I like going here. It may not the the beat high end place in town but, they do one hell of a good job. They have separated areas for groups of 4 and I think one area for a group of 2 and that puts you in a much more private area!

Nail time is fantastic. Came in for a pedicure and left with a nail trim and shoulder massage because my lady was just so good and thorough. I would recommend for dips and mans and pedis because thats what Ive seen and had here that is great but Im sure everything else they offer is top notch also . Thank you Lauren and others !

Today was my very first visit and it is by far the most beautiful salon in the area! Tranquil and relaxing. Everyone was friendly and professional. It was a lovely experience and I will definitely be back.

I had the strangest experience here. I asked for a regular manicure (not gel and not with a pedicure etc) just old fashioned manicure. They were clearly not happy to provide what they considered a small service and assigned me a young lady who had never given a manicure in her life. I could tell this the moment she started taking off my nail polish. She quit a few minutes in and then a young man took over. It was the worst manicure I have had in my life.

I had Jimmy and he did an amazing job and will definitely go back to this business.

I had gotten a finesse Nails For the First Time The People are nice but after leaving I did not like the way the top of the nails look they were very flat and had no curvature to it. They offer to repair which L do so post my return from vacation

I was very happy with the young lady who did my leg massage and clipped my nails and with the girl who painted my nails the only thing that I did not like was while she was doing my nails other girls came and stood over her back and just talked and talked and talked and I feel like that Im paying for that time to be my time to relax not for them to stand there and talk to my nail girl almost the whole entire time she painted my nails.

I went today for a deluxe pedi which was 60 after my tip. I always give a tip especially given the current state, but I honestly wish I had not given the end result. The massage was good, and the extras were nice as well. At the end she was informed she had a client who needed her eyebrows done, and she began to rush my service. She gave one coat of polish and a heavy top layer of clear. As I was sitting at the dryer I noticed I had bubbles on about four toes. She fixed it rushing again. At that point I didn’t care and just wanted to leave. When I returned home I noticed that the inside of my big toe was not painted! This was supposed to be a nice treat today that turned into a not so pleasant experience.

I could not have been happier with the staff they were professional courteous welcoming did an excellent job and I will definitely be going back could not have gotten better service than I did they are the number one place in Mandarin to go

They did such a good job on my nails and toes! A little pricier than I normally pay but so so worth it. My nails are perfection and exactly what I wanted. It was super clean and you feel so spoiled just walking in.

Did the liquid gel and one hand looks ok with my pinky looking like a lego piece was glued on and thd other like a big blop of gel was thrown on there 🤦🏻‍♀️My tech was in a hurry towards the end to take care of a customer and rushed.My pedi tech did not do a good job at all. My nails were uneven and I had to ask her twice to fix them.Not a pleasant experience honestly speaking. Really nice people but the quality is not good. Shape looks awful and thick on my right hand.Remind me never to come back!!

This place use to be super awesome and the staff use to be alot more detailed and timely with their work. Now they have raised the prices and you get about half of what they use to do! My paint job was awful yesterday. I really hope they real themselves back a bit and bring back the quality they use to have. Im fine with raising prices but dont raise prices and drop quality.

This was my first time to Nail time. I havent had a salon pedicure in 2 years. Jenny did a great job with my basic hot stone pedicure. I was a walk in around 1:30 and didnt have to wait. The salon. Was clean and nicely decorated for Christmas. Its a great place for a girls day out.

They were so nice! Offered drinks, always asked if she was doing good or if anything was too hot or cold, just perfect, definitely coming back!!

Great atmosphere and nail technicians. They make a big deal if you’re accidentally nicked and bleed a microscopic amount of blood. Received a coupon for a free manicure pedicure once. (The best one they offer- my mother was happy) Which I thought was very kind. — Ask for MOON - she is the best one. A real perfectionist and very sweet!

I’ve gone to this Nail Time for years and the Julington Creek location (even before COVID) has been regularly disappointing. The quality of pedicures has decreased while the price has increased and I’ve used many different nail techs. It’s worth it to look elsewhere.

Finally a nail salon that I will come back to again and again! This place is legit. Great nail techs, never had a bad one. Very relaxing zen atmosphere always. Always look forward to my next visit as soon as I leave!

I LOVE this nail salon!the technicians take their time and do phenomenal work. i have gotten both gel manicures and pedicures here and they were so relaxing and worth the money!i usually see Dara and she is so great and really takes her time with both manicures and pedicures. she always asks if i am satisfied with the results and if i’m not, she will take the time to fix any issues.the rest of the staff is very nice and accommodating!very clean, professional, and relaxing environment!would definitely recommend to a friend!

