Came in and wanted a pedicure and a gel manicure. They had the water so hot and I told her 30 times and she couldn’t understand me and kept it scalding until I refused to put my feet in there and then the same problem with the wax and she got frustrated when I asked her why she was using gel on my toes. The person was obviously not trained and even the stones hurt because she kept hitting my ankle. It was just a horrible experience. I do not recommend this place, don’t waste your money. On the positive, their pedicure chairs are nice.

When I arrived I stated that I would like a manicure and pedicure. They immediately took me back for my pedicure which was great, but the nail tech didnt say a word to me the whole time except to ask me if I wanted my toe nails cut down. They didnt offer me a drink or ask me how I was doing or how the water temperature was (which was too cool). Then I was walked over to the drying station where I waited to get my manicure.... and waited and waited. Finally, someone asked me how my pedicure was and I said it was fine, but now Im waiting on my manicure. His response was Oh, we forgot your pedicure. Itll be just a minute, and then laughed about it with the others. I should have walked out then, but I waited patiently for my manicure. Then when all was said and done, I ended up paying more than the advertised price on their website. Needless to say, I will not be going back. The only reason Im giving them 2 stars instead of one is because I actually did enjoy my pedicure.

They were great. the hot oil and hot stone massage was fabulous. So relaxing, thanks ladies!

Kevin is the absolute best nail technician I have ever had.!! He is a very meticulous about his work. All of the staff are very pleasant.

-5. 1 Star is too kind. I went in yesterday and didn’t like how my nails were done. Asked if I could have it fixed to my liking and was told no come back in ten days. Not happening ever. I paid too much for my nails not to be done as I would want them. Listen to your customers, they’re paying good money for you to service them.

I honestly enjoy the pedicure, I felt as though she half way did it. Instead of scrubbing the dead skin off, she just made sure they were soft. She didn’t talk to me much nor offered me a drink which I saw others had. She told me I should wear dark colors, I guess because of my skin tone which was rude. Here’s the trip part, she told me $50 was my total ... I gave her 2 $20s and 1 $ 10 bill. She looked at the money then looked at me and said 50., I’m like that is 50...she looked again and said 50 ... I said did I not give you 50 count it ...it’s right in your handPeople started looking back at me like I was trying to get over on her, how embrassing !!!!SO SHE FINALLY SAID: CAN YOU GIVE ME A TIPWTH how dare you ask a customer to give tip though ... I gave her 2 more dollars and walked out disgustedShe basically did all that because she wanted a tip?I don’t mind tipping anyone if the job is done right and I received excellent service ... which I didn’t
