I had an emergency flat tire and pulled into the nearest Jiffy Lube. Josh and the crew happily changed my tire, showed me the nail in the tire they removed, and provided advice about tire repair. They worked fast and did not charge me. The shop was clean and they were professional and courteous. One crew member even washed my windshield and offered to dispose of the small bag of trash I had in my car. Thanks to the team at Jiffy Lube #1289 in Janesville!

Even in a challenging time with short-staffed businesses all over the city, Jiffy Lube Janesville employees were helpful, positive, and friendly. I waited a bit longer than I normally would in the past, though it turned out to be a much needed break in the day!

I have a fleet vehicle that was due for multiple services. Oil & Filter changes as well as a tire rotation. They performed all these very well. I also had a few questions about a tire and a leak. The manager looked at the tire and confirmed a nail was in it. He also answered a question about a drip I had noticed. Very nice and professional. Great work gentleman!

Despite the 100° heat and the tail-end of what I could tell was an exhausting day… Josh was incredibly personable, and did such an awesome job! I will be back because of his outstanding service. Way to go, Josh! Keep it up.

Went in for an oil change. The second I left all of my sensors were on. Dash was saying traction off. ABS and traction control sensors would not go off. Called and was told to come back they’d take a look right away. Got there, waited, called saying I was there and was told a manager would be right out to talk to me. 45 minutes later they got me in. Took a quick look and told me there was no way anything they did affected my sensors. They didn’t even reset my oil life sensor. Told me to go to auto zone. An employee told me this as the manager would not discuss with me. Had zero issues with any sensors prior to my oil change.

I enjoy the convenience of having my oil changed at this jiffy lube because the work crew works well together and they art very good at explaining the. Process and how much time will be needed! Ill be coming back again soon!

Always so nice here. I only come here because of the amazing service they provide. Treated as a value customer. When waiting in line they come and check in with you. Very professional and always make me laugh. This place is great.

Super quick and very nice people! I have a difficult work schedule to make appointments for oil changes, and I was always hesitant about drive thru oil changes but the staff here was super helpful and nice, and I was out of there in 20 minutes! Would recommend to anyone!

Quick and friendly service, manager identified a minor service problem, didnt pressure me for the $5 service add on for something I can easily do myself. I really appreciate that they didnt pressure me for the add-on. Ive been at other service facilities that very obviously are looking for everything they can nickel and dime- and then try to pressure you to accepting the additional service.

A little pricey but was great in a time pinch and was able to find a coupon online to help with cost. My technician Michael was very friendly and professional. And although I didnt catch his name, another tech that guided me out of the stall when I was finished noticed I had wires showing in my front tires, which may seem minor but I was due to be making a 200 mile journey that same day! We couldve had a tire blow out! Thanks to his good eye we were able to plan for a different vehicle until I can get them done. So very grateful for their help!

I was there at 3:45 pm on a Wednesday it was not very busy. There were 4 guys on the floor one of which was leaning against a post talking entire time I was there. They only know how to work on one car at a time, did not do much until the other car left. There was a new guy that didnt know how to run the computer well others did not help him until he asked. I understand you need to train your guys, but I dont expect terrible service to train him. I pay more to go to Jiffy Lube to get fast service, next time I will go else where and save a few bucks.

Went in to get an oil change during a rainy day but they didnt squeegee the hood so when they opened my hood water must have gone and shorted the electronics. When i went to start the car there was a clanking noise and a pop and the car shut off immediately. After they fixed some they told me to go to the dealership since it fried my transmission circuit im assuming so it was showing that i had no torque on the check engine diagnosis . Im happy they helped me with the electronics but it scared me since we thought it was serious since it said i didnt have transmission and i went on a mad goose chase trying to figure out if there was any serious damage, as of now it doesnt look like it but if my theory is correct it was super easy to prevent by just drying a hood off. Again I appreciate them helping with it but it also seems that my oil change light hasnt shut off, im not sure if i need to reset something and i hope its that, basically just frustrated that i had to go through this and if it wasnt for the wet hood it wouldnt have happened

Went in and had a little bit of a wait, but the guys made it up with excellent performance and professionalism. This was my first time at this mechanic and they did a great job! If I could give a 10 star rating I would.

Really went downhill headed home after the holiday weekend and the employees talking amongst themselves and uninterested no guidance and terrible customer service why is it that we pay extra and get less asked for an explanation and was told the store manager trained them and they do what he says uh ok considering I’ve never been to a quick lube before that has no idea what they are doing the others are fast efficient and friendly time for some changes and maybe add a friendly face or two that can actually brighten the place up good luck I doubt that people are gonna keep paying your prices for this service

They do a great job at jiffy, they even recognize something out of place and fixed it free of charge. The only thing I wish was different is the pricing of an oil change. Pretty pricey compared to other shops Ive been at.

