Service was excellent. Brought in a picture of what I wanted and he did not fail and the lady that did my feet was really nice and helpful even gave me some at home tips for for my feet. I also got my eyebrows done and facial wax by her and must I say Im loving it. If I could I would have left them all tips. Most definitely will be seeing them again

I went here to get my lashes done, took a few hours. The lady who was doing my lashes seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. (She went over to watch how other nail tech before doing mine.) Once she was done, they were decent. I was getting a little irritated with them, it was my first time with lash extensions. The next day, my eyelids were getting itchy. Kind of like it burned. As the day go on, I’m at school so I can’t really do anything. I try putting ice on my eye but it hurts when I slightly moved the lashes. The ice was the best quick relief. My eyes were getting swollen around my lash line, I was getting like a rash. As soon as I got home, I used eyelash adhesive remover which kind of helped remove the lashes. It took hours to try and remove and I could only remove only one eye the other one hurt too much. I took off school the next day to go back up there and let them remove it which took them a minute. I asked for a refund which was DECLINED… and exchanged for a $30 gift card for their place. (I paid $50) I would like to say thank you to the ladies who did help remove my lashes. But I find it so unprofessional that your business let a someone who is obviously untrained to do lashes. There were no isolation and the lashes were WAY to close to my lash-line which caused the tugging of my lashes. A refund would of been better due to the fact of why would I like a gift-card of the place who made my eyes have huge reaction? Personally I wouldn’t recommend this place for lashes, if you do come then make sure you have the right person.

We just moved to the area and this is the fourth mail salon I’ve tried in the four months we’ve been here. I am very impressed! Large pedi menu and all are reasonably priced. Tina was thorough and I’m thrilled with how my toes turned out. They even offer a reflexology add on which I haven’t seen anywhere. I will definitely be back!

My friend and I came in for nails and toes and the service was excellent! My feet feel like new feet and my toes are presentable again! Her nails are gorgeous! 🥰🥰

The absolute best nail shop in all of Jacksonville. QUALITY! They are very attentive to detail and focus on what you want as the client and not just on getting the job done. I have been coming here for months like clockwork because I am so comfortable at this shop!

Was asked to come back when there were only 3 people in pedicure chairs which was odd to me, for a nail salon. But what really disappointed me is they do not listen to the customers. I repeatedly heard them suggest more than once, for customers to get a different service than they wanted. I was laughed at for requesting color street application in the French tips with my manicure. I already had them and dont usually get a manicure. I was very pleased they took me right back to do eyelash extensions. I asked for natural and got them so long they touched the hoods of my eyes. I voiced that they were too long and I wanted natural. Three workers then told me that they were perfect and it was just because it was my first set. They told me next time I could get them shorter. I will not be back next time thank you.

There was no one in the salon when I came. I was still rushed to pick a color. Worse manicure I’ve ever had. He barely did any cuticle work and I when I complained he said that I should’ve picked a darker color.

Omgosh I just found this place because I got my hair cut (6”) & then I TRIED to ORDER a LYFT &/or UBER, while waiting I noticed THEIR sign, so I called them, No appointment needed, come on in! NOW once in & seated, THEY had me in soak mode while waiting!The chair massage was FABULOUS then JON showed up, GREAT ARMS I mean GREAT HANDS, I got the OPI pedicure with 10 minutes of REFLEXOLOGY & let tell You, Jon made it worth the wait!They didn’t have my FAVORITE OPI color (California Raspberry) so I tried CAJUN SHRIMP, what do You think?!?!Spent 31/2 hours there but I also had my eyebrows waxed & tinted along with getting my eyelashes tinted!When I cked out they gave a frequent visitor card thing, BuY 10 get one FREE (pedicures)

I honestly never leave reviews unless the service is just absolutely amazing or absolutely terrible. The staff was very sweet, but my nails were bubbly, thick, uneven, and 3 nails were completely crooked. She fixed the 3 nails with a nail filer, but they were just really awful. The shape of each nail is very different, especially when I compare my hands. I paid $50 and there is no way I will be going back. I hate leaving awful reviews, but I wanted to post a warning.

LOVE this nail salon! I called to see if they took walk ins because right now with Covid a lot of salons are doing appointment only and I wasn’t able to go to my usual spot. I am so glad this lucky accident happened bc I came to Mandarin Nails and received the best manicure I’ve ever had! Everyone was super friendly and they greeted me right away. I wanted ombré nails so I did have to wait a little for the person who does that but it was definitely worth it, and again I just walked in and didn’t make an appointment. I wanted a subtle natural ombré look on my own nails and Mandarin Nails delivered! I will absolutely be returning here and have already shared my positive experience with friends!

I was a first time customer of this fine establishment. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and far from the nervous feeling I had going into it. The ladies at Mandarin Nails are absolutely wonderful and are top notch. Definitely coming back.

I went in to get my nails done after having a really bad day. From the time I walked into the door to the time I left was horrible. The lady I had acted like she didn’t know how to do nails at all. I was there for close to two hours. Once she started and got into it, she knew she messed up. They’re so thick and bubbled. They’re all uneven. The yellow has little brown specks in it. The sunflowers are horrible. The whole set is horrible. On top of a bad day, I didn’t want to get into an argument with ladies that don’t know how to speak or understand much English. I kept my mouth shut and just left after paying $50 and still giving a tip. Now I have to wait to get them fixed.Please don’t go to this place it’s horrible.

This was my 1st time here. I was skeptical at first because I had bad experiences in other places but Tracy made me feel very comfortable. She did a great job, she took her time, listened to everything I asked for and was very patient with me as I am very picky lol. Overall, I was satisfied since i get solar nails (colored acrylic). Oh and the other staff are great as well, very friendly. Thank you!

