Yesterday was my fist time at Polish Bar and I loved it. The set up is very elegant. The staff was professional and welcoming. I got right in the chair at the time of my appointment. Its so bomb they even offered me a glass of wine well performing my service. After a long day at work this is the place to go for relaxation. There prices are very reasonable this is a place you must check out for yourself there positive energy is so wonderfulP.S. They did sure a great job on my toenails it boost my confidence up to wear sandals lol I dont like my feet so i never show them. Im more of a tennis shoe person. But I will be wear sandals as long as POLISH BAR IS OPEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!Thanks so much for the great experience you have a loyal customer now !!!!!

I was ignored and wasted my time booking a appointment. Professionalism is a must in any business. Will never refer or book any other appointment again. I try so hard to support but this is ridiculous. Style seat must do better as well as making sure there is true confirmation. Terrible. No customer service. Disappointed.

I came up here TWICE on their REGULAR business hours. The first time nobody was even there. Today I just sat in the parking lot for a little over fourtY minutes just for the doors to be locked and for her to b walking around the building.... I understand people have things going on in their life, and especially back at home, but under no circumstance should u walk outside to lock up and you SEE THAT I’m not only a customer but THE ONLY PERSON IN THE PARKING LOT and not approach me with atleast a “I’m sorry ma’am we’re closed” I mean that was disrespectful, ignorant, and extremely young minded. That’s not how anybody should handle customer service. PERIOD

Gel polish came off of my thumb the same day. When I went to get it repolished the next day, she seemed to have an attitude. She rudely asked if I did anything thing extreme like wash dishes w/in 24 hours lol...which I didnt. Never heard such a rule...been getting my nails done for over 10 years. End of the story, 4 nails had no polish w/in 3 days 😒
