Very helpful and nice staff for there 90 min before they opened and I had mutt appointment same day. Only appointments on Tuesday&Thursdays first come first seen.

Great customer service and great resources

This is going on for 3 weeks now that Ive been trying to contact someone here at this facility I have left multiple voicemails for someone to contact me. I have went up to ring the doorbell to get someone to at least assist me because I seriously need some help. So far this has been a very unpleasant experience with this company and I havent even talked to anyone yet.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE !!!!!!!!! DO NOT TALK TO RANAE OR MISTY they are rude and will hang up on you call you names they are paid to do a specific job and they do not do it 40$ a month for a non profit What a joke !! if I could give them a minus 5 starts I would ! Share and care house is a joke and the staff are the most rude lazy individuals i have ever met ! do not use this joke of a company !

This is a for-profit organization using non-profit standards and structure of to make money on people that are suffering! They are very bureaucratic and have a top-down mentality! they do not respect or recognize that the people that they service should be treated with respect and dignity!!! They think they are like a church where you have to pray before dinner! The only problem as gatekeepers a funding for people to get housing and become stable, they establish rules that are unfair and overbearing on people trying to get service! If they only treated the organization with customer service oriented people and inclusive and diverse environments allowing anyone to participate, it would be Justice for those that receive service!

They were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately I didnt qualify for their programs. Thats not their fault.

Wonderful place to donate clothing.and household items. They are so kind and caring and those who receive the items are very appreciative.

Usually very helpful but they dont have the Government provided funds right now for HEN (HOUSING AND ESSENTIAL NEEDS)

Without them I would still be trying to survive each day and find a place to sleep without bothering anyonqe, instead of phone was dead at 800 or the five the five a 1,000 thousand people how do I cut a little people that said they had it

They are an excellent payee service,they have nice clothes and pet food most times and its free for clients!

Hours of operation is seriously lacking, as well as staff it seems. Never get called back yet they ask for unreasonable timelines when asking their clients to find housing. It really is sad that this is what they see as a solution to the homeless problem. People that give the run around and most likely squander funds. I have worked with them 3 years ago to no avail, its sad to think in that time they are still treating people like this.

Had an appointment at 3:00 and they told us they were closed. I had read they read the appointment back to back as we made it. We drove there from Fox Island. VERY ANGRY

Hours are absolutely terrible. You can be in charge if a bunch of peoples money and be open a whopping 12 hours a week. The staff are rude. My checks are frequently late. Ive never been able to get a hold of my case manager Denise, also the branch manager, on the phone. Since Ive had to use them. Ever. If you can avoid using a payer, do so, if not, the do NOT use this branch. You will have a great many frustrations.
