrees inside the house all winter. Sliding door was suuuuuper hard to open, there was bedbugs, roaches, and water bug problem. The crime is really bad here. I promise you, read the reviews before renting a place, these people are not lying.. I’m now going to sue the company as well as a few renters there are going to come together and give them a taste of their own medicine with a fat lawsuit for being so goddam unprofessional and money hungry. It’s ridiculous how much of a slumlord this company is!

The rental management people are a special kind of animals.

I have been living in the apartments for about 6 months and have had nothing but pleasurable experiences. The staff are friendly as well as discreet with matters that need to be handled as such. Their rates are very affordable and their requirements for approval are very reasonable. Nothing seems to stand in their way of providing excellent service in a friendly manner. During the height of the COVID19 crisis management went above and beyond to assist me in my time of need. Even when my situation changed they were still going the distance to help me make my rent.This is a 5/5 star neighborhood quiet, clean and right next to the Las Vegas Strip. I definitely recommend coming to take a look if you want a breath of fresh air and a second chance for an apartment.

Wow just wowI have been a resident here for over a year and every time I have the privilege of dealing with Lizzy in the office. I receive a different set of requirements and rules every single time.

Honestly the best apartment I have ever lived in... the apartment manager and staff have worked with me every time I had a problem.. Julie the apartment manager was easy to talk too .. they are also great for second chance people... I live here for a year and not one problem with anyone

If you want to be ripped off even during the pandemic they up your rent all the time they charge you for every little thing the staff in the office are not professional at all and they have a pest control problem

The staff is nasty. They are not prompt to fixing things. Super rude. I believe maintenance brought in bed bugs from one apartment to our apartment. Im a single mommy . I did not have any bug issues. There is mold issues. My apartment was a remodeled one before I moved in and it has a bunch of issues. The AC works only for the front of the house. If you smoke pot you absolutely cannot here even if you have a script they will evict you. Its ran poorly

Applied for an apartment and got approved, then Julie and all the office people gave me the run around on why I cant move in. Worst place to apply. They are rude and tell lies. They suppose to be 2nd chance and they are not. Im in motion to file a law suit against them. oh anf u have to wait for your deposit to be mailed back from FLORIDA. BULL!

If you like roaches then you have come to the right place! Not even the once a week pest control visits could keep these roaches down. There are roaches EVERYWHERE. Some of them even sit in the office behind their desks and call themselves managers. They managed to charge me an extra month of rent when I moved out saying I didnt give a notice when I had proof of the notice I sent in. The manager refused to speak with me and just had the other trolls tell me there was nothing they could do.

After living there for 6mo my family and I ran into a few financial issues, and instead of accepting our rent payment and working with us on the late fees they chose to evict us. Im disabled and so was my 11yo daughter. I say was because she committed suicide yesterday thinking that it was her fault we were homeless. I blame Julie, Emma and the rest of the staff in the office. Had they just worked with us instead Id still have my daughter and a home for my family. This place puts profits over people! We were always cleaning around our building and my daughter and I always worked diligently on keeping the playground cleaned. Damn you! Damn you all!!

I love love love them.. I worked with one person the entire application process, Emma. The rent is reasonable and its really close to the strip. I told her what I wanted and she met every goal.. walk in closet, carpet in bed room and front room and hard wood in the kitchen and dining room. Plus cable included

If you need somewhere to stay right now or need a second chance or just have a big dog (non-aggressive breed) then these are the apartments for you. If you dont like high rent, no vents for air to flow, faulty pipes, washer/dryer never working, bugs, maintenance that only temporarily fix the problem never solve it, nosy neighbors, and bad kids you may not like it much here. I needed my second chance.. I got approved somewhere else my lease is about up. I am out. Let these apartments serve their purpose to get you somewhere better.

Horrible place to live. We live in a house. The roof has leaked ever since moving in. It took a year to fix. The houses are made in the late 60s to early 70s. They still have the original windows. No good insulation. Electric bill is super high dew to old windows and insulation. The back sliding glass door is original and cant be opened, always sticks. The electrical is so old. We have had sparks flying from the light switches. There are dangerous high voltage wire hanging down in the back yard. Nobody cares to fix. They just want your money.

This property is a scam. People do yourself a favorite dont even waste your time. They will keep your deposit. Office personnel need more training.

