Great for getting heels soft! Not my favorite when it comes to relaxation and massage. I always get the highest end package wherever I go because I love leg and foot massages, as well as aromatherapy. This side was lacking. But overall, Ill go back for my heels!

Very nice Salon!! Extra Clean and Super Friendly, I was impressed with how fast they attend to walk-ins. I was there to get a fill and correct the look from not so good salon I used previously. My tech recommended that I start fresh with a new set because there was air between my nail bed and the artificial nail, in addition to very thick fills. Im so glad I followed her advice. She did a great job! Their prices are very reasonable too.

I would not even give this place 1 star. I wanted to get a powder dip french manicure. What I actually got was someone who had absolutely no idea what he was doing or how to do it.1. He didnt do anything to my cuticles at all.2. He didnt glue my acrylic tips to my nail. He applied the pink power dip to my nail and then pressed the acrylic tips into it, causing it to have a thick pink hard layer underneath my nail tips.They are all different lengths and some are on crooked.3. The white/Clear powder dip on top is so thick, he did not drimmel them down at all.4. Didnt ask how I wanted them shaped at all and barely filed them.5. I less than a week they have already started popping up in the back trying to come off.Worst and most inexperienced job I have ever had getting my nails done.Horrible place to get your nails done.

Good nail Salon & spa is my absolute favorite nail salon. They are so kind and do an incredible job. I’ve never had a better pedicure. My dip always get compliments. I truly can’t say enough about how much I adore this business and everyone that has helped me here.It is always such a blessing to come here and relax and be taken care of. They truly are pure gold.

Lady in booth 3 is very fkin rude. wrong shape, extremely uneven, and forced me too pay before getting them painted. supplies used on my nail was dirty. i do not ever recommend. DISRESPECTFUL as sooon as we walked in.do not go here

So I already have a personal nail tech that I go to, but she doesnt do pedicures. So my husband and I found this place and I am definitely going back they are clean, professional and took their time with doing my pedi, they also had you wash your hands took your temperature and made you wear your mask the whole time of your service. My husband and I will definitely be back. It was a GREAT EXPERIENCE!! + I have been to almost every nail salon in my part of independence and they are the best wish I would of tried them for my nails but o well. They will be my pedicure team..

So glad that I have found this nail salon. When I first moved into town I had no idea where to get my nails done and stumbled upon Good Nails Salon & Spa . The salon is extremely clean and there is never a rush that makes it feel chaotic. They doing very professional on pedicure and Nails . Really great!

If I could put 0 I would. I had a terrible visit just now, the nail technician decided to try and peel off my extreamly thick nails off instead of soaking them to remove them with ease, so instead she forcefully tried to remove them and I specificlly told her not to continue cause it hurt and she proceeded to do that to another nail where it actually came out and then went back to the one I told her to not do it and did it again till it cracked. Then after saying I wanted to soak them they did- and then another nail technician came to help remove it and instead made it worse. After everything I went up to tell them im not satisfied and said this was unacceptable, cracked my nail and bleed out and then wants me to pay? wouldnt allow me to leave without paying 15$ for screwing up my nail and hurting me. So yea never going there again and I would suggest you dont either.

I went in there for a pedi the old lady done cut my toenail down to the nub, wanna argue with the customer about My toe then tried to charge me extra because she messed up .. the attitudes was rude and disrespectful! I’ll never go to this one again

My daughter with special needs, who isnt capable of wearing a mask was denied service. It was explained to us that only people who dont need a mask are children under 2 or people with medical conditions. She cant safely wear a mask because of her medical conditions!! Id give less than a star if possible! I went today based on all the google reviews and I can see why people love it much. I thought the manager was extremely sweet and personal and I really appreciate that. The shop was also very clean and incredibly serene.Great experience. Clean and has barriers up between pedicure stations and between the nail techs and clients to support social distancing. Felt very safe and hygienic. My favorite part was having my nail tech. She was funny, kind, diligent and takes extreme pride in her work and my nails look fabulous!!!! Other than that, no complaints. I have been coming to this shop for the last couple of years and always have an amazing experience! Everyone in the shop does really great nails and treats their clients like family. The man 2as unprofessional and very rude. He charged me$50 and forced me to pay before painting. My nails are mishaped and he only did 1 coat of each color. I got a cat eye nail and this is the worst set I have ever had. It was $50 for 2 coats of polish. You can see right thru the polish. He also refused to soak my friends old set off. Instead he ripped them off using a tip. Broke he natural nail. He was so rude to us and every customer that came into the door. ***DO NOT GO HERE***

I came to this place many times and had a good experience up until my last two visits. I tried to come back this time to give them a second chance because I understand everybody has their bad days but instead of trying to redeem ourselves they treated me....._____( use your imagination) but I will let the pictures of my freshly done nails do the talking.

