Wonderful pedicure, horrible dip nail experience. I usually come here to get pedicures only, and it’s always been wonderful. This time I also decided to get my nails done for a wedding. Unfortunately it was less than good, they used too much glue, did not size the nail tips right, my cuticles were not pushed back, I had some lifting, and one fell off not even a week later. While I love doing my pedicures here, I don’t think I’ll do my nails again.

I have been going to the salon for over two years, even since I moved 45 minutes away. Huy is a very talented tech and unfortunately I will never be back to see him after my latest experience. He was booked the day before Mother’s Day, so I was told I would be placed with another tech Tony who was “really good”. Not only was Tony sloppy and rude, but he also got an attitude when asked to correct his mistakes. It got so bad that I got up from the desk and spoke to the manager, who then pulled Huy to correct the issues. He was able to fix their appearance, but the quality underneath was still not good. When I spoke to the manager Steve, he told me I put too much pressure on Tony and I should expect less because it was a busy day. I STILL PAY THE SAME AMOUNT! I finally left the salon after 2.5 hours and was expected to pay full price for the nails. Less than a week later, I have three nails coming off. Because I am not available with work and life to come in for another day or two, Steve (who refuses to speak with me over the phone) will only offer me 20% off another set so he can still make money off of his lazy tech Tony not properly prepping my nail for the dip to adhere. I literally had to walk this man through the process of doing my nails, asking him aren’t you going to soak them off? Why are you cutting that? Why are there holes? Etc. Easily the worst experience at a nail salon I have ever had, and I expected to be treated much better for my loyalty. I have brought several people into this business, friends, coworkers, even people on the street that like my nails. Unfortunately, Steve would rather be cheap and make an extra buck off of me instead of make it right.

The staff is efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Management is extremely efficient and professional.

I got my nails done here for the first time. It was a great experience! The nail techs were super nice and they did a great job on my nails. The environment was very clean and relaxing, and the prices are not overly expensive.

Heidis work and this was her fixing her very poor job at a simple full set. I didnt take a picture of the original because I was so upset. I thought by calling and complaining she would correct her mistake but this was the result of that. On top of her not correcting her mistakes. She was so condescending. I am not the type to make a scene or be rude so I didnt say anything to her and simply left. This was my third visit, 1st time they had two very nice gentleman working the counter both very nice. Heidi did my nails that time and honestly she didnt do a great job but it was decent and this salon is on my home from the hospital so its convenient. I went the second time and I had the nicest lady ever, she did an amazing job, she was nice and kind. We talked about our kids and weekends plans. I hate that I forgot her name. This third time I called and asked if they knew the lady on my second visit they couldnt give me a name so I requested Heidi because I really needed my nails done. My appt was on Friday after work. Im not sure if she was overwhelmed with her day but from the start I should have left. 1st. she picked out the length. I told her I didnt want them long and asked her to cut more she said dont worry I still have to file down. I let it be. 2ndas she was applying the acrylic she was basically just plastering it on. She didnt brush it correctly as you can see lumps nor did she file with the machine long to shape correctly. She was falling asleep while working. Then Im not sure if Heidi is the owner or lead but she is very demeaning towards the other ladies. One tech was giving her client a pedi and they were having a good conversation Heidi said something in their native language causing the lady to no longer talk to her client. I was unhappy with her, her work and how rude she was to her co-worker. I went to pay and even have her a tip because again Im not that client. She spent a good amount of time on me even if her job was horrible. When I called the next day to complain I spoke to Mary. She said I go Sunday and have Twee the best tech they have to correct Heidis mistakes. Made the appointment, arrived and Mary went to check with the tech and then came back to tell me that it was Heidis mistake and she should fix it. I said ok I didnt have a problem I just wanted them fixed. and this is the result of her fixing her mistakes. I really thought I found my new nail salon. I wish they offered a picture selection with names. No name tags and its hard with masks to remember anyone these days. But Heidi is unforgettable.

*This is an edit to my original review.*I had my nails done for the first time on Saturday, and experienced some discouraging issues. After the manager learned of the issues, he promised to make it right and most certainly did. I appreciate his professionalism and enthusiasm in regards to upholding the wonderful reputation the salon holds. Due to his actions, I will definitely be returning in the future.

Someone different has done my nails every time I’ve gone, but I have been satisfied with all. My nails always look great, the coffin shape actually is coffin shaped! They don’t try to force you into doing dip powder like other salons do. I always do French tip acrylic. I LOVE that I can have a complimentary cocktail while I’m getting my nails done. Also, the bartender is the sweetest lady who always makes sure you’re taken care of. Last time I was in she cut me up a fresh plate of watermelon to eat. The manager speaks great English and is easy to communicate with. They have a points system to reward you for return visits. Highly recommend!