Terrible management of run down neighborhoods all for the price of what you could be paying elsewhere to rent luxury apartments. Regrettably Ive lived here for 3 years solely out of commodity and for no other reason. Its proximity to the strip makes my business conduct easy. However the rent is nowhere near fair related to the quality of the rentals. My place has been falling apart since I moved, stains in the ceiling from rain, hard wood floors placed over carpet, power goes out all too often under the slightest inclement weather, the add on bathroom clearly was not built with a permit or by a licensed professional because the shower is literally caving in with mold in the ceiling. Why am I enduring the bathroom problem you ask? Because every repair I bothered to request has been done so poorly that Ive given up and let the place continue to decay. Talking to anyone in the office is unpleasant and deterring. They have security officers that patrol 24/7 although no one seems to understand why because they do absolutely nothing. Neighbors a street over can be blaring music at 3am uninterrupted. Fireworks are constantly being let off in the streets. They do nothing to stop the constant influx of vagrants scoping out the neighborhood for items left out they can swoop up into their shopping cart and take off with. There are several familiar faces that like to scrounge the trash cans on the street for who knows what. These are all common occurrences and instead of bettering the neighborhood by building a strong community theyve become fixated on harassing their tenants for the most trivial things. Working with them is an infuriating process. For the individuals who are struggling to make ends meet this company is only here to make the struggle more difficult. Be prepared as you can only pay rent online with a bank account or you can pay the fees on top of inflated rental prices for several cashiers checks as they no longer accept personal checks in their office. Read that rental agreement closely as well because the minute details you miss could mean receiving a 5 day eviction notice. Including but not limited to: failing to remove natural debris from your yard after a storm within 24 hours. Having a second vehicle unmoved in your driveway for 24 hours counts as storage. Cant have a trailer in your driveway. Cant have any type of storage container, shed, shelving visible from the street. From past experience Ive personally witnessed neighbors suffer penalties and threatened with eviction for this insignificant infractions. Clearly this company is out for a cash grab and not for the enrichment of their renters lives.

My husband and I lived at the Wyandotte Apartments for over a year. The office management is very disrespectful to blacks. They will not fix anything that needs to be fixing. You have to wait forever for maintenance to show up. They raise the rent and charge whatever they want on late fees. We are planning on moving real soon. Cant save any money here. So if you are black please do not waste your time here.Thank you.

To give even 1 star is over selling this place. Property management doesnt manage a damn thing. Im not sure why Emma is the only person answering the phones in the office but you guys can do better. Shes rude, unprofessional and genuinely could care less about the residents that make sure she has a job in the first place. Have loud, racist, drug addicted neighbors that keep you up all hours of the day and night and flood your apartment from above because they fell asleep with their tub running? They dont care. Water heater burst and flood your kitchen and bathroom because water went through the wall and now you have mold? They dont care. GIANT roaches coming in under your front door because they were supposed to replace the weather strip and you have asked 3 times for them to fix it and it still hasnt been done almost a year later? They dont care. Pinnacle seriously dropped the ball when they decided that the residents of Wyandotte and the Teddy are not worthy of professional and curteous service. Everyone in that office needs to be replaced by people who actually care about the needs of the residents. Dont waste your money living here. I really wish that I did more research before moving to this hell hole.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Just within the past three days there have been 3 separate violent incidents where at least 10 police vehicles have responded to separate calls. Yesterday there was a fire in the building across from me, apparently the resident left the unit with something on the oven or stove that burned, required the firemen to break the door down, people could have been killed. These incidents are NOT isolated! The police respond to something or other every single day! I moved here because I was in a dyre situation, now Im trying to get out of my lease, the management office wont help you with anything, actually they take an attitude when you try to complain. I hear gunshots at night all the time! I feel unsafe walking my dogs even at 8pm! If you value your families safety please dont move here!!!!!

I moved in the apartment on new years. It was quiet and cozy...for a couple of days. Very nosey neighbors...the hotter it got thats when the people start hanging out and it became ghetto. Pool has no shade and they dont clean it enough. The I was never late on my rent until social service a paid my rent and it was late and they charge you for every little thing. They are nice until you move in then all went out the window

This place is horrible... Office staff unprofessional rude individuals except Joey. They will cheat you out your money. These apartments are not worth what they are asking for drug infested apartments security does nothing. If you are going into the office to report any issues they tell you to come back if people are coming in to look and lease. Roach infested place only fix things that last temp. Before living there for just about a yr moved out month i was supposed to renew they told me same day I was not able to renew for a no cause. Beware before you move in I was told myself by another tenant day i signed my lease to not do it I should have listened SMH there are so many other apartments for a few dollars more that are worth it not these. Julie the manager is a complete rude unprofessional person especially when you voice your concern.

