I wanted to book a special day before my sisters wedding so we did performance mani-pedis. A bit pricey compared to other places but the customer experience and quality of the job completely justifies the price. They were very flexible with all the booking adjustments I had to make, and my whole party was pleased with the nail techs performance and courtesy. Thank you!

Great experience a MiniLuxe recently for a mani-pedi - from check-in to check-out. It was clean and the staff was super helpful and professional. I cant wait for my next service! And, its right next to Wegmans!

MiniLuxe was very clean and professional and I appreciated that everyone was wearing gloves and a mask. I had an excellent pedicure with Simone complete with a callous treatment and deluxe massage - I just booked another appointment with her in a couple weeks, can’t wait!

I booked my appointment a few days ago. I have an event tonight and was supposed to have an appointment at 4:25 pm. They sent me a text to cancel on me. No phone call or anything- did not try to help me rebook at a different studio. Completely unprofessional- I spend quite a bit with this company every year and expected better.

Just the perfect place to relax and get a mani pedi. The facility is very clean and you can tell the stations are sanitized frequently. The staff and overall atmosphere is friendly, pleasant, and relaxing. It was the best mani pedi I’ve had to date. Great color selection and very helpful with matching and selecting designs! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I love love love this MiniLuxe!!! Every third Thursday of the month I mosey on down to University Station for what I like to call Three Three Thursday!!! First I go to Panda Express to get my Orange Chicken fix, then I saunter over to Supercuts to get my hair did... then I finish it off with a trip to MiniLuxe!Danielle at the front desk always greets me with a hidden smile and a fist bump (Covid), then walks me to my favorite chair. The atmosphere is clean, organized and delightful. Always smells sooo good!!! They start with my toesies and finish with my manny cure.All of the technicians offer quick professional service and they all respect my wish for silence. No silly chit chat.Cant recommend this place enough!! See you all 3 Thursdays from now!!

If you put off getting a pedicure because of COVID restrictions, I recommend the Detox Pedicure as an excellent way to emerge just in time for the summer sandal scene. My feet feel brand new.

This was my first mani/pedi since the pandemic hit. I am so happy with the cleanliness, the precautions and the dividers they had at the salon. My mani/pedi was done by Lizz and she was such a perfectionist - my nails look PERFECT! I also got my eyebrows done by Danny - she was amazing and so meticulous to get the right shape and checked in with a mirror along the way - they turned out awesome!

Michelle the studio director at the Westwood is rude and needs the last word. She should be retrained at the very least. Avoid this location at all costs and this company for that matter.

I got a naked pedicure from Tiffany! She did such an amazing job and was super nice and friendly, as was the receptionist. My nails were in rough shape and she somehow revived them. Additionally, the salon is beautiful and clean. I will definitely be back!

Man manicure in 18 min. On the next day my hands look exactly the same as before a manicure was done.

I only went I. To make an appointment for me and my mom. The receptionist was really friendly. The prices are slightly higher than average but they are marketing themselves as a luxury salon. They seem to have a great color selection including vegan and very clean salon. I will update after my appointment next week.

I brought my mom, who has Alzheimers, for a manicure and a facial waxing today. She absolutely loved the manicure and her pretty pink polish! The staff was wonderful with her. Carly did her waxing, and she was top notch. She was kind, gentle, and patient with my mom. I just cant say evough about her! The receptionist was delightful too. She was so welcoming, regardless of the fact that Mom didnt have an an appointment. She was very professional. I would absolutely recommend this salon, and will definitely go back. The recharge performance pedicure is 💯💯💯

I have been coming to MiniLuxe in Westwood since they opened in 2015. I love that when you walk in you aren’t overloaded with toxic smells. I get gel manicures every 2 weeks and often get the vegan gel option. Always lasts 2+ weeks! My favorite technicians are Sara and Ashley, but everyone is great and friendly. It’s pricier but I also like that the company pays their techs an hourly wage plus health benefits. I’m a very happy customer here.MiniLuxe, if you’re listening, keep up the good work but please bring back the customer loyalty program for rebooking!

I usually go to Chestnut Hill but will never go to any locations ever again. We were only ten minutes late and they said they couldn’t do the pedicure. It’s a nail salon, not a hospital! My six year old was in tears and the receptionist did not care. Instead of feeling beautiful, we felt humiliated. Will never return ever again to any location.

Nice service but honestly just too expensive compared to other salons in the area and for the quality you receive. Went in for two manicures, one was gel and it cost about $100 without giving a very generous tip. After leaving I noticed they had missed a spot on one of my nails and decided to schedule a touch up appointment but in the end thought it was too much of a hassle to go back 3 days later.

If you want to get your eyebrows waxed there, ask for Molly. Shes an artist and does eyebrows absolutely perfectly!! Shes truly the best of the best!

I went yesterday for my first manicure. They guarantee the polish for three days. I got home and hours later, 3 of my nails are chipped. I called this morning they asked me to come back in. The technician redid all of the nails because they weren’t done well there was no paint on the tips of the nails . After she redid them they looked great. I dried for 20 minutes. It’s been three hours since I got them done I looked down and there’s already chip in one of them. Unfortunately, I won’t go back.

Clean. Professional staff. Lots of nail polish to choose from.Worth the price, but wish they brought back the previous rewards plan.

I love miniluxe, booking an appt is easy, it never smells like chemicals, the place is so zen and beautiful. I love the staff, very friendly and kind. Its definitely my go to place.

Miniluxe was a bit of a let down which is a shame because the place is so cute! I had a great experience, the staff was super helpful and genuinely nice. I got a mani pedi, with their special nail polish that is supposedly a regular polish that wears like a gel. The polish literally chipped the next day. They have a 7 day no chip policy so I was able to come back to have my manicure fixed for free which is nice. They also let me pay extra to get my polish swapped for a gel (again kudos to their awesome customer service). My gel manicure was done a bit hastily and rushed (which is understandable as it was basically free) but was still a little frustrating to pay for a so-so job. Again, the service is amazing but truly it is SO expensive for what you get. You are much better off going to your old school nail salon and paying less for a top notch manicure. I would not return for services.

The team is very professional and kind. I have been there about 3xs and my experience overall has be unsatisfactory at best. Most recently I went in for a gel manicure and sig pedicure, before my anticipated delivery. It has been 3 days and my gel manicure is already chipped. I had a similar experience with the performance polish manicure as well. I love the idea of supporting local business and a supporting a model that provides for a more lucrative career for its technicians. I do not love feeling like I amthrowing money down the drain. I have received gel manicures at and around Boston, as well as Providence- for significantly less money-, and miniluxe Westwood is the ONLY place that I have had the 2-3 day later chipping issue. I am thoroughly disappointed 😔
