Usually have a great experience but the nail art is poor quality and the paint is not even solid, and there is a lot of glue under my nails. Normally I would not write a review I am just disappointed because they’re usually so much better, especially because I paid $65 before tipping.

Didnt like the customer service at all. Its just about productivity at most of these salons. I got that, but sometimes there should be professionalism shown to their customers, respect, they want even give u time to decide in what color,colors designs are whatever. Im sick of all of these establishments in the city. I rather spend my money where I feel like I matter.

I used to love going here but now i will never go back. I tried to call and make an appointment and because of an obvious language barrier...the person on the phone was impatient and hung up on me,even after i let them know what i was calling for. I tried to give them a chance to redeem themselves but so much for that. I hope they learn manners especially when u have an establishment that claims to have quality service. Be kind not rude. Im sure they wouldnt like it if someone was rude to them. That makes you lose business.

I came late in the day but the ladies were friendly and professiona, but I feel I got a rush job on my pedi. They didnt wrap my feel in the hot towels and massage as they usually do. Also unpleasant thing one of the pedi chairs smelly stagnant water in it. That smell kept wafting over to where they sat me. 🥴 I tipped because I know what its like to think youre almost done and then in comes someone at the last minute.

Please!!!! go somewhere else the lady cut 2 of my fingers WITH A FILE then said i’ll be fine and continued to go over the cut i asked for tapered square and she gave me duck tips, the nails were so thick and uneven she also charged me $5 extra just because i wanted more than one color which is extremely unnecessary. I hate my nails, will not be going back there and the lady that wears red lipstick and is short is extremely rude and unprofessional!

Ummm yeah ... let’s not go hear unless tut have NO CHOICE! I broke 3 nails in my moms wedding and my husband and I were in this area. I walked in for 3 nails fix but the lady was so nice and the price was good I decided to let her give me a fill, HUGE MISTAKE! My shape came out bad, place I later realized is very unsanitary, and my gel came out lumpy! Nice people just would NEVER recommend anyone go there for service to be honest.

I hate this place.the customer service is trashier than the nails itself. The lady yelled at my face and all. I did not expect that at all. PLEASE go to a different place to get your nails done. You’re better off doing your nails yourself.Kim did a HORRIBLE matte set on my nails.The cuticles looked horrible the paint was uneven and she refused to help correct it.She cut my cuticle leaving me bleeding. I had to file my own nails to get them the way that I wanted them.It seems that she was too busy watching the Chiefs game to correctly execute my manicure. When I pleaded for help to the manager after several corrections, The manager said that everyone would do my nails this way .Incredibly unprofessional.Poor service. poor quality.Poor nail salon.

Worst customer service, have tried it several times. The men do a better service than the women. They just want to argue about anything you would choose or want, always trying to upsell with an attitude. Thats why they are empty and not busy. Im done with them.

They really need to hire more people. Having only 3 people working is unacceptable. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if people are getting done before you that obviously came after you ?

I’ll preface this with the fact that I’ve never left a one star review for any business. I read some negative reviews about Elite Nail but went in anyway because it was convenient. I was just getting a manicure & gel polish, but somehow left with three of my fingers bleeding. One of them from the tech slicing my finger with the side of the nail file. The nail tech also got up and went to chat with other employees several times without saying a word. On top of all of that, a few of the employees got into an angry shouting match – but the only word I could pick up on was acetone. I didnt bring any of my concerns up to the staff because I honestly just wanted to leave. If you’re in a pinch, I’d recommend to do your nails yourself instead of going here.

Went here despite the negative reviews. I needed a pedicure and i had an hour while I waited for another store to open. I had a great pedicure. The guy who did my feet was kind and professional. It was the best pedicure I ever had. Planning on going back, but I hope to ask for the same person.

Great place to have your nails and feet done. The salon is clean all the time. They use liners for pedicure. The technicians are friendly and know what they are doing. The prices are great. I’ve been receiving their service for years and I have no problems. Come here and you won’t regret.

THE WORST NAIL SALON! they don’t fix the problem they just fuss at you for stating there is a problem. I’ve called several times to ask about getting a nail fixed, and was HUNG UP ON. The person said “We don’t understand what you’re saying” and hung up. But her English was clear as day. How can you not understand me? When i got my nails done the tech instead on using the dip method I DID NOT WANT THAT! The tech was rude and abrasive! Instead of offering good customer service they give you a horrible experience and the worst nails ever. If i could give -10 stars i would. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS TRASH ESTABLISHMENT!!!!

