This was BY FAR the best experience Ive had renting any kind of uhaul. I dont remember his name, but the representative in the store was extremely friendly and helpful. Checking in was quick and easy. Then he went ahead and hooked the trailer I rented up to my suburban. If I ever rent a uhaul again I will definitely be coming here.

IF YOU GO TO DO BUSINESS WITH THE INDIVIDUAL OPERATES THIS U-HAUL LOCATION IT IS A MISTAKE YOU WILL INSTANTLY REGRET THE DECISION AND WISH YOU HAD LOOKED FOR A DIFFERENT LOCATION WITH MORE HONEST EMPLOYEES AND WITNESSES INVOLVED IN THE TRANSACTIONS.If the man running this (who is giving the u-haul corporation a bad reputation of criminal behavior) would have pulled out a gun, said empty your pockets then get out of here the main difference between giving him money to rent the U-Haul you were trying to get is the gunpoint robbery would have been faster and less complicated.He got the money for the u-haul, filled out and filed a forms for signatures, produced receipts and forms that acknowledged you have possession of the u-haul youve agreed too and then started in the most foul and angry way possible to explain all the reasons youre not leaving with that u-haul and hes not got time to go thru the process of giving me any refund for it cause it was a credit card not worth the time itd take him to do it so I need to get the F word out of there or I wouldnt be able to get out of there or anywhere anymore because its not his problem if I get my money back or not. SERIOUSLY WHAT HAPPEN YOU CANT MAKE THIS STUFF UP. .Thankfully the u-haul corporation IS a reputable business and with one call to their 800 line my money was returned and an email acknowledging I never took possession of their property was sent to me with very helpful and apologetic understanding employees. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ABOUT IT CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION.

Great equipment and the owner or manager what ever he may be is super nice

This man is slim. Lied to me and said his trailer lights all worked he checked and yet here i am at a dealer and its that dealers wiring harness thing that is messed up

Prices was fair, staff was pleasant and friendly. If I ever need a truck to move large stuff, I will return here.

We picked up in Cape Girardeau and were quoted a price for one way and round trip. Due to sudden illness were unable to return unit 1 1/2 hrs back from Poplar Bluff Mo to Cape Girardeau Mo. We were charged DOUBLE because of this! I felt it was unsafe for us to drive and Uhaul penalized us for this. Also did not give us as much mileage as promised thus overage for 20 more miles. Completely unfair. Thank you.
