I used to go to a different nail salon and they didn’t really do the dip powder the way I wanted. I found nails.com and decided to try them out and so glad I did. They make the dip powder look so natural on the nail. I’ve sat with different people and all are consistent. I definitely recommend nails.com

This place has really gone downhill over the last couple of years. I went there for the first time 2 years ago and everything was great!I stopped getting my nails done because of COVID, but during this past summer break my daughter and I decided to start having mommy daughter nail days. I got the gel for her, but they just kept breaking so easily. So this last time I asked for acrylic which they said would not be a problem. It apparently was a problem because I look over and Ken was doing gel, not the acrylic that I requested, on my daughter. I calmly expressed my concern as I thought it was just a misunderstanding due to language barrier, but he proceeded to scream at me and cause a scene in the middle of the facility. He then continued with the gel manicure on my daughter while making very disparaging remarks to her about me.While finishing up I noticed that an African American lady came in and requested acrylics. The nail tech looked at her and said You want gel? The lady stated No, I want acrylic. The nail tech rolled her eyes at the lady and told her that she needed to wait.We did end up going to a different nail place, off of Atlantic & San Pablo, to have them fix our nails. They did an absolutely amazing job & we will be going there from now on.I also would like to add that a couple of days later I noticed that the nails.com did go behind me after I left and changed my payment amount to double what the computer stated my total was when I completed my transaction.If youre going to use their services I would not recommend being African American, Hispanic, or using a card.

This was my second visit, and Ill definitely be back! Tiff is amazing all around! Shes very personable, kind, funny, and talented! Everyone at the salon is kind and awesome. Its clean, pretty, and feels a bit more like a spa than just a nail salon. Keep up the awesome work!

This is a large full service nail salon. They provide lashes and hair removal as well as amazing manicures and pedicures. The facility is contemporary and has multiple stations to accommodate a lot of patrons. The selection of nail services is impressive with something for every budget. The cleanliness appears immaculate with constant attention to sanitation. My nail technician was Mia and she was professional as well as pleasant and sweet.She took her time and made sure my nails were perfect! I paid a little more than usual but the attention to detail and my needs is worth it!

Annie, did an amazing job on my nails! They were absolutely beautiful for a wedding occasion. Also the lady who did my pedicure as well (didnt get her name). It was a very nice, pleasant, professional (in & out) experience. I would highly recommend their services.

This was literally my first time ever experiencing a well detailed pedicure like it feels so good and they gave what it was supposed to give like I highly recommend people who haven’t gone here yet to go here Because they will literally make you feel like a king or a queen with the way how they were but your feet and massage your calves

Overall I’m pleased with how my nails came out in the end and I thought the employees seemed very friendly and accommodating. That being said it is very cluttered and messy in there, they were really pushing add-ons at the start of my pedicure, and I don’t think the nails I got are worth $70. I didn’t see prices posted anywhere but if a basic set is even $40 I don’t think a design on one nail would be $30. The website said there was a discount that expires 7/30, but I don’t think I got any discount. I am visiting from out of town and didn’t have time to get in with my regular girl before my next trip coming up in a few days, so I am glad they at least look good. I just probably won’t come back if I’m in the area again needing them done.

They took us in quick and the ladies did a great job! They have fair prices and great deals on pedis! They have great personalities and dont rush you, they want to give u what u want!

If I could, I’d give them ZERO STARS ! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME / MONEY / ENERGYYY HERE ! I came to get my birthday nails done and I asked for square, showed the lady the picture of the style that I wanted and this was my result. I asked her 4 times to fix my shape while getting my services done. I repeatedly had to tell her to fix things through my time there. My rhinestones are not aligned properly STILL ! She didn’t clean off the extra acrylic under my nails either. They also refused to give their names as well. Terrible customer service, I will never come back here again. The staff was very rude and received plenty of complaints from multiple customers as well while I was there. The tech told me that I was driving her crazy. The manager refused to give me my money back for the services, and doesn’t believe that her staff acted poorly to any of the customer either.

