This is a very nice place! Theres manicures and feet spa? (Forgot the name) I got my nails done for about 35-45 dollars but it was very worth it! I was satisfied with my nails and I hope youre satisfied with yours!🤍

It would not stop bleeding, and the owner still charged me! 40.00 because I got a pedicure first. After being cut I should not have been charged at all!

Will not be returning. I got powder dip and there are little holes on my nails and divots. Way longer than what I wanted and she wouldnt listen to anything I asked her. I wanted glow in the dark and she put on florescent and told me it would glow in the dark and it does not. I had my toe nails painted also and they were supposed to match my nails. My nails are florescent pink and my toenails are deep deep red. No matter what I asked her to fix she wouldnt do it and always came up with an excuse. I will not be returning to this nail salon. She also overcharged me almost 15 dollars before I realized it. I have to say I dis not say anything about it though, I just wanted to leave after 2 hrs.

Ive never had a bad experience here everyone is so friendly and they have pedicures, manicures, acrylics, dips, lashes, and they do eyebrows Ive been seeing the same nail tech for years

I have been a regular since 2021, but now I won’t be returning. I recently started requesting Nate for my pedicures and for my new set. He is the only one that doesn’t cut my toes during the pedicure and he absolutely NAILS the shape I ask for. Nate is great. However, even if you make an appointment with a specific tech, that isn’t always who you get for both hands AND feet. I’m not sure of the name of the lady that did my pedicure last Saturday but she managed to cut my pinky toe. I woke up a week later with so much pain in it, I can only wear sandals. Now I’m treating some sort of FUNGUS. This tells me they are not cleaning their tools properly. I hope this saves someone else from getting cut and/or receiving foot fungus. So disappointed.

I called and booked an appointment for 2. We didnt have to wait too long to get into the pedicure chairs, but someone just turned on the water and left. My water got entirely too hot, so I had to catch someone else to cool it a bit because I couldnt even put my feet in there. Then it was cool, not even warm. The person I was with got worked on quickly, but was almost done before anyone even started mine. She rushed through it and did a subpar job. I was not honestly very impressed with the service I got and definitely not impressed with my toes considering she didnt even get the whole nail on either big toe. I wont be back.

I have been coming to Rockstars for years and never disappointed. Mr Lee and Nancy are the best. Theyre always make sure that I like my nails and pedi. The whole team is also wonderful. The salon is so clean and price reasonable. Highly recommended! Best salon in KC.

100% worth it. Imo my daughter (7) and I (33) went in very last minute decision, and they were busy but were able to get us in.. they were quick but very good. They were excellent with my daughter. And our nails look great! Ill definitely be returning. Price wise Id say $$ / $$$ side of things. But worth it to me. Close to home great employees. Clean and friendly.

For the last year I have tried shop around the KC area and walked out disappointed. I was able to describe exactly how I like my nails and Ms Tammy delivered. The energy in the salon is positive and everyone is having fun. They seems to be able to take care of EVERYONE at the same time with quality outcomes. I live on Kansas side and will drive 20 minutes anytime.

Nice and were happy to get me in. Friendly. My nails look good. The owner clipped my skin a little too much and filed my real nails too much, after expressing that my own nails are thin and I only want them slightly buffed to take the gel. I wanted a gel color change and the charged me 35 instead of the signs 25 price.

Been coming here for a couple years for dip nails and pedicures. Always friendly service and good quality at affordable prices. I come out of my way to visit this salon.

My daughter got tips and dip. When it was done, bumpy, dips, different shapes not the same length . Someone else had to take them off and completely re do them. Two hours there.

I didn’t expect my nails to turn out good and it was my first time going here. I walked in, they attended me and the lady asked what I wanted but I kept changing my mind a lot but I love that she was very patient and nice with me :) Very talkative and polite, takes her time and makes sure you like the nails too! The nails ended up looking so pretty and are going to be pretty with my dress for my 15th birthday :D I recommend this place and would go here again for sure.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. Ive had several ladies, even the gentleman are great! Ive had everything from a fill, to a dip, to a new set with tips. Ive had stilleto, almond, rounded, rounded square, lets just say my husband thinks I have a problem. 🤣 Every single time, perfect. I clearly am picky when it comes to nails and Ive never had one problem. Other than breaking my own 💅 but they fixed it! You can see some of my photos on their page because Ive gotten some COMPLICATED designs. And they nail it. My husband and I also sometimes do a brunch date and get a pedi spa say. 💪🥰 Again, absolutely amazing work. They care about you and when they could offer drinks they had an array of cold sodas, cold water. I think maybe wine or margaritas but it was a long time since Ive even thought to ask with covid. I will have to edit with photos later. But my absolute favorite lady is Lynn (spelling is probably wrong.) She has improved on complicated designs every single time I go she has a new trend, or creative idea. I trust her to pick everything and she ALWAYS impresses me. Everyone is amazing but she is my favorite! I always regret going anywhere else. 🥰❤❤

It was my first time going to Rockstar Nails & Spa the other day, and I was very happy with my choice to change nail salons to this one. I will definitely be going back as a regular to get my gel fills :) The technicians were very kind and worked with my friend and I to make sure it was what we wanted. She kept asking me the whole time if it looked good, and it definitely did! I have never had my nails look so good before. I highly recommend! They even offered us drinks which was super cool.

