They did a great job of getting me in and out quickly and even gave me a 10% discount on services. However, something went wrong during my services and there is now a huge scratch on my car. Idk if it was from them changing the wiper blades or them adding oil, but I’m stuck with a blemish after the experience.

This location is the BEST!! The staff is friendly and made the 15 minute wait totally worth it to get in. I specifically want to mention Dorian as well as Garrett. They answered any question that I had and taughtk me how to better take care of my car (since I don’t drive it in the winter)! They were smiling, laughing, and making it an overall great experience! Best oil change in town. Fast and friendly staff. Best part is getting to stay inside my vehicle during servicing. Valvoline coupons on oil changes and other service is handy. I usually pull in for my oil change, and use the free time to search my email for the coupons.

First of all this place is an equal opportunity employer. I saw women at the forefront, poc etc. I love to go somewhere and see diversity! Secondly everyone I interacted with was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They moved quick and took the time to look up how to reset my oil change light when the common ways failed. All this great service in the heat! Im definitely a satisfied customer and will come to this location specifically in the future.

When I asked why I had to wait when there were 2 open bays and staff standing around I was waved right on out. Wow - very disappointing. Luckily I was able to get out to the Medina location (my usual) and received stellar service.

Pretty quick and efficient, very short wait of 5 or so minutes to enter, another 5 to 10 for oil change. Workers seem to know their stuff fairly well, although this last time the guy didnt really explain advantages or disadvantages of synthetic oil.

I am truly impressed with the service that these guys provide. I have been going to them routinely for 2+ years for oil changes on my vehicle and have always been treated well and super great service. Able to get oil change and tire rotation done within my lunch hour. Today, there was an issue and they were VERY accommodating in helping to resolve and get the car returned to me in a timely manner. I always go out of my way to go to this valvoline location - everyone there is so helpful, professional, and not pushy when it comes to sales which I appreciate since I never know what to do without my dads advice! Never saw an issue with mask issue either, anytime a worker wanted to show me something in my car they always politely asked if it was okay to be in close proximity which was super cool of them. I always bring my 2004 Honda Odyssey here for a full synthetic oil change.Of of the thing I really like and appreciate about this service is they check all of the fluids, tire pressure, air filters, and basically give the car a nice quick overall checkup of the car. They filled my windshield washer fluid at no additional cost and filled up the tires that were a little low.I personally enjoy the service and employees who provide the service when I come to Valvoline. So I highly recommend them to people when they ask for oil change recommendations.

Very friendly service and was in and out promptly. Waited maybe 15 minutes for the service and the service took less than 15 minutes. The staff made sure I understood everything.

May pay a little more but you dont even have to get out of your car and service is usually around 20 minutes if there is no line which you cant beat.

Got an oil change, Air filter, cabin filter and Wiper blades on the car I just picked up on craigslist to drive instead of my Newer car. They topped off all my fluids did a safety check of all my lights and tire pressure all for under $200 Best of all I can return here anytime between oil changes to get the same inspection, all fluids topped off and Air in tires FREE!!

So after an oil change at another location I had oil below my car and wasn’t confident to drive an hour back to Valvoline. De from the Golden Valley shop drove to my work to check it out. Everything was fine but he was wonderful to go out of his way. I really appreciate service like that. Make sure you go to this one for service. He is too notch

I have been going here for a long time. Nothing to complain. They are very reliable. Always friendly staff. They are helpful with your needs. And never ever pushy. They never try to pressure you to do extra work. They would give you the facts, and recommendations. I love that. Most of all they are very fast.

7 team members for 2 bays, yet there seemed to be a lot of standing around talking. Perhaps because my company will not let them up sell us, I wasnt worth their time. Had to remind them to air up my tires, (each one was 2# low) before I would pull out of the bay.

7th car in line with an oil change and air filter replaced and out in under 45 minutes with excellent knowledgeable service.

Went in told him I had a coupon deal and he acted like I couldn’t use it at first very weirdly. Then 3 inexperienced looking guys with sideshow Bob haircuts did some things. They never even reset my oil light so I had to. Not recommended.

No flunkies there. Thorough, fast, explained everything as they go, I used an online coupon & saved $25, never got out of the car, it was under 15 minutes, GREAT!

I go to this specific location with my personal and different work vehicles, never had an issue. Had a lady gal who was very helpful initially and the crew did an exceptionally quick job today with no issues. Solid work will continue coming back.

Waited 15 min no acknowledgement. Finally saw the other bay completely empty and employees just standing around. Not sure if they just wanted me to figure out where to go or didnt care. I realized they werent going to acknowledge me or that Id been waiting. Decided to go to the valvoline further west on Hwy 55. Made a note to myself to never try this oil change place again. It never seems to work out here.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Service here has deteriorated over the last few years. The new management also does not care about customer service and it is shown through careless mistakes of trying to rush through a job. Any mistakes made will be met with anger and distain when trying to solve the issue, with refusal to do anything to remedy the situation. Antonio the manager yelled at me for his employees ruining MY car... hundreds of dollars lost and no one cares, customer support will only forward calls to the site specific location and do not attempt to help solve issues either. Definitely will not be back, and definitely do not recommend.

Had a great experience today at this Valvoline location. I live in NE MPLS and was in the area for work and had to get the car tuned up. Zach, the manager Sean-John and the not-so-new-new-guy The Sheriff were all awesome. Super helpful, really friendly, good conversation, overall really happy! Keep up the good work, guys.

This used to be a great place, not so much anymore. Don’t believe you will have your oil changed in 15 minutes, it took them two hours. What made it frustrating, is that one guy was on his phone, smoking in full view of the customers. The other 4 moved like they were in no hurry to finish the job. Joking around as they pointed at cars in the bay. I was afraid to drive off, feeling that they probably made a mistake somewhere. In total 8 employees, who have no clue. Now I have to go back and check if my tires are flat and the oil is not leaking out. What a joke! I wonder if I test my oil at a lab I will find it to be sub par, even though I payed for full synthetic.

Im never disappointed with the service at this location. However, after learning the price has increased $6 since November, Ill probably stick to getting all my services done by my mechanic. I just cannot justify the cost even with quick, no appointment necessary service. I do recommend this location over any other Valvoline Ive been to in the Twin Cities.

I went in for just an oil change, I waiting for 20 minutes then they went through their tests and found that my battery was giving off a low voltage and so I agreed to change it out when they offered. after sitting in their bay for another 20 or so minutes I was told to move forward to let another car into the shop. While sitting there for another 30 minutes, they changed out my battery, car wouldnt turn over. they tried another battery thinking the previous one was a dud, again my car would turn over. they then told me I had to fix the terminals before they could switch out my battery, so they put the old one in (it worked still) and I was about to leave when they stopped me and told me that they could change the terminals. after yet another 15 minutes or so I was finally going home.In the end, I was unsatisfied with their service but I did feel inconvenienced. After originally only going for a 20 minutes oil change, turned into a 1.5 hour ordeal and being charged and taxed twice for work being done. I hope this doesnt happen to someone else as I wont be back at a Valvoline for awhile.

I love how quickly the staff at this Valvoline works as well as how easy going all of the service members are. I never feel pressured to purchase more than I came for and when I needed extra service done they helped me with the price! Definitely the best oil change experience Ive had, which is why I keep coming back!
