So far I love Napoli apartments! I just moved into the community and my move in could have not been smoother and easy especially during Covid. The location is great, the pool is beautiful, and the staff is amazing and professional. The little detail things do count and I am very appreciative the staff go an extra mile for their residents. It definitely feels like home!

Don’t do it!! My AC went out and it took them 3 months to fix it with me calling literally every single day. There is a roach infestation. No maintenance requests were handled in a timely matter. Always homeless people in/around the dumpsters bc there are no gates. Just all around wretched. Please save yourself the heartache.

This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had renting an apartment.When I first moved into this residence we wrote down a HUGE checklist of broken/missing items. Every window screen, patio door screen, no light switches worked at all, mold in second bathroom, the list goes on and on. None of these items were ever replaced or tended to.Thank goodness I only had signed for a six month lease from Jun-Nov as the A/C was out in our apartment from late Aug thru Sept and was not fixed despite multiple work orders and even stopping in at the office. Finally after a month and a half they decided the problem is bad enough to fix our unit. AFTER LIVING IN 90°+ FOR THREE WEEKS. After sticking out the remainder of my lease and having my vehicle broken into due to no security or cameras, the lease was finally up.About two months Later I received a letter in the mail for charges from Napoli apartments totaling $39 and some change. After taking our ENTIRE security deposit, they have the audacity to send us another charge. This was during the start of the Coronavirus. I made multiple attempts at calling, leaving voicemails, and even stopping at the office multiple times during business hours as I only live just up the street now, but to no avail. It was literally impossible to find someone to pay the small fee. I want to highlight that I made multiple attempts at reaching the office staff on multiple different occasions. I was finally SENT TO COLLECTIONS where I could FINALLY get ahold of a human being to take care of this mentally exhausting mess.High prices, awful customer service, crooks.Only positive I can think of is a nice pool. Not worth it.STAY AWAY FROM NAPOLI APARTMENTS.

We were told, upon moving in, that gates were going to be installed. 13 months later, no gates. Lack of gates, creates a problem with the homeless population. Frequent scavenging in the dumpsters. Sleeping on the property. Without the gates, people from outside the community bring their trash, used furniture, etc. and leave in or around the dumpsters. Multiple cars had windows broken in the past few months, likely because burned out or non-functioning lights in the parking area were never replaced or repaired. Multiple exterior lights were non-operational throughout our lease period that went unattended to. These and other issues were brought to the attention of local management and some to corporate, none were ever resolved. When calling corporate on an issue, the caller is advised a response will be received within 48 hours...rarely does that occur.

This place is amazing! So far everyone who works here has been very kind to us. We had a few things that needed a little fixing and maintenance was out as soon as possible to fix it, and he did a great job. It’s a beautifully renovated place, small and quiet too which is nice.

Moving here has been very exciting. I was happy to find out internet and cable were included with rent plus the gym and pool are accessible 24 hours! Olga helped me feel secure getting settled with my paper work and I was definitely welcomed by everyone in the office with positive energy. I work right next to the strip so the location is great and surrounding the apartments are mostly workplaces. My bedroom and living spaces are spacious and fit my belongings just right. Overall my move has been smooth and the process was quick!

FRANCINE, CARLOS & DYMOND ARE OUTSTANDING!!! ALL THREE GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ACCOMMODATE ALL MY REQUESTS, CONCERNS & QUESTIONS. If youre looking for a decent place to live & this is one of your options, take this as a sign to go with your OTHER option. And I know this review looks long, but if youre considering this place as somewhere to call home, its worth reading.For one, there is a pest issue throughout the entire complex. My apt has been sprayed countless times & its not due to hygene because it is well kept on my end. I see the same types of bugs running through the complex at all hours. Completely disgusting.TWO, there is an issue with this complex & theft. My car got broken into on one occasion. I had to drive to work in the rain with no passenger window. A couple months after that I purchase a new car & it was STOLEN from right outside my apt. Come to find out a couple of months after that my neighbors noticed a suspicious looking couple walking around the complex trying to open car doors. Whats the point of on-site security when my neighbor is a better at it? Oh & cameras?? Non existent.THREE, I have been in this complex for a yr (lease almost over thank God) & on several occasions I have come home to an apt REEKING of paint. It always lasts for multiple days, if not a week..with no prior notice or reason why??? How can I relax in my overpriced apartment when I have a headache due to inhaling the smell of chemicals?FOUR, and what has finally led me to write a review, my washer has been broken for over a week. The office has been notified now on four separate occasions. One of which I we were advised it was fixed. Assuming we werent being lied to, we put our laundry in only for it to wet my clothes & then completely shut off, which is exactly what it was doing before.In addition to all of this my power went out in only my building once & my apartment was flooded due to a maintenance issue in the apartment above mine once too.Dont be fooled by the renovated apartments, or how spacious they are, like I was. This complex will only bring you headaches.

Francine and staff made my move-in go very smoothly. I like the layout of the community. Love the size of the apartment I rented.

Francine is amazing and Olga is very nice. The maintenance staff is prompt and very nice. I plan on living here for a very long time. The apts. are small and very quiet. It is a wonderful place to live!

Best place to live in vegas. The upkeep around the apartment is done daily. Never had issue when reporting something broken/down it fix within the normal standard time. No issues at all. The office staffs are very professional and nice with Ms. Frances being the leader of the success.

