They do ok nails and good pedicures but they can be very rough and rush. I have been here many times and all most always they can be rough either on nails or my feet. They dont listen to design colors or details and if they cant do it they act like they can and just do whatever. They are nice but Im tired of them being rough and dismissive. Dont come here with a group they wont sit you together.

Hands down the best place to get pampered for your nails! I’ve been to many in my day and it has been wonderful! They take their time to do a wonderful job and I’ve never had to wait longer than 10 minutes to get in. Friendly staff and super clean!

10/10 would recommend!! Walked in and they were super friendly and got me in the chair within minutes. They were very busy, but still took their time and did EXACTLY what I wanted. Don was super quick and did really clean work!

Have been going to Royal nail spa for quite a while now and have never been disappointed. It is always very clean; everyone is very professional; and the manicures/pedicures always last exceptionally well.

Worst pedicure ever! Gel polish leaked onto cuticles and toes and uv cured anyway. I didnt notice it at the time or I would have said something before going into the light. This was after she sanded my calluses and then never even put any type of lotion or moisturizer on my feet or toes after. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the princess package was great for my little niece and hers turned out great with a different technician.

Love the complimentary wine and always a pleasant experience. Highly recommended

Took my mom here. Neither of us had been here before but it was a good choice. The staff was pleasant and our feet felt lovely when we left.

I have to give 1 star due to them cutting my foot. They use this odd thing that looks like a old school mixer to sand your foot, which cut the inside of my foot. Other than that they did a great job and they take reservations. My foot has been sore for 4 days now and is slowly healing.Tried them and second time this time for a manicure and was cut again! Overall good job not sure if it was worth the $40.00 for shellac.

The guy I had didnt know what he was doing. He didnt know the difference between straight nails and crooked nails. Once I told him the acrylic tips were crooked he just tore it off my natural nail. Then he did the acrylic uneven. I asked for coffin shaped nails and he gave me stiletto/coffin. there was also acrylic underneath my nail touching my skin that I had to ask him to remove. While I was getting my nails done by this gentleman there was another customer that came in and complained about her nails coming off too soon and had mentioned she had the same guy I had. I felt bad for leaving no tip but I was not happy with the way my nails turned out. After I got home I cut them myself and gave them the shape that I originally asked for.

Ive been going to this salon for years and Ive never been disappointed. They dont rush through things and are always friendly and professional. The salon is always clean and the services are affordable. I always recommend this place when I get the chance.

This business needs to learn the law for the disability act and the mandate about mask wearing. I have documented conditions preventing me from wearing a mask. I wasn’t asked to leave at the door. I was asked to pick a polish and taken back and seated for a pedicure my shoes off and feet in the water for 10 minutes, before someone said anything about wearing a mask. Then I was refused service because I can not wear a mask per my doctor.

Recently had an appointment to get acrylic nails for my sisters wedding and it was not a good experience. The nail tech was extremely rough on my nails, used a chemical that burned my nails and dried the skin around my nails. My nails were filed different lengths and with a weird shape that I did not ask for. The acrylic was applied uneven, thick on some nails and thin on others. The nail polish was goopy, uneven, and all over the skin around my nails. It was a mess from the start. As I left the salon they did notice I was unhappy and helped fix them a bit. I do not recommend this place for acrylics or French tips (my sister was not happy as well) although they do a good job on gel manicures. I thought I’d share my experience since there is a lot of high reviews.

So pleased with my visit. It was my first time visiting and they were so nice. Very thorough, good prices. This will be the only place I come to from now on.

I had their service a few days ago when I was in MO but I havent had time for reviews until now. My experience with the place was a complete positive. Love the way they run their business. I called in ahead of time to make sure I did not have to wait when I get there and I did not. Clean and very organized. Staff is very nice and professional, they could create a pretty pleasant atmosphere that made me feel very comfortable and relaxed being here. Equipment is sterilized after every use. They have a great set of good quality products and beautiful colors to choose from. Very reasonable price. Well if you live in the area, its definitely worth a try, a pretty decent place.

They typically do a decent job and prices are about average. Some of the staff is very friendly, others, not so much. I was very pleased with my dipped nails and my acrylics, but when I got gel, they didn’t last very long. I prefer manicures because the pedicures often feel rushed.

Good service, price was very reasonable. Staff was very nice. I got a gel manicure. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I ask them not to cut my nails short and they are short. Love my nails just dont like how short they are.

Amazing detail to my gel mani. Even redid one to touch it up without even asking. Loved the chairs, bowls and massage with regular pedicure too. Very relaxing atmosphere, let you just enjoy the nice massage chairs and sit back, also give great hand and feet massages. Good prices. I called ahead and they made sure to be available when I arrived. 3 different team members took care of me for efficiency. A-Z amazing experience

My favorite salon in Parkville. I love getting head powder dip. It stays on for weeks. Also the signature pedicure is great. They buff your feet with a tool that gets it nice and smooth.

I got an I deserve it pedicure today. I was great, the lady that did my toes was very friendly.

The salon advertises appointments and walk-ins. I arrived when no other techs were available to help me at the moment and was told that it would be a 30 minute wait. I sat for almost an hour and eventually left because I had somewhere to be. Had they been considerate and given me a warning 15 minutes into my waiting that it would be longer than 30 minutes I could’ve went somewhere else. Waste of time I could’ve spent somewhere ACTUALLY getting my nails done.

Ive been getting dips with tips for months at other salons but decided to try this one out since its near my house. There was no wait on a Friday night. The nail tech was nice and the salon was clean.However, she says they cant do tips with dips but says she can make it look the same. Instead, she just didnt remove my existing tips and just layered dip on top of them. One nail she cut too short so she put a new tip on it and charged me for it.Im unhappy with the way it turned out. My nails are all lumpy and have bubbles. Theyre not all the same length or even the same shape. It looks like I did it at home. Around all the edges, you can see the prior color that she didnt get all the way off. She also didnt take care of my cuticles, saying that would be an extra charge.They also did not have enough supplies. The manager was walking around passing out the nailtips box and my tech was sharing a dip kit with the gal next to her. Another tech had to ask two other techs to find nail glue.I honestly think I could have done a better job myself. Definitely not worth $45.

Always get you right in, offer you a beverage, quality nail work, reasonable prices, and take competitor coupons even.

They are always amazing and they take care of me. Love them.

I want to give them 5 stars but I just cant. I ventured in on a lunch break one day and ended up with a pedi and a gel manicure. Like another reviewer, they tore my foot up in the same spot with their power sander mixer. Not a huge deal breaker, but annoying all the same. My gel manicure is where they really fell short. Two nails ran over while the tech wasnt paying attention. To solve the problem, the tech filed them down but they were still rough. They were finished so I went on my way, hoping they wouldnt drive me nuts. Fast forward two days and I had 4 nails in need of repair...they fixed them. Fast forward a week from the original job and over half my nails need fixed. I wont go back because its inconvenient to get up to Parkville outside of work. I generally make it about 5 weeks on a gel manicure and now Im hoping to get 2.Edit: Im on day 9 of this gel manicure and one nail has already lifted to the point the polish peeled off. Several others are lifting, but not peeling yet. Very disappointed a $30 mani lasted less than 2 weeks!I may give them another shot based on all of these reviews, but its going to be tough when I basically wasted my money this time this time.

Sad to pay $75 for a manicure and pedicure, plus CASH tip (as requested) and have this much dead skin left on your feet. What a waste of money.Update: Now my gel polish that was applied Monday has started chipping off. It’s Wednesday! I’ve been on vacation for two days and my manicure and pedicure are basically nonexistent.