Awesome experience! My daughter, which is 3, plus me and my mom all went to get our nails done. Not only was it reasonable on the pricing but the were super friendly and helpful plus it was a great job on my moms nails!!!!! Definitely going back!!!!!

Amazing staff . The whole salon is amazing. Tammy is amazing. She is wonderful with my nails. They always know what theyre doing. They take their time and never rush. They fixed my nails after modern nails messed up my cuticle . My nail beds and my nails. I would highly recommend anyone to go here and no where else. They are the best in Kansas city hands down. While youre there dont forget to grab a margarita and enjoy yourself.

Vanessa is incredible. She is always so friendly and will have great conversations with you. I had an issue with one of the nails a couple days later (my fault) and they fixed it for free, she refused the tip but I gave it to her anyway. The owners are great people, they will make it right always. I was in and out in about 45 mins for a full set, and thats including her fixing a nail of mine that was in horrible shape. I am a nail biter, she said that was okay and helped build a nail for me- she did not refuse to work with this nail, nor did she judge or scold me for my nasty nail biting habits like other places have. Acrylics are the only way I dont bite my nails, so her offering to make it work out made me appreciate her character more. Thank you Rockstar Nails. Always appreciate you guys.

With these strands of Covid??They are not cleaning or spraying with any disifectant products after client lives. Its nasty to sit and put your hands and phone and keys where isnt clean. They need to clean spa chairs after client finish before assigning another client.Thank you for what you do.

Editing my review, first one is in pics and was only 4 stars, but Ive been three times now and HAD to give them 5.I got a dip for the first time today, and have you seen a more perfect job? The answer is no. That shine. That even shape. That exquisite point. Tracy did mine today and she is Queen of my beauty world right now. GO SEE HER.The last time, I got acrylics and a pedi and unfortunately did not catch the name of the goddesses who pampered me that day. ALSO EXQUISITE. My nails never lifted or cracked and I waited a full month before going back today. I use my hands a ton and have always had the nails lift. This place is for sure top notch!

This was my first time going to Rockstar Nails and Spa, and Ive lived up the street from them for years. It was a great experience, the customer service was great and the nail tech who did my nails is awesome, and the cost was great! I will be going back.

We are traveling for my daughters birthday and just realized why they call this place Rockstar, because everyone here is! Cynthia was amazing and matched my nails to an image I brought in to a tee. It was my daughters first time getting acrylics and she was so happy! They treated her like a princess and our Mommy Daughter time was exceptional thanks to this place. So sad we dont live here, it would be our new place. Go here, immediately!

Because me and my sister got just regular polish acrylics understand of gel they rush thru our nail! Which made it not look good and wasn’t properly cleaned. Due to our jobs we couldn’t have nails but because we had an event to go to we decided to get it done with regular polish Acrylics so it would be easier to take out when returning back to work. We also got a pedicure were the lady that did my sister feet didn’t care for her job and rushed thru it. Not to even mention they charged us the total plus a tip which we find out later. Be careful what your total is because they will try to get money out of unknowingly.

Always do a great job. And are very nice they ask you if you would like something to drink.

My sister law and I went here couple weeks ago to get full set, within a day or two one of her nails came off and both of the polish on our nails was chipped by the next day, weve never had that happen before. Figure spending $100 on nails they would at least look good,but didnt. This place will never get my business again.

This was my first time coming here as well as my first time getting ombré nails. I had Vanessa and she was amazing with helping me decide what colors to do since it was my first time. I will definitely be coming back and requesting Vanessa.

The owners are incredibly sweet and my girl Nancy always does a fantastic job! Im SUUUUPER picky, and she always delivers.Plus, you can have soda or wine while you get your nails done!

I have been in the beauty industry for 13 years and I am an extremely picky person when it comes to my nails on top of that, finding a place that does my nails so well that I cant imagine touching a file to them is unheard of! I AM SO DELIGHTED to have found this place. They took thier time and were very particular to get everything just right. Go! Tip these ladies well, they are worth every cent!

They did a great job on mine and my two girls nails. All very happy. We did have to change the Matt overcoat it turned a bit yellow. But the clear on mine is fine.

After getting my acrylic nails done at Rockstar nails, they started to come off a week later. The place is a little dirty as well.

