The neighborhood i loved. The apartments and Lantana Property Mgmt. Company totally sucked..The worst Ive ever experienced in my life. They almost killed me with a ceiling leak that took them 4 weeks to fix and 4 months they left me exposed to black mold. Im trying to find a lawyer to sue those incompetent fools. They really arent a company id ever recommend. Dont do it. Youhear Lantana properly mgmt. Run the other way.

Property manager and landlord or shady Buildings I waited for my mailbox key for a whole month moved in March 27th Federator was Infested As well as my whole house I didnt get to move in until 2 weeks later And steel it was the same problem I asked get put on For pest patrol They didnt believe me They asked me If they can do an expection on my apartment They never came to do that I have work the next day come home and killing 20 to 30 roaches every time I come homeI recorded it and took pictures sent it to them nothing happened My Advice if your gonna live here Deal with whats going on pay save your money move find somewhere better

It wasnt the best when I first moved there but. I have no complaints. Home is what you make it.

Dirty, filthy apartments, courtyard absolutely filthy, garage everywhere, it looks like a trash dump. Inside apartments are grouse! Broken tubs, no smoke detectors, no fan in the kitchen, light bulbs very dim. This place you need to stay away from! Seriously a - 10 on my scale. Grouse, cockroaches, filthy, very, very ghetto!

These are projects and the police are harassing tenants and visitors. I would advise anyone to stay away

While visiting a friend of mine there, I found out that the neighbor hood is being built up for the better.

There is just too many homeless people selling drugs, breaking into apartments. No security,and shady apartment managers. Very dangerous.

Terrible, & rude management they let people come in and squad there while I lived here didnt really do anything about it they let people come in and robbed me while I was out of town not sure if they took my stuff, roach infested, bed bugs infested I advise nobody to live here.
