Car wash was good. It was my first time there. It washes rhe car well. The extra towel dry is a nice feature. The vacuums were string and free with the wash. Id go again and recommend the base to mid range washes.

Although it can be a little crowded at times, I still would not go anywhere else. I have the monthly pass and its so convenient. The attendants are very friendly and helpful 🙂.

Really like the fact that they have a lot of vacuums you could use. Also they have spray bottles with windex and other things that they let you use. Awesome place.

Nothing but great each time we visit. Cory works SO hard every time we see him. He’s always running around making sure every customer is taken care of and is so friendly. We had a car mat that was damaged from the mat cleaner machine and Cory was beyond helpful to make sure an incident report was written. Jacob (operations) called the very next day to make sure we were compensated for the damage and was incredibly thorough. We moved to South Austin but still come to this location because the customer service is unlike any other :) Oh and of course the wash is excellent each time!

We went today after buying our new suburban a couple weeks ago. I don’t know if they put us in too close to the truck in front of us, but we slammed right into his trailer hitch. I was in neutral the whole time and didn’t change our positioning at all. I told the guys working and they just shrugged their shoulders and said sorry.If we were a smaller car, there would have been SO much more damage to our car.Something needs to change because that is absolutely unacceptable.

Quick and complete service with the monthly wash. Nice that they have a hand dryer at the end of the wash. My only concerns are if the brushes scratch the paint on cars and I’ve noticed that the wheels do not get completely clean. Very minor issues but the wash is almost perfect.

Not all locations are made equal but overall, their pricing is very good for the wash you get. This recent location (Grand ave/aw grimes) I went to has a mat cleaner. Pro, the mats were clean. Con, they were dripping wet and took a day or so to dry before I could place them in my car.

I work for a Auto Hail company so i am here about 10-20 times everyday! The washing process goes very fast and the vacuums are awesome sucks up everything good! They have a very friendly staff and always helpful! Will definitely keep returning!!

I like the place but I dont like how they allow non-paying customers to pull in without paying anything like the rest of us do. They take up the spaces that paying customers need to vacuum and clean our cars. Its our right. WE PAY. STOP ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN.

My car is never clean when I go through the car wash. I rarely drive it and it’s garage kept...so it’s not like it’s overly dirty. The bottom sides of my car don’t even look like I got a car wash. Where my under where my windshield wipers are NEVER gets clean. I have run in through a couple of times and the pollen is never rinsed away...or even wet. My front windshield is always still dirty when I come out. It’s hard to fathom people like this place.

Fast, friendly, efficient and the vacuum stalls are clean and well stocked.This is not the closest car wash but well be back.

Very helpful service attendant when you drive up that will direct you to all the services they have available. I didnt have time to indulge in the services available, but free vacuums, car mat cleaners, tire and rim cleaning station also available. I will have to come back and check it all out.

The grandest car wash in the greater Austin area, and Bell is the real deal; hes professional, kind, and just all around a great dude!

This place has always been great. They add or remove your subscription easily, they move traffic quickly, and their vacuums rarely seem to have issues. They always have plenty of towels and keep their spray bottles full. This is definitely my go-to place for a full wash.

Cant really attest to the wash, but the service was great. We drove up in our dually looking for a wash and found out we wouldnt fit. Guy was pretty nice and gave us directions to another wash that we might fit in ( we didnt). Apparently a smaller truck had gotten stuck earlier in the day at this one.If anyone opens a wash that will fit big trucks in the Austin area, they would make a killing since no one seems to accommodate a quick wash for larger trucks. Having to break out a bucket and wash it by hand is a pain when you just want to blow the dust off from camping and get some water repellent on the windshield.

The prices are decent, the wash does its job. The gentleman who dried my car was very nice & thorough. The vacuums, air, and glass cleaners are always free and theyve added bottles of disinfectant(chained to the basket).

I tried this place for the first time today. I was impressed! The price is the same as what I paid at the place I wasn’t pleased with. My car came out very clean and I loved the complimentary towel dry. The vacuums work great. Free use of towels and interior and window spray. I’ll be returning. Love it!