Love everything about this place. I usually use Tammy and she is AMAZING, but she hasnt returned since the shutdown. I had Heidi instead and she did a perfect job with the shellac - exactly what I wanted. Now I have 2 people there I trust with my nails!!! 🙌🙌🙌

I have been here 6 or 7 times now. Ive always had a great experience. The place is very clean and the people are friendly! The best part is they serve you a free drink with every visit!

There were a lot of people there and they fit me in pretty quickly which was great. I love the shape of my nails but I feel like my technician rushed and didn’t really pay attention to detail. My nails were red before so I picked a dark gray color to cover it. He didn’t put enough powder on my nails to fully cover the red so it shows threw on one of my thumbs and 2 of my nails are already peeling off after only a week. I’m sure I could go back and they would fix these issues, as they were extremely nice. But I don’t want to have to drive back up there and take up more of my time when I shouldn’t have to.

My photo doesn’t do it justice...plus my feet are so ugly!!! BUT BESIDES THE POINT, it was my first time here and it was very nice! I do not mind the drive to get here because they are very nice and attentive!!!Their prices are a bit up there but their service is what tops it off. I definitely would want to come back to get my nails done for my wedding this weekend!!!!But seriously, get one of their spa pedicures, ABSOLUTELY amazing and worth the money!My friend spent $60 for the two of us: I got a herbal spa pedicure that came with a nice five minute neck and shoulder massage, hot stone massage, flavor scrub, and just so relaxing while my friend got a manicure.Definitely worth it!

So moved here 5 years ago and have tried numerous nail salons for a pedi only and this by far is my favorite. Great staff, great job felt valued as a customer. Excellent atmosphere as sometimes when youre new you dont feel welcomed. Hands down the best in this area from my honest opinion and I will be back thank you !!!

Been twice, both times they did a great job and I am EXTREMELY picky about my nails.

Got my nails done..2 weeks one nail broke so I went for a refill. 1 hour after I got them done again my nail broke, I went and got it fixed with no charge! The next day another nail broke.. and 2 more nails are chipping and coming off when I’ve barley had this set for 4 days. I’m not happy because I paid good money for these nails, just to look like they are 2 weeks old within 4 days.

Nick is hilarious!! He makes every client feel like family which is why I commute from Baytown to Woodlands every time I need my nails done. When I come in they turn up the music and make sure everyone is having a blast. We celebrated a birthday recently and the customer service here was exceptional, I look forward to this every two weeks!!

This was my first time coming to the salon upon a recommendation and I have to say, it was one of the greatest experiences ever. Not only is the salon a whole vibe with its classy interior, but the employees are very polite and incredible at what they do. I got a manicure and pedicure and walked out as a very satisfied customer. I will definitely be back and highly recommend others to visit this place for great quality work.

So very professional and friendly. I arrived to my appointment early and even though they were busy I didnt have to wait. The price was fair and they did a fantastic job. If youre gonna spend good money then spend it here and guarantee your nails will look perfect.

The price was a bit expensive for me, BUT the quality of work and the amount of pampering I got was EXCEPTIONAL! I got a Mani/Pedi with shellac on both toes and fingers and my nails looked flawless! The Mani lasted about 2-3 weeks and the pedi is still going strong. The have the massage chair, do considerable massage during the Mani/pedi and have a massage chair for after so they can rub your neck and shoulders. I went in the morning, otherwise I may have been tempted to try a drink from thier bar during this relaxing visit. Despite the price I will go back from time to time because the experience was so good.

I have been going here for 3+ years. They always remember my name when I walk in the door. I’ve never had any complains about my nails. And the cocktails are definitely a bonus.

This place is wonderful. Very clean and safety taken into account, and my nail tech (Gabby I think, I am terrible with names) was amazing. First time in ages getting anything other than gel / shellac, so I got some tips and dipped nails. Could not be happier and I think Ive found the new way to treat myself. This place is awesome.

I love this place.... The manager steve checks every ones nails before they leave to make sure they like their nails and to make sure they are quality nails. I had a little mishap where a nail broke the same day i got them done and I came back two days later. Steve personally fixed it without hesitation. I have never had any issues with this place. Only issue was this broken nail which is the first in the 3 years ive been going here. No matter where you go to get your nails done, youll always end up not liking a set, color, shape, break a nail...... But its how they treat you that makes it a great place.

My nails aren’t even a week old and i’m already missing a whole hand of nails each nail that popped off bleed. I have never had an experience where my nails pop off and bleed. The place is nice I am very fancy but the end result I did not like.

