I lived in a Rae-Matt Properties apartment for four years. I loved the building and the location. The building was very modern. And the location was quiet and safe. The property manager was a joy to work with and always very prompt if an issue arose.I was sad to leave!

I have been living at Rae-Matt Properties for about a year and it is the best place I have rented from. The apartments are great quality and located in a safe area. Additionally, if you have a maintenance request the owner is extremely responsive, respectful, and accommodating. Would highly recommend living here.

Great building and great landlord. I have lived in two different Rae Matt properties on Harlocke and have been very happy with both. The buildings are new with a lot of great features. The underground heated parking makes winters much more manageable and keeps my car safe. The building has great security and the neighborhood is other graduate students or family homes. Its a 15 minutes walk to UIHC/law school area.

I lived in this property for four years. I am thankful that I lived in a safe building, community, and received excellent service from the property manager, Gary. Whenever I have maintenance issues, it has been immediately handled. Also, the property was a clean and friendly environment. Living in a peaceful environment has brought me serenity from my studies at the university.

Rae-Matt is a fantastic privately-owned property management company and a great place to live for young professionals and graduate students. The property manager is quick to respond to phone calls, maintenance issues are taken care of right away and it’s great to be treated with a very real personable touch. The property is clean and very secure!

We lived here for 4 years, and had no problems or issues ever. The building was clean, quiet, and the unit was in better shape than any similar condos I saw. The buildings and grounds are obviously well cared for with ample parking and never a delay in snow/ice removal. Management was always friendly and accessible, and when I wanted to move from one unit to another due to being pregnant, they actually helped move some of our things. The proximity to UIHC/Carver/Kinnick was incredibly convenient for school, work, and tailgating as it was only a 10 minute walk. We highly recommend Rae-Matt properties!!

Well maintained and clean apartments with easy walk to UIHC and Kinnick. The underground parking and laundry in the unit were a great plus. Lived here for two years and had a great experience. Would definitely recommend!

Great location, close to Kinnick Stadium, UIHC and only minutes from downtown. Property managers were always friendly and respectful. Would recommend!
