I appreciated how I was greeted as soon as I entered this establishment. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the customer service was good. I only came in for a pedicure but quickly changed my mind after seeing the other customers manicure. I really like how my Mani/Pedi turned out. I used to come to this place years ago when I lived in Mandarin. Now that Im back I decided to give them another try. I didnt have an appointment and had to wait a little bit. That didnt matter after I saw my nails. I suggest making an appointment. I will keep going back.

This place is great! Clean and they give a really long massage with their Gel deluxe pedicure! I am really hard on my nails and they last a long time!

I’ve been coming here for a while and they do a great job, but don’t take appointments serious! Every time I’ve scheduled an appointment at a certain time (and show up early or right on time every time) I’ve had to wait 30 mins to an hour! Very inconvenient when you have your day planned.

My new regular place! Today was my second visit and it was just as great as the first. Theyre very warm, welcoming and accommodating. Thao (not sure how to spell her name) is a talented young lady that does very natural looking gel nails. She gives a great pedicure too. She remembered me from my first visit, despite seeing a ton of people within a month.

Hands down the best nail salon in the area! Helen and her staff are simply the best. They really take their time and do a good job.

Awesome staff including owner Helen they all do good work they make u feel welcome and part of the family. They all do good work so no matter who u get u know u getting quality work but if u do wanna stick to 1 specific person they also make sure thats who u get .they are fast workers. I moved from NJ to Florida in Feb2020 and been a faithful customer since. If getting pedi will recommend the spa pedi. Also I love the color changing UV colors. UV is extra but so worth it if ur like me cleaning washing dishes and nail biting regular nail Polish chips comes off then UV is the way to go since it wont even come off not even with nail polish remover. I personally have gotten my full set manicure by Thao and had a pedicure by one of the gentleman that work there, but everyone is so pleasant and I love the atmosphere! Mrs Helen is so sweet and funny too. This is definitely my new favorite nail salon. Would recommend.

I love this place! My best friend and I come here 1-2 times a month for pedicures and she gets acrylic manicures. Great staff that take their time. They work well with making appointments and doing walk-ins. Best pedicure I have ever gotten at the best price I have ever paid!

First and last time going. Nicked my pinky cuticle making it bleed. No apology Plus I didnt see any sanitizing done on the tools after my manicure. I Wont be going back. Too many other great shops in the Mandarin area. Very big disappointment for a $20 manicure.

My daughter, her friend and I went for pedicures and the girls got manicures as well. The experience was wonderful. I had never had a men’s pedicure before and they were careful, thorough, meticulous and the shop was very clean. They use the liners for the foot baths and sterilized the instrument. I would recommend this to anybody. I’m definitely going back.

Horrible Horrible experience today, and the owner did nothing to correct it. How hard is it to do a pedicure?? Had to ask the technician 5 times to paint my big toes and if that wasnt enough, all I wanted was my fingernails painted to match my toes, and she couldnt seem to grasp that either. She was painstakingly slow and it took forever for the owner to step in. I was there for 3 hours! Just for a pedicure, and to have my fingernails painted. SHAME 😡

Ive been here several times and just love it. Nails always look perfect. Equipment is clean and the color choices are perfect. Just like any nail place, I wish they would speak English when chatting with each other but they are always very very nice and try not to make you wait very long at all.

They are great! My sister called them an hour before they closed so we could both get manicures/pedicures and they said yes they could get us in. My toes came out amazing ! It’s been a month since I got them done and they are still holding up great! . However I did the dip of my fingers and they barely lasted 2 weeks . Still a really great place, great price and friendly staff.

Great little salon hidden in a run down shopping center. I went in for a pedicure and my nail technician did such a wonderful job that I decided to also get a manicure from her. I moved from NJ to Florida on Feb.2020 and I have been a faithful customer since all of the employees including Helen (owner) do awesome jobs. They also treat u as family make u feel welcome place is very clean I love the color changing UV colors they have good prices I recommend for pedi is the spa pedi .UV colors are extra but so worth it if ur like me always cooking and cleaning and nail biting wont wear off or chip like regular polish. Well my pedicure was amazing, thank you so much Thao. I will be back and only for a pedicure. Reason I left two stars, is because I had my eyebrows done and there was no time put into and I left with two eyebrows that look completely different from one another. I said exactly what I wanted, and I didnt get it. Ladies yall know how I feel because we love our eyebrows looking their best.

Went to nail city on a whelm as a walk in and didn’t have to wait very long at all. Absolutely loved it! Everyone is great and Helen is a princess. Vanna did a wonderful job with my mani and pedi. I’ll be returning soon.

Saturday 5/17/19 I took my mom to have mani/pedis for belated mothers day gift. Found it clean, Friendly and convenient location for us. Price was good. Techs took time, especially with our cuticles and polish. The massage chairs were fabulous. I didnt mind the lack of chatter. I prefer it. I dont think it is rude if the tech doesnt try to make too much small talk. Im there to relax. I quit going to my last place because they talked too much and asked too many personal questions.The whole experience was excellent and going to be repeated. as often as possible.

Super friendly and quick. I got a fill in and the acrylic and drilling was thorough and well but the paint job was terrible...my cuticles were flooded and looked rushed .The $18 for a fill plus a nail that fell off was an extra $2 just for me to come home and clean up my around it and make it look decent, not worth it :/

Its hit or miss. They do a fine job. But sometimes no one speaks to you. Kind of disappointing when youve been going there for a while. They always say a few minutes and you sit for 20, so try to get a definite time. Good selection of colors.

Came here tonight after S&K Nails wouldnt honor my appt. Nail City was busy, yet they were cheerful and very accommodating, kind people! They took me back to a station right away and I was out within 30 minutes with a fill and new polish that look fantastic!

BEST EVER!! I have tried many other salons when I wasnt in the area...I live in Orange Park, and learned my lesson...the drive is worth it, and I will never go anywhere again! Love Nail City!

Let’s just say the man that was working here tonight is rude to start with. I showed up around 310pm and I was told it was a 40 minute wait. I said okay and sat down. Then 45 minutes later someone they must know came in to get her toes done and the lady was saying they don’t have time today. The lady that came in was nice and said okay no problem. The lady clearly didn’t have an appointment. Then they asked her to come back tomorrow. She replied she couldn’t because she was going back to Korea and they say her down in the chair instantly and started working on her nails after 10 minutes of her waiting. It’s 4:30 now and I still have not been seen or checked on. I have already invested time sitting here waiting so I will wait longer. They close at 5pm..... to say I’m a little upset is an understatment.451pm and I have been moved to a dirty nail table to wait. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Nail techs are very thorough and the massage chairs were fantastic!

I scheduled an 11am pedicure and manicure for my friend and I. She got started before me and my lady did not show up to work until 1130. My nails look horrible. I got the gel nails and it is pooled at the bottom of my nails. It looks so unprofessional. They did not clean utensils in between people but placed the tools in the drawers. Waste of time and money. Also, they delete all negative comments from their Facebook page

This place is a little more expensive than the average place for pedicures, but it is worth it. They take their time on the massage and spend the time making sure your feet feel soft and refreshed.

Got gel polish, and it chipped after 2 days. Waste of time and money. I do not recommend.
