Lily is the best! Moved from S. Florida and nails just arent the same here well until I found Lily. Highly recommend her us the prices are very reasonable. You wont be disappointed.

Customer service is TERRIBLE!! I chose a color that looked a very dark maroon on the nail pallet. When the technician started to paint the color is was bright red. I figured that it will get darker after the second coat. But it was still bright red. I brought it up to him and another technician over hear me say something. They both said that it just needs a third coat. I said okay...figured they know what they’re talking about. Then after the third coat. It was still bright red. Then they show me the bottle of nail polish that says “mood change” and try to say that it changes. Which was never what I requested!!! And at that, it changes under temp of the air, not your “mood”. I kept saying this is not what I wanted and they just kept pointing at the polish bottle, smiling and saying “sorry”. On top of that, there was nail polish all over my hands. The technician never offered to change the color, but they were quick to give me the bill for the full price. Zero customer service!!!

Just came back from having my spa pedicure and nail fill from Nails so happy. It was so relaxing and so professional. Thank you Lily for your excellent service. I always like coming here as everyone is so friendly. Lily knows that I don’t always like to pick out my own nail polish color and surprised me today with a beautiful shade of glittery purple. Time to party. Thanks again.

My daughter and I will return again.They took care of my 7-year-old like she was a princess. As for me, I really needed the mani-pedi and the back massage from the massage chair.We did a walk-in and were taken care of immediately but it was not busy when we got there (3pm on a Saturday). While we were there it became busy and I noticed that reception is an issue for this place. No one takes down names or really communicates well with the waiting customers. The gentleman that was doing the reception was also doing a full set.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I have been going here for 12 years! The owners are so honest, kind,and wonderful. They have a section for kids pedicures which is so adorable and thoughtful. They always take their time and will listen to what you are asking for. It’s clean and professional. The owner Lynn does my eyebrows and they always look great. I have Tina do my nails and she is so careful and detailed. I can’t say enough great things about this place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

These people over charge for basic acrylic sets of nails, dont do a good job with blending ombre French sets, add on charges for services you didnt approve of on your kids nor ask for and you walk out unsatisfied and over charged. I wont be back. 1 out of 10. Would not recommend.

I was very disappointed with the treatment I received when waiting to get a manicure/pedicure. It was very apparent that the owner of the salon did not give preference to women who had been waiting a long time for service. He called a woman in who walked in only because it was a friend and ignored people that had been waiting a long time. Very unprofessional conduct for a nail salon.

I’ve been going here for years and I love it. I have been everywhere around Jacksonville and couldn’t find a good enough technician until I found Nails So Happy. The acrylic nails do not lift and the gel polish is very shiny and doesn’t chip. I get a pedicure every two weeks but honestly they could last longer if I didn’t like changing my color frequently. Highly recommend!

One of the worst manicures Ive ever had. I got the powder and within a day it had chipped, the nail had sharp edges on them and my nail shape wasnt right. It wasnt clean at all.

First time here. Place was super clean. My technician was very nice. She accidently cut my cuticle and would not stop bleeding, she was very sorry and concerned. I had a basic manicure and pedicure. She didnt paint my whole nail on a my fingers, either not all way to the side or not all the way to the cuticle. My pedicure was great though.

Have been going to this nail salon for over 2 years now, and I’m so happy I found it. Lily is the best! She listens and makes sure I am happy with her work. She will fix anything you are not happy with. They take appointments and everyone is super nice. Great nail salon!

Had tips done by Kevin...Not gel just manicure. Twice within a day or two I had to go back and have 1 or 2 redone. Two days later all nails and tips literally came off. I took them in an envelope to show the Manager, Will. He had no idea how this would happen but because it was just a regular manicure there was nothing they would do to make amends. Not professional to say the least. My first and LAST visit there.Yes, Kevin did touch up my nails two times a day later but you failed to mention on day 3 they had ALL fallen off and nothing was done. If it was done right the first time I wouldnt have had this problem. Customer service is very bad when this happened and it was like. OH WELL...

Everyone there is very nice, welcoming, attentive to your needs and they all have done a great job on my nails. Ive been going there for 6 years. I started going there on and off my first four years ( special occasions, holidays, birthday, girls night, me time) but the last two years Ive gone every 2-3 weeks. I have gotten acrylic, gel and SNS with them and hardly any issues. Three times of the six years I had to go back to get a nail fix, they repaired it without any issues. They also have a cute area for the little princess in your life.

I drive almost an hour one way to get to Nails So Happy. My nail tech (Nina) is awesome! She takes her time and makes sure that it is a relaxing and rewarding experience. I love vibrant colors and I play with all kinds of French manicure variations. Purple tips with sparkle fill or red, white and blue striped, and so on. I mix gel and acrylic with no problems. Love this place!