The service was excellent! A little pricey, but totally worth it. They were open later than any other nail shop I found in the area, and I was able to get the last 7:00 appointment, since I was just getting my nails done on a whim after dinner. They treated me so well, and even though the last nail tech was leaving, she stayed behind to make sure I got a great gel manicure, and one of the guys also helped with the manicure. So, I was able to sit in the pedicure chair and relax while another woman worked on my feet. Three people pampering me at once made me feel like a queen, and the staff was super friendly! It was a super fun experience, and I was laughing most of the time with the 3 mail techs. I would definitely go here again, even though its out of my way.

I come here every 2 weeks and get my nails/lashes done. The only salon in Jacksonville FL that I trust. I’m satisfied every.time. Every single one of the ladies and the gentlemen here have done a killer job for me. Love it

I went there a couple of days ago for acrylic nails with a simple color design. Their work was fine but they made me pay $90. Throughout getting my nails done, the nail tech was very rude and continuously yanked my hands to do them. She then pricked me with the nail drill 3 times, of course by accident. But In NO case should anyone pay THAT much for nails. Do not go here, they will rip you off.

Called to make sure they had an opening they set us up with two appointments in an hour. We got there and went straight back and had our pedicures completed. They did a great job, my daughter decided she also wanted a full set, got them done and extremely happy. We will definitely be back.

Hanna is the best nail tech in Jacksonville! I highly recommend her. I get gel pedicures and manicures only, no acrylic nails. Hanna is sweet, kind and does a great job.

Horrible service!!! KEN charged me $90 for gel manicure. As he pulled the gel out I told him I DID NOT want gel however he did it anyway and overcharged me for it. While he was doing my nails I mentioned that I don’t get my nails done often, He clearly toke advantage of me!!! SCAMMERS!!! I do not recommend nails.com DO NOT go to KEN!!! Bad business (not to mention he did my nails so thin one broke 4 days later I went to another salon to get fixed they even said he did a horrible job!!!) by reading the reviews they overcharged African Americans & treat us poorly!!!!

I went here for a basic pedicure which costs $35, 2 days ago, I woke up today, and my polish had chipped and was coming off in large pieces. When I called to see about a refund, they wouldnt give me one, instead they repolished them for free. The lady who did the repolish took the existing polish off, she left soo much residue from the polish, and then polished my toes as if it wasnt even there. It is not fair that I had to spend $35 for a pedicure and the polish didnt last, and then was sloppy the second time. I still want my money back. I shoild have done my toes myself. I will not be coming back to this establishment ever again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We waited half an hour, this lady man handled my hands, and she stopped to do someone else’s in the middle of mine. The lady rushed through my nails and would yank my arm instead of asking me to move it. Everyone else seems to have gotten lucky with whatever employee they had. my nail broke less than an hour later. If you don’t feel like taking the risk and breaking a $60 set just go somewhere else.

I dont know how this place has great reviews. Got sns and pedicure and felt super rushed. Manager was nice but nail techs kept saying I am helping you, over and over but they were actually hurting me. Left me in cold water for 20 minutes before someone finally came over. And I have several cuts on hands. Very dissapointed...

The staff was friendly but the quality of the products is bad. The nail polish they use is so cheap that the whole thing peeled off within a couple of days. I got my mani on Sunday and by Tuesday it was all gone. Normally nail polish chips little by little, not peels right off!! If I ever come back, I’ll make sure to bring my own products instead.

I am so disappointed in this place that I have spent several years coming to exclusively, spending @$85-$110 every visit. The professionalism and proper communication of management here is seriously lacking. To learn that the manager, Katie had blocked me from the business line for simply inquiring about the cost and scheduling of services is appalling.In the beginning this place was on point with quality and attentiveness, but I believe as they have grown in capacity it may be too much for them to handle and manage in the right manner. I am truly disappointed in the way I have been treated after supporting this business over the years. Its shameful.Not to mention the last time I had SNS done here, I had to see an Allergist at Mayo Clinic due to a rash that appeared the entire duration I had the nails and ended the moment I had them taken off. Three weeks later my manicure looks great. I wish I lived nearby so I could continue services there. I am super hard on my nails, and this is the longest I remember a manicure lasting.