This is the best nail salon Ive been to since relocating here from Austin! U walked in and was immediately assisted. There were so many colors and powders to choose from. The pedicure choices were amazing as well! I selected the Herbal Pedi with peppermint. I got a warm neck pillow and a shoulder and neck massage with it! Oh and I cant leave out the bar sitting in the middle of the salon!!!! I ordered the mimosas! Mmmmm perfect for a relaxing Saturday! My feet and legs are so smooth after my pedicure! Then I got a full set with dip powder. This method is quick and fast and the best part it is ODERLESS! Thats ine if the big reasons I choose it. Also if you like your nails thin and natural like the dip powder is the go to! I will definitely be back! The customer service and my exprience was SUPERB!

I popped in, without an appointment, to get my eyebrows waxed on 11/25/20. The wait was less than 2 minutes despite them being very busy. I was in and out within 10 minutes and everyone was super polite and my brows are on point 👌🏼

Love the way Trish does my nails. Other nail techs shave to much of your nail off leaving your natural nail thin and brittle. Not Trish she only files down just enough. When I soak off my nails are long and strong 💪. Thanks trish. Although with the pedis they could do better. Or mayb I need to try the men

Quality of nails are not good for as much as they charge. Not sure if I got someone new or what but my nails looked like the nails I use to do on people when I was first starting out in beauty school. Owner didn’t seem to care. Won’t be going back.

Love this place!❤️ I come see Nam and Nelson religiously every few weeks. Nelson is the first person I have found to do my nails where they actually last for three weeks without breaking. Also, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Come check this place out. It won’t disappoint!

I never write reviews but Tran is so amazing I just had to say something! I LOVE coming here!! I live in kingwood and I drive 40 minutes just to go see Tran! She is the best nail tech I’ve ever had by far! She pays so much attention to detail and is so polite. I have been to many other places and no one ever does a better job than her!

Attentive staff with good services. They give hot stone massages! I wish the nail selection had more products that were heathier for the nails. Other then this minor detail the place is very good.

Normally come here and am always happy with my nails. Walked in and was given Lydia. She’s really nice and the nails look okay from the top but they’re crazy thick. She didn’t file enough of the old power away and when I said they were too thick she said she can’t file them or the old color will show. There’s also a weird bubble in the gel topcoat but I didn’t notice until I had already left.

I go here regularly for my nails or for wax. Their service is friendly, but the skill level of their technicians varies. Sometimes it’s very good and other times only fair.I have not been impressed with their manicurists when requesting a basic manicure, and I have had both good and bad experiences with their wax services. On the upside, you can get refreshments while you’re there - which is a nice perk for someone on the go.Their prices are very reasonable compared to most other nail salons.

They really did a excellent job for Mothers Day, I was very impressed there was food, and live entertainment. Kathy did an awesome job on my nails and feet, she was quite funny and down to earth. They serve adult beverages which is always a plus for me, not to mention the inside is beautiful. I hope after they been in business for a while that they dont raise the prices and lower the customer service like some of the other nail shops in the area. Also, not sure if Steve is the owner but he did an amazing job on Mothers Day to make sure that there was order and everyone was happy. So I searched a bit before I chose to come here. I came in signed in and chose my color for my teen and self. The wait was minimal at most 10 mins. They looked already busy too but someone came to get us. We chose the deluxe pedi and it was worth it. My guy didnt talk much but I was ok with that bc I was relaxing. I seen about 15 plus employees busy and working. Everyone was on point with the cleaning and staying busy. They have TVs, massage chairs and drinks. Im not a drinker but they have a bar for those that do. They finished us up and I am satisfied with our pedis. They did a really good thorough job of cleaning up our feet. I appreciate this bc I went to a competitor down the street and they left some skin hanging on my pedi. Overall this is a place to stop at. We will be frequenting here from now on. Good job guys.

Amazing!!!! I would give more stars if I could. This is the best my nails have ever looked! I am from out of town and I am genuinely sad I can’t come back. Tammy took her time to shape my nails PERFECTLY. She even added an extra coat of polish for me because I love extra coats. Everyone is so kind and patient. Even when there are rude people in the salon they remained calm and handled the situation so well. We came with a large group of girls for a wedding tomorrow. They treated the bride like a queen! We are all so pleased!

THE BEST my nails have ever looked! We came in as a bridal party and they had they whole place decorated for us and treated us like queens while also still doing the same for the other customers. They were so kind and patient with us and they did an incredible job! All of us left so happy with our nails saying they look the best that they ever have, definitely recommend!!!!!!

I have been a client of this place for a few months almost a year, but about 2 or 3 months ago I have done a bad job. The dip completely peels off my nails a few days later. It is not to believe it! I’ll not go to this place again, I feel like I throwing away my money.

