First time here but it not be my last. Great customer service from All of the Staff. Helen and Vina did my manicure and pedicure today. Beautiful design on hands and feet. Complimentary cocktails and I had the Long Island and it was perfect. Definitely will be back again.

First time here, and I loved it!! They have a very nice environment, and Kim did an amazing job on my nails. I know nail art can get a bit tricky, but she did an exceptional job!!

Favorite nail salon in Spring by far! Always welcomed right when we walk in. I have never had to wait and I come in at different times (10am, 2pm, 6pm). The workers get to work right away. They are super friendly and are very understanding about you want. Its around $40 for a powder full set but I can never complain because they are wonderful! They even offer complimentary drinks while you are sitting! Great location and fast service!! Love coming here.

My nail tech actually gave a proper pedicure and was super efficient and professional. I enjoyed every minute of it, from the presentation to the foot and leg massage. I went on Saturday and it was crowded, but the wait was minimal. Let me also not forget to mention that all of the ladies were dressed so beautifully!I got a nice neutral color and will be back in a couple of weeks.

Trash service. The lady rushed my feet and clipped my toe. Didn’t apologize nor did she seem sorry about it. I would NEVER recommend this place. Complete waste of time and money

I am a guy that comes along to spend time with my wife. My feet are heavily abused being bare, in sandals or work boots so I typically get a pedicure with her.The staff is always super friendly and remember us by name. You typically get a complimentary drink and I think I might be one of the few people that choose the tequila sunrise because they remember that I drink that too.The service I get is the Raw Earth, where they use the hot stones and hot towel wraps. Its really such a cool feeling.The chairs are the massage-chair type and it does wonders for my ailing back.Also, they have TVs everywhere and normally have it on a homebuying, design or repair program or sports! How cool is that? Gives the wife and I plenty of topics to talk about and ideas for our home.I think coming here is a wonderful experience every single time and I aim to be a customer for a very long time.

I have been to numerous salons to find one that is just right for me and stumbled upon this place. The nice girl did my nails and it was an amazing experience from beginning to end, I will definitely be returning.

Every service is done with care and if there are issues, they are quick to fix. They have lots of colors to choose from in polish, gel. I highly recommend this salon.

I have been here several times and I guess I picked a different service this time because it cost a lot more, and I noticed they did more with the massage on my back and the hot rocks so that was okay but the person who did my massages was a bit rough because I now have a huge scratch down my arm and on my hand also.

Service was great.... I give Palace Nails &Spa a 4 Star only because their cocktails weren’t good. However I give Lili a 5 star I was able to communicate clearly with her, she’s a perfectionist paid great attention to detail and never rushed.... Loved my nails! Small wait time I recommend to call in advance and make an appointment. Also very important VERY CLEAN!

Beautiful salon. New, clean and spacious. Best to call ahead to be sure you don’t end up waiting too long. I waited about 25 minutes to be started though they had quoted me a 10-15m wait. Staff was friendly and helped me as soon as I walked in got a technician promptly and it was busy too for a Saturday. My nails are the best I have had in over a year. My first time here and i will continue to come back! So happy with my service.

I saw the reviews an was a little unsure. However, I had a great experience! The guy that did my nails His name was Kenny. He spoke English well enough to communicate. Which is a huge Plus! I shared with him what was important to me and he actually listen! LOL! Then as he was getting towards the end and ready to finish up there was a couple other things I wanted him to do. Sometimes when this happens the nail tech will get pissed off because they just want to get you out the door. But Kenny did not. He did a great job fixing everything and wanted to make sure I was SUPER HAPPY! I left with a SMILE and BEAUTIFUL NAILS! It was a GREAT EXPERIENCE I would highly recommend going! Also they give you free cocktails! Good stuff! 🍸🍹

I absolutely loved my manicure but I felt there were some time management issues. I came in and asked right away how long would it take to get the Palace manicure because I had to be somewhere at a certain time. I was told 35 minutes. I originally was going to get regular polish but after asking about nail art I was told a gel manicure would be better. I asked once again how long this might take and was told 45 minutes. About an hour and a half later I had some nicely manicured nails with cute nail art almost complete but no massage, no sugar scrub, no parrafin or mask and I told them I would have to skip all that because I needed to leave. They said they could do it and did in about 5 minutes time though I didnt get the parrafin. I was really looking forward to the massage part of the manicure, that was why I chose the Palace manicure. Not sure if I would go back but definitely not if I have somewhere else I need to be.

