Celeste & all the office staff were always friendly and helpful. They helped me secure a place to stay when I was in a tough situation. The one bedroom I stayed in was not remodeled but it was comfortable for what I needed at the time. Rate was affordable. Never had any problems with neighbors. Not the best area around here but the property was always well lit and, as a single female, I never felt unsafe.

EVEN WHEN WITNESSED BY PLUMBING CONTRACTORS AND RESIDENT MANAGEMENT/CONTRACT MAINTENANCE CREWS. FREMONT PALMS APRTMENTS. DURING FIRST YEAR RESIDENT /PRE-COVID /PRESENT 2021. I WAS SUBJECTED TO UNSAFE POTABLE WATER. BLACK WATER.-MS.BOSFIELD.

There are roaches. Tons and tons of roaches. If you need a sot to avoid being homeless until your next place opens up, its $300+ a week and $65 a day with card if you need to tack on an extra day or two.There are doughnuts in the office every Thursday and Friday unlike the ones closer to Fremont street.

I checked in over a month ago to a studio very impressed with the studio has a bedroom and living room section nice flooring. I had more of my stuff at my place it was kinda cramped up so I got a 1 bedroom coincidentally my grandma has asked me if my old room was available because it’s a downstairs and she’s paying more at budget an needs to be on a 1st floor so we checked her in to my old one an she is really happy with it. Much nicer than the budget the staff treat us better here. The pricing is very reasonable. I am very interested in getting a remodeled 1 bedroom one here but we will see

The staff was awesome, the neighbors were friendly, we stayed to ourselves and never had a problem. It sucked when we got kicked out because one of our family had a letter go there n they excused us of having him live there, which wasnt true. But the whole living experience, was great. Thanks for the time we shared.

The apartment was not clean upon move in. It is very run down. Front office staff are rude andunintelligent. Maintenance is non existent unless theyre kicking someone out.. Roaches no matter what you do. Security guard spent most of his time getting high with residents on property. Children are not safe. Break-ins oncars and apartments. Crime is very high. I strongly recommend not staying here. *Update* The buildings are physically falling apart rapidly. See photos. One person has been injured and reported it.

Its alright if u have no other place to go. hate how they give us our mail and can send it back for the simplest mistake like a misspelled word or ur childs name on it 🙄 . DNT fix nothing or try to fix it and make it worse I can go on and on plan on moving soon👍

LEONDRA has the best personality I’ve ever encountered.. She was hella funny and extremely helpful while we were there looking! Ask for her if you want to be treated like family and laugh a lot!

Most of the time its a quiet place to live if youre quiet nobody seems to bother you. they give you pretty much everything you need. Its not what youd expect from a 5-star hotel but livable the staff is friendly

Horrible staying here.. 4+ months to long. Brought in our own pest control company after theirs came by and still paid $250 for my guy to inspect and spray. Roaches and bed bugs everywhere. Not safe for children, mold and mildew from bad ventilation and people above us would flood their bathtub or toilet, that water had nowhere to go but down thru our vent.. Power and water always shut off.. times ranging anywhere from 30mins to 5+hours at a time without any notices. Parking sucked, nobody has any respect for people around them. Please do yourself a favor and stay away.

I was miss quoted the price. Almost assaulted, did not stay even one night and they have an absolutely no refund policy. They expect a 48 hour notice to vacate and it cost 1400 almost a month! place was no where near what photos show. they took a deposit prior to me looking at the place. Please do yourself a favor and dont stay here. Junkies everywhere. I feared for my children and I staying there. We stayed in our car instead.

If youre a parent and you truly care about where you and child lay their heads, this is not the place for you. Inside of the suite I just came from looking at was terrible. Even if youre on a budget, this is not worth it. It looks fine on the outside during the day but this is not a place (if youre a mother)(this review is for mothers who might be interested in this place). Other wise its perfect a single male or female. Good prices ( today it was $306 and some change)

Please find somewhere else to stay the rooms look nothing like on the website it is misleading. This place is a joke and the staff members are useless you paying a weekly rent to live among Bedbugs, Roaches, Hookers, Methheads and they poor job of doing repairs inside the units. Water was leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom they came to check it out saw that it needed to repair and never came back to fix it.

