Owner is awesome, as for COVID much like everywhere else they have a protocol and procedure; wearing mask, cleaning in between clients, and maintaining one person in lobby at a time. The boutique is a great place to browse while waiting in line, so much and such great prices.

I highly recommend TLC for tanning. Im a returning customer and the staff was friendly and excited for my return. I wish my schedule allowed for me to tan regularly because I enjoy the relaxing environment. Very clean and your privacy is well respected. Great place overall!

Only place Ill tan at! I know the owner cares about the product shes selling, be it a tan, therefore she makes sure that the bulbs are changed in due fashion and everything is always clean! Nothing makes me madder than to go to a tanning salon, pay for a tanning session, and get NO color🤬 its like buying a new car, paying for the new car, then not physically possessing the new car...whats the point?? If a business is selling you a service then you should get what youre paying for and if you purchase a tan, you should be getting color with each session for that tan! Its that simple! And TLC has always provided me with a great tan!!!

Friendly, clean, cute, tucked away but in a good location. BUT! Three times now he Saturday hours have thrown me off. I wish the short day was on Monday and not Saturday, which is like my only day to do any “me stuff”. Maybe I could just learn the hours, but also I think closing at 2 is way too early for a Saturday.

Friendly staff & very clean boutique.They greet you by your name each time you come in. For me thats impressive for they remembered my name the 2nd time I came in. The tanning beds are wonderful! Their selection of clothes & items are unique & very reasonably priced. Its a small place but not over crowded at all. They dont push you to buy products or anything like other shops do. If youve never have been to TLC, try it and see for yourself. Its worth the look.

I always enjoy going here, a very clean and welcoming environment. They have alot of beds, so there is hardly ever a wait time. They also sell jewelery, clothes and decor.🙂

Great little place! Convenient location right by Yopp Road Walmart. Easy in and out. Super friendly staff - took time to walk me through package options and lotions for sensitive skin! No pressure to buy more than what works for me!Nice selection of lotions and other services as well!!

TLC is the ONLY place I will tan. Katie and her entire staff is wonderful! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and very courteous. I had never tanned before and was leary of the beds. Katie took the time to explain, show me the room, and told me how long I should start tanning (I am very pale). It was very clean and I never feel uncomfortable being there. TLC is the ONLY place I will go to tan! I highly recommend TLC!

I have tanned at many, many places in Jacksonville N.C. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile, and it made me feel very welcome to the facility. All my questions were answered with no hesitation. Bioanca. Awesome employee for anyone thinking of adding her to their business. I have decided to go to this tanning facility from now on....well when my membership runs out at the current places I have a membership with TLC has my business form then on.... Thanks Guys I really love you, your beds (play music in the beds). They give you towels, glasses and tunes what else could you want. Actually I can not wait till my membership is done and over with at the old facility. This was my favorite place to tan until I asked for an extra towel & spray. I will rate it 5 stars once my matter gets resolved. The old staff was absolutely wonderful-so accomadating, friendly, bubbly etc. But this girl Candice has had an awful attitude with me since day 1 & I will NOT TOLERATE IT.! There are so many other places bit I do love this place so much. Ive been coming here for years & feel the beds are getting worse.! I will continue to use this place bcuz it is my favorite. Like I said I will change my review to 5 stars after speaker with the manager.!YES I WOULD LOVE FOR U TO PLEASE CALL ME BCUZ THERES NO REASON I SHOULD BE RECEIVING THREATS.!