I went in as my mom and I was shopping. Going into there I told them I needed a fill. The lady I got was very rude couldn’t speak very little English. I got a fill, basic nail polish change a jewel cost me 35.00. Plus didn’t get what I asked for. I definitely will never go back. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Ive been there twice. The first time I was there was the day before I graduated from grad school and I needed a pedicure so I could wear sandals with my robe.I made an appointment at a salon close to home but when I showed up, they kept me waiting so long I walked out. I went to them on a lark and got taken care of an hour before closing time.The second time I went to them was last November when I needed my nails done for some wedding pictures.If they were a little friendlier and less brusque, I would give them more stars.

I was In desperate need of a fill and pedicure and couldn’t get to my usual shop. I checked this salons reviews on here and read some pretty bad things about this place. I decided to give It a shot anyway and I was extremely pleased.Kay did my pedicure, he did awesome. I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend him! I even have 1 acrylic toe nail and he made It blend in and look so natural.Ni did my nails and she did great! Not only did she do a great job but she was extremely friendly, helpful and pleasant.

The people who work here will really treat you right. They are all so wonderful and do such a fantastic job.

I went here 4 weeks ago for a basic full set and the experience sucked. The manicurist was extremely pushy about trying to get me to get additional services no matter how much I protested, but most importantly the place is extremely unsanitary. I took my nails off after a couple weeks and noticed a small, green, fungus-like patch underneath one of my nails. I thought Id try keeping it clean to see if it would resolve the issue....it did not. Looking at my nail now, the green patch has spread and is now turning purple and red at the base of my cuticle. I will have to go to the hospital to get something to stop the infection from continuing to spread. Please please do not go to this salon. Ever.

They did a great job on both my feet and hands. My nails look great. A couple things Id suggest....The young kid and one of the workers were arguing playfully. Did not bother me however mamy women go to get nails done to relax.I wasnt offered different types of pedicures although after finished I saw sugar scrub and would have paid extra for it!Lastly... I dont know the technicians design ability and dont want to be rude Id I dont like it. I would suggest having your technicians make designs for each season to show their clients what they are capable of.

This place is honestly the worst nail Solon! I went here today and the lady that did my nails, seemed rushed and unfriendly. The color I was expecting was not the same as the sample color. I Thought I was getting a light purple gel color but, nope.. It turned out a light grey/blue. When I said something about it she said this is The color you asked for and showed me the bottle. Maybe it’s the nail polish brand that’s misleading.. either way I wouldn’t recommend this place or go back!!

My nails technician cut me deep several times with bleeding (ouch), both times they just rinsed off the instruments including the cuticle cutters, placed in an open sterilized bag, did NOT close the bag or place in any sterilization machine! Instead just placed ready to go for next client.The ONE STAR is for there great low prices and long open hours. *If you wish to keep your own toe nails BE warned. I love my toes and wish to KEEP them beautiful!!

I was quoted a price while getting my nails done and when I got ready to check out the nail techinician increased the price by $5.00. I thought that was unprofessional and unpsetting.

They tell you 10 minutes and it ends up being 45 min to an hour, and then he tells you he can’t do the type of nails you want. A fill is posted to be $17 on one wall $12 on the next? a cut down $3 I have went twice before paid $26 for service both times not bad !! That’s a fill, cut down, and gel polish two colors. Today a fill, cut down and clear coat ( not gel ) $20 and my nails look like I could have did them at home with a kit from Walmart with just gel polish for $12.

Im currently sitting and letting my feet dry as I write this because its fresh on my mind. This is my first AND LAST time here. I understand that as the weather gets better your business is going to increase. Youll get more than what you expect in sales. But to be fully ignorant and lacking of customer service skills is not an excuse for your behavior. I dont know if a class on service is given but its needed. The person that worked on me constantly kept throwing insults toward me, her conworker kept chiming in. When I was getting situated in my seat seeing that Im tall, she didnt try to adjust the seat until water splashed on her and she got upset. Then when I asked for the water to be cooled, she got upset and added more insult to injury. It wasnt until a woman getting serviced sitting next to me asked me would I come back and I said no. Nor would I recommend anyone here. Once she heard that she adjusted her attitude and wanted to be more personable. I would leave one word of advice though, I may not look like you, but I never judge a person. I know and heard EVERYTHING you said. So annoyed I wasted my money on this.

