Best place in town. Moved from mandarin to Arlington and this is the best nail salon 💅 in Jacksonville. You want your nails to last a while and look 👀 good come to cali nails.

They did ok. The customer service was spot on. They did as asked without an attitude which goes A LONG WAY when dealing with nail salons. The finish wasnt great for my feet. Now my nails!!!!!! The lady who does acrylic is phenomenal! I had an idea of what I wanted and gave her creative control of the rest and she blew it way out of the park!!!!! Simple cute sophisticated but still a little unique.

They always make sure you leave happy and wont say that they can do something that they cant. They have great attitudes and have built actual relationships with clients. Every time Ive gone in they have regulars and remember EVERYTHING making the experience even better.

Never will go to this place again. Poor quality and nails are thick, didn’t shape my nails correctly and didn’t use the tool to clean under them. I love nail blvd on Southside try to give this place a chance.

I absolutely loooove getting my nails done here by Mai Ling! I believe she is the owner. She never disappoints me. I referred my sister to her and she loved her work as well. Shes always very nice and professional as well as fast and thorough. Wonderful service over all!!

Absolutely terrible.. i only went because this place has 4 stars but i have NO idea how they got that. the older lady that did my nails was SUPER RUDE and all i did was ask her for a deeper color on my nails!! i will never go back, don’t even waste your time. it’s a very dirty and unorganized place as well.

Love Love love this nail salon. Mylinh is amazing. She works efficiently and my nails always turn out beautifully. Her sister is as amazing, best pedicure I have had in 5+ years. I highly recommend this nail salon. I just moved to Jacksonville and they have always made me feel at home.

Horrible paint job done on nails. My nail color had bubbles. And it looked bad. They didnt clean the powder from the person before me or even put down a towel. Over priced for the low quality. A& Q nails down the street is way better. Im surprised people are saying best in town or that they even have 4.4 stars

I asked her to fix my nails because she made my acrylic to thin on my nails as well as i had to go get my nails repainted because the paint job was trash she didn’t clean it up. I ask for more acrylic she said that they charge for thicker acrylic, which i know was a lie because no nail salons every said that ...she told me i should’ve went to another salon ...the customer service is poor as well as she was late coming in and rushed my nails. I was not satisfied. Another one of nails broke and i already had to get the first one that broke fix .It Haven’t even been a full week yet and they just breaking off

Always go here ! Been a loyal customer for a year almost. Lin does my manicures. Very sweet and perfectionist. Lee is my favorite for pedis, but all workers there are great. Clean office and usually not too long of a wait. Definitely recommend!

Clean, quiet and customer service is awesome

Powder gel last a week and a half both times I got them done. Last way longer sometimes up to 3 weeks at other salons. Also told on my second visit that what I wanted on my nails as far as polish wasn’t going to look good? Lady Next to me had every finger nail a different color so........ literally was offering to pay whatever they wanted lol also looking at these pics I’m trying to figure out why I’m the one being told the colors I like won’t look good on me?

I have been bouncing around town looking for a nail salon to be my go too for years to come. Well I found it! Its been there all along and I never knew it. Too bad for me. Because this salon is Amazing!! They did my nails perfect! & very friendly and welcoming! Great prices!! Finally found my go too!! Cant wait to go back & see what design she helps me come up with!

I REALLY wanted to like this place. Its less than 5 minutes from my house and it had great ratings. I was disappointed. The ladies were extremely nice so customer service is certainly not the issue. My gel polish was off by the second day on my nails. I can get two weeks out of them typically.

I really enjoyed my visit, it was really chill and laid back. Lin was great and I love how my feet feel and look now. I definitely enjoyed the paraffin wax definitely a must try.

The first time in this place the change to much for this ugly nails 60$ for this never again I recommend you to not come to this location

Pitiful. They don’t listen. It looks like I did my nails myself. My nails not even shaped into what I asked for. They didn’t even fix the nail polish that was running off the sides.

Never again! The tech was rushing. I didn’t like my shape at all.

Horrible experience. I get the dipping powder and the guy that did them had them all screwed up. My nails were not even and looked like my 4 year old painted them. The owner Linh did fix them, but they peeled off within a week and the nail chipped. I am a work from home / SAHM I don’t do any crazy work, there was no reason for them to chip. I normally go 4-5 weeks between getting my nails done but didn’t even make it a week.The employees were nice, that was about all they had going. I will make the 40 min drive to my old salon where I’ve never had an issue.
