Went there for the first time. Wasnt a bad wait. Only 1 person in front of me, it was mid day and slow. They said Id get the MVP cut since it was my first time going in. They cut my hair, it was ok, and showed me the door. Basic cut with tip was $27. Did not get the MVP stuff they said amd for a basic cut/trim seems a bit over priced. Gave them a shot looking for a new place to get my hair cut. Needless to say Im still looking.

The long waits are worth it! They are excellent. Fun staff, and know what they are doing. Watched them cut a young boys hair right beside me too that hates getting cuts. He had the time of his life cause the employees know how to handle kids. Bring your people here!

I don’t mind spending a good amount of money on a good haircut, but when I get charged to get a haircut and it looks like Helen Keller did it that’s when I have a problem. My hairline was pushed to the Stone age. The “fade” was less visible then my father who left me. I had to fix pretty much everything when I got home, In conclusion this haircut was trash

If you want a specific stylist it can get busy so download the ap, check in online and they will email you when it is getting close to your turn so you know when to head in.

Initially a terrible experience turned wonderful. If you want a professional team with a great atmosphere who will go above and beyond for you and treat you with a high level of respect dignity and courtesy then this is the spot for you RaeAnn is absolutely a doll!

Terrible, the “stylist “ was rude and unprofessional. The hair cut itself was even worse than her attitude. I would never go back. I also recommend people not go here. It was bad enough to have to shave my head. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

I gave 3 stars because my previous experiences were great. But last night I check in 56 min early online. Get to the location 5 minutes early only to watch them take a walk in as im walking up. 20ish minutes later i get sat down. No upsell on the hair wash or mvp. I normally get a beard trim too but nope because she now knows shes going to be there past closing and she rushed through the whole thing. Never in my life have I seen the style of cut that she did to my hair. I didnt even know what to say. Imagine a comb over starting 2 inches below the hair part. It went from a 0 to like 2 inches of hair in the middle side of my head. After 3 redos and $30 later my hair is still uneven.

I prefer an actual barbershop for men. Men do a better job styling and cutting your hair and dont just rush through it.

Raeann did a great job cutting my hair and was a great conversation as well. She makes a great manager for that location.

Hair cut was adequate for a pinch however I would suggest going across to street to great clips and having shyann or Bella cut your hair

This place is awesome! When I moved out this way from Grand Junction I was very hesitant to go somewhere that wasn’t a barber shop. I found myself in a pinch one day and decided to give this place a shot. It was a great experience and I’ve been going ever since! They remember exactly what haircut you want every time and I’ve never had a screw up with my hair. Highly recommend!!

I have only been going to sport clips for a few months now. And on Saturday I got my hair cut and when I got home I was not satisfied with the results. And Wednesday I finally could not take it anymore. So I called and Lindsey told me to just come back in. So I did she got me right in and gave me a perfect fade. Could not be more happier. First time stepping in to a sports clips, had the MVP treatment complimentary on your 1st visit, was very relaxing! I walked in they had the NFL on TV which was perfect didnt wait long and was seen by a talented lady by the name of Claudia Marquez she did an outstanding job. Made sure I was happy with my final cut everything turned out awesome she was very professional start to finish she knew what she was doing. I will defiantly be going back, plus all the staff was nice and everyone acknowledged you there, the place looked clean and organized. The kids there really were digging the atmosphere and the staff really made them feel welcomed.

This place is tops!! I walked in about 20 min from closing time with my 12 & 3 yr old boys. They not only DIDNT show the slightest hint of attitude, they were very welcoming & friendly!! My 3 yr old is normally kinda sketchy with strangers cutting his hair, but even he was put at ease by their friendliness. They got us in & out quick, plus did a really good job! I have tried many different barber shops, and chain haircut stores, most of the time I felt the stylist rushed the job they were doing and only cared about how many haircuts they could get in and didnt care about the quality of the haircut. However, my experience here was a change from the normal assembly line haircut. They are detailed and professional with their clients and take time to know what it is you want. Hands down the best stylist is Jackie. She is very detailed and friendly. You can tell she is passionate about her job and she does her best every single time. I would recommend her to anyone wanting a quality haircut.

Took my almost 5yr old son in for a cut and was delighted. He is pretty fidgety and a little temperamental when he’s being touched but Elisa was awesome with him. She was great with him. Elisa’s got an awesome personality and it shows when she goes out of her way to make sure not only my son is happy but me as a parent is too. Will continue to drive to have Elisa cut my son Damian’s hair. Elisa is a true asset to your team for sure.

