Nancy did my nails. I explained to her what I wanted and she did it just right! I love my nails. Very clean. Everyone is super friendly. I definitely will go in next time to see Nancy!!

I have been happy getting services done at Envy for a few months now only seeing Nancy or Tom. They both were unfortunately unavailable when I wanted to come in, so I was put with Lena instead. She was nice and my toes and nails looked fine, however while she was filing my nails she also filed my SKIN with the nail filer on 4 of my fingers to where they were all cut, bleeding, and afterwards throbbing so badly I could barely move my fingers! No paper cuts, legit cuts on my fingers with the nail filer. Im not sure if she needed glasses or was just trying to rush through my nails but making your client bleed on 4 fingers is unacceptable. Its been 3 days since this happened and my fingers are still throbbing in pain after getting my nails done here. It was truly the worst and most painful nail salon experience Ive ever had.

This salon is always so very clean professional there is never a long wait and since COVID u can make appointments and actually get seen on your appointment time. They offer so many great services I totally enjoy the spa pedicure I have pretty much had them all.Tristin is great at what she do I get the best massage from her she gives me care advice for my nails and also advised me on how to treat my toenails that were thining and splitting etcShe does great designs.I highly recommend this salon

Everytime I visit the red bug location (no matter the tech) they make comments about my weight. Today it was Hannah. Also, Nancy is really bad at nail art and used canvas paint you buy at Hobby Lobby on my mom, michelle, for her design. When asked if she liked the design Nancy said “well it doesn’t matter it’s too late now anyway” and the flowers looked like starfish. Neither I or my mom said anything in the moment but we were overall unhappy with the service. With the body shaming and bad nail art I have no choice but to choose another salon.

Amy is the best nail tech I have come across. She is she both friendly and professional. And the salon itself is very clean.The prices are very reasonable. Convenient downtown location. They are very good with keeping track of time and appointments unlike some other nail salons. My nails came out beautifully. 😍

I dont know much new places around the area. I expect the wait when I am a wal in. The gentleman at the front stated it would be an hour wait. So I went to grab a bite to eat. I came back 3 minutes later than the actual hour and they took another client before me. Then they said it would be another hour wait. Then he said I should have put my number on the sheet. Nowhere does it say to put your number. Very disappointing. I went to another place up the street. Half our wait. but at least they offered me a glass of wine.

I love coming here! This was my second time here and I was so impressed. Everything is clean. All the techs are so professional, they take their time with your nails to make sure they are exactly how you want them. I will definitely be coming back

Nikki is fantastic. Found my new salon and nail tech. Highly recommend. She does a great job and is very efficient.

Nikki never lets me down. I literally walk in (with an appointment) and let her just go to town to do whatever. I’ve been going there for so long that half of the time I don’t even know what she has done till after the fact. If I want something specific or something to go with a theme I know my nails are going to look great. I always get compliments on my nails. If I ever don’t like something or I want it slightly altered it gets done with no complaints. And as much as I love Nikki as my nail tech all the staff that works there is great. They are super friendly will joke around with you and heaven forbid if Nikki is not there (happened one or two times) I trust the rest of the staff to do my nails.

This was my first time going to this salon and Tori was extremely good to me and very professional and a very gentle touch. I got a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish and her husband entertained me and a few others with funny stories, it was a good time had by all. I will definitely be back. My nails are beautiful Tori, thank you very much for making an old lady feel pretty again!

I am so glad I found Envy nails. My go to is Nikki for my SNS dip. My nails actually last with her. She takes her time and has such a great eye! Make an appointment because she books up fast! You won’t be disappointed!!

I’ve gone to Envy now about 5 times and have had a different nail tech each time. They ALL have been phenomenal. They take their time and the attention to detail is spot on. I wish I had been coming here sooner. I have been coming here for at least 4 years and this year they never have anyone available to work unless you have an appointment. I am upset because I asked them the last time I was there if I should make an appointment and they told me no I could still walk-in. Then today I walk-in and they tell me I have to make an appointment to come back. If you know you are consistently booked with appointments then why even offer walk-in as an option?? Either you take walk-ins or you dont. I dont care either way I just dont like my time being wasted because you cant manage your shop. Why not have 1 person on stand by for walk-ins???

