Natalie did my nails and she did amazing. She was very professional and she was able to replicate exactly what I wanted. The salon was nice and clean. Everyone greets you when you walk in, all the techs were all professional.

I’m new to the area and I’ve been trying out different nail salons and experimenting with bridal nail styles for my upcoming wedding. Natalie nailed this design! I absolutely love it! One of my favorite bridal styles so far! Obsessed is an understatement. The salon was clean, good customer service. Natalie is a sweetheart, definitely will be coming back!

I went here for the first time today, the only issue I had was my appointment was at 3:30 but they didn’t sit me until after 4pm, but it looked pretty busy so I tried to be understanding. Hannah did my nails today and I think they were beautifully done! I will definitely be coming back again

Not my best experience. The lady who worked on my nails, was rough when she took them off. She rushed and they hurt a couple of times. I was charged extra for the shape, which was a coffin. Two or three days later most of my nails lifted. So not the best experience and I paid $80 for them. Which is a lot for a simple acrylic set.

I went here and spent $120 not including tip and the quality was so poor. My polish was the worse I ever had! It was off before I got home. They charged me $40 per child for pedicures and manicures that were not worth $10. Then I asked a gentleman if he could get someone to fix my polish he told me go back to who did it I explained to him that I didn’t want to interrupt her because she had someone in the seat he shrug his shoulders and said go back to her. Which I thought was unprofessional! I will not be back to this business and I hope this helps anyone that’s thinking of going here!

This was my first time and I walked in very clean very nice looking and the front desk was very attentive! I had Hanna who was so sweet and so funny at the same time and I really enjoyed her! The prices were reasonable which is reasonable and comparable to the rest around this area. I got just a manicure and a pedicure with gel on my feet and it was really a nice relaxing place. I do believe that I will be using them on a regular basis versus the place I was using because it’s a lot more relaxing in there than most places I’ve been to. Hanna I will be back! 😊

Been here so many times in the past few months. Last time was the final straw. Guy that did my nails rushed through (don’t mind as I hate sitting for a long time) but for the price of gel polish on toes and dip powder on nails plus a 15 dollar tip it’s not worth it. You can see through my polish (didnt dip enough) 3 days later and two of my nails have chipped, gel on my toes is coming off. He was constantly on his Apple Watch which is fine if you’re going to do a good job. I’m an RN and use dip to have durable nails that look decent. Disappointed and won’t be back

Poor service. I received gel on my toes, full set on hands with gel. My nails look horrible and was charged $81. Once I got home I not only realized my nails looked horrible I paid someone else bill. My bill should have been 69 plus the normal $5 tip. Upon calling the business I was told the price possibly correct as price go up etc. Beware this company makes up its own prices and some workers don’t know what they are doing…….I just read the bossiness response… I never got a gel polish change and my nails are not extra long…..that is lie. They never even mentioned that on the phone. That further explains you have over charged me. The manager response is a lie and extremely untruthful.

Natalie is the best nail tech I’ve met my entire life, I came to Jacksonville as a travel nurse and one of my coworkers referred me to her just because my coworker nails were so clean, nice and well done. My contract is over and I drove 3 hours to come do my nails there because I couldn’t find a good nail tech like her. I’m so satisfied. Thank you Natalie

My experience every time is different. Not always bad but disappointed with paying a higher price than what I asked for. I purchased a pedicure plus ($38) with regular polish and the woman ended up doing gel without asking and charged me $65. When I said I didn’t ask for that service/product, I was told it was my fault for not telling her no when she brought out the polish. Very disappointed, probably not returning.

Henry did my fill in and designs and I was super impressed. He helped me decide what I wanted, the colors, and took his time. I’ll definitely keep coming to this shop. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to this place for at least a year. The past couple of visits have been mediocre at best, but i went in last weekend and was really disappointed. The nail tech cut me with the drill, which is not uncommon, but it scares me every time. I jumped, and he made fun of me for it, asking “Why are you so scared over a little cut?” I get acrylic gel, and he was in such a rush to finish my appointment that he didn’t leave my nails under the light the whole 60 seconds. 5 days later and my nail color is starting to chip. I’ve never had that with acrylic before. He also got up multiple times during the appointment to help other people. Finally, he told me I had baby nails after trying to get me to do SNS because I like my nails short. All in all, I was really disappointed in the lack of attention to detail I received.