The lady that did my nails was very rude and told me i couldn’t get a design that i offered to pay for. the lady that did my sisters nails did a great job and offered us help. my nails were also wrinkled by the lady touching them and she did not fix it. however i did offer her a tip, and she refused. do not recommend getting nails done, but i’m not sure about pedis, but i did not get one.

I am 11 years old and a lady in a purple dress doesn’t know how to paint nails . I got a pedicure from her and when’s went to sit and wait for them to dry and I looked and they were horrible. Paint was on my toe not my to nail, my entire nail wasn’t even paint all the way and I was just mad . I told my sister and she said we aren’t going here any more .

Google needs to offer half star ratings. That is how terrible this nail salon is. Everything from their service to products. If you can not offer a friendly service experience with good quality products, then you should not be open for business. I have given this salon too much of my money and in return I receive snobby attitudes when I ask for them to correct their mistakes. I will never come here again and I would not recommend anyone else to either.

I didnt like how they shaped my nails. Also new polish was put over old polish. I told her several times you could still see the old polish she act she didnt understand what I was saying. Also one of my nails looked like the nail was chipped asked to fix it again she act like she didnt understand. As I was washing my hands there was a small bug crawling in the sink. This will be my last time giving them my money.

I went in on January 20th for a acrylic gel set. When I arrived for my appointment I told them again what I wanted and they had me look at the nail polish not the gel. I repeated again that I wanted gel and was still asked to look at the polish. I went ahead and looked and found some colors. When I was finally sat down I said again what I wanted and was ignored. YESTERDAY the 24th TWO of my nail lifted and when I went in to have it fixed no one seemed to want to help. They really quick patched it up and sent me on my way. Today this morning the ones they fixed and a few new ones are now lifting as well. I DO NOT recommend this place. Stay far away as possible.

Dont ever go to this nailshop! They are rude, do a horrible job and have 0 customer service skills! I arrived for a pedicure about 8:15 pm. The shop closes at 9. The technician rushed through my pedicure and became agitated if I asked any questions. There were 3 other customers left in the shop after my service was complete. I paid and sat at the drying table at 8:50pm. Promptly at 9pm a different male technician approached me and told me I was done and that I needed to leave. After I pointed out that there were other customers still drying he said, but you need to leave were closed. I asked him why he only felt the need to ask me to leave and a female tech came over and started yelling at me to leave cause they are closed. They never mentioned leaving to any of the other customers. Worst nail experience Ive ever had!

I had not been there for services in awhile. Took my daughter for a treat. Simple manicure, chairs were uncomfortable. The tech rushed through the process so fast he nicked my cuticle . It is still in pain 3days later. Barely used any product on my nails and the young tech barely used the top coat properly on my daughter. And as a afterthought the tech put lotion up my arm. If there was a zero they would receive it. Will NEVER get my money again

Nail tech couldnt understand what I wanted...plain Mani/pedi (no polish). Nails look worse than when I came in. Place was dirty and as I was sitting in the pedi chair a bug crawled across floor. Nail techs nails were dirty. Overall very unpleasant experience and couldnt wait to leave. Highly recommend depentment of health inspect this place due to bugs and reuse of tools issue.

Horrible experience- nail technician didnt listen to what I had to say at all with what I was wanting... I asked for a round tip: she made them square; I reminded her I wanted them round- to her retort theyre too short now, cant change. The worst part is, when it comes to color- she didnt even ASK me! She just put on this awful bright RED?!! I will not be a return customer and would recommend the same for anyone looking for a good manicure.

The man whom did my nails wasnt very talkative but he was polite and friendly enough... I think he did a very good job and look forward to seeing them again.if you want a chatty nail tech or fake friendliness this isnt the place for you..As with any good relationship it takes time to get to know each other...I recommend them to everyone!

Ive been going there for a few years now and Im always happy. Some are more gentle than others, so sometimes I wish the person would scrub a little more the rough parts. But overall Im satisfied. I go in only for pedi.

I will not be frequenting this establishment again. The staff is at best unprofessional. They engage in a lot of banter in their native language, without consideration for their customers. You have no idea what is being discussed as you sit in the chair for a manicure/pedicure. There is much raucous laughter and patronizing glances directed at the customers. Finally, the simple act of applying nail lacquer is much more difficult than one would imagine! I was not impressed on any level.

