I moved back into Rancho Destino last year because of a very positive experience when my husband and I lived here six years ago.My husband passed away just two years ago now and being in a community of this sort seemed to be more sensible while trying to adjust to being a Widow and a Senior.The first couple of months I became extremely nervous because of the turnover. I couldnt believe that moving trucks were here daily.Now we have Francine and Carly who are very caring about residents and the property being cared forIm very happy now and know that returning here was the best decision.Thank youFrancine, Carly and Roberto.

I love living at Rancho Destino! The pool and landscaping are very well kept and the staff has helped me a lot throughout the pandemic. Carly & Francine are wonderful and are always there for me when I’ve needed them. They’ve always gone above and beyond! Roberto is always accommodating and on time with work orders. I couldn’t ask for a better management!

Lived here for a year and totally not worth it for what they charge one bedroom I paid 920 +70 for water and trash and all there fees. Im currently renting a house for the same price but a 3 bedroom!!! Its not worth it for 800 square foot apartment. Talked to some ladys that live there and they said that there cars are getting broken in to (not cool for a gated community) and the office doesnt seem to care enough to fix the issues my place got broken in to and thats when I new I had to leave its a horrible feeling knowing your not safe in your own home😠 told the office and she didnt care. Also they have ducks swim in there pool can not be sanitary what so ever kinda gross. Anyways hate this place dont bother here you can get a house for the same price but bigger space!!!Dont waist your money here

Wow....had way too high of expectations for this place. Dont expect anyone to answer more than once on any of their 5 phone numbers. Looking to move out of state, talked to very friendly representatives who gave me a great feeling about applying for a 1 bedroom only to be led on and robbed of my application money. Received a phone call saying I had been approved but someone else had applied in person before me? So how come they told me to apply if someone else was already there filling out an application? Really sketchy and I was scammed.

Put in maintenance request 4 weeks ago, no one came to fix anything, we did ourselves and will be deducted out of next rent. Then receive email if I was satisfied with the repairs....... you ignored request!!!! Maintenance guy drives by everyday smh....

Well, we moved into a very dirty unit. The cleaning people didnt do anything. I have plenty of photos if you would like to see them. Not happy at all. After the first month or so things calmed down as my husband and the office manager did not agree on anything. Since then my husband has passed away and I have moved out. The lady who I spoke to the other day understood when I spoke to her about my situation. I cannot give enough thanks to her, I dont know her name, but thank you. It was a nice place to live but the one thing that really bothered me was my 7 year old grandson was being bullied by a gang of kids that live their. Those kids also egg and scratch cars so just be careful.

I absolutely love living here! The only real big complaint I have is that THE PARKING SUCKS! I work from 7am-9:30pm and dont get home until 10pm 5 days a week. When I get home it is a huge struggle to find parking near my apartment and not to mention i already have to walk around the entire building just to get to my door because theres only one walkway so having to park around the corner can sometimes really suck especially if I have groceries or anything else to carry. I see people park in the parking spots near my complex that either dont have a parking pass or live in another complex. It is extremely agitating to say the least and although I dont mind walking, sometimes I have heavy things or Im already exhausted from work. Other than the parking and kids non stop screaming and running through the rocks right next to my window I absolutely love this place.Only things Id liked changed or some preferences of mine are reserved parking for apartments and instead of just constantly getting papers put on my door for reminders, notices, and info, maybe an email as well. Since I work so much I can get an email at any time but I only get paper notices when I walk through the door so it would be nice to have both. Great complex and great people work here, highly recommended! Keep up the great job!

