My husband and I were quoted $2,500 for the removal of the mouse droppings in our basement, as well as a subsequent sanitizing over the entire space. Though this price is expensive, we decided that, because we have a one month old, it would be worth it to pay professionals for this service. Unfortunately the work completed was extremely low quality and completely careless. The photos attached illustrate the incredible amount of mouse droppings left behind. There are literally thousands. This is careless. Because of this carelessness, any subsequent “sanitizing” completed over the space is moot. They can’t spray a half-gallon of sanitizer over thousands of mouse-droppings and call it clean. Ive called and called and the company has been terrible with getting back to me. When they finally sent me their jurisdiction, I was told that I couldnt get any of our familys money back because the service they gave me was the best they could do. If this is the best they can do, Orkin has no business claiming they offer quality service.

The service agents are always very personable, customer oriented, thorough and professional. The products being environmentally safe for pets and children, (a huge concern) is most appreciated. The issues that initially prompted the need for this service had been cared for immediately and the continued regular service has maintained a pest free space ever since. The reassurance of having the option to call if and when needed beyond the regular visits has not been necessary, but very reassuring. Thank you Orkin, for making our home a safe environment to live in.

The initial inspector (Robert Lewis) was very helpful and willing to have us f/u with him for future questions and when we did call him, he answered them all. Then the day of the treatment we could not been any happier. Andy was the greatest, when all was done we felt we had premium quality care. We will be happy to have our yearly contract and will refer people to Orkin for sure. Thank you for the quality you have working for you.

For years they have been great, but that last 1 and a half, not as reliable. We r all going through bad times. Hopefully it will get better

We had called Orkin and spoke with Caitlin who was very polite and courteous. We explained that we had a yellow jacket infestation and that they were getting into living quarters. She informed us they could be there the next day which we thought was fantastic. Upon learning that our 94 year old mother was living there she put us on hold and was able to get a technician theyre the very same day between 3 and 5 o clock. Matthew showed up around 3:30 and before I could answer the door he noticed an area on the front porch where they were getting an under the siding. I took him into the laundry room and showed him where they were between the original ceiling and the drop ceiling so he removed panels and took gap-filler that I had and sealed where they were getting in and dusted that area. He then dusted the upstairs hallway where the bees were able to enter the living quarters. He went onto the roof and took care of two areas where they were getting in the under the siding and into the walls. He left us know that if it did not take care of the problem they would come back and retreat at no extra cost. 4 days later and there are no Bees at any locations. I highly recommend working for any Pest Control problems you may have.

I have Orkin come out quarterly to spray and inspect for bugs and any rodents. It gives me peace and mind to not have to worry about that stuff and if we do see something then I can give them a call and they will come right back out.The exterminators are all professional and friendly. If you have any concerns they take the time to explain it, which I appreciate it.

Orkin has been very professional and flexible working around my availability. We initially had a rodent issue. They did a walk through and identified where they may be coming in. They then sealed the areas, and placed bait traps for the ones that had already made it in. We havent had any issues since. Ive now just been doing a quarterly plan to keep bug pests away (ants, centipedes, spiders, etc ). All the techs that have come in have been super polite and friendly. I would recommend using them for pest issues.

First time using Orkin. They are courteous kind and considerate. The moment we had Robert here it was a great experience. I was very impressed when he had to call his main office to get us scheduled and get the account set up. He put them on speaker phone, so we could hear everything. I can not say enough about how that made me feel. John the tech came out yesterday and he was extremely professional and courteous and a hard worker. Clearly their business is all about the money and not satisfaction of customers. Its pricey to have them and we hired them. When our ants came back we called twice to schedule them to come back and they never got back to me. When they finally did they didnt come on the day I was told they would show. Very frustrated as the ants are getting worse. And the customer service thati spoke to today seriously lacked when I told my frustrations. Ready to take our business elsewhere

Monthly inspection and home treatment. I have one area in my house that was treated several times, but was not successful. The two technicians listened to my concerns, throughly inspected both the room and the outside of the room trying to pinpoint the problem before treating the area with a new technique. Very helpful and professional.

I had a bee problem at my door. I was told it would cost 300 plus tax . This would include to do outside and inside. When he came he used a dust to treat the bees witch took 10 minutes. Then he said that is all he is supposed to do. ALSO he was supposed to be here at 1 to 5 . He got here at 6. Then he said I could reschedule if I have a problem. The problem I had he didnt do what he was supposed to do. Also he said his supervisor would call me the next day. Never heard from him. Also he couldnt give me a reseat. For my payment. My advice is get somebody else to treat your house.

I’ve been using Orkin for many years and from this I have always received excellent service. In addition to this, Dan Kahler has always given excellent customer service with his explanation of his findings. In addition to this, he gives out his personal cell number, so he can be contacted with findings discovered between service dates.

Everytime I have had an issue with any type of pest, they send a tech out within 5 business days to take care of it. I could not ask for better customer service or professionalism. The best part is, what they do actually works!!!

We had a terrible problem. With in 6 months our house is bug free!

DBA Ratt Inc, Initial inspection came back with a whopping $10k cost to replace supposedly a massive rodent infestation in my attic. After 3 months, they have not caught a single rodent anywhere in the house. They put traps and bait stations with nothng to show for the last 3 months. When I asked them if they caught any, they said they caught one and put it in their pocket but wouldnt show it to me. I check the bait and traps on a regular basis and I have not seen a single mouse in the traps.

Techs are great. Operations department is AWFUL. I get constant invoices and statements. We have service 2 times a month and get 4-6 invoices and 2-3 statements. I called to complain and was told well youre lucky, we get calls about not getting invoices. What the heck kind of customer service is that!

The also did the insulation in our attic. When we ran into an unforeseen problem they handled it like professionals. There was a supervisor out at our house within 20 minutes. They exceeded my expectations came in directly on budget even though there was a problem.

When we first called Orkin, we had a fly problem afterwards we had a very large influx of roaches and something else I dont even know what it is flying around landing on me inside the house should I say also the technician was not that efficient I never received a paper receipt for any payments made the first time I didnt even know he had left so that is my rating two stars

Your best feature are your technicians. They are always professional and friendly. The fact that they are the same personnel for our termite inspection and the four times a year prevention treatment is a plus. They know exactly what to do and remember what they encountered on their previous visit.

Peter’s Pest Control preformed an inspection on my house, and did not properly complete the inspection certificate. Based on this inspection, I contacted Orkin for a price comparison. Eric came out to quote the price of the treatment, he was friendly took time to explain everything to me. He pointed out that the inspection certificate was not properly completed by Peter’s Pest Control to list that no live insects were present and that the treatment had already been performed. Due to the error of the other company, I was required to have a termite treatment in order to complete the sale of my property. Based on this experience, Orkin’s price was the same, ultimately Orkin got my business because of the honesty of their sales staff.

The most recent treatment was done ONLY outside. In the past this has not worked well for us but I thought it was important to have it done even though I could not physically be there and also we were offered a lower price for this treatment. Time will tell if this will be effective. I was assured that a new product was going to be used and this will be better than what was used in the past. Communications between the home office, field tech and me have been frustrating. Our home requires the industrial sprayer to spray our basement craw space. This used to be standard procedure. Now I need to be sure the tech will have this equipment to do the job. But many times (in the past) the tech would arrive without the sprayer and we would have to schedule another appointment. Waste of time & frustrating. Hopefully, the new tech that has been assigned to our home will make a difference.