Well, mostly everyday I hear arguments around, and then the rents are too expensive. 575 dollars for a 1 bedroom apartment that is way too small. Better go live somewhere else, I rather pay about 800 dollars for a better apartment. Very very bad. Dont live here.

Horrible place. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Keep looking, trust me you will find something better even if it is a bit more expensive. I have been living here for five months and I have had nothing but issues with the place. Nothing works and when maintenance comes to fix it they just slap a band aid on things and do not even try to fix the actual problem. Staff here is very rude and if you dont pay rent by the 14th your stuff is out on the street and there is nothing we can do about it because the way they work is they already have a contract with the court that authorizes them to give you a 5 day eviction by the 9th day and have your stuff out by the 14th. Oh and they add a 95 dollar late rent fee. This place should really be shut down because of the black mold. I have it all over my restroom on the wall by the shower and when I put in my maintenance call so they can fix it or move me to another unit they just came and painted over it. I have lived in some pretty rough places but this is outrageous. STAY AWAY!

I moved here and each time ive called to need something fixed they came right away! It was only my ac, thermostat that needed batteries and a new light bulb for my front door light but other than that my kids love it here and cant wait to start school next door! The office staff has been great with everything from the application process to the move-in even got new carpet, brand new granite counter tops and the apartment freshly painted..i dealt with dalva shes awesome if i could give her 5 stars i would!

Theyre a second chance community and if ur credit isnt great theyll give u a chance

Pretty bad apartments overall. From the front office, to maintenance, and even the tenants that stay there. Moved out immediately when two people were arguing about buying there own crack. Never looked back since.

This property management is a sad property management, been here almost a year and i done had 12 work orders and out of those 12, 5 of them are based off the same issue that hasnt been fixed. I had issues with an a/c unit and my light bill went to 1800 dollars and this last time 1200. Of course, they not gone help because its not their issue but their a/c unit was faulty. I have a damn animal living in my ventilation system or attic i been complaining about since last year has not been removed. My roof needs to be properly fixed so when it rains there shouldnt be any leaks in my ceiling.Im over this property management i wouldnt wish or recommend. My enemy, or a homeless person whom desperately needs a place to live. To move with them

These people (Emma & selina). Are nasty evil criminals. There embassy 2717 is shut down do to there violations and they are evicting people who havent had electricity for a month due to there fire and non repairs. Have a lawyer ready if you move into wyandotte. Mark

They are what I call slum lords. They dont fix anything, I cant seem to get rid of the Roachs I live very clean I have tried everything. Nobody stays here very long their are very loud and gettho people who just hang around out side. I see crack heads and junkies that sleep at the bench areas and in the laundry rooms. Cops are always here for some reason cause their is always drama.

One of the worst places I have ever lived. management is disrespectful an obtuse to tenants concern. Greg and Julie often leave early foreclose the office early for personal business and will not return that day. they often lie to new tenants to secure renters. if it suits them they will refuse to answer your calls and will never ever return messages in fact they pretend not to check them at all. Emma is the only secretary who takes care of any tenants Miss Cleo and Arlene are often rude impatient and unfriendly. I have seen them discriminate and humiliate against manytenant and perspective tenants in front of others including myself and I find their behavior file and full of malice. if I had a choice in the matter I would live anywhere else.

Do not rent or try to rent. They are scam artist. They tell you they have an apartment so you give them the money then call you and say the apartment isnt gonna be ready for available, then they dont give you back your money. They thieves.Theynd steel your money. False advertising they lie to you and take your money

There is a lady in the office named Delva that everyone should stay away from....she is VERY mean..!!!!.she doesnt know how to talk to people.....no customer service skills at all.....! See Emma if you want the best service...she is very nice and professional and she loves her job...the overall staff is good.....but there is always a rotten apple in the bunch........stay away from Delva she doesnt like her job....

Ghetto area and they wont change the carpet. Moldy tile and padding. So many cockroaches no matter how clean you are. toilet clogs and the sink recently stared to have water coming through the drain. They wont help us to change or fix anything. The list goes on.

The washer and dryers never work and maintenance always lying about things that need to be fixed the staff in the office is ghetto the police is always in the complex and theres drug dealers that hang out around property. Dont ever thinking about getting a good night sleep its always loud music and traffic. When it comes time to move they say they cant find your deposit. Security is hardly seen and if he is he doesnt do anything. The pools are nasty I caught an ear infection once from swimming here for my first time. The trash man is always late and when he doesnt come trash pile up and theres a flock of birds outside flying in people windows.