I lived here for one year from 3/2017-3/2018. The property was well maintained and they made several upgrades while I was there. They added a dog park, updated the community grills, etc. I only had a few maintenance issues when I first moved in and everything was corrected promptly. The staff seemed nice whenever I had to contact them. The only suggestion I would have is to add a drop box for the office. Almost every month, I would try to drop off my rent (to avoid the extra online processing fees) and almost every time the office doors were locked so I had to randomly keep trying to drop off my rent. Also, the amount of outdoor cats was sometimes frustrating. I sometimes couldnt open my sliding glass door to let my dog on the patio, because cats would randomly walk into my apartment. The cats also pooped constantly in the sand at the dog park, which pretty much made the dog park unusable to me (but, my dog loves to eat the cat poo). I dont think this is entirely controllable by the staff, but it was the only frustration I had living there. I would definitely recommend this place to others. I was a single female and felt pretty safe here.

I love these apartments. I’ve been here almost a year and it’s very peaceful, & quiet. Management is very nice and always concerned with the residents needs. Anytime I have a issue inside my apartment the manger Gets it fixed right away. If your looking for a place I’d definitely recommend living here.

ITS BEEN ABOUT A MONTH NOW.WITH THE BACK GET STILL NOT FIXED.WIDE OPEN 24-7.I SEEN HOMELESS PEOPLE SLEEPING BETWEEN THE GATE AND MY GARAGE WALL,I seen homeless men and women hanging out at the dog park for hours of the day.Cars going in and out.On the property there’s no speed limit signs no where on site.Cars speeding ripping corners.And there’s no mirrors at blind spots on the property.And there’s lots of kids playing in the roads.No security at night with lots of cars being vandalized.Homeless sleeping at the BBQ areas at night.And the Maintance men told me it’s all on camera.The Office lady are rude.They quick to send me a late notice for my rent witch happen once.But when I need something fixed and I call and leave a message No one from the office returns my messages.So I ask theMaintance men they respond asap.But no reply from any of the office women.And these fees are so ridiculous.Donna is a peace of work.When I go in the office to ask a question she looks at me like what you want me to do.Never a welcoming attitude “NEVER”. Rent seems to go up,But the Quality of Living on this property is getting worse.I have no complaints about the maintenance men.

This place was awesome till last year. Brian used to have everything looking amazing and was so nice. This year I’m honestly disgusted. There have been countless cars vandalized including our own.. the back gate is stuck open 90% of the time for anyone to drive in, the pool is closed and filthy even tho it’s summer now so nobody can even go sit at the tables. Nobody is cleaning it or working on it, it’s just closed. And thanks to no security, people have had parking lot parties blasting music and screaming until 5 or 6am. Not to mention the women working the front are pretty rude on the rare occasion we are forced to interact with them. We can’t wait to get out of here. Not enjoyable or safe.

Being a college student I have faced the point in my life where I was forced to leave the home nest and find a new (and hopefully inexpensive) place. Sadly, this was not the complex. Not only are the pricing not listed on the online website (which is seriously inconvenient) their staff and response time was horrendous. I decided to call earlier to find the pricing only one person answered and told me the proper people were out and to leave a message. So I did and they hadnt called me back, ever... I then decided it pay them a visit, sadly we were stopped at the gate, if youre a prospecting renter you must wait for the office to let you in over a phone call. Again they didnt answer. After that, I have given up, they lost my business and I recommend you dont even bother with them and head next door, or really anywhere else till they show improvement.I feel they could be a great complex, their location is great, and they look nice, close to csn and some other major attractions. I just recommend they work a bit better on responding to prospecting leaseholders. If theyre this terrible to someone new I cant imagine how they are to someone who actually resides here.