I drive over 30 minutes just to visit this location every two weeks. I see a different nail stylist every time I come because the quality is flawless time after time. They also offer a rewards program, which is great for regulars like myself. It’s a luxury experience and the price is right, plus you can’t beat a free glass of wine or mixed cocktail lol!

Ive been going here for years, but my last visit will be my last. I was charged $100 for just a basic pink and white full set and pedi. Im not the one to make a big fuss in public because I know I can take my money elsewhere and thats exactly what Ill be doing. I didnt ask for shellac on my nails and I didnt receive it so that means I was charged for something I didnt get.

I always get my nails done here but the lady that did mine a couple days ago was going really hard, fast, and aggressive with the nail drill around my fingers and it was hurting but i thought i was just being sensitive and did not say anything. when i got out of the nail salon i looked at my fingers and there are actual cuts around my cuticles. i have no idea who the lady that did my nails was but she needs to be fired.

I love coming here especially to see Kevin.. he is the best! I am very picky about my dip nails looking too thick and unnatural and he does them perfect every time I come. In my past experiences with other salons consistancy is the hardest thing to find and my nails are always the way I want them when I leave and last longer as well. The place is clean, employees are super nice and very professional. I totally recommend.

Very very poor service ....Went in to get two nails fixed . I didnt get my nails done there but needed two nails fixed . the guy at the greeting desk. Kept telling me they didnt have the dipping color.and that all nail shop have different colors . I was okay with that just needed a close match to the color. He kept going on and on that he didnt have the color without even checking . Told me I could look for the color myself ...wow really I can look for it myself .... It was like he didnt want to services me cause I didnt have my nails done with them. I decided to leave cause he didnt want to service me since I didnt get my set done there I have no clue what his reason was . very poor service and I was able to go to a different nail shop which there are many in the area to go to and get them fixed . That was my second time going to them I will never go there again. The first time I tried them my nails were done so bad and I was headed out of town ...

Definitely a hit or miss kind of a nail salon. 3 misses in a row for me, so I’m tapping out. Too many choices in the area to patronize this inconsistent business.

A bit pricy, but worth going. Very kind customer service and workspace clean.The only thing is that i believe they can do better with their organization when it comes down to their nail polishes and the brands they use. Its always hard to find a good color/ brand when they are just put anywhere on the shelf.

My favorite place in Spring!

Ive been here about 10 times and my final gel manicure was horrible. When I arrived today for gel removal the owners both greeted me. I told them Im not happy with my last gel manicure because it started peeling at the cuticle and she replied it is because I let it grow out (ludicrous) and that I should have come there. I told her I did, thats why Im telling you that Im not happy. She didnt even bother to respond to me after that. The woman who removed my gel let the acetone sit for 4 minutes. She repeatedly tried to peel the gel off manually and I had to ask her to stop 3 times. She rushed it and was rough. Good thing is that there are about 16 nail salons in a mile radius. On to the next! 👋

I was hesitant on coming in due to all the negative reviews but I went anyways and requested ViVi and let me tell you she is a god sent. I am not going to lie and am a perfectionist and always has to tell the nails techs to fix my nails. Vivi is so amazing I did not have to tell her anything .. My nails were perfect. Heather did mt toes and they also turned out perfect. I cant speak for anyone else but I had a wonderful experience.

Went in last minute to try them out, especially since they offered a Grand Opening Discount. Was the first person there on Sunday. Had my nails done, which werent to my satisfaction at all. Left due to a time crunch. Decided to go back the next day and let them know I needed them fixed. No questions asked, they had Vicki (a top nail stylist) start over on my nails! Glad I went back! They are the best! Will go back over and over. Didnt base my review on my first experience, but rather how multiple visits went. They have a full bar! FREE! Pricey for sure, but the atmosphere is exquisite and upscale! Beautiful salon!

My first time at Palace Nails. The place was nice, but Lena who worked on my nails was a bit fast and aggressive. I flinched several times hoping not to bleed. She said sorry, but continued in her fast aggressive pace. Id go back and ask for someone else.

I have been going to the Palace Nail on Rayford for a year and have never had a bad experience. I booked a appointment at this location when I broken nail, and wished I had just waited to go to the other salon. My nail tech seemed very rushed and nicked me at least 4 times with both the nail file and the small nail sander tool, and didnt say anything about it when my fingers started to bleed. I also had to come back in twice because she did not properly seal a nail and left it rough, then messed up the re-application the first time I returned. I normally do not leave reviews but this was one of the most disappointing and painful nail appointments Ive had. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Rayford Road salon instead.