I requested a soak off, nail trim and buff. The employee asked if I needed my nails in square shape. I said no, I want oval. She proceeded to cut and file. I requested another employee to explain to her that I needed my (now square) nails to be oval shaped. She became sullen and half heartedly filed my nails some more. By that time I needed to go. I usually tip very well but only left $1. If looks could kill... I will not be back.Management need to make sure employees have a grasp on basic terminology AND make sure the client and employee are clear on the requests made before hand-off

Love, love, love this salon! The family that owns and runs it is incredible. Ive been coming here for years because they go above and beyond to do things right. They take great care of me and my children when they come in. I drive past many salons to come here and its well worth it. I only recommend this nailSalon.

Came in for a pedicure and Vivienne did a great job. The foot and leg massage was perfect. Most just glide their hands across your feet and legs. She used the right amount of pressure and really worked out some of the aches I came in with. I live across town and will probably make the drive for my pedicures from this point on.

First time going to this so happy. I got a pedicure and the bottom of my feet are peeling. My nails look like a five year old painted them. However, the lady that did my eyebrows did a good job and was very nice. If i have time Thursday, i need the owner to fix this because my feet feel horrible. Ill keep everyone on how this is handled.

This is my go-to when my smaller, regular salon is full. They have a great selection of colors and because its such a big salon, there is rarely a wait, or only a short wait at peak times such as Saturday afternoons.

I just moved to the area and have been looking for a salon thats easy to get to and relaxing to be in. Theres plenty of parking and right when I came in, I was greeted by a friendly lady. She set me up with a nail tech- Michelle, I think her name was? I dont like just going to salons to get my nails done but also to TUNE THE WORLD out so it was nice to do that. Place is always clean and staff is always friendly. My wife and I come here frequently for pedicures and always leave happy. Weve never had any issues. The owners are the sweetest couple and the staff they employ are the same. My wife refuses to go anywhere else because she says her nails never last as at other places.In my opinion, best pedicures in town!!

I came in just to get my fathers toe nails cut and ended up leaving with a full set. The staff is wonderful. They gave me exactly what i asked for. My mother does nails,hair,facial everything but after this full set I will be back. Glad I came around to trying. Coming in today for eyebrows and cant wait! Thank you yall.

Ive been coming here for about three years and wouldnt go anywhere else. Michelle knows exactly how to work on my feet. She does a wonderful job for manicures and pedicures. Shes also great with gels. I definitely recommend NailsSoHappy.

Never ever go to Nails So Happy. Worst experience ever!! They do not know how to correctly paint a toenail nor do a gel nail. My skin is painted, he wouldnt fix the polish when I told him, he said, OH, I fix, and took nail polish remover and rubbed my skin. He did not fix the fact that two toes were not completely painted, nor the fact that they werent painted the same color. It looks like he did two coats on one nail, and one on the other, etc.. While I was getting my regular pedicure he asked if I wanted a drink, water, coke, beer? Im underage and you were going to serve me beer... at a nail salon. That is so wrong. When I went back the next morning, they would not fix the problems I told them I had with my service. Worst customer experience ever!!!! He told me I was young and didnt want to do anything he would regret and demanded for me to leave his store. Thanks for my $20 refund off a $50 service that was awful. I will forever never recommend this place! If I could, I would give 0 stars, worst, most awful experience ever! (cant seem to say that enough)

I use to love this place. Faithfully, I always recommended them to my friends. You would get quality work and the staff would take their time. Things just arent the same and every visit things go downhill a little bit more.It feels like theyve added more chairs. Things are getting crowded and loud. There is always an employee shuffling by with kids or food. Its bad when your nail tech is trying to watch TV, worse when he begin yelling at the football games. HELLO - Im trying to relax! You may or may not be offered a beverage. It may or may not be cold.The newer staff struggle to communicate and the burden is on the customer to call out for help if the staff member either doesnt understand or refuses to do what is asked. Other staff members dont really know how to handle situations that arise with unhappy customers. Attempts to shift blame to the customer arent the best tactic.I wouldnt recommend visiting this shop, if you want to relax or wish for consistency.

I paid for SNS nails on the 7th of June and I have 4 chipped nails, the clear coat has pealed off within 3 days and have 3 broken nails. I never had this problem at my old salon where my tech of three years moved. Have to find a new place. This place is terrible!

The kids manicure & pedicure was listed for $25.00 on their website but my granddaughter was charged $35.00. I asked why she was charged $35.00. Come to find out the kid chairs were full so they sat her in an adult chair and charged the adult price. They should have given her the choice to wait or pay the difference. It not about the $10.00. We won’t be back, I felt like they took advantage of her age. They did nothing to keep my business and had an I don’t care attitude.

