This place has the best staff. Everyone is so kind, and so professional. You’ll feel right at home the moment you walk through the front door. And if you have any white coat fever, you can rest easy, these people know what they’re doing. Highly recommended.

My first visit to Blackrock Dental was awesome! The staff was friendly during my check in and the office was clean and decorated so cute! Natalie did a great job with my exam and cleaning. She was gentle, super friendly, and made my visit a delight. Dr. Miles made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He seemed very knowledgeable and I trust his recommendations. I have already scheduled my next cleaning!

Ive been coming to this business since Dr. Johnson owned it - way back!The owners/dentists have changed over the years, but the services remain excellent! Dr. Miles is my dentist now & I think hes amazing. I first saw him when I began experiencing very sensitive teeth & pain in my upper right rear teeth. I was thinking cracked teeth, root canal, pain, etc., etc. Dr. Miles carefully evaluated the teeth & performed several tests. Then he realized that some of my teeth had shifted a bit, so he did some grinding to correct my bite. Without rushing into anything else, he suggested I not chew on the right side for about a week, and rub sensitivity toothpaste over the teeth every evening after brushing. Amazing, but in one week my teeth were free of pain! That was the problem - & a simple solution by a meticulous dentist! Hes certainly earned my appreciation & trust!

Said I needed extreme cleaning because of my tarter build up. I was there for hours. They scheduled 2 additional appointments for cleaning. The cleaning hurt. Changed dentists. Cleaned and polished in an hour. I was told my teeth looked great!

This was a last minute visit as a tooth broke the night before. They got me in right away & are going to fix my tooth. The dentist & his assistant are so nice & professional. This is the second dentist I have been to here in Pocatello since I moved here. The first was not a good experience for me & am very thankful for Blackrock Dental. They are going to take care of my teeth from now on!

I have never had a bad experience at this clinic- from walking in the door and being greeted by the office staff, to dealing with all the dental hygienists & Dr. Gibbons.. if you dont think its possible to have a great experience at a dentist- you havent been to this one... i refer everyone to them!

The staff were very friendly and helpful about questions and concerns I had, and the place was clean and nice. I hadn’t been in for a while so I was nervous but it was easy to relax and have a good appointment once I got there. I’m glad they always have music on because that helps.

Kind considerate friendly staff. Dentist gives options for dental procedures and explains each option and gives his opinion on each procedure. I’ve been coming here for about 6-7 years now, and absolutely love the staff. Natalie is my current hygienist and is always so friendly, but I have had the same experience with everybody in the office! I love that I get treated like a friend every time I come in, even though it’s only a couple times a year. You can tell everyone in the office is passionate about what they do. Anything you could need done, the doctors and staff are experienced in (or can refer you to a specialist if needed) and can almost always squeeze you in quickly. I couldn’t recommend this dentist office enough.

Dr Josh Gibbons and his crew are simply amazing. The nicest group of professionals I have ever met.As an example, I recently had a temporary bridge break going into a weekend while the office was closed. I was able to speak with Josh in a matter of minutes. He arranged for an assistant to meet me and the repair made in about an hour. Amazing.On a scale of 1to 5, Blackrock deserves a solid 10.

I was really surprised with what I found when I went to BlackRock Dental. It didnt feel like your normal office. The office felt comfortable, because it is a house that was converted to a dental office. The staff were extremely nice and friendly. They helped me feel relaxed, even though I never liked going to the dentist. Also, they helped me with my dental insurance. I am only 25 and on my own insurance and they took me aside and went through it with me.

They are ALL (from the front desk, hygienists, dentists) a 10 from the minute you walk into the building until you close the door on your way to your car!!!!

Blackrock Dental was a great place for me. I hardly had to wait to get into my appointment after checking in and they always seemed on top of things. They were very knowledgeable on any question that I had for them. The parking was a little hard to find sometimes. This place has good people providing great service.

Excellent customer service and on time service. Easy to work with regarding insurance adjustments and payments. Work really well with our kids ages 8-5. Proficient and capable with proper recommendations but not pushy like some practices can be just to earn an extra buck.

So I want to start by saying; Im terrified of the dentist. Ive had a ton of really bad experiences, but let me tell you, blackrock is amazing. Every single person I talked to and interacted with was fantastic, knowledgeable, patient, and professional.When I went to get my crown I was terrified, especially for the first visit, but the dental assistant (Im so sorry I cant remember her name) was amazing. She talked to me, made me feel comfortable and listened to me. And she personally went out of her way to make sure I was okay. Same for the dentist. He was super friendly, and did an awesome job. He made sure to check on me consistently and was very professional. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. You guys rock

Had a toothache creep up on me over the weekend and the pain got to the point of going to get checked. Mary got me right in same day and the crew took a look and decided maybe I had stressed some ligaments under the tooth in question. Dr. Miles did some body & fender on the crown of the affected tooth and 2 hours later it is feeling much better, thank you!

They run a good schedule with little weight time. The entire staff are super friendly and make me feel like more than just a patient.
