Update: To management who FINALLY decided to reply to a customer, I am not a business claiming to be associated with you, I am a former tenant. This is one of my business emails. I find it strange you can reply to a one star review so quickly, yet a tenant with an emergency is not important. There is no need for me to contact anyone on your team, I have already left that awful complex. Plus, all they will do is give me the run around.

I’m convinced the majority of the good reviews are fake. The apartments have a good outward appearance, yes. But they are poorly staffed, which I’m starting to see is common in Las Vegas since moving here. For the ridiculous prices they are charging, there are better options out there.

Made an unexpected u turn with my girlfriend to find that these amazing apartments had Edna as their leasing agent which made us feel welcomed as if we were at our new home already!!

Heard through a friend that they were doing a “Meet a Cop” event. I wanted to take the kids by and was very impressed with this property. Tina and Edna were very helpful and knowledgeable. The kids had a great time as we checked out all they had to offer. Pool looked nice and the playground was very clean. Would recommend.

Update: The apartment itself is clean, roomy and very nice. The grounds are kept up, parking is plentiful. You don’t know what you’re getting when you move across country and take an apartment sight unseen. I’m so appreciative of the Bella Fiore staff. The pool is still not open, which is a huge disappointment as the casino pools are, but this is of no fault of the management.I’m so very, very pleased Miss Edna and Miss Tina are the best. I’ve relocated from Florida and they have made this transition so incredibly easy and with so much kindness and concern. The grounds are beautiful and the apartments are clean and spacious.

The gate finally got fixed after months of being wide open for just anyone to enter. August is right around the corner and we are yet to see that pool open up. The gym is finally open BUT only during office hours. Most apartments I’ve seen offer 24/7 access but apparently Bella fiore doesn’t. I thought I’d be able to cancel my gym membership but I won’t be doing that since by the time I get home the gym is locked up. Here we are paying for amenities we can’t even have access too. Not sure if it’s due to covid or what but everything has been opened since March, we can’t forever live in a bubble things need to go back to how they were before, regardless of covid. They also now enforce tenants who do not want to pay an additional $25 to not park under the covered parking spots. All the uncovered parkings are literally several complexes away from the complex Im in so I have no choice but to leave my car parked far away and just hope nothing happens to it since they also don’t even have cameras outside. Kids are out playing with rocks around cars and no supervisions around. I’ve found rocks on top of my car so obviously I know this is going on. And I can see kids right outside my complex playing with them since the playground only has dirt and rocks. These are only a few things, don’t get me started on the apartment they gave me keys too 🤮 that review will be next.

Such a great experience!!! On our first day Carolina gave us a tour, she and Edna are awesome!!! So in love with Bella Fiore!Looking forward to live there.

The whole staff is so nice and patient. Which I appreciate so much. Maintenance staff are cool people they seen me throughout my first pregnancy so it was cool I got to show them my baby boy when he was born. Bella fiore is a calm environment which is a plus. I feel safe taking a late night stroll with my little family of four at night. 5 stars

Was doing door to door search and walked in at the Bellla Fiore apartment Edna welcomed us with a smile ear to ear.Professional and detailed information . I left my contact just in case availability for two bedroom would come up.Next day first then in the morning was her call with the available Two bedroom apartment.Wow Wow….that came unexpectedly.Best customer service ever.

They are charging $25 A MONTH to park under a carport!! Which is NOT included in rent. So ridiculous. People can barley afford rent and on top of it you guys are charging a extra $25 to park under a safe area. Dont move here unless you want to pay a extra $25 A MONTH on TOP of your rent to park under a carport. Is there really that bad of a issue with parking for you guys to charge $25 a month?...... from what I see there is no issue with parking for you guys to be charging.

I lived here for a little over 2 years. Edna, Victoria and Tina are wonderful people to deal with. I never had any pest problems. I think the only complaint I would have is the clickpay program they use to pay rent now, I was charged 200 fee for something that was out of my reach, but they also have money gram which was a better solution for me. Other than that great place to live, very quiet, maintenance is quick and the guys are kind and respectful. Thank you for making my stay there feel like home. I will miss it for sure :)

Very bad for business they dont return call back you have to emal them they are charging 25 for shaded parking spaces and the person that lives behind laugh so freaking loud i have to turn up my sound bar to drain out their conversation that i have to hear....luckily my lease will be up soon ill be gone

When I first moved in Sept 2018 I was not happy, my unit had many issues. Tina was patient and made sure every concern I had was addressed. She wanted to make sure I was comfortable calling Bella Fiore home. I just signed my third lease. I am pleased with the office staff and my experience.