The nail tech didn’t do anything on my toes she scrubbed the bottom of my feet then painted the toes and the paint job is awful and my friend whom I brought in was cut but her person and has a scab on the side of her foot and she just wanted a callus in the heel removed

This is the only place I trust to wax my brows. Also, Ive never had a bad mani/pedi here, even when I requested almond shaped nails. Everyone is nice and great at what they do. I wish I could bring it with me when I move out of state this year.

I am only sharing a review on here because I provided feedback on Facebook and after two days they deleted it because it was negative . If you see their page on Facebook you can only see positive ones. I have been going to this salon for over ten years . I drive 31 miles to get my nails and eyebrows done here than anywhere else. However the other day I went in morning around 930am wanted to get my nails done and eyebrows before my husbands surprise birthday party (which he had no idea of) . I did all that and left the saloon and about 15 mins later my husband texts me and says they saloon reached out to me and you didn’t pay eyebrows and they want you to return. He said why aren’t you at work ? So that was ruined. Anyways the owners daughter Lucy reached out to my husband on Facebook! Yes Facebook since his name was on credit card and telling him for me to come back and pay $8 because they didn’t charge me the eyebrows .. woah. Talk about invasion of privacy . I don’t Care about the $8 it is the last $8 they will ever receive from me but this clearly wasn’t my fault and it was the guy writing the bill who I gave my card to . As customer service goes honestly they should of let it fly . Again it’s $8. But nope! So out of respect I drove 31 miles back in afternoon to pay $8. I was so embarrassed and so disappointed. They didn’t even Care. I had another person comment on my post on Facebook stating their lack of customer service and look for only one thing money . Now I see why.. really after 10 years I have been there they don’t even know my name . I have come in where they were so busy and they couldn’t take me that I would wait a whole day or two to come back when it’s not busy. This is the worst experience in customer service I have ever experienced and they had no shame .. ruined all day plans for me and made me drive back . And they added it to my last bill so they don’t charge me a new bill and avoid the VISA card fee That they pay.. smh.. avoid in all cases I have made sure that my friends do too!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. First of all, super rude the guy who did my nails almost cracked my finger multiple times. Nails started to lift a day later and refused to take them off. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Don’t waste your time or money!

The staff was nice...my fiance and I went in to get a full set for me and a mani for her for our wedding. Started out ok, but when we were finished I was in shock to see how horrible it all turned out. The lady that did my finances didnt even buff her nails. I dont even have the time to explain what went wrong with my nails but I will say never again! I now have to pay someone else to fix this mess after I spent over $50... I do not recommend this place at all

I had my acrylics filled in before I left on vacation. I went back in 6/26/18 to get a fill in. As the man was working on them, we both noticed a fungus between the acrylic and my actual nail. I was concerned and asked repeatedly if it was safe for him to continue. There was a bit of a language barrier as no one who was available to me spoke fluent English, but what I understood was that it was safe to continue.He continued to apply a full set of new acrylics that I was charged $50.00 for. I went home and did some research and found out that the technician who did them prior to my vacation hadn’t realized that there was some “lift”, even though I told him at the time that a few needed glue. Due to this not being corrected at that time, the fungus was allowed to grow until my next appt. I went back in tonight, 6/27/18 with the printouts of the information I had found and requested they be removed so I could treat them, as their technician the previous night apparently did not know this. My nails were placed in a solution for 20 minutes, then another technician who was able to speak and understand English told me that there was no problem putting them back on immediately as the fungus would eventually grow out. While this did not agree with the facts I had brought in, by that time my nails and polish had been removed, so I couldn’t have kept them if I wanted to. The female technician tonight did advise me of a couple of methods for treatment and then she charged me an additional $15.00 for the removal that she said I didn’t need to do after it was already done. I requested a refund of the charge from the previous night and was denied! I have been to this nail salon many times in the past and have recommended them to many people as I work in a local hair salon. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed in this complete lack of customer service. Not only will I never return, I will make sure that everyone I have recommended to them in the past is aware of this entire experience. I will NOT be recommending them to anyone in the future and instead will share this horrible experience.

Terrible experience! They do not do SNS correctly. I went on a Monday evening for SNS. I made the observation that she was doing a gel top coat rather than SNS top coat and was told that they do that because it is shinier longer and SNS becomes dull. By Wednesday evening the gel coat was chipping and by Friday I had large chips! I returned on Saturday morning and showed them what happened and noted that I think it was due to the gel top coat rather than the correct SNS steps and top coat. When the manicurist was redoing the manicure she was unable to get the SNS top coat to dry. She said this is why they do not do the SNS top coat, when I was previously told it was because the gel was preferred due to long lasting shine. She attempted to do the SNS top coat about 3 times and could never get it to set each time making marks in the nail and redoing it. The last time she told me this would be the last time she tried. There were agin marks in the nail and I asked what I was supposed to do and was told to go somewhere else when I asked if I could then have my money back so I could go somewhere else the manager said I would have to sit in the chair so get the nails soaked off if I wanted my money back. When I first came into the salon I told the manager I had an appointment at 1145 and would need to be done by then and she said it was no problem. Then I was told I would have to sit and miss my next appointment to get my money back for the manicure I paid over $50 that they can not do correctly. They told me I wasted the manicurists time by having to redo the nail. No consideration of my time, my experience, or the service I paid for.