I was running around looking for a place open on a Sunday and was turned down by a few places. So glad I came here! They got me right in and were cheerful and quick! Great good on my powder nails!

This was a couple years ago but I vividly remember my experience. I felt extremely rushed and my gel wasn’t even fully cured when I left. I had a yellow gel manicure that had a wet bubble in it that smeared the second I left the salon. They also gave me a procedure/package that I didn’t ask for so that I would pay extra and the nail techs were rude and took multiple breaks while doing my nails. The breaks weren’t long but the tech kept leaving my station and disappearing for a couple minutes at a time. I did not enjoy my experience

Officially my new nail spot! They are very friendly and did an amazing job on my feet and nails. There polish lasts always until I decide to change. They have a very wide verity of colors and styles of nails to choose from. Highly recommend !

Top of the nails looks absolutely gorgeous, and the technician was wonderful. Theres just a few placed where they are quite messy, like on the sides of some. There is a lot of acrylic under my nails now as well, which will be a pain to fix without messing up the nail, and some arent shaped quite right, making them look a little derpy. Overall a good experience though, cause I find these issues to be very common.

Very bad the guy that did my nails was just rushing rushing rushing. I had on Gel French b4 wanted nude. Whatever he did u could still see the b4 French tips under the polish for one hand. I asked him he was ok he said yes getting busy I said but remember I called ahead and you said yes it was ok u are free. I swear he problem took 25 minutes or less to take of my old set and did new set. Very bad experience. Am not recommending this shop. And the other nails tech that was sitting next to him she kept on looking at me saying something to him and they were constantly laughing. 🙄

I usually have very good experiences with them. I’ve gotten my nails done multiple times and it’s always been great. However I’ve gotten my lashes done there three times now. And the second time I got them installed they fell off in two days so I went back and they fixed them free of charge. However they cut corners and I got them fixed yesterday and my right entire lash is coming off. I got them done with clusters and she was supposed to glue them on and they are falling off as we speak.

They did such an amazing job! Very clean and cute, theyre very detailed and do a good job cleaning and really try to do a perfect job. One of tge best pedicures ive ever had. Definitely recommend an would come back next time.

I was very cautious about not spending more than the $35. I was quoted because of a language barrier, but I got a very good pedicure for the $35 I was originally quoted. I left a cash tip of $5. I am very pleased.

Had the worst experience with this place. Got a mani pedi, the mani has nails of all different shapes and when I tried to guide the lady doing my nails she wouldn’t make it any better. The manicure was incredibly sloppy and she tried correcting some of the sloppyness once the gel was already dry which resulted in getting a painful and deep cut on my pinky finger. Needless to say I will never be returning. Also, the costumer service is non existent. The quality and The non existent professionalism were not worth $60.

The salon wasnt really air conditioned and was humid and muggy with lots of fruit flies and house flies. Staff was friendly. Pedi/mani was nice and my acrylic cane out nice. Theres a lot of techs and chairs so there was no wait for walk ins.

I went into this nail salon not knowing anything about nails, or anything about what I wanted to put on my nails. I walked out with way more knowledge about nails than I had before, as well as a beautiful set of glowing nails that I couldnt have imagined myself. Liz is one of the best nail technicians Ive had the pleasure of meeting, and shell be doing my nails from now on! Do yourself a favor and check-out nails.com, and give Liz a visit! Came in for a pedicure left with an infection! My nail tech made me bleed on BOTH feet! This place looks and feels dirty and looks nothing like the salon advertised in the photos. I used to come here all the time and Im not sure what happened. This place has definitely gone downhill. Unless you want to end up on antibiotics for 10 days like me, I would avoid this place at all costs!

They over charge for absolutely everything, every little thing is $5,$10,$15 extra. I can’t believe they charged me $5 extra for coffin nails. And the problem is that they don’t even tell you what’s extra till you go and pay they give you a almost $200 bill. The lady that was doing my daughters pedicure kept pressuring us to get gel polish instead of regular. After multiple times that we denied she kept insisting. The answer was NO every single time. Please respect everyone’s decision, when it’s no it’s no period.