I’ve been going here since I was 13 and I’ve never really had any issues, David and Mai are amazing but the older lady does not know what she’s doing, I just got my nails done 4 days ago and I’ve already had one break not to mention she cut my finger with the electric drill not once but twice .

I recently visited Good Nails Salon & Spa and was very impressed with the work David does ! My nails look so nice and clean. Previously visited to get my nails done for my wedding and was very impressed with the detailed work they were able to do as well. I always feel very relaxed and comfortable at this salon. This place is doing an AWESOME job of following all CDC and social distancing guidelines. They do temp checks at the door, enforce the wearing of a mask and have you immediately wash your hands on entry. You have to have an appt, which I wasn’t aware of, but I called and they got me in immediately. It was also an awesome pedicure with a great massage chair and I watched them clean heavily in between customers. Great experience!.....David is the best nail tech I have ever seen ..

Absolutely THE BEST nail salon in town! Beautiful location with such a relaxing decor. The staff are all very accomplished and professional. All you need to do is relax and let them do what they do best. Kim is fantastic and does a wonderful job on my nails. Ny is unbeatable doing my pedicures. She makes sure everything is perfect. Everyone is so nice and everything is so clean and sanitary. Appointments are recommended because they get really busy.

Let me start by saying I came very close to closing time and I had a very bad experience at the last place that I had gotten mine done so not only did my nail tech have to do damage control and fix all the things that the person at the last place had done wrong BEFORE she could even start doing them but she was also staying late to do so she did an amazing job she didnt rush me at all she was super polite and super gentle my nails are very thin so this is important to me this place was amazing Ive gone to four places now all were terrible I finally found my nail place though shout out to Mai she is AMAZING!!!

I love my nails. My sister and I regularly go together. I get acrylic nails with gel polish and a design of some sort(chrome, powder ombre, or freehand) by David . My sister gets a gel/powder manicure by Kim and we will both get pedicures. I have never left dissatisfied. Ill be looking at my nails for days to come . Quality is impeccable. Love yall!!!

I love this salon! It’s reasonably priced for high quality nails. My gel manicure lasts nearly a month every time, and pedicure lasts for two or more . The atmosphere is inviting and clean, and the employees are so kind and patient. If you’re nervous about finding a new nail salon, stop stressing and choose this one.

I like the dip powder on my nails because it looks fantastic and lasts about 5 weeks! 😊Good Nails Salon & Spa is a roomy space and exceptionally clean! The vibrating chair does not put me to sleep, but it almost did!❤️I applaud David and Mai for a beautiful studio and I plan to be a long time customer and look forward to my next appointment!

I went in to get an acrylic overlay on my nails and a pedicure. i was pressed for time but i didnt rush. i told them i can get the nails first and come back for the pedi but they insisted they could do both before i leave. they did the pedi and didnt start on my hand til 5 minutes before they were done.they started putting the actylic directly on my nail.... NO MANICURE, NO CLEANING, NO SHAPING of my natural nail. i asked is that the way its suppose to be (because im new to the overlays) and they just said yes. they ended up nicking me and it bled a little but what got me was them putting clear polish over it!their customer service attitude quickly changed from helpfully suggesting services to icy cold when i told them i didnt want the gel polish afterall. the basically stopped talking to me. what im still mad about is the quality of the work. one of my nails was a little chipped and i know hood and well they could have made that look better.they gave me a half assed mani, barely touching the cuticles. i pretty much walked out with the same dirt underneath my nails as i came in with.never filled my natural nails and the overlay didnt even cover the whole nail, like they couldnt see one side.if i could give less than 1 star i would. ive been their one previous time and the quality wasnt so good but i thought hey, this is all i can afford right now. shoulda just kept my money. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

Mai was amazing with my gel fill-in & nail art. She helped me to decide what would look well together. She also was very careful throughout the my experience. The tech who did my pedicure was very gentle with my cuticles. Most importantly, I didnt feel rushed! Definitely would recommend this shop.

After everytime i go into good nails i come out the with some wonderful work done. My pedi is always done very well and nice. My plain nails are always done nice and pretty as well. Everyone i know always ask me where do i go and i tell them good nails on 40hwy.

