The staff was very friendly. The service was quick and easy. It was my first time getting a facial wax and I had a wonderful experience. The lady (wish I remembered her name) had me double check her work to make sure it was up to my standards. I was left very satisfied. I will definitely be going back. Thank you.

I had my first visit at Brow Betty just a couple days ago. I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for years, but figured I’d let them grow out for a month and try a wax at Brow Betty, for a fresh start. Brittany was amazing! She was immediately friendly— asked how my morning was going, what I had planned for the rest of the day, etc. Before beginning she asked what I wanted my brows to look like and the shape I was going for, then double-checked my medical history. Turns out, one of the prescription skin creams I’m using would’ve caused complications with the wax and result in lifting of the skin and irritation! I’m grateful for her thoroughness. Instead, she tweezed my brows for me. Way less painful than threading, and honestly, almost completely pain-free. I highly recommend Brittany and her services!

Ive been going to Brow Betty exclusively for my brows (first at the Bridgeport Village location, now in Happy Valley), for 12 years. Ive never had any other services done by them, but Im sure they are all equally as excellent.When I lived in Corvallis for three years, Id drive up to Portland to get my brows done about every 6 weeks. Ill only let them touch my brows.I get complimented on my brows constantly, they always have an excellent shape, theyve taught me where the arch needs to be and what products to use to fill them in, and theyve helped me with growing them out.The wax smells amazing, the space is clean and inviting, the people are always pleasant and nice, and truly, unless I move far out of state, I wont go anywhere else for my brows.Brow Betty is excellent, thank you for existing and doing such a great job!!

Great place to get your brows waxed but they do so much more! I recently got a lashes lift and tint. Ive had eyelash extensions before and they were not for me. My lash lift is great, and the technician said they will stay lifted for 2-3 months. The tint will last for 2-3 weeks. I love the way they are so thorough with brow waxes as well. They always go back with tweezers so that no small hair is missed. They also trim long brow hairs to keep you looking fresh. The online booking system is so convenient too. Make sure youre not more than 5 minutes late, or they will have to reschedule your appointment.

I went to Brow Betty on Thursday and had a appointment with Kaitlyn Zenger. I have always walked out of there with a great eyebrow wax. But this time I walked out of there and it was the BEST my eyebrows have looked. She was amazing. Job well done!!!!! 💆‍♀️

I recently went to Brow Betty for the first time and the experience was wonderful! I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted. The staff was friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was fun and lively, and my eyebrows looked fantastic! I will definitely be back and will be adding eyelash tinting to my list of To-Dos when there!

I know they do a good job because friends of mine have had very positive experiences here, but the employees can be very rude. I have always had very thin eyebrows, its just the way they are and I cant do anything about it. I went in to get the ends and just underneath cleaned up a bit. The woman outlined where she thought my eyebrows should be and almost got angry with me when she said that I wasnt allowed to touch my eyebrows for the next month, and to come back when they were thicker. I was humiliated and will definitely NOT be returning.

As you can tell I needed some serious help with my eyebrows. I havent let anyone touch my brows but myself in 8 years.... TBH I was scared of going to anyone else after some serious disasters over the years. However after realizing I had over tweezed and shaped my brows too thin over time, I made the choice to grow them out and go to Kaitlyn Zenger. Normally I would just grow them out and reshape them again myself, however Kaitlyns reputation of being an amazing eyebrow specialist has grown tremendously since meeting her in school. I knew she was the one who could help me and I could trust her to do what I needed with no traumas. I went to beauty school with her and shes always been known to be a wizard with waxing...specifically eyebrows even from the first service she performed on a client. Eyebrow shaping really is an art and not everyone can do it right...even after good training. She is a complete natural at it and does it in a way that is less painful than anyone else Ive ever had wax me.Shes incredibly thorough, friendly and professional. She even gave me some great recommendations to help me with my brow journey. I honestly couldnt have asked for a better experience. Since Ive gone to school and know proper sanitation protocols Im super conscious of infection control and cleanliness. Everything from the time I walked in to the time I walked out was spot on and on par or above state regulations. That in itself should sell you on this place as at least 80% of other places that offer waxing services arent abiding to sanitation regulations, dont practice proper infection control protocols and/or use subpar products. When youre dealing with waxing and vulnerable skin you NEED to be knowledgeable and aware of what to look for and know youre in a clean place. I cant recommend Kaitlyn enough. I didnt even know I could have such a nice clean shape, these are seriously the best Ive ever had my eyebrows without makeup. Im in utter shock on the magic she did with the mess I gave her to work with. My grown out brows were pretty tricky to shape a good eyebrow out of.

In short, go to the place up the street. Its much less painful (and I get brazilians, so this matters) and professional. I recently decreased my rating from 5 to 2 stars. Used to love this place and indeed, they arent bad but its amazing how bad employees can sour an otherwise good experience. I have gone here for years and I dont shave anything so I spend a lot of money! Anyway, a few of the employees are incredibly rude and I was turned away from a 90 minute appointment after being 9 minutes late (I normally am left waiting for at least as long every other time Ive gone). The good news is that I had to go to the place up the street because vacation plans wouldnt allow a reschedule. Less painful, more professional, faster, and less expensive.

After circling the parking lot searching for a parking spot, I was 5 minutes late by the time I checked in for my appointment. The esthetician came out a few minutes later and told me there was not enough time for my appointment. Being that I have waited past my scheduled appointment time more than once at the Bridgeport location, and was parking for an appointment when they called to tell me they had to cancel for that day, I will be taking my business elsewhere!!!
