Best rental company Ive had in the Iowa City area. Have leased with them for almost 6 months now and the maintenance is very fast as well as response from management. Would definitely recommend this property management over a ton of others

Definitely an upgrade from my previous leases in Iowa City (but thats not very hard)! Their properties are up-to-date and you dont feel like you live in a dump. The office is very easy to get a hold of so if emergency help is needed, you wont be stranded.

Great customer service, leasing office is always very helpful, maintenance arrives the same day that you put your request in. Secure buildings. They return the full security deposit.

It’s the worst management, specially when it comes to maintenance, you think you will save money because they have cheaper properties but you will regret it when something broke or not working.