This is my second visit here and both times have been awesome! I just moved to KC recently and needed a new nail place. I can definitely say I found it! They do charge extra for designs and anymore than two colors. Totally worth it!..

Doing a great job making you feel comfortable during the Covid-19 pandemic. They are screening you, taking temps and taking sanitary precautions as well as everyone is wearing masks (clients and staff). And of course the salon does a fabulous job .

Every time I go here it can be 3 customers and 6 workers and I still be waiting 20 min just to get my eyebrows waxed like only one person knows how to do it and then when you walking out the door they wanna say we can take you

Terrible service. They offer manicure services but do not have proper people in place that can do adequate gel manicure and regular pedicure. The paint job was horrific, did not clean around the foot or hands. When this was brought to the owners attention he refused to correct or even clean up around the nails. He stated this was there best. This shop is charging low prices but the quality of work is poor. This was a few days before my baby reveal. Very disappointed!

They are cheap for fills but unless you get booth 3 (lady) you are going to get a rushed job if getting a fill. Some techs are rude and rough. If your not getting something that is high dollar the treatment will be under mediocre. Not many options for sparkle gel polish and they upsale way too aggressive and get an attitude if you dont agree. And ask you where you went before like they are going to do better than the competition but dont. My gel is chipping and my nails are lifted. And the shaping is horrible and uneven. Im not new to this and pay for great service and experience since the age of 14. Im going back to my regular nail shop I have been going to since 14 years old not far from them. I wouldnt recommend it even just for a quick fill. Save your 10 dollars. By the way it was on my birthday.

I have been going to Mai for 2 years now for my eyelashes. I highly recommend Good Nails! They are all very friendly and get you in fast.I love them all!! I went somewhere before for a couple of years & had to find somebody fast because my last lady had a baby. Mai does amazing work!! I will never go to anyone but her:) DO IT.

I currently had my nails done here.. my experience was weirdly awkward. My hand kept getting pulled & I felt rushed even with other people not being in the nail salon really. I loved the outcome of my nails. But here I am ... 5 days later going back because 3 of my nails have FALLEN off. No I did not break them. They popped off sadly .

I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and I always ask for Kim, she’s great! She always gets my nail shape right and my pedicure is always fantastic.

I spent $60 on these nails its been a 5 days since Ive been up there and one of my nails came off I didnt hit it on anything and it just came off so I wont be going back there. Also my nails arent shaped the way I wanted them to and they are lumpy and my polish is coming off already and the man that did my nails was very rough when he was filing my nails he was doing it way too rough and it hurt I do not recommend this place read the reviews before you go to this place🤬💯

I went there to get my nails done with my mom as a girls day event. I got the owner (male) and asked for a gel manicure as did my mom (who got the owners wife). I was done in 15 with very sloppy nails. The paint didnt even cover my whole nail. My moms took 45 minutes and Her nails were perfect.Definitely would NOT recommend.I went across the street to the nail salon at Wal-Mart and had them redone. Those were perfect!

Came here since they are open tell 6pm on Sunday and my normal spot closes at 5. Pretty busy for Sunday afternoon. I always get a normal pedicure all places locally charge the same. Here though it was a bit more heavy handed Than my regular place, and seemed very rushed. Not worst I have had but I am not planning to come back.

Worst set I have ever payed for, and it was by the owner. I came in asking for a ombré mat dip full set for my baby shower in a few days. My nails look like they are rotten teeth.. they are brown when I asked for pink the brown goes way far up my nail. They are snapped weird and bumpy you can see the gel line. When I asked him to fix it he attempted and then Just told me to let them dry. The worst part is I paid $53 and a $7 tip before he was completed like he asked so I couldn’t even say redo or I’m not paying !! So sad and disappointed. Do not recommend :/

I went in expecting to have something wonderful and it was my first time getting acrylics so I was a bit nervous. I got my nails done by a guy in like his 50’s thinking he would be very gentle but no he was actually very rough. I got coffin he didn’t shape them well also 4 days later my pinkie nail on my right hand popped off next day later all of my nails just popping off. I felt very upset because I had to pay $35 for something trashy he was very rude !!IM NOT GOING BACK AND DONT RECOMEND GOING THERE!!!!! 😡😡

They use wax on your feet and my tech pronounced Knee was amazing and the massage she did on my legs was phenomenal almost put me out to sleep. Shes got a new customer out of me. Well deserved ask for Knee for all your pedi and mani needs. 🥰💋💙
