I had a great experience, I got the gentlemen and he did a better job on my feet than anyone in my past. like he didnt rush at all, took his time and I enjoyed my experience so much I went through with a new set on my hands as well. Three weeks and not one nail has popped off ... LOVED THE EXPERIENCE !

This place is absolutely amazing. There work is like a pice of art I would totally recommend coming here if you are near by. But the only problem is that there is a bit of a wait time

My finger nails are all cut up on the sides after leaving this nail salon. I was told by the nail tech that my nails were old the time before I visited and needed to have them soaked off. Well thats what I thought would happen. This woman used a fake nail to left my false nails up. It was extremely painful😫. After using the power to do the nail art she proceed to use her drill cut my fingers several time. OUCH! They do perform get eyelash extensions but as for getting my nails do here again defiantly its a no for me.

She do very quick work and sometimes this is not good. Received a fill in and the very same day I had 2 nails that was lifting so I just added nail glue cause I didnt want to go back so soon. However just went back this week and showed her and got 3 nail repaired. This is not my regular spot but its close to where I live so I go when I need a quick fix. Her prices are a little high I wouldnt recommend getting nail art she charges $20 per nail to add diamonds to entire nail so 4 nails $80 on top of the gel and your service either a full set or fill. So I will never get nothing here but a fix or fill

My favorite place to go they always make sure my nails and toes are the bomb . I only use powder and jel and it always last long and comes out perfect

Absolutely love my nails. The techs spoke with us the entire time and had great conversation. I went in to fix another salons failure and they did amazing. They took time to do my pedicure, getting all my cuticles and and being gentle with the scraper. They are all polite and were recommended to me by someone else. Please do go!

Been coming here for 3 years loyal client. Come on March to receive service I got put off to the niece which sore my nails for a whole 1 1/2 which weaken my nails. I came back yesterday for the aunt to fix my nails she asked what service Im receiving I let her know she went back to working, I sir for 30 minutes no service still. I ended up leaving and called her on the phone she told me to come tomorrow morning at 9:30, I show up this morning at 9:26 and waited, the salon didnt open until 9:50 which it supposed to open at 9:30. She pulled up then turned around and left, so I went right down the street and came back when I walked in she was doing someone nails, and she never said anything to me so I left. I will never do any business with this place anything 3 years down the drain!

I was cautious due to reading other reviews but Im am overly pleased with the services the atmosphere and the price. Extra care was taken at every step to make sure I was pleased.

Was not a good job at all.i went in for a dip polish to make my natural nails stronger.well he automatically did acrylic so I was like ok..well here it is 2 days later and my nails are coming unattached from the acrylic.waste of my time and money.

This is a great place to get your nails done. They can be a little slow sometimes and a bit pricey but so is everyone else but without good service and customer support. Will come here again.

The worst service I’ve ever had a nail salon. To let a customer yell at another customer and they just sit there and laugh at it, to do someone’s nails and get mad when you don’t like them after you told them what you wanted wow I’m just a palled by how they treated me and my friend last night for sure. Do not go here if you want your nails to be done the right way because they won’t do it they will only do what they think is right and nine out of 10 times it’s not what the customer wants very very rude people I felt so uncomfortable and I’ll never be coming here again

I needed a nail shop on a Sunday and Im new to the area. Also, the nail shop Ive been going to isnt open on Sundays. So a read some reviews for different shops and decided on this one. They did not disappoint. They were very accommodating for my 3yr old: pulling up a seat and cutting on wifi. They were very friendly, cracked jokes and Tammy did a great job with my full set. The experience was real chill. I dont know, Im pretty brand loyal, but I might have found a new nail salon

I absolutely love this 💅 salon. She does amazing nail art work. Its affordable but not cheap. Its got great customer service. Very polite and attentive staff. Wonderful gel nail polish that actually drys fast on contact to the nail and she is absolutely perfect when it comes to doing my eyebrows. Shes gentle and knows whats shes doing compared to some other nail shops that clearly could take a lesson or 2 from her. Im always satisfied and will never go anywhere else.💜❤🙌🙌

Horrible experience went to get a service male nail tech kept cutting my hand a day after service a nail broke two days later went to get a repair nail wasn’t buffed or filed the following day another nail broke clean across while writing hasn’t been a week and a total of 3 nails are broken worst set I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend service or customer service experience try elsewhere.

I told the nail tech the drill was hurting me, he told me it was not and that I was just scared but my finger started bleeding. My nails were painted uneven and they looked sloppy. Two days later I have two nails lifting. The only thing I liked about my experience was the shape of my nails. The people were nice as well, but the nails were not.