And it’s very clean!The owner (man) who is always at the front is super friendly and accommodating!I will say : I had a few technicians that aren’t the friendliest - one hurt me and after saying ouch she just kept on doing what she was doing. No apology. I cannot remember her name but I’ve had her twice and will refuse her next time.I keep coming back in hopes of finding a technician that I love then I can ask for them personally!I am here now and Diane is doing my pedicure - very friendly! So far so great! Maybe this is the lady 👍

I had a fabulous experience with Brianna. She was extremely thorough and spent about an hour and a half completing a dip service with manicure. I appreciate the time she spent ensuring that my nails wouldnt be too thick. She even recommended the ring nails to be in a different, but complementary, color. And I love it the outcome! I will be back to try out their Deluxe pedi next.

Showed up at 7:15 PM (close at 7:30PM) on a Friday with spouse just to be told they wouldn’t serve us. If you want to stop serving clients at 7:15-then close at 7:15.Rest assured, that unprofessionalism will cost you more than the ~$100 you passed on this visit.

Had a very rude nail tech. My daughter had a reaction to the glue and the nail tech was telling her to shut up and she wasting her time. Very upsetting my 10 year old was treated this way. When i spend lots of money here and today visit spent 140 dollars. Everyone else was wonderful.

If youre looking for a great set of nails, I would say ask for ViVi! Shes so great at what she does. Im a little picky about my nails and I dont like them too long. She does the perfect job! Im always very happy with my nails after leaving this place and I cant recommend ViVi enough!

The place is beautiful, like most places they serve wine ( they also serve tequila sunrises and mixed drinks like that). The staff that greeted us were pleasant. My daughter took me there on Mothers Day, and it was such a disappointment. Many chairs to do service, but I dont think they were prepared with the property amount of technicians. Thirty minutes later we were seated. Mothers Day, maybe an exception. Both my daughter and I got the most expensive pedicure they offer. We both got the same scent, etc., but received two different rush job pedicures. My technician was moving around more then she was seated. Both of us experienced too hot...steaming hot water, and by the end of the day there was no sigh of having a pedicure done.

She takes her time with the massages and makes sure my toes are done the proper way ! Ashley is the manager she is very nice and if you need someone to do your eyebrows she’s your girl!!

First time here - spectacularly clean. Management checked on us twice while were there. Kaylann is exceptional! We live about 45 minutes North and Ill happily drive the wife down.

Love this place very clean and elegant great customer service friendly people. My nail technician is Amy and she does great work, coming from California I was sceptical about where to get my nails done so glad I came here.

The nail tech that was assigned to me didnt know what she was doing. Also, there was a language barrier, which complicated everything. I had to go to another nail salon to get them completely taken off and redone correctly. Oh, by the way, I had them redone the very next day, and to my complete satisfaction. I hated the service!!!!

I dont normally do this but my wife wanted me to so I did. It was very nice. Fellas, you should try it. My only concern was watching the bartender put back glasses that were only rinsed, not washed. Everything else was top notch.

I have been here 4x since I moved to the area. I will say their prices are considerably better that NOA which is across the street. At NOA a refill is $45, whereas here it is $33 (but there are different levels). The work here is not very consistent but Amy does a GREAT job and I plan to go to her from now on.

If you plan on getting your eyebrows waxed or anything wax don’t do it during this time. The lady I had was in such a rush she got wax in my hair and instead of asking she cut my hair. And when I told the manager all he could say was he was sorry and that the lady felt bad. Never getting my eyebrows waxed here again.

I recently went there in distress because another nail salon did a horrible job on my nails. I had just had my nails done and two days later couldn’t bare it. I went to palace nails and spa and the desk lady was extremely kind and professional! My nail tech was just as kind and helped me pick out a color and trimmed my nails to my desired length. This overall experience is a reason why I would go back.

My sister and I came yesterday, the atmosphere is beautiful so we decided to try it out. The client service was exceptional and punctual but the service was not up to par. It is upsetting because you come in to get a service and expect it to be done correctly. The inside of my nails are still dirty and still have dead skin the nail tech didnt bother to clean it. I felt as my feet were just washed.

I got a full set plus designs three weeks ago the cost was 88.00 but yesterday I got refills with design and the cost was 80.00, called to asked what the difference was and I really could not get answer. Great shop but ask to see a price list.