Ive been here 4 years and it used to be nice. Now it is a different story. Work orders DO NOT get completed in a timely manner and the fees that I used to pay have doubled. Work doesnt get completed. Its suppose to be a gated community, but the gate doesnt ever actually work so it stays open all the time. Yet you still pay CAM fees Which I dont know what for because nothing ever actually gets done. The gate has maybe worked 6 days out of this month. Everytime I put in a work order (which is often, these apartments are all falling apart) it is at least 5 days till it gets taken care of, even when I told them my sink was leaking. My garbage disposal had gotten clogged and I called them and told them I needed them immediately. I couldnt cook or clean because the sink was going to overflow and they didnt care. I had to clean the p trap myself and thought they had forgotten about it and never put the order in, but 2 weeks later they showed up at my door and said they were there to fix the sink. I told them I fixed it myself 2 weeks ago and they left. My toilet had started flooding and it took them a week. Also they enter even when you tell them they DO NOT have permission to enter on the work order if youre not there. They towed my car and Im a resident and I have to go pick it up from the tow yard when I get back in town. They said it was a mistake and I dont have to pay but I still have to pick it up myself. If you live by the pool it is excessively noisy till 2 am a few nights a week. They do inspections every six months and will not work around your schedule. They also have pop up inspections for random things every couple months and look in places that are not specified they are going to look in. I was told that I was being disrespectful when I said I wanted to be there when they were in my home. They proceeded to yell at me for 5 minutes after telling me this. You will never have a covered stall to park in because they are all always taken because there are more apartments then there are covered parking stalls. Lower class people are moving in and leaving grocery carts all over. In my opinion that is so trashy. I dont want to have a grocery cart hit my car at my complex. I can go on and on and on about what an awful place this is to live. My advice is RUN! RUN away and never look back. This isnt the place for you. DO NOT move here!

Bad customer service! To many new managements and Ive barely been here a year. They never return phone calls. They charge outrageous amounts. I have a service animal and then half way through my lease they tell me Im being charged because they lost all my documents. It showed that I had service animals. The gates are always broken and yet they wont do anything about it. They try and take everyones money, they will find anything and everything to charge you! They are charging people to store packages in a locker room in their office. They never keep up on bags to pick up dog poop. People leave their dogs poop every where its nasty! Management has no respect for any of the tenants. they lock the bathrooms but if you use the gym and need to go to the bathroom you have to hold it until you get home. I will never live here again! The apartment always smells like ass like bad sewer they wont do anything about the smell

Leasing office is now so terrible.. they r rude, slow, and dont know what they r doing 85 percent of the time. mgt turns over every few months, so its ran horribly. i lived there 4 yrs moved out this summer.... buhhh byeeee

I went in on Thursday and toured a 1 bedroom with Donna.She was so helpful she went out of her way to help me with info to their sister property because they dont have a 1 bedroom for asap move in. She was very outgoing and I just loved talking with her .If Rancho Destino had a 1 bedroom available asap I would be moving in. The environment was just so welcoming.

1) This apartment complex was way too expensive for the quality of housing they offer there. We payed $740 (base rent) for a one bedroom with a small room, small kitchen, small living room and an even smaller kitchen with almost no cabinet space. THEN, what they dont elaborate on is that at the end of the month they also charge for water, sewer and trash, then an additional charge for CAM fees (Still not sure what CAM fees are, but the leasing office said it was similar to HOA fees). These fees total about 100 every month. So, we payed $840 for a 700 sq feet one bedroom a month.2) Some of the staff struck me the wrong way. You have to turn in a check or money order for rent every month in the leasing office. It took way too long to do this sometimes. There would be a line of people just waiting to hand the office their check. Dont know why it took so long, but sometimes I waited 15 minutes just to hand them the money for the rent. It took long to do anything in the front office.3) A one bedroom apartment here is almost the same price as renting a house. I believe they just raised the rent again. We now pay 1080 for a 3 bedroom home (including sewer, trash and other fees) with a backyard and garage. If you can afford the extra cash, it is beyond worth it.4) One good thing is that maintenance was really nice. They are a team of two and work really hard.

I lived here for 13 month in 2016. We had a remodeled unit that was upstairs. The grills were terrible barely worked, the pool was ok. The only good thing about this complex was Nigel the grounds and maintenance guy and he probably left this dump! The gate rarely worked, honestly don’t waste your time here the cam fees are a scam those fees are insane. Basically your getting nickled, and dimed.

The staff is awesome especially Grace. She’s very knowledgeable and professional.

