I would not recommend this place. Asked for a regular manicure no gel just regular polish and the lady kept trying to up my price on top of that I had nail polish all over my fingers and part of my nails was missing polish I asked the guy to just take the polish off my nails but I would still pay and tip but he insisted on fixing one nail that I didn’t ask to be fixed and also painted with a different color.

I do not recommend this place at all. When you ask for the service they give you a price and when you pay they charge you much more than the initial price! Last week I went for a pedicure and I chose the one for 35 dollars, at the time of paying they charged me 50 dollars !!! And do you know what is worst? That the pedicure did not last me the week! DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE, THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY !!

I wish I would have caught the name of the nail artist that did mine. She was really good at her job. I will never go back to my old nail salon in Orange park, ever again. This place is obviously way more experienced and precise and cheaper. It’s more quiet and relaxing; the artists aren’t all talking to one another like other places I’ve experienced. Thank you, y’all just won another loyal customer, and my daughter, too!

You HAVE to come here! At here, The technicians have a streamlined process so one should have the same experience every time you go. I felt that knew what they were doing and made me feel very comfortable. Great prices and clean relaxing environment.

The staff is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They always have informative answers to my questions about nail and skin care. They will offer, but never try to push you into services you didnt ask for.

Love their work! They really take their time. Im very picky and I usually have to tell whomever is doing my nails can they fix this or file that down but I didnt have to say anything to them. Left very happy and got a lot of compliments on my nails 😁

The lady did not do well with my fill in its like she rushed they not shaped evenly nor are they done correctly my nails are very thin it don’t make no sense at all ! i had the lady redo one of my nails because it just didn’t look right at all on top of that i paid 30$ for a fill in because i had 3 broken nails i might as well got a full set i will never come here again it’s very bad service i don’t know if it’s the person who did mines but i just won’t come back at ALL!!

Best nail salon in Jacksonville ever . every other nail salon I would go to would rush to do my nails but when I came here they were very friendly and happy to do my nails exactly how I wanted, my nails came out so cute going to continue to come here thanks so much love y’all

The only positive about this location is the price, and those are increasing. Nail shape is usually uneven and does not match each hand. Acrylic is bumpy and not smooth. Gel polish gets bubbles/holes in it the next day and has never been even in any of my 3 visits. Gel toes look good but aside from that, these ladies rush.

Bad customer service and I’m 99.9% sure they were making fun and laughing at my feet. Made me very uncomfortable and self conscious. Their prices are steadily increasing and they’ll tell you what YOU want not what you actually asked for.. lady insisted on putting gel on my nails when I specifically asked for regular polish.. 20 extra dollars no way.

We were in town for vacation and our family of four wanted a pedicure. They were AWESOME! They only have four chairs (FYI) but were super attentive. Hot stone massages during pedicures were worth it.

Visiting from out of town The older woman was that was doing my pedicure was rude and also she rushed doing pedicure and rush me out of the chair . She did not oil my cuticles my feet and legs were ashy after my service I was not satisfied . She talked about me while doing my service if your looking for a polished look I’d recommend you going to someplace else

Good experience. I live here for 10 years and I got to say they did a good job everytime. Amy always do my pedicure and she always so nice and gentle.

My sisters and I went for quality time and one of the techs was giving me a pedicure and kept the electronic filer on my toe nail to long and it literally made a dent on the top layers of my nail. Not only was does it not look good, but it is extremely tender and sore. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

These are the rudest people on Earth. They do not want black people in their shop, just our green dollars.There do horrible work and want you to pay to correct them.

I go here often to get my nails and eye brows done . Yesterday I went in to get a fill in and was very uncomfortable . Tonight my nail feels like it is real loose and about to fall off . 35$ and now may have to go somewhere just to get one fixed and hope they have same color . Looks like i will find somewhere else to get them done from now on .

My friend and I went for quality time she did my toes in under 10 minutes and my nails are now chipping the day after I called and kindly said Id like her to redo or my money back she said she will call the copsWhat kind of bussiness are they running
