I do genuinely believe this is the most beautiful gorgeous set l’ve ever had. A young lady named Vicki did my nails so be sure to ask for her. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a professional nail artist use such endearment with their work before. As for the cleanliness of the place, I’d give it an A+. I truly have never been more pleased with my nails. Vicki is truly a one of a kind artist!

OMG!! First time in and I am blown away! My original shop was closed so I spotted this place passing by and I couldn’t be more pleased. My daughter got a full set I got a fill and pedicure and I will now be a client!

Service was rushed, rough and unfriendly even though I was the only customer. The TV was directly across from chair in which I had been seated. It was blaring incessant cable news. When I politely requested if the channel could be changed, the gentleman refused. I had gone in for a pedicure and manicure but left after the pedicure. I feel badly for the owner. He must not realize how customers are being treated.

Came and got a pedicure and a gel manicure and it was just really bad. Paint didn’t cover all of the nail, it was lumpy, and uneven, the guy who did my nails kept coughing and never put his mask up, the lady in there kept eyeing me weird and came and threw some rag over my legs without even asking? It was all bad

They always do a great job on our pedicures and this time my daughter had her nails done and they did so much better that the picture she brought in as a reference. We will keep going back.

I love this salon! I go every month for a dip manicure and occasionally squeeze in a pedicure. I’m always thrilled with my service and they are so professional, friendly, and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Love them! I’ve got different nail salons that I return to throughout the city for different areas. This is my central location KC favorite. They take great care of their clients and are very friendly. Everything is clean and comfortable. I broke a nail one time about a week after a mani and went in to get it fixed...they asked me my schedule and rushed to take care of it without charging me. Good people and good business ❤️

The woman working did a great job, but the male unfortunately did not. He barely scrubbed my feet, and did not do a good paint job on my nails. The service seemed rushed although there was no other customers then us. I was very disappointed with the outcome.

I am in love with my nails. I definitely will be going back to great nails 💕

I went there Friday night, the staff is super nice. I got a pedicure and a full set with gel polish. A few hours after I left my nails were already chipped and the polish was coming off. I went back Monday to get them fixed, which they did and didn’t charge me. Today my nails are chipped and the paint is peeling off again. I’ve never had gel polish come off of acrylic nails. Also I haven’t done anything for the polish to come off. my nails still smell like wet nail polish.

Service was rushed. Couldn’t even stay in to let my nails finish drying inside.

This is the only nail salon I go to! They always take care of me and take their time doing my nails. Their prices are great & Ive never not loved anything I got done by them!! They arent pushy & actually have great technical skills. They always know how to do the latest trends in designs and shapes as well!

Absolutely....love this place. The staff is friendly, creative and shows great customer service! They stay up to date on the popular nail concept to keep things fresh and fun! I am always pleased with my nails and the prices are fantastic!!! My 17yo and 10yo love their nails as much as I love mine 😊

If youre able to get the female owner to do your nails, then youre in good shape and will leave looking great. If the male owner does it, then youre sure to leave with only some of each nail polished and lots of bubbles. Ive given him a try quite a few times, but have never been satisfied. Each time Ive had to fix it later myself........which isnt as easy on gel polish. He rushes and files your skin no matter what time you go or how empty the shop is. They also seem to be diluting the gel polishes because it takes 3 coats on most to BEGIN to not be transparent and streaky. But if you ask him for 3 coats, be prepared to be met with attitude. Its my own fault that I have given him so many chances, but never again. A full set with gel polish (that youll only have to file and fix yourself afterwards) is $43. If you end up getting him as your nail tech.............. Good luck!

Good customer service, good price, and good prices. Overall I like the Salon. However my few complaints are that Cuticles started to peel severely one week after i got them done. Also i still had dead skin on the heel of my feet. Maybe the girl that was doing my hands and feet didnt have enough experience. Dont think I will return to this location.

She does an excellant job. Never a rush job. Thats the only place I get my nails done.

I had a fantastic experience here! My friend recommended it to me and Im so glad I listened to her. The salon is clean, incredibly well-lit and very welcoming so right away when you walk in you know youre going to be well taken care of.Tina did my nails and she did a fantastic job. The shape and length is perfect, just what I said I wanted, and their selection of polish colors is incredible.Ill be coming back here even though its a little farther away than the salon I used to visit. The prices are just right and the service is amazing.

Was in town from Phoenix, AZ helping my daughter and her family pack their house for a move to Iowa. Broke a nail during the packing so stopped into Great Nails for a repair. There were absolutely NO customers in the shop and the 2 employees were relaxing in the pedicure chairs. They REFUSED to do my repair!!! I was in shock that a business could be so rude, unhelpful and refuse business, no matter how small!! I think I can understand why they had no customers.

I had the best pedicure of my life here! The signature pedicure was so refreshing and calming, and my pedicurist took her time and did an excellent job.

Very clean place! I love my pedicure! Both ladies were nice and so was the guy. The lady who did my pedi was Mary. She was good with my feet! Took patience and cleaned them well. I even like my design! I will be back. Oh and I was given a coupon for future visits...why wouldnt I come back?

Came in and was the only person waiting . Two white ladies came in after me as we waited for the other 2 employees to come. When they did...they sat the ladies that came in AFTER me and instructed me to wait. I liked this placed...but after today I am telling everyone to stay away.

Terrible . I paid for my eyebrows they took extra 2.40 then took another 12.00 off my card then when I went up there she laughed in my face and told me they weren’t refunding me anything and trying to snatch my phone out my hands.