This is by far the best nail salon I have ever been too! I will make the 45 minute drive to the salon over any that are close to me. They have the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced. I will never go to another salon. I love all the people there and on top of great people they do amazing manicures and pedicures! They have the dip powders and their artwork skills are phenomenal!! I love this salon so so much!! So happy to have found them!

Ive heard awesome things about this location and finally decided to give them a try. I am NOT disappointed. It took a second for someone to come start my pedicure, but it was a really comfortable waiting, they were so friendly and nice! My pedicure was fast and the lady who helped me was so sweet I will definitely be back!

Rockstar Nails is the best nail salon I have encountered. The salon is very clean and the staff are experienced and friendly. There are many nail salons, however, Rockstar Nails is definitely the best! The staff are very attentive to your needs and provide phenomenal customer service. I loved this place I went once and they were very welcoming, asked if I wanted wine or anything to drink, my nails came out great, cant wait to go back once I feel a little safer from this pandemic.

Wow! I have never had a bad experience at this salon. A few days ago I had to get six stitches in my middle finger and was just going to have them not do that nail today. However, they said they could and were incredibly gentle and nice about it (despite it not looking the prettiest and the nail being bruised). Everyone that works there is always incredibly friendly and helpful. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would!

Lumpy nails and Very THICK! When I asked questions nail tech was annoyed and then stopped communicating. Charged extra for shape, which is expected, IF the tip wasn’t already that shape. Very poorly done!

Moving from Houston I was having trouble finding a nail shop here in KC thats on top of trend. Finally found Rockstar & will be driving two hours every two weeks to come to them. They have all the nail care you could need. Loved it. Very comfy and updated. Complimentary drinks. Staff is friendly & very attentive. Love this nail shop no complaints. See yall in two weeks

My 7 year old daughter and I love going to Rockstar Nails. They always treat her like a princess and make her feel beautiful! The girls are always very friendly, attentive and skilled at their trade. There selection of dipping powders and gel colors is massive and the salon is very clean and inviting. Rockstar Nails is the perfect choice for a mommy/ daughter date!

Very attentive staff. If youre short on time, make an appointment, otherwise expect to wait a little before your turn. Ive never felt ignored, rushed or uncomfortable as they are really good about prioritizing the person in the chair. Other places want to rush people out as fast they come in but not here. They also have a punch card system that pays off if youre a regular!

I’ve been here several times, and had a few visits I really enjoyed and a few visits that seemed a bit rushed. But, after my last visit I will not be back. I was wearing a gel manicure, and Nancy removed it without soaking or using any acetone at all. She just used the electric file on my natural nails. Then she rushed through applying powder, and rushed me out the door. My natural nails are very thin now that I’ve had the powder taken off.The weird part is that Nancy had done my nails before, and it was a very pleasant experience that I very much enjoyed.Overall, I would not recommend this place at all. Even if you think you find someone you like, the next visit might be really awful.

Best place to pamper yourself. my wife and I have been coming there for a year, and we always have the best experience every time we get there. They always pay attention on what they are doing and make sure that you are pleased by their service. They always keep the shop clean and nice. The staffs are very sweet, kind and friendly, and they make us feel just like our family. We are always happy whenever we come there. I highly recommend.

I came in there looking like a mess and they were nothing but kind as I came in one of my most insecure states. The woman doing my nails made me feel comfortable even though I looked like a stray rooster wandering in. My nails lasted a long time and getting them done was super fast and easy. The only thing I would mention to bring to their attention is that there seemed to be an enormous amount of red-pink nail polish and other colors were very very limited. I dont understand why there is so much red!

Got a full set with gel polish within 5 days 2 nails popped off and the others are already lifting? Not to mention my nails look very thick from the side and I asked for almond shaped and of course it was an extra charge. I paid 65$ for my nails to pop off in 5 days. The lady was nice but who isnt nice when you leave a 10$ tip.

I went because they were open on a Sunday. Which is a major pluszz My toes werent exactly done how I wanted but Tin gave the best massage and did awesome with the pumice stone. I will probably end up going back.

Absolutely love this place! I was only in town a couple of months, however, I came here almost weekly. I always ask for Danny but everyone here does a great job. The staff Is very friendly and the service is great. If your looking for an awesome place to relax and be pampered, THIS IS IT!

They did an amazing job on my nails. I got dipping powder with tips and it was my first time going there since I never had a favorite nail salon, but I think I found one. The lady who did my nails made sure I was satisfied with the shape and the quality of the nail. My boyfriend went with me and they offered us a drink. That was amazing! I’ve never gone to a nail salon that has offered me a beverage.Usually always after I get my nails done, I always complain about what I think looks wrong with my nails and in the end I’m never really satisfied. But this time I’m loving everything!

Always clean and friendly! The tools come out of surgical sterilization packets. And always a full staff, so Ive never had to wait for services. They are extra awesome with eyebrow waxing. Always a great shape and size for my face! And there area both male and female technicians. Ten fingers and ten toes up for Rock Star Nails!