Needed a radiator flush. The guy hooked up the machine and seemed like he never used it before. Couldnt get the old antifreeze out so he finally gave up and dumped in the new which ended up being green instead of dex-cool. I know some say that it doesnt matter but I wasnt even asked. I know he didnt get anywhere near all of it out because after an hour my reservoir had orange in it, not green and it has been overflowing for days. Now I get to do it myself which I should have done in the first place, but, years ago having it flushed out was easy and did an awesome job.

Went in for an oil change. Josh let me know that it would be a longer than normal weight due to some trouble with one of the base. I’ll give them 4.5 stars good job

I showed up at 5mins to 6, didnt realized they closed at 6.....these 3 guys got right to it didnt hesitate or even rush me through it. They made a recommendation for synthetics as I have a higher mileage Jeep, which I went with after sound advice from the techs. I deal so much with customer service that its nice to meet a crew that cares, and is knowledgeable!!! Found my new oil change spot!!!

These guys do their job, and do it well… On a morning I imagine they thought they would be slow they had a line… And opened an extra bay up even though I think they were spread thin staff wise. Very very convenient. You go shopping at woodmans (very nice store) then you get gas there (great prices on gas) then you go for an oil change that takes about 10 minutes!!! Friendly staff and 5 star service. I didnt even leave my car.

Josh was friendly and gave me a coupon that I didnt have. That helped, as the price was higher than I had remembered. A little disappointed that I had to wait in line as long as I did on a weekday morning. They only had one bay in operation .

Drove thru while on a trip the place was not busy the staff were trying hard and were in what appeared to be training my mom asked if they could ask a manager for help so we could get on the road in a timely manner we were informed by an employee that their manager josh was not helpful when they ask for help and not really worth the hassle to ask first time and last time never again will I visit a jiffy lube when we finally saw the manager he just insulted the employee instead of helping what a horrible way to run a business embarrassing for me my mother and I’m sure for the employee as well shame on him for acting in such a manner

Went in for oil change and prices were MUCH higher than expected. Luckily david was kind and was not pushy, Christopher also was helpful in explaining services and making me comfortable. Service was fast and efficient, but there was a shorter guy barking orders loudly and harshly to the employees who were nothing but courteous to me. All in all Id say good service.

I took 2 vehicles in to get an oil change. The first vehicle was $70 after the 15 off coupon. So it would have been $85. No big deal. According to the receipt they topped fluids and all that. So I take my next vehicle in and they charge me $60 talked $27 for an oil filter. When the previous receipt says $1. Didnt top any of the fluids. Or anything that they did with my first vehicle. So price aside. I was not happy at all and will not be returning.

Out of town for work and need my oil changed. Got it done in a timely manner and also topped off my front diff which was low on oil! Techs were friendly and gave appreciated compliment on my truck!

He was very welcoming and helpful even though it was probably rough being the only one there to run front and back end of the shop. He got me in quicker than expected and was very friendly.

Cross threaded my oil plug during oil change. When I noticed oil puddle on my new concrete driveway, I brought car back to JL only to be told the leak was from oil pressure sensor. Took to my mechanic and had him replace sensor, during which he took pictures of the oil plug leaking oil. Called JL and was told to have it fixed and submit bill. I did, after 2 weeks with no call back, I called and was told it could take up to 2 months for a response.

I wanted to recognize the amazing service I received at this location. When I got there the only person available was the manager due to constant staffing issues it seems, but he is always dedicated and helpful. Frank does an excellent job. People may get mad about having to wait, but if thats the case shut up and go change your own oil.

This Jiffy Lube is just as Fast, Friendly, and Helpful as all the ones I used to go to back in Texas DFW Metroplex.Having an old car with a ton of miles on her, I had figured it would take $200.00 for all I wanted done. But nope, it was less than $125.00! Awesome job guys thanks to the entire crew.

Today I was helped by Michael at the jiffy lube. He was nothing but helpful and pleasant. Playful when talking to us, and provided incredibly quick service. I’ll come back to this Jiffy lube the next time I need my oil changed.

This was the first time Ive had to do car maintenance myself, dad and/or boyfriend usually did this stuff and it was great! They didnt try to tell me I needed more things then what I came for. And the guy behind the desk was SUPER nice!

Fast service, no pressure sales, friendly and professional staff. A bit pricey but coupons are always available, and the quick service is an adequate trade off.

I greatly appreciate the crew working this morning! I do deliveries with my own vehicle as a side job and was way overdue for an oil change. I arrived with an hour and 20 minutes before I needed to be clocked in to start my shift driving. I asked up front if they would be able to get me out in time and was told theyd do their best. They did just that. Although they were busy, they were timely, friendly, and thorough. And I also appreciate that they didnt try to get me to spend extra money in things not currently needed, like a fuel filter or air filter or wiper blades. Thanks guys! I appreciate you!
