I got pedicure which looks very unprofessional! It looks like I would have cut my nails by myself. The lady who made it was like being in rush, she didn’t work much on the nails, just wanted to finish as soon as possible. She pushed me to choose a color from the palette. I showed her a picture of nail polish-color and asked her to show me the closest color she had. She didn’t wanna help me, and was talking demeaning to me. I asked her coworker and she treated me the same way. She almost yelled to me because the polish i chooses was for Acryl. But how can I know that? I was just going by the color. And than they were talking in Vietnamese.No respect at all!I kept being calm, just wanted to be ready to go.You have to learn to be respectful and nice to customers!!!

LOVE THIS PLACE!!I always feel pampered. Love my feet and beautiful nails.Lori gives the BEST leg and feet massage and pedicure! Just short of being called a reflexology massage! The facility is clean and sanitize. The prices are fair and reasonable! The location is convenience.So happy to have finally found a place I call my nail place.

Tom did an Ombre French manicure that was perfect. Ryan did an amazing pedi, very relaxing. Great team.

I am visiting from Colorado and booked a last minute Royal Pedi at NailPop. It was one of the BEST pedis I’ve ever had! And I’ve had many! The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and took their time. The attention to detail was incredible. I will be back every time I’m in San Diego!

This is Alex V. writing a review from my fiancé’s account. I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Sky for always providing excellent service! Every time he does a dip manicure for me, the results are flawless!! He is great at shaping nails and making the dip manicure last. Before coming to NAILPOP I was never a fan of dip powder because it would always crack or chip. Not anymore!! Dip manicures at NAILPOP have allowed me to grow long, STRONG nails! I’ll never go to back to acrylic. Brian is also amazing with pedicures!! I really appreciate that he applies sunscreen to my feet before putting them under the UV lamp when getting a gel pedicure. All of the staff at this salon are profession and super patient. I’m so glad I found this place!

About two and a half weeks later and my nails still look great. they are just a bit grown out. the staff is super friendly and the environment is very relaxing. they have very nice music. i would say it’s a pretty average price for a very positive experience. highly recommend

They put sunscreen on your hands when you do gel— do I need to say more?! Such a lovely spot with great people.

What a magical find for nails!! Truly a huge cut above the others. Extra clean, wonderful applications. Best pedicure ever. Came in with embarrassingly neglected feet ( Covid) and walked out with creamy smooth, perfectly manicured toes. Treat yourself !!

My 4 daughters and I get our nails done on a regular basis, so we have a lot of experience with nails. Since going to nail pop and having my nails done by Grace, I noticed that my nails started to brake very easily compared to other places. I had a nail that broke the very next day, and I do not do anything out of the ordinary with my nails. As a matter of fact, I have a house keeper, so I dont do heavy house work. I really liked the location, and I liked the atmosphere, so I decided to keep going and give them another shot.I then referred my sister in law. She had a birthday party event and wanted her nails to look nice. She went to Grace and had her nails done and three nails broke within a couple of days. She went back and asked Grace to fix her nails, and was not expecting her to fix them for free. She was willing to pay for the repairs. However, Grace started yelling at her and telling her that she needed to be careful with her nails and that there was no guarantee for nails. Grace continued to fix her nails, but she was not being gentle and was pulling roughly on her hands. My sister in law asked her to stop yelling at her, and Grace told her that she would fix her nails but to never go back. It was a humiliating experience for my sister in lawI would not recommend nail pop to anyone. I will never go back or take my 4 teenage daughters there. Grace, you need to treat people with respect. Your behavior was unprofessional and demeaning. You have lost 6 customers because of this incident.

Got my nails done with Bebe and my 4 yr old daughter with Grace. They did a great job and are super friendly. I was amazed that I only paid $7 for my daughter to get her nails done. I felt like I was at home when I went. I really recommend this place.

I have lived in San Diego since 2011 and for the first time ever I received a gel manicure where I was 100% satisfied. Nick did an amazing job and made sure that I was happy with the results. No bubbles and the sides were covered completely with an even coat. I am already looking forward to my next visit with Nick! Thank you so much NailPop! You are the best nail salon in all of San Diego!!!!

I dont recommend them.They are not welcoming, customer service is subpar, they are overpriced for the quality of work and my shellac manicure chipped in under 10 days. If it was something small, no big deal, but two of my nails chipped. $100 for a shellac manicure and pedicure that lasts less then 2 weeks? No thanks.