The prices were kinda high. For the work to just be okay.

I went into the salon to get my nails and toes done after a long day at work. This nail salon used to be my primary salon when Leah worked there. Since she has left I dont go due to the horrible experiences. But like a fool I decided to give it one last try since its close to my house. The lady who did my pedicure was great. The nail tech with the short hair was TERRIBLE!!! First of all she filed my nails so hard that it literally hurt so bad I was on the edge of my seat. I said ouch at least 4 times. All I needed her to do was a freaking fill in. She completely changed the shape of my nails. Mind you after she messed up the first nail I said to her you are shaping them wrong and said I just want to keep them like they already are. I had the almond round shape and she was changing them to a horrible done stiletto shape. I told her 3 times while doing my nails. Enough that other customers in the salon began to look. She said she knows what she is doing pulled out her cell phone and began to show me pics of other nails she has done then continued to mess the nails up. On my last pinky nail she called over the owner of the nail shop to address my complaints. The owner agreed that she was indeed doing them wrong and tried to fix them but it was too late. She than began to argue with the owner in frong of other customers. The owner was visibly pissed. The owner still made me pay for the nails and told me to come back on Sunday so she could soak them off and do them over which would be an additional amount I would have to pay due to her employees. I will NEVER return to this nail salon.

This was the worst experience ever.... I ended up having to walk out and having another salon fix what they did.... They charged me for a pedicure but it just consisted of putting my feet in warm water.... then the lady was so rude and did not know what she was doing, she put tips on and then cut them so uneven that she ended up cutting my nail trying to fix it. I told them to stop and take off what they had done I was leaving, they then used a drill that burned my nail bed. The salon I went to was great no pain and they fixed everything, I even had to have my toes repainted because of how bed they were done. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!@

I used to love going here. They have reasonable prices and always do a great job, but my most recent visit was a disappointment. I went with a couple of pictures picked out and every picture I showed them, I was told they was unable to do. I asked for a design and I was told they do not do designs when I have gotten designs there before. What salons do not do designs? I told them I wanted a medi and pedi and was asked to sit. They had me wait quite a while, which I did not mind. They then asked what I wanted again and I told them. They said why didnt I say something. Needless to say, I would not be returning back.

Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!!!! Rude, nasty, and inappropriate, are a few ways I would describe the employees and management at this establishment. Aside from the employees laughing at customer’s feet & making jokes, they also used profanity & made a comment that children aren’t paying customers, so they do not need to take up the seats. The place was unsanitary, they did not clean the foot baths before seating a new customer and it looked run down. After seeing the way they treated the customers and their outrageous behavior, they will never be able to turn this mess of a salon around!!!

Recently moved down here from NYC. Is different for me due to that in NYC you have plenty of styles and desingns that you can do to your nails. But so far to be my second time visiting this nail spa I like it.Is kind of a small place but very clean and great service.

Thi is the absolute BEST boyy she can can get ya RIGHT!

Well my wife arrived at 215pm and left at 445pm. To start off customer service is not at this location . My wife has gotten her nails done countless times and when she arrived home after her experience she spent the next 45 minutes crying in The bathroom. they put on so much polish on her nails that they nails became extremely thick, And that polish didnt even go down to the cuticles . When she mentioned to the tech that her nails look like crap the tech said nothing . also when she got home and I reviewed the nails you could tell they still needed filed because they were still jagged around the edges. So on top of being extremely slow, mind you she had a concert to go to at six by the time she got home there was no time to get it fixed, she just did the best she could with filing them down and left. When I called the store to complain the manager who would not give me her name called me a liar and that she never was there and then hung up on me. She then had a customer call me and threw that conversation they realized she was there, probably because I had a receipt. So instead of giving her any money back all they could say is she needs to come back in today to either get them fixed or to soak them off so with her needing to go to the concert that wasnt going to happen and the only day she allowed us to do this is today so we are disputing this with our bank and took plenty of photos of The worst nail job Ive ever seen. beware do not go to this location horrible customer service and horrible work

It was a terrible experience for my sister and i.The guy didnt want to do the length we wanted and said it was too long.to be honest as long as i pay for it then whats the problem? Never recommend or going there ever again!I felt like shoving my foot down his throat.

I just left there the place is really unorganized and they are very sloppy I still have the paint I have before still on my toes and one of the nail techs were rushing while doing my full set also the stuff they used on my legs does not make my legs feel soft and it’s feel dried out