Honestly will never go back again. They couldn’t do my ombré nails, I was then told halfway through that they couldn’t do my fill in while waiting in for my pedicure. Poorest pedicure job nail polish came off. And my nails are coming off after a couple days. Nails not so happy.

They could not give me service at all. They told me to come back tomorrow. I have been having my nails done for years and I have never been asked to come back tomorrow. Thats not how you gain new customers and keep them.

I dont do many reviews but I thought this one was worthy. Ive tried this salon 3 times. I really tried to give them a chance. The first time, my daughter and I went to get a pedicure and her nails and toe nails painted . When we walked into the salon everyone turned to look at us and then went back to servicing their customers. They didnt welcome us or even acknowledge that we were there! So we sat down and waited for a few minutes to see if anyone would ask us what we needed. Nothing. So we left. I said I would never step foot in there again. Two years later, we try again. Only because I work in the area and it was convenient for me to just run over there. This time, my daughter and I went in around 6:20 pm, we were actually greeted this time. The lady asks what would we be having done. I stated that I needed a fill in and pedicure and that my daughter was going to get her finger nails and toe nails painted. The lady, who I assume was the manager or owner, looked at me then looked at her watch as if she was trying to hint at me that they wouldnt have time for that. They close at 7:30. So I asked Is that ok? Do you have time? She reluctantly said yes. So we pick our colors, and we get the pedicures first. It didnt take very long. No problem here. The same guy that did my pedicure, proceeded with my nails. He seemed nice, didnt speak much though. Overall, he did a sloppy job on my finger nails and I felt rushed. He didnt paint the whole nail, so you could see some of the acrylic on the sides. They lasted 3 days before they began to lift and crack. The gel polish also chipped. So obviously I was not happy. I went to get my nail fixed after work on Friday. It was 7pm. They had one customer they were finishing up. I walked in this time and again, everyone stared at me and said nothing. There were a bunch of nail techs huddled in the corner tables to the right, conversing and waiting for 7:30. There was a short, kind of heavy lady with blonde highlights that asked me what needed. I told her I needed a nail fix and that I wanted to re-paint the rest of my nails because the gel had chipped. She said ok. So they called up the guy who originally did my nails. He once again, rushed. The nail he repaired looks nothing like the rest. And he didnt even re-paint my nails like I requested. He just did a nail repair. He made sure I was out right at 7:30. I didnt say anything because I was leaving town the next day and I had other things I had to do still. I went away this weekend and my nails looked horrible. Needless to say, I will NEVER step foot in this place again, and will never recommend it to anyone. Im in the business of servicing people too and I would never treat my customers the way you all treat yours. The first time, I did feel like the color of my skin was the reason for my treatment. Everyone is not the same. You shouldnt judge a book by its cover. If I like a place and Im happy with the service, Im loyal and Im a great tipper. Overall, I strongly recommend that you find some place else to go for your nails. If I could give zero, I would.

Overall friendly, regular pedi I got HORRIBLE! No strengthen everything so soft that in 1 week feets were bad again...gel mani OK at least they soak your nails. Maybe just got a bad technician. I will give then a 2nd chance...It said it was 46 for Regular pedi and gel mani and she said no it was 51 because of the color but didnt understand me so I couldnt get clarification.

One of the WORST experiences i have ever had. My mom, sister, and I went in for pedicures and manis for my sisters wedding this weekend. Pedicure was good but when it came to putting acrylics on, the young man who did my moms nails and my nails was horrible. He was very rude, didnt really want to do them the way we wanted and had a problem with everything. He told my mom not to use her phone while getting her nails done with him (which I have never heard of) and was very rude to me also. He made little remarks that were uncalled for and a customer should not be treated this way. I asked him if he could fix two nails and proceded to tell me my fingers were crooked. I didnt ask that, I just asked for the nails to be fixed (and no my fingers were not crooked he just did a quick and lousy job). He obviously got mad I asked him to fix it that he then filed my nail so rough and quickly that he cut my skin. He did not care. SO RUDE! i have never had this kid of ridiculous service ANYWHERE. He also kept pushing us to get gel polish on top of acrylic obviously wanting to charge us double. Thanks for wanting to rip off loyal customers who have been there for years. So livid, will not be going back. Wish I could give them a zero star.
