I went there based upon some good reviews I read. I did not use their services for several reasons. I signed in and wrote down the service I wanted, which was gel nails. So why was I taken to a pedicure seat? The tech laughed, apologized, then directed me to a manicure station. The new tech came over, looked at my nails while I was explaining that I wanted gel. She had extremely bad teeth is I what I recall most about her appearance. And although her accent was strong, I could hear her saying acrylics. I told her I wanted the gel. She walked away laughing and in her native language, she talked to another woman. The woman came over, she was professional in manner and explained what service they could provide. I declined acryllics. She asked me if I wanted a pedicure. No, I said. I wanted my nails done. She asked if I wanted my brows threaded. Again, I declined her offer. I thought to myself, Is my appearance that bad?. Lol. I was just ready to leave. I felt offended by the entire experience.

I wish it could give it a half star. The tech didn’t clean up the nail beds. Left the dip on the fingers and attached in multiple spots from the nail to skin. Cut the nails to short. Poor quality work.
