Pacifica Spring Valley Rocks! The care and compassion the staff have for their residents is so palpable. Whether they are reading a resident a book, or combing ones hair, engaging in a sing along or just sitting next to them caressing their hand for comfort. You can feel the love the staff have for each individual in their care. Not only is the staff amazing, the community itself is so lovely. It takes you by surprise when you walk into the front door and see a bright and airy town-like setting, right in the midst of this safe and secure environment. Residents are freely walking along the store fronts which are brightly lit by six large skylights. They can make their way to one of our beautiful outside patios to enjoy some fresh air and sun on their faces or join in for one of our many wonderful activities. You will not regret moving your loved one into Pacifica Spring Valley!

My sister, Aida, recently became a resident of Pacifica Senior Living, Spring Valley. Her children were fortunate to find this facility and with the gracious help of Deanne, the transition was less emotionally wrenching. The facility is clean, bright and well designed to meet the needs of the residents. The staff members are very helpful and they seem to understand the unique needs of the residents and the families of people with memory issues. I would like to thank the staff who answer the phones, especially Dani, for her kindness in helping me connect by phone with my sister. In these times of quarantine, the telephone connection is invaluable.

The journey to find our mom a community to meet her needs stemming from Dementia was a journey I never thought we would be on. I walked into Pacifica at Spring Valley and was kindly greeted by Deanne Forsyth. She gave me all the info I needed to make an informed decision . The community is safe, full of activities and staff that truly cares. We have no regrets and my mom is happy, safe and well cared for .

We toured the facility and were very impressed. The facility was clean and had a very comfortable feel. The staff that we met were nice and very professional. The person who gave us the tour, Deane Forsythe, was incredible. She was answered all of questions and was even able to address some of our overall concerns. We couldnt be more please with what we saw at Pacifica.

Deanne is one the kindest people I have met. She is always eager and willing to help any of us and never makes you feel like your bothering her. Her smile and positive attitude are both infectious and overall we truly need more Deanne’s in this world.

I’m very happy with the care my Mom receives at Pacifica! The staff takes good care of my Mom and everyone there does their best to resolve any issues that arise. I had a lot of help and support getting Mom’s room set up. I can rest assured that my Mom is in good hands.The staff also treats me very well and I feel welcome when I’m there.

We love this facility and all the staff has been very helpful throughout the entire process. This facility provided us with the perfect solution for our loved one with Alzheimer’s. Pacifica has been a god send. The facility is top notch and so is the staff. They have gone above and beyond to help my elderly mother. This difficult time in our lives has been made much easier because of the great folks at Pacifica and we are genuinely appreciative.

My experience was marvelous. I would recommend anyone going there, especially if you are looking for a good place to take someone who is elderly to live. This was the first place I ever seen them serve waffles, strawberries on top with whipped cream. They sure made me hungry.

Looking for my grandmother for memory care. Great facility! Christina the marketing director was very knowledgeable and our experience was good for not knowing what to expect. The facility was clean and the staff were so pleasant and we felt this would be a good place for grandma.

Wonderful energy, great staff and an answer to our prayers. I knew the minute I walked in, I cried and said this is the place. I had that feeling in my gut that this was moms home and I was right. She has been more active since she has been here than I have seen her in a while. Kelly and Debra have been awesome through the entire process

This is a great place! All the staff work well together, The residents love their home and each other, You will always see a smiling face every corner you turn. Everyone assists you with anything you need!And they have really good kitchen staff.

Terrible place. Was forced harmful medication without a diagnosis. The rooms smell and the food is inedible.

What a great day at Pacifica Senior Living Spring Valley - Residents were singing karaoke, painting, and enjoying the music. Staff are always so helpful and they truly care for the residents.

Pacifica is a wonderful Senior living facility and Deanne Forsyth was so helpful. She really cares about the families and seniors that she works with.

Cane in and the employees were discussing how they would be neglecting one woman in their care because her mother was really annoying and nagging. The place was filthy! all of the residents smelled terrible and a lot of the employees were getting yelled at for not changing or taking the residence to the restroom on a regular basis I will be removing my mother from this place inmediatly
