This has been the best all around apartment complex Ive ever lived in. First off, all the girls in the office, Tatiana, Julissa and Dena are FANTASTIC. I love the maintenance staff too. Most important thing to me is feeling safe and secure where I live. Tivoli is drama free, noise free and clean all the time! I feel no hesitation parking my car here, walking to get mail at night alone, etc. I honestly have not found one negative here. Thank you for working hard to make it so nice.
Ive been here for about 3 years. At first it was great maintenance was quick but over time it started to take longer for request to be fulfilled. You get a car tag that grants you parking under the shaded spaces but you find untagged cars under the shaded area. Parking is a struggle as there is no assign parking. Some of the office staff are not so friendly. They do have some events for guest which is nice.
I have really enjoyed my living at Tivoli. I was a resident of 6 years, sad to go but, I have recently accepted a job relocation. The entire office staff; Tiffany, Dena, Julissa and Tatiana are amazing to work with and the maintenance team has also been super helpful. The community is well kept and in a great location!
My interactions with the office staff at Tivoli has been everything but dull. All of the ladies have been attentive, caring and informative while maintaining their professionalism. One young lady seems to stand out more as I seem to interact more with her than the others, it must be the luck of the draw. They all greet you with a friendly smile but Ive know Julissa Miranda longer as staff seem to come and go but not Julissa. This young lady is well informed and does her job well. They all do. Thank you ladies of Tivoli.
I love my apartment at Tivoli! I moved here 2 years ago and Ive had nothing but good experiences. Every time I go into the office they are so nice. Ive only had to call for maintenance a couple of times but they have responded quickly each time and always cleaned up after themselves which I appreciate. This year they started taking rent payments online and that has been such a nice convenience.
I love living at Tivoli The staff is helpful, friendly and maintenance fast. We like the easy on and off the highway. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. The grounds are kept up and my kids love the 24 hour pool. We recommend living here.
We just moved into Tivoli. Everything was super nice and clean. Prices were the same as advertised. Julissa was very informative, friendly and willing to help. Weve just started living here and the experience has been great so far.
My scheduled tour was canceled without notification, despite receiving confirmation through phone and email. I do not appreciate nor do I enjoy the wasting of my time. I could have used that time to tour another apartment complex.
Toured the apartments with Tiffany and after a long day of apartment hunting she sure made us feel at home!!! She was very knowledgeable and friendly, she even showed me a model and the actual apartment I would be moving into. The apartments are beautiful and have great square footage and a 24 hour pool and gym!! We will be returning to rent for sure!!
I must say I rarely do reviews, but Tivoli staff is amazing! very friendly Community Manager went out of her way to help me find the perfect home. To bad Im getting relocated out of state after all :( or I would have chosen Tivoli as my new home. Thanks you guys!!
Thanks for a great tour Tatiana! What an amazing personality this lovely girl has. I cant wait to move in and enjoy the beautiful pool.
I just have to say WOW!! I love the environment at Tivoli. I visit my family every weekend and must say they are happy. I recommend it for anyone looking for a spacious floor plan.
I have lived in the Tivoli Apartments for the last 2 years and it has been the best apartment living experience I have had. Since day one Julissa and the rest of the office staff and maintenance when I needed them have been extremely helpful and friendly . I have referred multiple people who have moved in here and had the same experience . And its more affordable than most other complexes. It was generally quiet and I had friendly experiences with neighbors as well. Had I not had an unexpected opportunity to become a home owner I would have stayed a few more years.