I went to this location on 3/25/21. I purchased the High Roller package for 20 USD. My car was (extremely!!) filthy, and hoped the more expensive package would do the job. Unfortunately this did not occur. This is an express car wash, so do not expect any elbow grease put in to cleaning. I would recommend this place if your car only needs a light cleaning. Otherwise, your better bet is to go to a full detail car wash or put in the work yourself. The High Roller package comes with wheel detail, which i was underwhelmed by. I have a small sedan so my wheels aren’t large. There was still a lot of dirt and grime leftover afterwards. Again, my car was FILTHY so take this with a grain of salt. Overall this was a “meh” experience. They do offer free vacuuming and even free air for your tires which i think is really good! I would go back to this location but only for a cheaper package and if my car isn’t very dirty.

I normally wash my car but if I am in a hurry I go here. The Wash n Roll team are very friendly and helpful and my car is always sparkling when done. Not once was my car scratched.

An inexpensive way to drive a clean car every day! They offer many more choices but I feel $20/month for unlimited washes per vehicle to be a terrific value!

Nice way to get a quick wash. After going through wash, I hand wipe the places missed, but for the price, is totally worth it. I never have to wait, they have respectful staff.Could be better keeping up with the clean dirty rags. The two vacuum options are nice. I like the Mat cleaner.. I still havent found the scents....Sometimes there is not a person there to do my tires, but I go often enough where is still easy to keep up with them and keep em clean.I do recommend this place. Wish it was closer to my house in Hutto.

This is by far the best car wash in the area. I am a monthly member and I go almost everyday. I am extremely impressed with DeAndre. He hustles around everywhere no matter how tired he looks. He is very professional and I hope that he is recognized for this. If you’re looking for a one stop shop to get a clean vehicle fast, this is it.

They’re quick and for a basic car wash, it’s only $8. You get a towel dry by the employees. It’s nice. You also have access to the free vacuums and sprays to clean your interior at the end of the wash.

Most of the time issues, broken devices, associates not caring about the line etc. use the other ones guys...

This is by far the best car wash business in Austin. Best equipment, best washing machines, highest sucking in the vacuums and good personel. Since 2017 I almost tried all others but from way south (which they dont have a branch) I travel to one the locations in the north to wash my car.

Decent express car wash, but some things were not well explained and some employees didn’t have answers for relatively simple questions.

They have the best vacuums with high pressure air to get into all the nooks and crannies. Also complimentary window wash spay bottles and towels! Cant go wrong!!!

Quit being dirty, go get clean. They have a floor mat washer machine thing, if you havent used it i recommend.

I absolutely love this place. Unfortunately for my last visit my battery gave out right at the end of the drive thru so i didnt fully get what i paid for (high roller) but this very nice guy (wasnt able to get his name) helped me move my car to get it out the way of others coming through the drive thru andthen helped me move my car again to the handicap space so it was out of the way for others to get their tires detailed. Staff is awesome nonetheless and you pretty much get what you pay for and then some more.

The monthly pass of $19 is very affordable, not to mention the free hand dry and free vacuum’s. They also have a free floor mat shampoo machine which is magic in itself

Wow, I forgot how much fun the carwash could be! I have watched this place go from land to a packed carwash and never really thought about trying it out. I thought it was expenses that I didnt need. Now I think I cant afford not to go! The guys there make you feel riggt at home and theyre excited and eager to have you try it out. I havent seen anyone this proud to be at work for awhile! Such a nice change. They pack in the perks, and help you with the detailed work and loud music seemed to be the theme!!!

I’ve had my membership with wash n roll for almost a year now. Every time I go the staff is always super friendly. Cara usually works at the entrance and always asks me how my day is going. I love that. William the manager is fantastic and always answers any questions I have. They truly care about the customers. I love my Pflugerville wash n roll! No other location can compare to how wonderful the team is here.

Wash & Roll gives a great carwash for the money. Being able to do further detailing and vacuuming for free after going through the wash makes it even better.

This place is awesome! Like the name implies, this is a rolling car wash with a track that rolls the car for you. They have a team to dry the car at the end (included with any wash package), and well stocked cleaning stations that include vacuums, rags, cleaners, and even air hoses! Highly recommend!

Great service

8/24/2019. I arrived at 7:55 am to Orange Cones blocking the check in space. Figured they’d open at 8 so I waited. An employee walked out at 8 :10 and explained that they only had 2 employees and another was a no-show. Said they could not open till they had a minimum of 3. I left. Not a good way to run a business. Young man managing said it’s pretty hard to count on employees showing up. He’s not much older than High School himself. Looks like owners should step in and manage their business better! I think I may go back to self washing my car. I get the bugs off.

Decent wash service, however, the towels they allow you to use are horrible. They cause damage to the paint when you use them.
