Toured this fabulous community and was blown away! I had the opportunity to meet Gabby, the manager as was so impressed with her professionalism. With all the options in town, this is by far the nicest community I’ve ever seen.

We want to give a shout out to the entire staff at Tuscan Highlands for the excellent service day in, and day out. The people make the place. We would like to mention Terrell Jones in particular. Terrell is the groundskeeper, but not just your average groundskeeper. Since we are at the pool daily, we see him often. Terrell always takes time to greet you, and ask how you are doing. He also takes pride in his job. We’ve noticed him (from our second floor balcony) go out of his way to pick up something that was out of place, or replaced something the wind might have blown down. We love it here, but prior family commitments dictate that we will be leaving soon. We definitely look forward to returning in the near future.

I saw this place on Zillow and decided to go check it out. I scheduled a tour and fell in love with the place and decided to apply. I got approved within the next day. Jennifer Thompson was the one who handled everything smoothly and quickly from start to finish. She answered her emails super fast and I moved in within 4 days of application approval. As far as the place itself, it is also worth 5 stars. Not many apartments are going to have this many amenities for this price. This place has made an overall great investment and I applaud them for that.

Beyond pleased. Andrea is the very best. She made my decision easy. Having her involvement in my process was invaluable. This is THE PLACE to be. Why are you not here?

Tuscan Highlands has been a fantastic landing place. The grounds are always spotless (thanks Terrell and team!) and the office staff is always willing to help.I highly recommend Tuscan Highlands!!

My experience with the new maintenance team has improved. Julio did the repair that was needed, was efficient, and quick.

This is the most beautiful property I have been too. The amount of amenities is mind blowing. You never have to leave your home. Everything is right at your fingertips. Absolutely gorgeous!? If your hungry just come in down to Beccas for an amazing brunch on Sunday. Oh you want a Bloody Mary. You can have that too.....and it’s included with your rent?! WOW!

Rude ppl, they seemed not to worry about possible residents,,, I asked typical questions about the application process and they responded rude saying “please read again the email We sent you!! Like she was too tired to explain the process over the phone with meSeemed a nice property but with the worst customer service, I l just don’t want to live around unhappy ppl sadly working

I’ve called this place 5 times to try and setup a showing-no response in over a month. Can’t imagine what the service would be like once they have you locked in to a lease agreement.

You will absolutely love Tuscan Highlands just as much as everyone that lives here! See you at the next event!

Poor customer experience. Expect a week for your background report and also expect to be stereotyped and have someone give you the run around. Wasted time and energy at this property.

My wife and I have lived in some pretty lavish places and The Tuscan Highlands of Las Vegas is definitely at the top of that list. It is definitely the trendsetter ideal residency of the future. From the moment we set foot on the property, we felt the feeling of home. That feeling of comfort.We have lived in places where we were totally judged before signing the lease. Rochelle Fox gave us our first tour and worked with us every bit of the way until we signed our lease.Everything is top notch from the beautiful landscaping to the lavish amenities on site. There is also a lifestyle fee that includes a gym that rivals Lifetime Fitness itself. Includes is a 4 star restaurant onsite headed by Steve Kennedy and Winnie Schulman(two of my favorite people) as well called Becca’s. The lifestyle membership allocates you to free brunch on Sunday’s, Taco Tuesday, and a mixer which is held every Friday night. You get two drink coupons are included as well.Last, but not least, I have to mention the staff! We Love Rochelle in management, Cassie and Stephanie from the lifestyle, and Jocelyn at Becca’s Restaurant. Even the maintenance crew here is awesome!!! Especially Terrell Jones!! Terrell seems like a do it all maintenance man. He’s always friendly and every time you see him, he’s always working diligently to keep our beautiful property intact! Give that man a raise!!Overall everyone is friendly and if you’re looking for a place of diversity where all people are welcome, then The Tuscan Highlands of Southern Highlands is your place!

This. Place. Is. Ammmmmmazing!!! I don’t need a backyard. Nope sure don’t. I will trade it all in to live here. You have everything and I mean EVERYTHING you will ever need here. The manager gave us a tour and she sold it in the first few minutes. The amenities are worth it but that’s not even it. It’s a whole lifestyle here. And the floor plans are so spacious. Wow. Windows for days!! Go see them. The pictures don’t do it justice. Can’t wait to trick my husband into letting us move here lol.

This place is amazing! All the ammenities are great! Love the pool with a great big tv screen! The restaurant is great and the apartments are amazing!

One star because Ive never been there. I will change my rating once I get an answer. Why is a 2 bed, 2 bath starting at $2,000+??? It is really high up there. What makes it worth our hard earned money? Just curious 🤔

Looking into a temporary relocation to LV for work and stumbled upon this property and immediately fell in love. The team has been nothing but helpful and so kind - Jenn has made me feel at ease and excited about the community. Hopefully ill get to live in this community for a while!

It is actually no that expensive considering is southern highlands and the amenities this place has. It is a beautiful property.