I moved from Chicago and rented the unit sight unseen.. my leasing agent was Tatiana and I trusted that she was being honest about everything. I am very happy I trusted her because every word she said was true. Moving here is the best decision I could have made. The office staff has been EXTREMELY friendly and helpful in everything Ive asked for. The grounds are very safe, clean, and quiet. The neighborhood has everything I could need. Travel is VERY simple with the expressway close by. My experience here has been fantastic and I have Tatiana to thank for it since I really had to trust what she said since I was never here before I moved in. Between the move in experience and the living conditions.. the honest leasing agent.. the pizza night 2 mondays ago.. the spraying for any pests.. the professional staff.. the maintenance crew that responded IMMEDIATELY when I had a small issue.. the Amazon lockers.. the amenities of the community.. the safety and quiet neighborhood.. the cleanliness and the people I met here so far.. I couldnt give t ht e place less than a 5 star rating.. I DEFINITELY recommend this community!!!I am past my one year point and love living here as much or more than I even did when I wrote this review. Covid has put a road block in the way of making many friends, but all the neighbors I have talked to are very friendly. The maintenance staff has fixed any issues I had, pretty much immediately. I wouldnt even consider moving at this point
Coming up on one year anniversary and hope to stay for many more. Really feels like home. One of few places in town which allow tenants to paint and make their unit uniquely their own. Did extensive apartment shopping before choosing Tivoli, visiting nearly 30 Las Vegas properties. Great value. Plus maintenance team very responsive
Im a new Tivoli resident and Im loving it. The staff has been very resurcefulrin making my move smooth. The pool and outdoor patio is awesome in the evenings. I enjoy the work out room, which has a set of free weights. My favorite amenity is the small office desk and cabinet space in the 2 bedroom apartment.
Well constructed and affordable community. There was a roach problem on move in, but I chalk that up to the previous tenants. We had enough experience to know that management wont get it done. We hired our own guy after move-in and never saw any bugs again. The walls and floors are thick, and we had good neighbors. The property was well-lit, and there was a good amount of parking. The kitchen had nice cabinets and granite countertops. There were wood floors throughout the bottom floor units (except the bedrooms). The best part was that we rented a 3 bedroom for less than $1000/month, much less than surrounding communities. We had a good experience with management (we rarely contact them) and maintenance was prompt and friendly. There are things that I could nit-pick, but I really cant complain at the price. I would live there again.
I have lived here for just a few weeks and I must say I absolutely love this community. I searched a whole year before I actually rented this place! The landscaping is absolutely beautiful. The staff is friendly and the maintenance men are very efficient and The neighbors are friendly as well! My family and I are really looking forward to our first year in our new home!
Toured with staff last weekend. Absolutely wonderful and amazing!! Community is clean and beautiful spacious floor plans.
My sister lives here and everytime I come and visit her the ladies in the office are always so friendly and personable. Tiffany, Dena, Julissa and Tatiana are simply amazing!!
I love living here. Julissa Miranda was the property manager/leasing agent who assisted in my current residence at Tivoli; and throughout the entire process of move-in and even thereafter to present, she’s always been so kind, professional and accommodating. This property and the staff are awesome! -mw
I love Tivoli I really appreciate the customer service and I love the weight room, they have a very nice big yoga room that makes me feel comfortable.
The maintenance guys were the only thing good about that place besides it being a nice apartment. Otherwise the people that work in the office could care less about you, the walls are thin that you can hear EVERYTHING. Ive lived in apartments before and I always got my deposit back because I clean the place before I left but this place they kept the deposit for carpet cleaning and painting. Um, I only lived there for 3 months and we never put anything on the walls or even touched it as for the carpet they clean it before we moved in of course and they should expect previous tenants dirt will come up. If you even think about moving here just keep in mind RENTER BEWARE!!!
I love living at Tivoli Apartments. They respond very quickly to my work orders and my neighbors are very nice.
Moved here from another state and tivoli was my first choice. It felt like home .Great place to live. It’s very clean, the apartments are spacious, the staffs are friendly and the neighborhood is quite.
Horrible experience here, I have never experienced this type of bad customer service from a apt complex, dena is the worst of all, she literally didnt care that my family was being basically harrassed by our neighbors, maintaince request was not done on time, everytime I had a issue with anything when I called in dena had a unprofessional tone, disconnected the call on purpose because she was mad, then charged me for having 2 gate remotes when I only had 1 remote the whole time of being their and called in asking for another remote but was told we have to pay for it she got upset and transferred me to a another apt complex because I started to question her on the facts and prove that we received 2 remotes like remote numbers I will never again go to tivoli apt if this is the type of living environment they provide, luxury is the least of this place
I really would like to thank Julissa for all of her hard work. Every time I’ve gone into to the office to either, pay rent, schedule a work order, or just to ask a question in general, she’s always been very helpful and personable.