Moved in Aug 2016. Never saw a bug to date. The kids play in the street and yell at all hours of the day and night. They charge you 5$ a day late fees plus $35 for a 5day and $75 when you got to court on the 5day. A 1 bedroom is $625. My apt is nice because i made it that way. Ive seen some nasty apts here tho. This is a second chance aptment but doesnt feel that way. Theyll put you and your kids on the street without a thought. I know for a fact!

1st of all, I hate how these people charge u a $100 holding fee 4 an apt that hasnt been even approved yet, did u know ( from self experience ) if they return ur money order back and it has been FILLED in, the bank will NOT cash this! ! This is 1 thing these people lie about, u have 2 return the money order back 2 money order company and they will deduct from ur money order a $15 and takes 30 days 2 give it back 2 u....why full something out thats not urs 2 begin with! !?? THE BANK WILL NOT, REPEAT WILL NOT CASH A FILLED IN MONEY ORDER, even if u signed it! (Went thru this already ) sometimes I think these people just rent 2 anybody and dont even run credit checks, til now, everywhere I have applied, they ONLY ask 4 the APP FEE, THATS ALL! these apt suck, the electric is EXPENSIVE, why? The walls are made out of BRICKS..... (NO INSULATION )

Ignorant people do live here. Look at negative reviews. This Apt complex is enexpensive and does 2nd chance renting. That will draw some less than etical people. What did you expect? Management gives a late fee schedule before lease is even signed. The are high so just pay your rent on time. Other than the occasional domestic argument where on occasions police have been called, it is very quiet and peaceful. No bums, druggies or very many people move about. Never have I felt unsafe. Washers do suck. Most will always be broken. Some you dont know till it takes your $. Also, there is always furniture stacked around dumpsters. 5-multiple couches stacked, a bunch of beds, dressors etc. will sit there for weeks if not longer. Office staff have always been extremely pleasant to my BF who lives elsewhere but handles things for me. Maintence is awesome! Especially the cuban gentleman! Upon move in front windows wouldnt shut so they replaced the whole window system with a brand new one. Fan chain broke, replaced with brand new fan. The couple of times I have contacted maintence there was someone there literally within minutes. My apt is nice, I payed for upgraded unit. New wood flooring laminate, freshly painted and decent appliances. I had a roommate bail on a lease and Wyandotte were only apt I could get on my own. All things considered...I am a lot happier here than I thought I would be. Plus, Palace Station is a couple minute walk.

Alot of meth heads live out there, late night they walk up to cars looking in them. I hate the staff here because they are making this a rough neighborhoodwith the type of people they move in. I only stayed out there for 3 months because the middle school those apartments are zoned for are horrible and its not worth it

Nasty apartment!!! Its infested w cockroach! doesnt matter if u get it sprayed every 2 weeks and have your own repelant and all that bug killing stuff... They will not go away because they live inside the walls, you will see some come out of the outlets some off of the wall gaps... Also, the worst service!!!Dont even try to live here!!! You will regret it!!!

The management is very unprofessional and rude to potential tenants the woman Emma I dealt with is very unprofessional all they care about is making commission and not the people thats trying to look for a place to live. Ive been in Vegas now for almost 7 months and Im getting sick of the disrespect and unprofessional rental properties that Ive been dealing with out here these people are very greedy and all I care about is money I would not suggest no one apply at this place if youre decent person thats looking for a good place to live thats all I have to say

This place is trash! The stove they gave us was old and caught on fire... Washing machines dont work Dryers dont work ..... Plus there is a pedophile that lives right behind us I took this up the office because his window looks out to the play ground area and my daughter and wife are home alone because I work all the time but they didnt care ...

The apartment they show is the model the real ones dont look like that they are not bad but the problem is the people they are moving in lately nasty ans dont care about where they live just because u live in a low income area doesnt mean it has to look like that have some pride

Just spoke to Emma about potentially renting an apartment. Something told me to look up the reviews on this property and were shocked at what the tenants were saying about Wyandotte Apartments. When I questioned Emma about the reviews she got very nasty with me, she was condescending, and wouldnt properly defend the property. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Im glad I looked at the reviews online before making my final decision.

Went to see family st 2801 Richfield and was always leaving with bites couldnt understand why my aunt look into it and her house was infested with beg bug, spiders and nates they tried to charge her for the treatment when its there fault so she moved dont move here house is infested and they dont care

When you pay your RENT late they WONT work with you and they will PULL LATE CHARGES OUT UR RENT

This place its a garbage living because most of the residents smoke weed and I became one of them thats way I didnt complete my lease I was working harder but the weed was superior and is worse because the damm casino is across st.