Ive been going to this place for years and have finally decided to just stop going. Over the past year or so, Ive grown more and more disappointed. Every time I come in, nobody is ever really that friendly. Its like they dont really care at all about you being happy and welcomed. And furthermore, the last few nail ladies Ive had havent done a good job with my nails. They dont stay nice for long at all. Another thing.. I tip the normal amount and it never fails, I always get an eye roll or nose turned up at it. This has happened to my mom too and were over it. Im not gonna give you a super generous tip when it costs a fortune in the first place to get my nails done. I have found a much nicer, down to earth salon now that does my nails for less. They sanitize everything just the same and my goodness, they actually welcome you with a smile! AND care about how you like your nails. I do NOT recommend going to Nail Time in Mandarin at all.

Best pedicure in all of Jax! I leave my neighborhood nail salons and travel 30 minutes to go to this one! Hot stones, wax, reflexology, massage, etc. it’s Heaven!

I love this Nail Time and look forward to my monthly visit. Shayla is great, she put on a whole new set of nails the first time I visited. An Atlanta salon had done a poor job.I make an appointment with her for my gel fill, because when she does my nails, they look great for 3 weeks. She makes sure each customer is happy with their service. I love the pedicures, the basic pedicure is a great value and is the best in Jacksonville. I recommend Nail Time to anyone that is looking for a good nail salon.

I have been here many times and have never had a problem, but I went last night for a gel manicure and pedicure and I will never be back. The manicure was fine, but the woman doing my nails was also greeting every person that came in and assigning them to a technician. This caused her to pause many times in the middle of my service and have to get up to help people. The very worst part was the pedicure though. I was playing on my phone and not paying much attention, but I had a feeling that the technician did not get a new set of tools from the sanitizer. I didnt say anything because I figured I just missed it, but the tools were just sitting in a basket she had with her. I go through the pedicure and the technician disappears for almost 10 minutes after putting hot towels on my legs. She comes back with no explanation and then puts the paraffin wax on my feet and proceeds to disappear for another 10 minutes while I see her in the back corner talking on her cell phone. She comes back again with no explanation, puts on my base coat, and then another technician just switches out with her and finished painting my toenails. Meanwhile, I watch the original technician go over to start another pedicure with the same exact tools she used on me! No sanitizing at all. At this point I am just hoping that I dont get some sort of infection, who knows how many people she has been using those same tools on all day or if she ever cleans them!

Horrible staff. I asked for a natural gel color bubble bath that I always get and only asked for one coat. I had somewhere to be and MIMI put 2 coats on making it look not natural and really pink. She said it looks more even. I told her i liked one coat and she continued doing 2 after i made my request. I didnt want to be late for an appointment so I accepted it. I called back the next day and explained the situation. They told me to come in and they would fix it. I just left because they wouldnt fix it without charging me 10 more dollars. Not to mention the confusion I experienced when I first got there. As if no one understood what I wanted done. Now Im at Anna Bellas nails getting it fixed because id rather give my money to a company that cares about what I like. So disappointed. Ive never been treated so poorly.

I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of the manicure and pedicure I got. I am very hard on my hands and feet and I didn’t even get gel. Not one crack or chip in the paint on any of my toes or fingers! I also really enjoyed the experience! Definitely going back for all of my future mani pedis! I went to the beach and it’s still all there!!

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I have had literally 100’s of pedicures all across the nation... but today I have had literally the best one I have ever received .... Nina was amazing!!!!!

I went to this salon this Sunday and at first I thought I had finally found a moderately priced and CLEAN salon, BUT BOY WAS I WRONG. When we arrived without an appointment the wait was AN HOUR but we waited anyways (I was with a party of 4 people) . After the long hour we finally got seated for our pedicures. My pedicure, personally, was mediocre. My nail artist was quite rough with my feet and after I got home the following day, my big toe got infected and now I have a fungal infection. I was not pleased with this AT ALL. After this I got my acrylic manicure which was the ONLY thing that I was actually pleased with. The last thing I got done was THE ABSOLUTE WORST OF ALL. I GOT MY EYEBROWS WAXED. When I got my eyebrows waxed they looked very nice and I was pleased with the shape of them. HOWEVER, after I left I noticed that the lady who waxed my brows left various spots of wax around my eyebrows which was very gross and I didnt like that. THE WORST PART OF ALL: today is Tuesday of the same week I got my brows done and my skin has developed a red rash all over my face, along with painful and large infectious pimples all over my forehead and eyebrows. Im so pissed I would sue this pigsty of an establishment if I could, I want a full refund because this is just downright DISGUSTANG. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE, I WARN YOU.