Very grateful to have found a beautiful apartment for a reasonable price. Edna from the front office made the entire process an absolute breeze and enjoyable. I just moved in but my intuition tells me this next year at Bella Fiore will be nothing but comfortable.

Someone asked me on here what I thought of Bella Fiore. Where should I start My son has autism so having a place he can feel safe at and comfortable it means alot to me. Our neighbors are friendly always say hi, good morning, Its well kept and even Edna the office manager will see you and stop and chat with you, make u laugh shes great. My favorite is one of my neighbors mom decorates every occasion and I love seeing it every morning I leave to work makes my day. Shes right infront you cant miss it...If your looking for a place Bella Fiore is a great place to live Been here for 6 years hope to be here till my son graduates. Hopefully longer

I have been 3 years in the apartments and now they want to charge for the parking lot 25$ if we dont pay they say our car will be tow .. in the contract dosent say anything about charging for the parking and also why they didnt include it in the rent... 😤😡

Great place, All upgraded appliances, polishes nickel hardware, bigger tubs, ceiling fans that color combination to accent the kitchen, full size washer and dryer! Its community is really quite. Gated with amenities! hopefully after the virus bbq pits by the pool with fires and jet fuel. 😆

Comfortable living at a affordable price, quiet neighborhood and great space

I have been living here for apx. 4 Months so far and I have nothing but good reports. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. All 3 ladies in the office are readily available to assist with any and everything customer service wise. There are always big smiles even in stressful situations. The vibe and environment is that of a home feeling.This welcoming property has spacious and remodeled dwellings. The perimeter of complex is cleaned daily by the staff. The neighbors are quiet in this area and kids are not a nuisance as my previous apartments. My apartment came with vinyl flooring in common areas with carpet in the bedrooms. I have a 2 bdrm 2 bath that is a well laid out plan. If anything goes wrong within apartment, as long as a work order is placed they have been wonderful about completing. I have had a few things to report and they were worked on and solved with 2 days.If considering this property, my advice to you would be to visit and see for yourself.

I am in the process of moving in but from the time I went into the office a couple of months ago to when I filled out my application a few weeks ago and signed my lease a couple of days ago everyone has been amazing.Edna is so sweet and helpful with a smile to greet you . I almost feel like old friends! Tina has been awesome as well as so friendly! I cant unfortunately remember the other young ladys name, however she was also very nice! I look forward to living here! I contacted these apartments because on their website they have one bedrooms listed for a certain price. I spoke with Edna about the price of a one bedroom, she wasnt very polite and rushed me off the phone. A first impression is always a lasting impression completely turned off by her rudeness.

Out of all 3 of my previous apartments I’ve rented, Bella is The one place I call HOME. I’ve never decorated any of my apartments like a home till walked in my unit. The staff let’s not forget about the staff....Edna is an amazing woman with a great personality and will do whatever it takes to meet Your standards and needs. Since day one she has always been helpful. Family and friends love my home as well and is in considering on moving in to one of the units. Thank you Bella Fiore. I highly recommend the Bella Fiores. The worst people people ever kicking me out after iv been living here for more then a year, would not let me renew my lease because of a back ground check,,,the past is the past,it was over 15 years ago, so if you have a past, and and you live here already beware

Most reviews are reviews of the staff. And I will say in my contact with the office staff and maintenence, they are very professional and courteous. Today.. 6/21/19..was my move in date. And I LITERALLY LOVE my unit. It looks exactly like the model unit, with the exception of carpet in the living/dining room area. But the carpet is brand new and matches my decor. If you are looking for a great place to stay.. Bella Fiore is it.

I applied for one bedroom apartment and decided to go for the two bedroom because of the price. The apartments are beautiful. Edna help me and she is amazing so helpful. I definitively recommend Bella Fiore Apartments.

Just moved in 2 months ago, my family and I love it here! Our apartment is beautiful, neighborhood is quiet and the staff is great! Maintenance issues are handled in a timely manner. Not sure why there are ANY negative reviews! Bella Fiore is everything we could have hoped for!P.S. the apartments are sturdy too, you cant hear your neighbors through the walls or the lawn care guys leaf blower outside!

