This is the first and last time Ill be going to H&R block for anything. I dropped off my paperwork and a few hours later I got a call asking some questions. We discussed how Ill have to file for two different states. A couple days later I got a call saying my taxes were done, my return amount sounded low so I asked about the two states. She completely forgot about what we discussed and clearly didnt look at my paperwork too well since my forms have information for two different states. She called again asking more questions, yet again forgetting about the second state. She said shell give me a call back which I never got, I had to call to find out she needed more information but didnt bother to call me to ask. When I missed her call I immediately called back but she was with a different client, so thats understandable. But didnt bother to call me back as I had to call again. Our final phone call she asked me for some information that I already gave her. My taxes arent even done yet and Im not to optimistic about how the rest will go.

The worst experience ever this year 2020 with H&R Block doing my taxes! Ive been going to H&R Block for years and have never had a bad experience before. Theyve had my taxes for 4 days now and still are not done with them. During the 4 days theyve been working on them they have called with 5 different return amounts because of things they had missed or because of theyre own mistakes. I even had to point out the mistakes they made. Otherwise they would not have caught them. Seriously 5 different return amounts! Were not talking about minor screw ups here... were talking about thousands of dollars! Why exactly am I having to pay for this kind of service? Should I have too? Isnt there some kind of guarantee? At this point Im not sure if I can trust them doing my taxes anymore. Whos to say the last amount they came up with is correct? I give the star rating a NEGATIVE 5!!!!!

It was quick and I am confident that I got all my deductions and will receive my full refund thanks to Alex.

I may check out some pricing elsewhere too next year.Well, they changed their pricing last year!! It’s now reallly reasonable! So I didn’t have to go elsewhere. They always do a great job with my taxes and have saved me quite a bit by finding things I didn’t know about. They also will correct things quickly as part of the initial fee.

The cost of tax services and very slow process of completing taxes. We had basic tax prep and it took over an hour to complete. In addition, I have had my taxes completed by private accounting office couple of years ago. and they charged me way less than H&R block.

It was my first time doing taxes. She was really nice and helpful. She explained the process to me.

She made us understand and answered everything we ask for.

The staff is always great and Im always satisfied with my return.

I will never use hr block again. I stoped in two locations with the same experience. I felt like i was in a old hen house. No men? I was told i wouldnt be charged unless they did something. She read a letter from the irs, googled something and charged me $40. Avoid this place folks.