My nail was really bad the lady had no interest in fixing the nail shape after I asked herTo fix it the first time, she had no interest in painting my nails either got it all over my fingers. I had to go back and have them fix it again, they ended up losing the color they had put the first time and they ended doing a bad job repainting them another color and he didn’t take the color off he just painted over it.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The application process to my nails was horrendous! she was very rough with me until I bled and when I notified her that I was bleeding she just laughed. when she started to applied my nail polish it clumped up immediately so they were not smooth. A full set of nails was $27 plus tax which should come out to 30. In the beginning she told me I had to pay 30 which I agreed to and by the time it was over I was forced to pay $45 for a mediocre manicure. The customer service awful. and after she finished my nails she called another customer over and begin working on her nails with the same tool she used on my nails without washing them !

I took my 3 teenage daughters for a relaxing experience. We were seated and served immediately, however two of my daughters had rude nail techs. When I arrived I told the greeter I was paying for 4 services but my 17 year old was given her ticket and payment was demanded mid service. My nail tech was rough and rude. The only one of us who had no complaints about the service was my 13 year old. Overall I paid 105.00 for all 4 services and Im never going back. The location is great but they were rude.

So awful... salon is dirty and the files/file heads were reused. got an acrylic fill and started crying the second i left the salon it was so bad. messed up the shape, didnt go all the way to the cuticle so it looked like i still needed a fill, messy polish, and the white base coat he put for some reason peeking through. removed it IMMEDIATELY.

There is no such thing as gel powder!! Stop paying extra for clear acrylic!! This was my first experience with Elite nails I asked for a full set of gel nails and everything was going well until she pulled out a small container of white powder that had gel written on it. I explained to her that I wanted gel . . gel looks like gel not powder.....and all of a sudden there was a language barrier I just ended up letting her give me a full set of acrylics...because I absolutely refuse to allow you to charge me for a service you dont actually provide.. . I didnt even get them painted...I will say they were friendly, service was quick and when she glued one of my nails on crooked she soaked it off & fixed it without me having to complain about it....but they get 1 star for ripping people off that dont know the difference between gel and acrylic.

This place is very trashy and they refuse to correct their mistakes. I went in and got a full set and a pedicure, the employee that was working on me seemed very distracted and frequently filed my skin instead of my nail. Also I paid extra for ballerina shaped acrylic nails that were the wrong shape/length, and they started falling off/breaking not even a week after I had them done. Lastly, when I requested a refund for the unsatisfactory work that they has provided, they refused and insisted I allow them to do more damage to my nails. I am very unsatified, and refuse to go back. Honestly if there was a negative star rating I would give them a negative five.

This is a great place to have a mani or pedi done, and you cant beat the prices. Get there early because they fill up fast.

Horrible experience. The owners wife did my nails and got angry because I didnt want my purse on the floor. She turned the rotation of the drll up extremely high and it burned me twice. Each time I told her it hurt, she looked at me like so what? I finally pulled my hand away and asked if someone else could do my nails. Well then I think I got cursed out in her native language. As she glared at me talking whatever trash she was talking, I dared her to say it in English. Then the owner told her to be quite, apologized to me and asked if he could please do my nails. It was Sunday, everything else was already closed or closing and I had two nails that were lifting, so I agreed to let him do my nails. While he was still apologizing, saying that it is even worse living with her, she walked back over talking foriegn trash again, then says in English What you looking at? No, I didnt curse her out (oh but the me from back in the day, I would probably be writing this from jail, thank God for Jesus...) I did tell her to back down before she got knocked down, then her husband lit into her and she finally went on her way. Even if Im bleeding from the finger tips, I will NEVER go there again. There were two other customers during the time that I was there that had words with nail techs. Be warned.

I was trying to get my nails done for graduation and I had a horrible experience. They don’t know how to shape nails or do gel nails. I asked for gel nails and they tried to give me acrylic nails thinking I didn’t know the difference.

I have been coming to this location for almost 2 years. Service hasnt always been the best, but it was tolerable. But today was the worst experience. The manager, dont know how to spell her name, it is pronounced(knee), did my nails. The 1st thing she did was rush when she saw more people coming in. Then she told me that she didnt like the color i chose. When she finished, I told her I wasnt satisfied.My nails were bumpy, polish was in the nail beds, nails werent shaped. It was a mess. She told me she would redue it for $10. I then called the owner, his name is Dihn. He said he would call me back. My nails were so bad, I sent pictures to him. I will update my post if he contacts me.