Its not a bad place to live. The rent was a bit high I think, but thats really the only issue. The maintenance team was prompt and verbally the office staff seemed good. I had my dog in the apartment, and of course outside and my neighbors seemed to love her. I clean up after my dog, and didnt notice anything difference from anyone else. My only complaint was...due to my contract ending I had to leave the complex one month early. They accepted my move out letter, but then sent me a bill for over $2000 stating early termination of the lease, charging me for the remaining month, a fee of month and half rent for no early notification and other random charges. Thats ridiculous.

I’ve live here for 10 year great place to live Great management and staff very safe place to live very convenient anywhere to go you would love this place.

Do not move here. Literally the worst maintenance, and they have tons of hidden fees. There are much better places and cheaper and nicer.

I moved in here 2 years ago.Old, smelly noisy apartments but for the price it was good.After being robbed I was transferred to a second floor (same community). Apartment is literally falling apart, kitchen stinks how old it is, floods are happening once in 2-3 month, last time (2-3 weeks ago) when I called maintenance I was waiting for them to come fix it for 5 DAYS!!!!! I wasn`t able to was dishes or use kitchen at all.Let`s not talk about the pricing in this s***hole and water bills that are $120 for a 2 bedroom apartment.Regardless I was quiet, here and there I would have moments where I would to to a club house and complain, they would listed promise that they will do something- nothing has ever changed but okay.Today I went to pay my rent at this unhappy, frustrated, miserable human being that happened to be new employee Dan Ciraulo or something like that gave him self a permission to yell at me, to treat me like I`m some dog to find a shelter there, to kick me out because God forbid I while I was waiting to give him a check I went into back office to check package that I received.I was never treated like this in my whole entire life by no one, no one ever made me feel this uncomfortable and upset please future residents trust me, go live to any other place but this! You gonna overpay and be treated like you are asking for mercy and anyone has a right to talk to you the way they wanted.

I gave one star just because I do like living here, my gf and I pretty excited when we got approved here. we been here since Oct. no problems at all. Decent price rent for the area we are in. Now the one star stand for the issue i am having here now. The issue here is I live in one bedroom one bath floor plan. Since January a huge family had moved in upstairs. 2 to 3 adults and 4 or 5 kids are now living upstairs in a ONE BEDROOM AND ONE BATHROOM. I work 4am to 2pm so when I get home I hear kids running back and fort, stomping and some kind of dropping objects that continuously making loud noises and as i am writing this right now still hear them very loud. And see if this was only once in a while thing or occasionally events I really wouldnt mind but it continues every day after day from day one. Now, i did talked to the People at the office, and they had two things to say about it:1. if its before 10pm we cannot do anything about the noises.then we said well theres a lot of people that lives in one bedroom, i thought the residence law is one bedroom and one bathroom max is 2people.2. the answer: Well, they are waiting for another unit to be vacant. (its been 5monthns now. Now thats almost half of my experience here. i mean i do not know what we did to deserve this i mean we have been early on our rent every months and all the our bills with them, never late or ever gave them a problem we obey all the rules.. for the record i dont mind kids or the kids running around OUTSIDE but not upstairs no respect for others. i mean theres a lot of park around this area go to the park and let your kids run around there. and even now our water bill has been going up because of our water bill is divide in 4units in the building so therefore for one and two people living in one bedroom and one bath we are paying more because of all the usage upstairs. i cant really blame them upstairs because they are paying rent too. is the people at the office.. Every day i come home i hate it already, i turn on loud music so i dont hear them. so if the office people were concerned as much as theyre concern about people paying their rent on time why arent they helping this situation, i get that you dont want any vacancy i get that, but take action on this situations.so Ive read some reviews on what i can do. one says if i dont like it then move. well unfortunately we cant, because we have signed a lease and is too expensive to break the lease. as for me right now, it sucks to know there is nothing else i can do from here. its really not a good feeling.. So i suggested do not move here if you want a quite home this is not the place. They will not helped you at all.. be fair Rancho Destino!