I felt very comfortable in the salon. Tran explained everything and she matched the color perfectly for my micoblading and shading on my brows. I am very conservative but Tran assured me the shape she chose would work for me and now I get compliments everywhere I go. I feel very confident now and I plan to visit Mandarin Nails again when it is time for a touch- up.Tiffany

There are so many nail salons in Jax so it was hard to find the right one for me. Mandarin Nails has become my top favorite! I will definitely be coming here for now on!

Best nail and spa place Ive been to ive been to in Jacksonville, Fl. Outstanding service! You will get treated like the queen you are! They also offer wine and drinks as you get pampered! Tracey and her sisters are friendly, caring and very professional! I love them! My nails, facials, and foot spa are always a wonderful and relaxing experience! I love the massage chair! I used to go to this shop before the new owners took over. It used to be just a place to get your nails done . Now you can have so much more taken care of . The new owners have done a wonderful job redecorating this shop. They also do so many different things. I just had my nails done but I wish I couldve spent the whole afternoon there. I think Im going to have to get another job. I love this place.

Nails was better the 1st time I went. I took 3 other non paying people with me but the would only stamp my card once. Not going back. Plus after 3 days my daughters nails peeled.

Went to get nails done. Never had fake ones before. I broke 4 of my natural long nails hanging decorations. I wanted my hands to look beautiful for Christmas party. The lady NOT only cut my natural nails off (she said must for set) When all was done, I was very disappointed. My nails looked like chunky caps and the nails are as wide as my fingers..I went to the party and what a joke! Not one person said they would have paid. I went back the next day to have fix. They filed the sides of the nails to look thinner. They made them look worse. I left with unpolished nails and 3 of them look like they are launching off a missle. My nails looked like Rob lows capped teeth in the movie Something about Mary. If I knew how to post pictures I would. NEVER NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!

I had an amazing experience here while visiting home for the holidays. Tai gave me an ombré French manicure using dip and I think this is my favorite set so far. I was so happy I came back the next day for a pedicure when I had more time. I got the most amazing massage with my deluxe organic pedi. I wish I lived in town so that I could frequent this place.

Lyn is incredible. She listened to to me and delivered exactly what I was asking for. My nails were perfect when I left. The salon is nice, clean, and comfortable as well.

Went there to get a full set and eyebrows done after waiting for 30 min patiently a guy came and started doing my nails . Long story short the place was full when I got there and I was one of the last to leave because he took forever . When he was done they decent bc I didn’t feelLike sitting anymore even though I asked for a square French manicure 3 were crooked and not straight . Came out to 50 dollars ...I paid ....then tells me he forgot to add on my eyebrows ...what the heck how much were my nails he says 50 I said the sign says 30 and up for acrylic which is what I asked for he said no 50 . My nails do it look like I paid 50’diplars they look more like my basic manicure I get for 37! Total rip off the lady did wonderful on my eyebrows though! Will not go back to get my nails done

The place is very a well managed upscale nail salon. You sign in on a kios/computer screen and prepay for service. The staff is very friendly n professional. You can get a glass of wine, or coffee or tea. They had a special Mani/Pedi classic combo for $35.00. Great price!!!

I got my lash extension here last April 15, I have had lashe extension from New York to California and I have to say hands down this is best place and best price. My extension feel completely real, I dont even feel it. I completely forget I have them on. She did and amazing job, I will never go anywhere but here and she speaks good English so u can communicate with her.. This place has so many different high end services but not high end prices..Omce you go and check it out, you will know what I mean..hope this helps..

This is not a serious business. They claim they open at 9:30 and its not true. These people do not take their customers time seriously. several customers were waiting and they all left including myself. Not very smart! They lost business for not opening on time.

I dont know I am very disappointed because I have done my nails before here and the lady did an excellent job but the man that did my nails today... it wasnt so great. I am very disappointed. He was shy with the color. He could have added more to make it more vibrant.If you read this I would like a do over please, I like you guys but I am just not so happy this time.

Great nail place. I just went today for the Signature Organic Pedicure which is over an hour and $50. Since I couldnt find prices or a menu I took pictures of it today for you all. My nail tech was named Wyn; she really took her time and gave me the nicest scrub, lotion and hot stone massage Ive ever had. Very strong hands. Offered me drink of water, soda or wine of which I accepted a Sprite. Well worth the money as it was a very relaxing experience. For a very reasonable $30 they offer a classic pedi which includes pumice stone, callous treatment, scrub exfoliation, lotion massage, cooling gel with hot towel finish. Impressive for the price. In a hurry? Try the $22 express pedi. It includes nail grooming, pumice stone, scrub exfoliation and lotion massage. They do impressive eyelash extensions as well. The owner does an amazing job. I wont go anywhere else again. Hope you find this review helpful!

Literally the worst last extentions ive got an i get them done often my place was closed so i tryed here there so thick an a glued on mess my eyes were so red 2 days later would never go here again ! An i have reciptes showing it was ur establisment so try again im not stupid i know where i went lol

The place was really nice and professional, but my nails are too thick, it looks like the nail and polish is just sitting on my hands. And I got them pink so it looks like 10 lil pieces of bubble gum, smh. If u like thick nails then thts the place to go!!

I hated the service. They didnt even put on base and top coats, and after drying the nails in the machine 4 times instead of 1, I came home and while washing my hands, 2 nails got messed up. Will never go in there again, ever!!!

They tried to use DIRTY TOOLS on me for my manicure and pedicure! I had to ask for new, clean tools. The staff was unfriendly. My shellac polish started to peel after 4 days, and my pedicure polish was coming off my the following morning.