Its cheap. But dont bother getting in at 7:30pm to 8pm. They close at 9pm and yet will refuse service to customers. Every time i go i see about 6 people being turned away with over an hour left until close time. Also they do pedicure and manicure so quickly that you dont even enjoy it and sloppy unprofessional work.

Rude and use cheap products. Why wont someone do something about their customer service? Its in a nice mall but the workers will have you traveling to other malls because of them. I drove out to Oak Park mall yesterday just to have my nails done when this one is around the corner from where I live. When you complain the complaint falls on deaf ears and nothing is done. I hope this business is replaced with a different owner.

I just had the most terrible experience in the shop I have came here before at last minute and have always had and okay experience but this time was completely horrible! The man who refused to give me his name with the unibrow that did my nails terribly messed them up he did not cut down my regular nail and when he glued the tip for my acrylic set he left a huge gap which I asked for him to correct and when he went to correct it he did so with the most terrible attitude and when I tried to complain to the manager she gave me the worst attitude as well and treated as me as if I was crazy like she didnt see the huge gap. I will never come to the shop ever again and I would never recommend it for anyone not even if you were desperate.... I did not cause a scene and I was not even loud I was given my refund with an attitude. He slammed my money back on the table and cut down the nails out of anger... Of course I snatched my hands away and left the shop, ridiculous!!! I have never been treated this way.... all he had to do was fix his tacky work.

Went in Friday night to get my daughter a mani pedi for homecoming the next day, polish started chipping that night, didnt even last a day. Never will go there again.

This was absolutely the worst place Ive ever had my nails done and I get my nails done every two weeks for the last 10 years. Rude. Whole store is just a sad situation do not waste your time. I paid to have my nail polish taken off and I could see it and so I asked her to keep taking it off and she said theres nothing there. And pushed my hand back at me.

Grew my nails out to a perfect length and waited to get them done, came here and when asked if I wanted a trim I said pleas keep the length dont cut them short. She cut them ALL THE WAY DOWN. I will never go back. Nails take forever to grow. Not nice and dirty place. I saw nail clippings everywhere.

Got a spa pedi w sugar scrub and fill. Charged me $50 (supposed to be $25 + $12), and botched the job. Fill was thin and gel polish was lopsided. They chip the first week every time I come here. 2 of my nails were crooked and despite telling him he barely touched them and continued on. He said he was tired, but either way Im not giving them any more of my money. Every time you got a problem they dont speak English. Should have found a sista in the first place. Lesson learned.

This place is horrible I went there to get a full set and pedi a lady named Amy did my pedi and I told her I wanted a specific color that I picked off the gel side but I told her I didnt want the gel version and she got mad and started throwing things around and stated wekl why did u pick that color and I told her that I always get the equivalent color to the gel while Im trying to tell her this she walks off so I had to ask for the slippers to put on my feet and then I declined getting my full set and told the lady at the front desk how rude she was and she didnt do anything and I had went prior to this and a guy did my pedi and he was rude also and he didnt even do my feet completely and when I told him he was like well I spent 15 min on them but I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt but they are horrible.

Rude, lady got mad because i asked for warm water . The water was burning my leg . I gave it 2 stars because the man that did my feet was nice . Lady that did my mothers feet was VERY RUDE . I dont recommend this place !! She got mad and didnt put the little colorful shoes on my mother i had to ask they guy that did mines to put the shoes on her

Employee told me to sit for 5 mins and my toes will be dry after a pedicure. Walked out to my car and now the polish is smeared into a big mess.

Terrible! My teenage daughter went here for nails and they were very rude and did a horrible job. Polish was streaked and uneven. Extremely disappointing. I was very angry when she showed me her nails and told me how she was talked down to. We will never give our money to Elite Nails Again

The workers are rud they refuse to correct there mistake the health department should close them down very fielty they shouldnt be open as a business.

Worst place ever ! the nail tech had an attitude, she left my acrylic bumpy, she stared at me more than focusing on my nails & my fingers were cut up from the drill .

I got an infection. They used previously used nail files and none of their instruments came from a sanitary place. They did a terrible job with my gel nails too.

Total crap service. I guess you get what you pay for! My nails are comically bad. Got them done yesterday and I cant wait to take it all off.

Ben is the best. Been going to him for 5 years.