Checked in online. Arrived early. Confirmed at the kiosk. Got the 10 minuets txt while I was waiting. Was next on the list. Then she bumped me down to take someone else intentionally giving me a 30 minuets wait. I was the only one checked in with her and the rest were first available. Maybe Arlene recognized a big tipper sitting in the chairs.

Very friendly. Easy check in and out. Fair price.I wish more stylists knew how to cut flat tops, but there has always been someone willing to try and so far, so good.

I took my 2 boys in for haircuts, and the customer service was TERRIBLE!!! No Hi and no smiles. A girl with an orange face walked up with no expression, and said, Name?. I am a 30% tipper and used to much better treatment. So we went right across the parking lot to Great Clips where we got amazing service. In such a competitive market, yall need to get your act together. I am a restaurant manager amd will be using word of mouth to let people know.

I recently visited your store and the stylist I got was Elisa. I was very happy with the hair cut I received. I was also recommended to try out the mvp and it was a nice relaxing experience. I would definitely recommend going back.

Checked in online, told me to show up at 12:10 which I did. I then sat there until 12:51 until I finally had to leave for another arrangement at 1:30. They never called my name and when I said I was leaving the employee said “oh, I’m ready to take you back now.” Moral of this story is the times provided are not accurate. I just wasted over an hour driving there, sitting there and then driving back to work for nothing.

During my haircut the hair stylist ended up cutting both of my ears. She used a towel to wipe off the blood but never made me aware of what happened. When I got back to my car I found blood running down both ears...I just wanted to make this known.

They try to get you in and out as soon as possible. Their prices are way high for the quality, dont waste your time. The ladies cutting hair, 70% of the time smell like they just got done smoking out back. Go to a real barber shop that take their time with you and get a quality haircut.

You know what Iove? Checking in on line then arriving at the store and getting my hair cut when it was scheduled. You know what I hate? Having 30 minutes added on to my time when I arrive.If I wanted to sit in a waiting room I wouldnt have checked in online. I would have just randomly walked in. If the checkin time is going to change that much send a notification to me. Guess Ill try the great clips across the parking lot from now on.Edit: I have read several reviews about the long wait times and the owners response is try checking in on line. Well I did and still had 30 minutes of my life wasted.Edit 2: just had another 15 minutes added. So 45 minutes past the check in time. Wont be back.Edit 3: our name disappeared off the board. Never ever coming back!

I get my haircut by Elisa and she always keeps me up to date on new looks and we always have great conversations....makes you feel comfortable at sport clips.

My hubby wasnt too enthused about his cut from here.....so not enthused that he asked me to make an appointment at Floyds, and that yes he would wait 2 more days and yes hed pay $10 more and yes hed drive that 28 extras minutes to get there. He will go to Floyds from now on, Im sure.

Second time Ive taken my son here, both times I did online check in. First time we waited an hour for a seat (despite arriving when it said) second time now, we waited 30 minutes, while other customers seemed to do the same and got in earlier. Staff is friendly, but not worth the wait.

Was waiting and time said 11min. Then changed to 45min. Wasnt happy. Also, a lot of turn over at this location. The last time they cut my hair it was a big disappointment. The service is always poor when I go here.

Hours dont make sense for a customer who works.. 9-6 mon-sat.. 10-5 on sundays.. this causes really busy weekends (especially at this location since the staff is small)...if you dont have a job these hours are perfect, but if you do have a job, you will have to wait upwards of 2 hours on the weekends or have to race in after work and try to be there before they close..the haircuts are decent depending on who you get, which is why a 2 star review not a 1, but none of their stylists are worth a wait longer than 30 minutes, theyre above great clips quality but not to barber quality and inconsistent when you dont use the same stylist every time (same haircut between different stylists is noticeable)...the overall business model seems to be leaving money on the table and customers out in the cold since they close early and open late.. the online check in can help slightly but you cannot check in if the store is not open, and there are times it doesnt even work during business hours..overall not a spot to be a regular at, but ok if you need a cut during normal work hours on a weekday.. Id say Floyds is more consistent as a whole with better hours, the just is not one around this area.

This place is overpriced for the quality. Its a rush job with a lame machine massage, thats a waste of time. Most of the ladies smelled of cigarette smoke. Not a great experience.
