Love Courtney, Ma Ma and Kelli. Great service

Been looking for a nail salon that leaves me happy and Luxury Nails is it. I came in for a full set and matching polish on my toes no appointment. They got me in right away. Kelly was such a perfectionist she made sure all my nails were the same length, shape, and clean. Yes this should be mandatory but not all places take such care. This place does. They have a great color selection both regular and gel polish. When I got my toes painted they put me in the pedicure massage chair and it was perfect. They were quick but clean and the massage chair was very comfortable not like the other chairs I’ve sat in in other shops. It’s hard to explain so you’ll just have to go and find out for yourself. I look forward to going back and getting a pedicure to get the full experience.

First time here... Very nice, clean salon... very reasonable prices... Kelly did an amazing job spending as much time as needed to make my nails look exactly as I wanted them. Will definitely be returning.

Courtney is the best! She does excellent work. I’ve been coming to her for a year now!! I never wait long ( but you should book an appointment because it’s a small shop). They are all very friendly.

I love love love coming here to get my nails done here! Such a nice experience every time I visit! Courtney is fabulous and such a sweetheart! My nails always look so beautiful and I get so many compliments on my nails. The prices are also great! I would give them 10 stars if I could!

This place was terrible. My cousin and I wanted a soak off and new full set. Not only did they remove our acrylics incorrectly but they also cut my cousin’s nail bed very deeply and then proceeded to just put super glue over it. We will not be returning. 1/10 definitely wouldn’t recommend.

I was highly disappointed in my pedicure. I liked the massage chairs and it was very clean, but their pedicure was underwhelming They dont do anything special. No hot towels, no scented or special soaps in the water, and no hot stones. To top it off, my nail polish started peeling off in less than 2 days. Id rather spend an extra $10 to the nail salon down the street for a much better job. It was not worth the money.

Asked how long for a pedicure when I walked in, gentleman working there said 15 minutes. 55 minutes later they started. My relaxing pedicure turned into only a polish change due to another appointment.

I have been to quite a few nail places around Southside and this one has been the best so far. The prices are very reasonable and the service is great! I received a manicure with gel nail color.

I scheduled a 2pm for a pedicure and eyebrow waxing, followed by a nail repair and/or fill with liquid gel. I was seen right away! The pedicure was a good outcome. The young man with the fro hawk has a nice professional touch! 😁The young lady who polished, was very pleasant, and did well until she took a personal call while still providing service to me,(unprofessional)😔.And the eyebrow waxing was never mentioned, oh well.The last stop, was for a fill and/or nail repair- first chair on the right, I was asked am I ready, my response was, do you have liquid gel, yes, do you have the same polish that I have on now, yes, and can you do the same design I have now, no, I dont do designs was the response. My response was, ok, can you please repair my nail and change the opposite finger and put the same polish on the pointer fingers that is on the pinky fingers? The response was yes but with a nice nasty attitude. Let me just say this: the polish was beautiful but the skill with liquid gel- needs practice and my nails are uneven. Thanks Luxury Nails and Spa.

I have searched for a while to find a place where good customer service combined with great technique and found it here. I left floating rather than walking, it seemed. The prices are reasonable too. I moved away a few years ago and havent found comparable service, so every time I return for a visit, I make sure to get a mani-pedi here before I return home.

Pedicure was a ripoff, no soaps or anything special. Nail tech didn’t offer to file down my nails or even reshape. My friends cuticles were bleeding on her nails after leaving. Won’t be returning here. Very underwhelming.

Don’t even bother refused to serve me

Very disappointed. I got my nails done and they were mood change they were suppose to change colors but they didnt. Called to tell them and she wanted to put the same color or I had to pay to change the color. Bad customer service .

Poor customer service wanted me to wait an 1 hour and one customer was getting their nails done. He seemed a little partial, money is the same color, no matter what ethnicity.