This establishment is not attentive to customers who only want a single service done! I was advised my wait time was 15 min but actually was over 45 min! They began to service another customer who came in after me ( not a scheduled appointment)! I sat in the massage chair for additional time and still no one serviced me. I finally just walked out. Don’t waste your time!

Went yesterday with a bridal party for pedicures and full sets.... we waited last minute but they got us in within 30 minutes on a busy Saturday!! The spa is beautiful! I’ve been searching for a particular shade of orange for almost a year now, and just settling for whatever I could find close, but the man that did my nails nailed it! I mean quite literally!! My pedicure was by someone else but she was amazing too! The whole vibe was perfect.... not like the quick rushed “typical” shops you’d go to. Prices are very fair and worth every penny! last but not least, the spa is HUGE!! Never once did I feel crowded. It was honestly very relaxing and I’ll definitely be making the 40 min drive back to them for my services!!

I was new to the area and super picky with my nails until I found Natalie! She’s so amazing and everytime I come in and show her a picture of what I want she nails it everytime! Everyone there is super friendly and professional and I would highly recommend this place!!

I highly recommend this business. Moving to Jax, I needed to find a new nail tech that could handle the attention to detail that I expect. I’ve tried multiple places, nails dot com, nail blvd, polish, etc and this is the only place I’ve found that doesn’t fight with me about quality. My first experience was not quite the quality I wanted, but they value customer care properly as they helped to make the corrections I needed, with complete understanding. Henry, the manager, was professional, personable, and did amazing work. Everyone needs the chance to grow, so the mistake by a learning tech was not an issue. What stuck out was the willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer expectations. I am beyond satisfied and have found the nail salon I will be frequenting.

This place is AMAZING! It is so clean and the staff is very welcoming. Natalie has been doing my nails for awhile and she has always done a fantastic job. She is very through and makes sure she does your nails the right way. Shes my go to nail girl, and Ill never go to another nail salon again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Today was my first time coming to Bellezza Nail Spa and I have to say that I love it! The staff is super friendly and accommodating! The salon itself is beautiful and very clean! Hannah did such a fantastic job with my pedicure and my manicure! She was so sweet and professional and was able to give me exactly what I wanted. Took my partner here for her birthday, was coerced into getting my nails and brow done haha. Women were extremely professional, personable, and a more than wonderful experience. I can’t say I’d get my nails done here again, but I know she definitely will. Would recommend to absolutely anyone in the area.

If I could give them one star I would as I never even received any service from them. I came in for 5pm appointment before work and was not acknowledged once while waiting for 45 minutes. Multiple people (not sure if they had appointments or not) were helped as I was waiting, one gentleman even walked in about 20 minutes after me and was immediately seated and taken care of. I was very disappointed because I was truly looking forward to trying this salon due to the high ratings it has received. I eventually left after the 45 minutes and was not acknowledged by a single employee that entire time. Huge waste of my time.

Absolutely the best nail salon in the area I’ve been too. The attention to detail is amazing nails came out perfect and it was such a relaxing experience. I was also a walk in and they squeezed me in with no wait time! 10/10 would recommend. Shout out to the blonde haired guy that did my nails he was great.

The place was beautiful and everyone was very friendly. I was on vacation from out of town and I was celebrating my husband’s birthday; so I decided to get my feet, nails and eyebrows done. The young lady who took care of me was named Jenny. Beautiful person, but unfortunately the work she did on my finger nails were not good. I got everything done on Friday, 26 February; my husband and I left Sunday morning heading back home to Virginia. Monday I had my grandson and was changing his pamper and noticed when I finished a nail popped off! Later on that day another one popped off! I wasn’t doing anything strenuous and when the nails came off, they didn’t hurt or anything. I just happened to look at my hands and noticed they were off. By yesterday, Friday I only have two nails still on! I would never return to that shop or recommend it to anyone.

My nails broke twice within a week. I also had to teach the technician how to do eyebrows and still had to pay her for the job she did on my eyebrows.