Took over a month to get 3 things fixed. I fixed 5 my self. Almost 2 months and still no glass in bottom of fridge. I use a bungee strap to keep the door closed on fridge. Kitchen light hangs from a wire. The first day here I had no hot water. Was fixed. AC filter was very dirty. They did change it. Now I have no heat. It runs, But no heat. I have reported problems from day 1. I have been a maintenance man before. I should not have to fix problems myself. I also fixed the shower curtain rod that was put up improperly.Very poor maintenance.

I have had nothing but a great experience Francine is the sweetest landlord I have had she works with you and gets right on any work orders needed. Never had any car break ins, or experienced a lot of noise. Good complex neighbors keep to themselves. A bit pricey but with the location it is worth it.

Still waiting on minor repairs and a mailbox and storage key dishwasher doesn’t drain other than a little maintenance it’s beautiful Nieghbor’s are respectful and polite general areas are clean and parking lot is always clean as well I like how close I am to Ceasars Hotel and Casino and the peace in the evening besides maintenance being behind it’s awesome 👏🏾

Lived here almost 2 years since management changed from Camden and I can say this place was best rental Ive lived in. Complex is quiet and tenants are friendly as well. Units are nice and spacious as well. Love easy accessibility of 24hr gym as well as technology package included with rent. Only reason I didnt renew a 3rd time was Ive been looking to move closer to Henderson and as much as I wouldve love to stay there and needed to stay within my personal budget as well. Any issues, office handles in timely manner. Office Managers and maintenance are awesome. Ive dealt with Francine and she is the best leasing mgr that Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Very professional, friendly and will work with you in the best of her ability. 😊

The office in the maintenance crew always do a wonderful job.Within one and a 1/2 hours after reporting a problem it was already fixed. Great job guys

I moved in for almost 2 months now, my dishwasher machine is not working, no hot water in my kitchen, I work at night my apartment is downstairs whenever the people upstairs are awake I cannot sleep anymore, noises, running upstairs. When I first called the office I requested an apartment on the second floor, Francine told me she doesn’t have any on the second floor for the moment but once she has something available she will let me know. I have been sleeping somewhere else for the past few days because of that noise situation. When I wake up in the middle of the night I cannot sleep no more. I went to the office and ask them to change my apartment, they told me I have to wait for 6 months that’s the rule with a very bad attitude. I paid $970 for 1 bedroom apartment, they have something here calls technology package it’s internet and cable for an extra $99 a month but it is mandatory, you cannot say you don’t want it even though you’re not gonna use it. I stay here the first month with no internet and no cable I went to the office I asked them to credit the $99 to my bill they say no they cannot. I paid $99 a month for a service I don’t have cool. Before I moved in I have been told by one of the office employee I forgot her name, she said I will pay for trash and sewer on top of my $1069 monthly plus $10 renter insurance total $1079 monthly, I had no problem with that. I received something else ( an other bill in addition to my $1079 monthly) now for an extra $131.I am being charged for:Trash, Sewer, Water, Real Estate Tax, C.A.M fee, Electric Vacant Utility Recovery, Service fee, Set Up fee and Electric VUR penalty this last one I don’t know why. I am being charged a penalty for $25 without knowing why. I never had any notice from nobody but I have to pay $25 with no valid explanation. There is a trick there are some unfair hidden fees, people be extra careful before you sign any contract to move in to this place. My 1 bedroom cost me $970+$99+$10+$131 total $1210 monthly and I believe there are more hidden fees coming up.

I’ve lived here for over 5 years. At first it was Camden that owned this place and Napoli took over around September 2016. Napoli made my stay here so much better. Staff and maintenance have been great. I receive a lot of packages and they have been accommodating in holding them for me since I’m gone a lot and my apartment is a bit of a walk from office and mailbox. Francine and Olga work the office and are very friendly. Carlos is cool and does the maintenance. He’s got his hands full but always gets to you in a timely manner. The workout facility is next to office and I seem to always have it to myself. It’s open 24 hours along with pool, which is very nice looking. They have free WiFi down at pool and couches under roof to hang out at. The pool is the first thing you’ll notice when you pull in. Although this complex is not gated and in the middle of everything, me and everyone else living here agree it’s very hidden and feels very private. You’re in the middle of it all so when you walk outside of Napoli, you’re like wow! I’m definitely in the city. I sometimes walk to Smith’s across the street to shop. Metro Pizza is amazing and is also in the plaza along with my dentist. Palms is less then 10 minute walk down Nevso and you can get a cheap ride to airport from there if Supershuttle picks you up. Most of us work on or near the Strip and my job is 3-4 minute drive. I put on less than 1000 miles on my car a year. I actually drove with one of those monitors for 6 months on my car to lower my insurance I put on so few miles. China Town is a block away and there’s endless options to choose from as far as restaurants and they’re cheap. Charlie Frias Park is up the street across from Home Depot and they have a 3/4 mile track. I run sprints there and also they have a jungle gym I use. There’s basketball courts and tennis courts and recreation area that’s also a little water park for kids that’s very active at night. You’ll meet a lot of people in industry so if you are social you’ll probably get a lot of invites without having to pay, which is nice since the Strip is a big money grab. The convenience factor of living hear is unbeatable and the positives outweigh any negatives. Honestly, I don’t think I’d want to live anywhere else in Vegas because it has been such a hassle everywhere else I’ve been.

I loved living at this place! Just wish the cost to live there would drop down a little bit, I was so sad when I had to move out.

Francine made sure I got my heater fixed. Carlos took a look and knew right away. It was a problem that was from the apartment above me. He took care of it right away.