One visit and Im hooked. My friend brought me and we had what she called the fruit salad pedicure followed by 15 minutes of shoulder massage. I really thought wed come so late that the ladies would be like oh man lets just get through this and go home but they never for one minute made me feel rushed or that they were unhappy staying late to finish up. Awesome people (Sitha and Hein) and wonderful results.

Sitka really helped introduce me to the new Gel/Shellac nail polish...loved how it❤ helped my terrible nails grow to beauty for my class reunion!!! I love nail time!! I’ve been coming for two years now and I don’t have a specific person I use just because they all do a great job! The atmosphere is very relaxing, of course if you go during a busy hour (aka after 10am) then yeah, there’s going to be more chatter but even with the chatter I still fall asleep every time I get a pedi. Everyone there is very friendly.

Have gone here many times, waxes, finger nails and pedicures. Seems like last few times, I am getting more disappointed . Went for pedicure. She cut my toe nails without asking me. I was trying to grow them out. Ordered the reflexology foot massage and was disappointed, it was not a very long massage and I did not feel pressure being applied. She was a very thin anorexic gal about 70 lbs and I think she did not have enough strength to do my massage. My big toe nail polish was smudged by the end of the day. Despite my drying for 12 minutes and applying spray. Looks like she used too much nail polish on it. Would have gone back for a fix but this is the second time this has happened. Went back the first time because multiple nails ruined, I had a different person that time. Now here we go again. Who has time to keep going back. If you get the right person, this place can be great. Have had good experiences. But not all staff are detail oriented. Sometimes you feel like they are rushing you out of there. I think its time for me to consider some other facilities.

Really bad experience. Made reservations for a group of us and then they said we gave them the wrong number of people. Then we had to wait 30 minutes before they even started. And they were rude.

I went here based on the ratings and reviews because I wasnt too happy with the last two places I tried. As soon as I walked in I understood the ratings. I was greeted with relaxing music and attentive staff. The atmosphere is spa like, unlike many other places, where you feel rushed and like its all about getting you in and out as quickly as possible. My technician was Kim, and she was pleasant, complementary and accommodating without talking too much. I had an SNS manicure and my eyebrows done. Kim really took her time with my eyebrows and you could tell she takes pride in her work. Especially unique about this nail salon, is that they have multiple semi private areas where you are not in plain sight for everyone to see. They have doubles and singles areas so you can come in with your partner or friend and enjoy a more private space. Its a serene setting with intricate decor. All areas of the large space are strategically sectioned with room dividers so it feels more intimate and private while youre getting a service. Im glad I found this place today because this will be my new place to go for mani/pedi/eyebrows. Id driven by so many times and had no idea what a little gem it is. I will be driving past 4 other area nail salons in order to go here.

There normally is never a wait when me and my mom go. I do have one problem though, and that whenever I get a pedicure, she doesnt ask whether the wax is too hot, and i always end up getting blisters on my feet because of how hot the wax is. Otherwise, its a good nail place and excellent service.

Excellent service, very efficient. My husband did the combo deluxe mani/pedi and I did the deluxe pedi with a gel mani. Hien, Rose and Dara did a great job! No pain, as I have endured many slips with the clippers at other salons. We didnt have appointments and only waited about 15 minutes on a busy Saturday afternoon. I think we found our new salon!

I went in last Thursday for a mani and pedi. My pedi was perfect and I have no real complaint. However, I was switched to another girl for my mani. I asked for the shellac. She began doing my nails and clipped my skin multiple times. I let it go and didnt say much. She looked new. She started painting away and I asked for design. Not knowing that it would take over an hour to paint my nails!!! I spent 3 hours in the salon and finally I had to say enough and leave. I had to pick my kids up. My design was simple and not complicated! I never even got the manicure part. Literally I had a pedi and got my nails painted. I had a GC for a mani and deluxe pedi and I still had to shell out $31. To make it worse... The shellac pealed off two fingers in just 5 days. I called the salon the said come in. Once in, they were loud and angry I was very uncomfortable. They called out the girl that did it and I had to watch. Then I was thrown at another lady to repair it. I pointed out that 3 of my nails were completely gone and 2 had chipped. She ignored me and was very aggressive with the tools on my nails. She only fixed 4 and the 5th is still messed up. She wouldnt even acknowledge me when I spoke. Half way thru she got up and left. It was embarrassing and very uncomfortable. I just wanted a nice moment for myself. Im a mom of 3 and I rarely get me time. This was a terrible experience and I will Never be back!