Drove 25 hours from Chicago to get to our one bedroom unit 194 full of roaches. They were everywhere, no exaggeration. Bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, EVERYWHERE. Do NOT book with them, the neighborhood is terrible. We ended up staying at Siegel Suites Tropicana, so much better!

I no longer stay here (Thank God). But these places are absolutely disgusting! The staff is useless. It is full of roaches. (Spraying doesn’t seem to help). Constant Domestic violence disputes. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I stayed here at siegal suites Charleston 2 and it was very nice there. My unit was really good for the price I paid and the wifi worked good as well. The employees were respectful, nice and good at their jobs. I would definitely come back to stay if I had to.

Extremely disgusting. Have only been checked in for an hour and have had the displeasure of seeing a roach in the kitchen not to mention stains all over the walls and floors. The furniture is old and covered in stains. Looks absolutely nothing like the pictures at all and would not recommend anyone to step foot on this property.

This was the place I moved to when I came to Vegas, everyone was very good to us here, we stayed to are self so never had any problems, but great people in the office. Everyone said roachs on here, but I guess if your clean u dont have a problem I never did...

The people working in the office was nice except for the manager rude I was talking to her and she turn her back on me. Rude I ask fixed my bed and electrical in my room no one came fix it. I told manager I have to pay my rent first. If she doesnt like you youll never get anything. Now my fan was broken because of electrical circuit has no cover.

Ive been renting from Siegel at this location for over 6 months and Im am a very picky person do far so good. I am very scared of bugs of any kind ivevsaw an occasional roach from time to time but nothing I cannot handle we simply keep our place clean we dont have children we had a few complaints when we first moved here we gave them the list. It took a bit longer than expected to get it done but we r satisfied. We r not bothered by neighbors because we stay to yourself and mind our own business we go to work home and sleep with the same routine everyday. Mgmt and staff have been more than nice. The only problem I have here with the establishment is Parking u may have a different parking spot everyday of the week watch out for the non drivers who r probably intoxicated or high

Roaches in the bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living area. They are crawling on the bed, and are in the couch. I contacted the manager and he scheduled pest control. The manager said because it is cold outside the roaches are coming inside. Well, the premium hotels dont seem to have that problem. In my opinion, the real reason is the lack of cleanliness and hygiene of those living at the property permanently. Unfortunately, when I leave, I will have to shake all my clothing out to make sure I dont carry any insects back to my permanent residence. Roaches come from unsanitary conditions, period!!. I am very, very, disappointed in Siegel Suites, seems like corporate ghetto housing.

Stayed here when I first arrived in Las Vegas. Very clean, nice people and nice neighborhood. I didnt have any problems.

Siegel Suites2900 E. Charleston Blvd. Las Vegas, NVWorst place on the PLANET! This place sucks MAJOR balls. Ive been here for 2 weeks that I greatly regret. The staff is rude and lazy. Theve had the pool closed almost the entire time weve been here. Because they are too lazy to walk over and lock up at the end of the night. When we first arrived, the carpets were filthy. I had to go ask the front desk to clean them. They had us wait outside the apartment while they supposedly cleaned it but in reality I think they just vacuumed and put air freshener spray. The carpet was still extremely Filthy. I should have left at that point but I had already checked out of my other weekly (The Budget Suites of America) a much nicer place by far. Mistakes, mistakes. You live and you learn. Please learn from my mistake. NEVER come here if you stay in Vegas. Run FAR away from this place.

Absolutely disgusting place I’ve seen . The shower is nasty paint is chipping off in the tip the put the shower shelves where put upside down. There cable is horrible as well as they’re WiFi high speed.. not cleanly. roach problem 😷🤢 manger has a absolutely bad attitude they do mandatory inspections but yet can’t fix the simple problems the kitchen is dreadful. Carpets are basic . Wall paint looks like a 6 year did the repair job. The air conditioning filter nasty. Missing blinds . Horrible neighborhood not a safe area to have your children or self outside. Nothing is updated furniture is livable the beds 🛏 have no plastic cover on it. The worst I have ever came across in traveling.I was there they shut off all the water with no warning ⚠️. Couldn’t take a shower 🚿 or run water to wash my hands couldn’t flush the toilet 🚽 it’s disgusting so upset 😭 my money was wasted .Btw I will make a issue everyday to higher authorities about the manger rohnda whatever until she is fired she is lazy and is to worried hanging out with co-workers