Ive been here for 7yrs I have seen so many new maintenance crew & office crew someone new all the time its ridiculous .I called in Tuesday put in a work order reported my toilet keep running its loud she ask me if it was leaking I told her no. I should have said yes maybe Somebody would have came to fix it by now.. Why should you have to make an false report to get springer to fix differing...Imagine Have to work early all freaking night you hear a dam toilet running SMH. But they get your ****RENT***the amount of money I pay here someone needs to be knocking my door down trying to take care of any problems really sad 😈😈😈😈 Im looking for another location this place has went down so much when I came I could have rated them a 11 plus now I give them a freaking * 2 * this not the 1st time I put in a work order and didnt receive attention of the matter for days everyone in the office was blaming each other 😬😬😬... Yes Im upset, Las Vegas very very unprofessional.** MAYBE IM NOT THE RIGHT COLOR WHICH IT SHOULDNT MATTER BUT IT MATTERS TRULY***
Love the apartment! Love the staff, though takes 2 calls for maintenance to come and fix things! Overall experience an 8
Ive lived here since May of 2018, and will be moving out once the lease is up. I generally enjoyed my time here, however, there were a few grievances. The apartments themselves are ok, nothing to rant and rave about. There is no additional closet space, aside from what you get in the bedrooms, however there are plenty of cabinets in the kitchen/dining area. The parking is a hassle, regardless of if you have a covered spot or not. You can rarely find parking if you return after 5pm, especially on weekends (and there seems to be some vehicles that dont move for months at a time....). Neighbors are of course loud sometimes, but thats something that cant be avoided most of the time. People with dogs are usually courteous, but there is often times poop in the grass areas. I cant say anything about the pool or fitness area, as ive never been in there in the time that ive lived here. The girls in the office are for the most part professional, aside from one incident that i had, and i dont even know who I spoke with. The only issue is that sometimes its incredibly difficult to get ahold of anyone in there. Maintenance comes in a timely manner, especially if its something thats major. For the most part, ive enjoyed my time here, and im actually sad to leave, but thats not because the rent renewal was too high, just things with my roommate and i.
Lived there 11 months and was very satisfied. I found the area to be quiet and well maintained. Would live there again and would recommend it. Staff was friendly, and maint staff responsive.
Lived there for a little over a year, the staff was very helpful. Quiet apartment complex. However people drive inside the complex like theyre being chased. Saw different people almost crash plenty of times. Needs speed bumps, considering the children playing outside.
Terrible customer service from the management. The Clubhouse is torn apart, no access to the gym I was promised, and I am told no one can use the Clubhouse for parties. The fireplace and BBQs by the pool do not work and they only allow you to bring 2 guests into the pool area, so no summer BBQ parties either. Not paying me back my money that I paid to have these amenities.Management completely misrepresented the availability and use of amenities when I was shown this complex. On top of that, my gold jewelry was stolen by someone who had a remote to my garage and a key to my apartment door.Do not waste your money on this complex or any of the Ovation properties.
I am extremely disappointed in the customer service we received. We ended up not moving forward with our lease because of lack of communication and downright ignorance from the leasing agent. We are a military family who needed a short term lease while our house is finished being built. The leasing agent called the day before “move in” (which was 10 days before we even get there - still not sure why the date we arrive isn’t the move in date) to check on the status of our lease agreement that needed to be signed. Good customer service wouldn’t wait until the day before to make sure you have all the necessary paperwork, especially if the potential tenant lives overseas (her suggestion was to overnight all the paperwork and cashiers check - at 5pm on a Saturday night). We ended up telling them to extend the lease to a later date (literally by 7 days), which resulted in a hike in rent of over $250/month, plus an extra (almost) $1000 due at signing. We aren’t getting the security deposit back (we didn’t even move in so that is an asinine policy), and now we are back to square one a week before we arrive in Vegas. Military moves are stressful enough as it is, and this was icing on the cake.