This wasn’t entirely their fault, but the previous salon I went to put too many layers of gel on my extensions and I came here to get them removed. I got a pedicure and a manicure, but the nail tech tried removing my gel WHILE I was getting a pedicure, which I didn’t think was very professional. There was a quite a bit of gel, but my nail tech was drilling very aggressively. I cringed at the pain, it was so uncomfortable. She did the best she could and the natural buff she gave me was fine, but I ended up getting hemorrhages on my nail beds. I don’t know if I should come back, but if I do I know I will not have ask for that nail tech or get a removal.

I went to this salon for my first Royal Pedicure yesterday and the tech was very helpful & knowledgeable to help with my ingrown toe nail. The problem I encountered was she didn’t completely scrub all the dead skin off & never allowed me to sit under the dryer for my polish to dry. Therefore, as soon as I left, I stubbed my toe getting out of the car and the polish smeared really bad. I came back here today (currently) and they are acting like it’s my fault due to wearing my work shoes to come and get it fixed…well yesterday I had on sandals, that’s why only ONE toe was messed up! Also, I asked if they could scrub the remaining dead skin and she’s arguing that it’s because my skin is dry and just decided to place some oil on my heels. My skin may be dry due to my pregnancy, HOWEVER, there is a huge difference in dry skin versus dead skin. They swapped out another lady to put the finishing polish on and she’s trying to tell me to walk across their dirty floor with no shoes on to the dryer, after I told her I only had my sneakers. This is the only nail salon I’ve ever used while being stationed here but I will never come back here again after this experience!

Waited for over an hour to be even noticed (I had to tell multiple people I was waiting even Though I had checked in as soon as I arrived). I was not even offer any drinks or anything and it was super expensive (to literally be rushed out) although I am still waiting after more than two hours because my friend is just now being taking Care of. They are probably just busy, but the management could be better so this issues don’t arrive.

I visited nails com for a pedicure & a gel manicure. The pedicure was good, however I was disappointed with the color of my polish, it definitely didn’t match the color I chose from their selection. Other than that, he did provide nice clean job but I cannot say the same for my manicure.First, I showed the technician a photo of a nice pinkish nude and asked if I could see the selection of OPI gels—they list OPI gel manicures as an option. She told me that they did not have that color and recommended a bright pink. I asked her about dip powder, she said she didn’t recommend because they would not have that color. After telling her I was getting married and did not want a bright color she grabbed a few options for me to see. They were in fact OPI polishes so I was very confused. She then tried to convince me that the color wouldn’t show and that I should get French—once again not what I wanted. At this point I was willing to just pay for the manicure and get my nails polished elsewhere.While trimming my cuticles she clipped too far and made me bleed. After washing my hands, I began to bleed again and she tried to apply NAIL GLUE to stop the bleeding. Unacceptable. Only giving 2 stars for the man that provided the pedicure. I would not recommend nail com and will not be returning myself.

Everytime I show up for an appointment I’m always serviced at that time . The nail techs are so professional and friendly and patient with me (I’m extremely picky) lol . I will continue to go here and have my nails and toes done.

So disappointed. This shop was recommended to me by a friend. Never again will I return. I had a manicure done w dipping powder and had to return to have it redone because the dipping powder cracked. When I complained they gave me hard time to get it fixed. The young lady who fixed it did a better job but it wasnt great. The older lady who did my pedicure cut so deep in my cuticles my toe has been hurting and swollen for over 2 weeks.

They ruined my real nails! The nail tech improperly soaked off the old dip powder which took them an HOUR, and In the process stripped layers of my real nail. After just two weeks 3 of the nails have cracked at the base breaking in painful spots. I spent $70 plus $15 tip for them to ruin my real nails I had been growing for over a year. Will not be returning!!

She kept looking around and talking to her coworkers and not paying attention to what she was doing to my nails so they look very ugly! She rushed them so they were not filed down!
