I love Jan/Serenity. I refuse to go anywhere else and I recommend them to everyone. Ive added pics from the last few times Ive had my nails done.

Not impressed at all. First you walk in and all you can smell is super strong acrylic due to no ventilation. The lady I had do my nails took two hours to do a full acrylic set. The acrylic was applied incorrectly and was super bulky and lopsided. Some nails looked good but some were very thick. She kept smacking my hands when she was talking to me and it was kinda annoying. The glitter polish was applied super thick making that nail look super bulky and four days after getting them done the polish on my thumb nail peeled right off. Had to get them done somewhere else as soon as I got back from my sisters wedding.

The vibe is very friendly, peaceful, wholesome, and good place for chilled spa time. It is quaint and worth the coins. I sat with Ms Jan. This is my second time coming and it keeps getting better. Oh and its ran by some awesome black queens.

I visited this nail studio today and had a really good experience. I had a pedicure done by Jan. She was professional and clearly knows what she’s doing. Try them, you will not be disappointed…I will definitely be returning…

The Goddess that is Mrs. Jan is the most professional, talented, & loving soul you will ever encounter in this Industry! She not only wants you to be 100% relaxed, as well as hygienic. My nails were suffering brutally from my previous tech. Jan saved my cuticles, grew my nails longer than I’ve ever had naturally as well as continues to shower me with love and her beautiful aura. Her partner and her have truly embraced my friends and family with loving open arms as well as provided us with peace and serenity the moment we walk into Serenity Nail Studio! I was not very pleased with my nail technician. A young AA lady. She was hasty and nixed my cuticles multiple times to the point 2 of my fingers were sore for days. She wore ear buds my entire experience....not professional not personable. However, the nail salon itself was aesthetically pleasing. I may return, but request another technician.