Omg I am not the person quick to judge but how is this hotel still running I have only been her 3 mins and roaches are infesting the room o paid 2 weeks this is the most disgusting unit I have ever been in rust on mirror the tub is peeled and molded the kitchen is old and run down roaches are comeing out of no where how can anyone charge 1300 for 2 weeks with this many issues like come on this is a rip off and embarrassing this place needs to be tore down and remolded pest control won’t be able to control these roaches there has got to be an infestation this is sad and nasty please stay far away from this place

Dont live here unless you have to horrible area and the complex is nothing but pimps, hoes and drugs. Every morning you wake to the sounds of children screaming because they are constantly being abused.The manager doesnt care because she gets a kickback from everyone. Also if something happens the police will not come out for anything! My best friend was jumped by 10 gang members as I had to watch from a second story unit, all 10 were residents never Checked out by the Mgr Rhonda and gladly rented to them when everyone is supposed to have a background check. They robbed him then left him for dead. I called 911 at least 7 times before they showed up over an hour later only to have Rhonda lie and say my friend was the trouble maker. He spent 2 weeks in icu and needed his entire face reconstructed, while the real criminal walks free.

Currently here, been here over a month, and no roaches even on ground floor. Come to think of it I havent even seen one outside.Negatives:1) 5mb is NOT high-speed yet they claim you can play games online... Not sure what games theyre playing, internet checkers lol?2) $12/week for 5mb internet is ridiculous and the slower option (could only imagine its like 500kb) is $8/wk... Price gouging- No dishwasher- No microwavePositives:- Lots of cable TV channels and even some movie channels that are normally like $50/month extra- Property kept pretty clean- Roaming Security (daytime only)- Average washer/dryer prices- Cold AC / Good heat- Good toilets. I drop bombs so thats important to me, dont judge lol- Friendly staffOverall 4/5

I had a horrible experience. The manager is a liar . I stayed in 2015. A/c problems and it still was never truly fixed. They offer no refunds. Honestly I wanted to sue because my family suffered heat exhaustion. They have a vicious in house lawyer who will tell you that you are a fraud to scare you out of a lawsuit. I basically feel it would be an uphill battle. But I feel they look down on the people that rent from them. My neighbor gave me a fan to use and they never did. If you have children id stay away from this property its to hot here to have people who will keep replacing your a/c unit with faulty non working ones. Please do your due diligence. Ask people that you see there how they like it and drive out there on a Friday or Saturday night to see if thats a acceptable enviremont for you.I hate injustice, if you psy your money it should work....bottom line. Ve careful and stay cool.

This place is soooo full of roaches im looking for a better Siegels Suites. The office people are very rude .. Dont waste your money here . Plus the Ac unit sucks . I have some of the Loudest neighbors who let they children run out side with so much noise . If you work you wont get any rest . Did I forget to mention the roaches are soooo bad. Very disappointed.

BED BUGS, ROACHES, BACKED UP SEWAGE, & STAFF BUGS THE HELL OUT OF YOU IF YOU ARE 5 MINUTES AFTER NOON PAYING THE RENT IN THE HORRID PLACE.

I wish i can give them no stars, they will take your money and move you in then start problems after the first week to kick you out that have disgusting people living on their property with trash inside their homes which attracts bugs and mildew .

Keep your $1,300 for a month at this trash place and invest it somewhere else! The property management at this location, Charleston II, should be replaced asap. I was set up to tour an apartment today, first at 1 pm, she told me to return at 4, only to then tell me theres another person ahead of me and its first come first serve. When asked where the other person was, she told me they never showed up! There wasnt a single ither person there. Im standing in front of you IN PERSON with money, in need of a place, and this incompetent property manager has me going back and forth I called ALL WEEK LONG! They are completely unorganized and have no empathy for other people. I was first at a first come first serve hotel and was turned away! Its infuriating. Ill never do business with this location. Even walking up on it, I could tell how little care the staff here has about the property. It seemed dirty and way too expensive anyway. But the property managers treatment of me was far more insulting than asking $1,300 for a months stay there.