As I’m renewing my lease for another year with Edna, I asked if a dog park would be anywhere in the near further. Edna agreed and would bring it to the table, that it would be a good idea. I enjoy staying at Bella Fiore and having somewhere for my dogs to play will make it even better. There are a lot of dogs who stay in these apartments so it would be a good chance for not only the dogs to interact but the tenants also.

Stayed here for a full year with my two toddlers. My experience was great and they were fast in their response whenever I had issues. Its a new management that took over the building over a year ago and theyve turned this place around including adding a gym. Wish I could stay longer but had to move to a convenient location for my situation. Thanks for the accommodations!

Unprofessional. Scheduled an appt for a 1pm tour and after showing up on time, no one came to the office door or answered the phone. I called every 10 mins after and left at 1:30pm. I scheduled this 4 days prior so if this wasnt during business hours why wouldnt they say that or be back on time? After seeing the property just from pulling up its not an ideal place to stay anyway 😑

We just moved in to a remodel 2 bedroom unit and what a great journey it was. From the start to the end, the staff very professional, they lady in the front told us that they have been there some 11 months in the property a and were upgrading the units, she was right our unit was totally upgraded! I am at home relaxing and reading these reviews i came to conclusion, the negative reviews are nothing but people who wants to stay on the section 8 and Voucher they are mad because they dont want to workthey want to stay living in the system. We met the Security what a great guy he is!..I welcome anyone to live in this property!..

The rent is affordable the lady in the front (east cost accent) she is great helping me get 2 bedroom so I won’t leave because I have been living 3 years.

I would like to thank Tina for her professionalism. She was friendly and very informative. She made me feel that I made the right choice of where to live. I read some of the reviews and could not have disagreed more. It is my belief that these individuals were merely angry because they didnt get there way in something.

So far so good! If youre looking for easy access around town, central a/c, washer and dryer in unit, covered carports, security patrol, remodeled units, new appliances, swimming pool, beautiful clubhouse, friendly staff and reasonable rents then you found it. And those are the reasons Im here!Miss Edna has been just great to work with, very friendly and helpful plus she loves to laugh and smile. I briefly met Miss Monica and Miss Tina, both of them were just as nice and professional as Miss Edna. The application process, lease signing and move in were all fast and easy, no problems at all.There are two full time maintenance guys here as well, Curtis and Shane (forgive me if I messed up their names). I met both of them on move in day, great guys.If you are looking for the same things that Ive mentioned above why not come and check out the property for yourself? I think its a pretty good value!!

Great apartments! Don’t believe everything written as most of the “bad reviewers” are people who didn’t qualify or were asked to leave at the end of their leases. Which as a homeowner they can legally do without reason! Not every owner OR complex is required to take section 8 and most don’t! No reason to put them down for it! You can’t go into the office yelling, cussing and calling people names and expect to be treated “with respect”! You WILL be asked to leave, most even escorted off!! Before the new management this complex was trash filled, you could see drug deals happen all over and felt very unsafe. Now it is a clean complex, very eye appealing and definitely worth the look. Make your own decision about these apartments. The staff has always been very kind and helpful to me and my family every time we have gone in there.

Ive lived here for the past 2 years now going on number 3 and its been great. Seen nothing but improvements during my stay. Transfered to different apartments every year and with every move the renovations have been better and better. Now theyve even got a gym coming up. Happy with the new management and everything going on here.

I stopped by the leasing office today to get more information and I was greeted by a really nice lady by the name Edna. She gave me all the information and explained the move in process she also took me to tour a 2 bedroom model which is what I was looking for. The property looks very clean and I like that is gated I think I just found my new home.

These apartments are very nice! There is adequate space and room if you are looking to save money on living space. Apart from buying or renting a home, these apartment homes are quaint, and the front office service is great!

Don’t move here ! Their trying to turn the ghetto into something good which will never happen ! Lived here for 7 years before the new management even took over . Multiple people got shot at and killed over here . The new management means nothing these apartments are still ghetto. The security always messing with people even if you are actually a resident here . He pulled a gun out on me and my 3 kids for simply just sitting at the park which is actually not a park just a slide. They went up on the rent trying to make these into Luxury apartments and there is nothing luxury about them. my best advice to anyone is not to move here unless you like living ghetto fabulous.

Im with Edna and since I moved here I been telling her that we need a dog park because there is plenty of space on the back and my dog will be very happy to have some space for his playtime . Otherwise the apartments are amazing !