Excellent experience. Nice atmosphere, nice and friendly staff. The artist who worked on my nieces nails did an amazingly beautiful job. He stayed 30 mins past closing to finish and he didnt rush at all even though everyone else left! He was just fabulous!!

Im so pleased to have finally found a first class nail salon in this area. Its extremely clean, you feel well cared for, great manicurists, additional services arent pushed on you. When you sit down in one of their massage chairs you are served fresh fruit and offered a variety of beverages, both with and without alcohol. When I leave I feel like Ive been on a mini vacation .

I decided to try this nail salon because it was very close to my work and Ive got to say I will be coming back again and again. I came in to get a pedicure and was greeted by a friendly staff who directed me to my nail tech, Cindy, who not only is excellent at her job but made my whole experience pleasurable. They have a fully stocked bar and serve you fresh fruit as soon as you sit down. I have never felt more relaxed. Very clean facility and great service.

I was completely surprised at my experience - I thought the atmosphere was lovely and relaxing, I was offered drinks and fresh fruit (fruit plate was delicious/fresh/sweet - I declined drink but other ladies were really enjoying themselves). Pedicure chair was new and massager worked extremely well. Young lady who did my toes worked very hard for me and accommodated every request. I dont get to pamper myself very often and I really enjoyed the experience. Glad to have them in our community!

Dont get dipped nails here. I asked for a particular nail shape and for an ombre color, but wasnt told that these items come with an upcharge and didnt find out until I was checking out. When I told the cashier I wasnt made aware these items were at an additional charge, he just shrugged and said, Oh...sorry. The nail shape itself on a few of my nails looked funny and wasnt done correctly, especially when considering it was $7 extra. I wouldnt recommend getting dipped nails here.Im putting my review at 2 stars, rather than 1, because they did a decent job on my regular pedicure.

I loved the environment and never once felt uncomfortable, even when I was super indecisive!! The experience was amazing!! I felt extremely relaxed after!! I only give three stars because I think the tech I had was new and he didn’t know how to do a few things. Like the paragon wax method was a bit shaky. Also, The lady next to me had her entire foot and leg wrapped, but when it was time for my wrap I only had my leg was wrapped. There was a miscommunication because I still don’t know if that was something that just didn’t come with my package or not. I would go back but request I get a well seasoned nail tech.*Update* So when I left I explained what I mentioned above and I received 10% off. I am a sucker for good customer service!!

I could not be any happier with my experience at Palace Nails Bar. Sue did my SNS manicure, and it came out perfect! She was very sweet as was every employee I interacted with. I cant wait to go back and do a pedicure as well and try a cocktail! The fact that they are so close to my house is just the icing on the cake.

My nails ended up with sorts of different lengths and shapes. It was not filed nicely. I was charged for the nail tips but they ended up filing it so much that it reaches my real nail length. So I should’ve never gotten the nail tip anyway. My nails are uneven and ugly. The size and shape of my nail was not even close to being square it’s just big, flat and uneven shape. I’m so disappointed in their The Woodlands location paid so much for nothing. I had to get it removed and get it re-done somewhere else

I have lived here in spring for 9 years and have tried just about every nail salon and new one that has opened since. Unfortunately they have all disappointed me because I felt uncomfortable or wasnt happy with how my nails came out. Palace Nails Bar tops them all they are awesome. The service is outstanding from the moment you walk in. You are greeted with a smile. Everyone is nice and makes you feel welcomed and pampered. I am a customer for life now. The drinks and fruit are just the icing on the cake.

Well my professional nail technician Kaylann is awesome, I only have gone there a few times now and I like how she treats me as an individual. She takes her time with my nails and she does not give off a vibe as if she just want to take money and leave me feeling like did I just get my nails done or what, and I like that she talks about being healthy both mentally and physically. I enjoy that because she definitely practices what she preaches. I dont want to neglect the other staff members there. The front desk staff professionals and the other nail technicians are friendly also from what I have observed. Thanks guys for not acting highfalutin and sadity....AKA snobbish, its refreshing coming to a nail establishment thats all about the customers and not making you fell as you dont exist while waiting to be served. Keep up the outstanding work you guys and you all will be blessed with more customers than you all can handle....now that is what I call a GOOD PROBLEM!

They do a really great job, don’t get me wrong... what I don’t like is how they charge you to maintain the coffin shape every time you come in. You really expect me to pay $5 extra for something I already came in with for each visit? Uhm no. The nail tech, Lydia was pretty rude about it talking about me to my nail tech, Annie, RIGHT in front of me. I’m not stupid.Every other nail place I’ve been too charges extr for coffin on a new set, but never for a refill when you already have the shape. Complete BS and terrible business strategy.