Lived here for 6 months, management was very unprofessional and rude. Had many problems that were left unattended. I had my AC out for over 5 days in the middle of summer. A month after AC went out the Water Heater busted flooding my apartment, in result I found out that the walls were full of mold, upto 6ft. When i asked them to take care of Mold and water damage, they denied having any mold issues and never fixed the mold issue or the water damage. My request and concerns with water damage and mold went unanswered.Do yourself a favor and dont move in here, you dont want to live in mold.
I lived here for a year, and overall it is an ok place to live. One thing I learned living here is to cover your a**. They are owned by a corporate agency and will screw you over if they can. (I.E.: When you move out, the $250 you paid at the beginning of the lease term only covers basic cleaning. So if they have to do more than vacuum, theyre gonna charge you an arm and a leg for it.) Otherwise, it was a nice community. It was quiet, other than the occasional stomping of the upstairs neighbors. Maintenance also comes around and does inspections where they look for bugs while staring at you like you did something wrong. But other than that, I enjoyed living here.
Been here for 3 yrs and very disappointed with downfall of property... maintenance is nonexistent...staff is very rude and inconsiderate...have asked many times to have maintenance replace and fix things with no avail... it use to be a pretty good place but has went down hill dramatically😞😞😞😞
They were awful . I was only staying for 3 months while I was searching for a home . They said no problem. When it came time to move out. I asked for paint because the walls scuff easy. I painted all the wall and then they charged me for carpet repair and painting. I was never home and never wore shoes on the carpet since it was an upstairs and we had a private stairwell so we would leave the shoes down stairs. They also charged me $75 for a pool pass that was a plastic key chain that was returned with the house keys. They took 30 days to get my refund back to me and they would not even do a walk through with me at the time of moving out. They ended up taking over $500 from me on my deposit and even put a note that painting cost them $350 but only charged me $315... oh that was so nice of you ......
Its very quiet and peaceful, and services are great. Its pretty awesome.
Very nice and conveniently close to the US-95
If you are considering living in this apartment complex, please check the reviews on Yelp. They are far more accurate (no leasing agents or employees of the property management company leaving 4 & 5 star reviews on there). I lived here for just 3 months and encountered every bad experience you could imagine. I was told AFTER I signed the lease that my dog needed to go because of a weight limit (she weighed 55-60 lbs, there were other dogs throughout the complex that were 100+ lbs) - somehow, before I signed the lease the dog wasnt a problem. I brought it up to the leasing manager and was told that other dogs in the complex were none of my business. I turned in my rent check in full on time each month and consistently received eviction notices taped to my door. Leasing staff was always rude and the leasing manager was beyond worthless. My door was kicked in and I heard of other renters valuables being stolen, including a motorcycle. I moved out with the apartment cleaned and in pristine condition and was sent bills for nonexistent damage.
Horrible customer service. They have a terrible attitude and talk down to you like a child. Constantly harrassed by the women in the front office. They lied about having garages avalible. Signed the lease only because I needed a place with a garage. After I signed they said they should have one in a few days. Didnt. Didnt even have one for four months (there isnt a waiting list, you have to call and call and call and hope you call at the right time when someone gives up theirs). and raised the price because they knew I desperatly needed it. They said it was $50, its $100 a month now. Theres a lot of bugs. Theres quite a few drug dealing going on. Lots of late night couple fights. Constant sirens. Annoying people drinking on the parking lot. Unattended children in the pool area. I always come home to at least 3 cars waiting by the gate to have a random resident let them in. Appliances leak, services never believe us. Ive lived in worse neighborhoods, paid wayyyyy less and gotten much more. The only plus is the gym, the apartments are designed well and its close to the 15.
Great customer service the sales person showed us every model and was very amicable. Moving in for sure.
The staff is rude there is always police ion the complex, dont even get me started on the bugs! Justy the worse place i have ever .
Awesome staff