So Im doing a recant to my review yesterday. I didnt have such a great experience and the owners called me to come and get my nails redone. My nail technician today was Tori she was excellent. I was very impressed that customer satisfaction is first and foremost for this salon. I think that is a good quality to have in a business. Tori made sure that I was happy with her services and I appreciate that very much. Because of their diligent timely response and then the excellent work that Tori did on my nails, I will definitely come back to get them done again. Thank you so much my beautiful nail job and responding when there was an issue.

The nail work is not the issue for the low rating…. It’s the customer service. Teddy was VERY rude when answering the phone and hung up on me. When I called back to make certain it wasn’t the phone line he was very smug!!!! If I would’ve received that treatment prior to I would’ve never gone in that establishment.

First time I went Teddy did my nails and it was great. Second time, I took my sister with me and we were both highly unsatisfied. I even took my 4 yr old niece and was charged extra just to add a little glitter coat instead of just using glitter polish. Wasnt Teddy this time. Spent a lot of money and my manicure looked sloppy and unfinished. Went back to get them fixed but still unsatisfied. I have a problem with confrontation and the business was getting busier so I just left it at that. Two days later, my sisters manicure had already fallen apart. Im just calling this a loss and a lesson learned. Wont be returning.

Absolutely terrible, I’ve tried this salon multiple times and seems as if every time it just keeps getting worse! Prices raise every time and over things that don’t add up. I would never come back again! Worse nail place and the staff member Tori (Victoria) is the worse of them all.

When I walked in I was greeted with “Hello how can we help you?”, before I was seen by the worker which seemed super nice. When I then fully stepped inside, I was told they were closed 2 hours before their actual closing time. The “Open” signs outside were all on & there are multiple other guests inside. I cant find any reason to be singled out & treated like that & therefore will not be returning & will make sure to tell everyone I know what happened.

The best nail salon in Casselberry hands down. The are extremely clean family oriented and follows CDC guidelines. I highly recommend you come here. They take their time and makes sure everything comes out to. Your liking.

I got SNS for the first time with Ted and enjoyed the entire experience. Unfortunately, a few of my nails chipped after a few days. I called up and Ted told me to stop by and they would take care of them for me. Victoria fixed me right up and made my whole day! Ill probably never go to another nail salon. Theyve made a client for life out of me!

Didn’t notice until I got home but the excess polish wasn’t removed from my toes and she completely missed the corners of my nails in the manicure. I paid for a deluxe and I got this instead. Wouldn’t go back.

I have been going to this salon her for over 4 years and I have always gone to Trysten, I’ve been seeing her prior to her moving to this salon, overall she’s been my nail tech for over 7 years and I have nothing but good experiences with her. She is great with designs. She takes her time on my nails and I’m extremely confident in her style and taste that I have had her complete freestyle nails on me and they are always nice! Definitely thinks outside the box. Come here and ask for Trysten you will not be disappointed.

This place is always in the defensive mode lol, read for yourselves, they claim to not tolerate customers mistreating their staff but their staff is the rude ones. A nail salon should be a stress free zone and the two times I went here I got stressed! Never again! I’m very picky about my nails and have gone through several nail techs and salons. However when I read the previous reviews, I decided to give this place a chance and I ABSOLUTELY love it. Nikki gets it right EVERY SINGLE TIME. My SNS is never too bulky and my pedi polish doesn’t have any open spaces (which is a pet peeve of mine)... 10/10 would recommend!!

This place is amazing!!!! I showed Nikki pictures of what I wanted and she exactly what I wanted. I wasnt sure what type of shape of nail and Nikki help me pick what would work best for me. Clean store, mask, the whole works! I will be coming back and tell my friends and family for sure.

Their phone was busy for 4 hours and when I finally got through, they were rude. They never have time for walk ins and then don’t answer the phone for 1/2 the day, so how do u expect people to make appointments? I honestly tried to call them 20x within a 2 hour time frame and it was busy every time, at the very least they could apologize and try to schedule a time for me. But she was incredibly rude.

Got my nails done about two days ago, i got acrylics with gel on top! i absolutely love coming here it’s been my go to place for almost a year now... unfortunately with this time i was so sad about how my nails came out... the gel polish wasn’t working right so my nail tech kept going over it and over it with more and more layers of gel... i thought they looked fine but once i left i saw that my gel was super thick and i’m not satisfied with them at all :(

They are all amazing at their craft and take their time to make sure you are satisfied with your experience. I’ve asked for Q many times, he is my favorite! 🔥🔥🔥TOM is literally the best tech at the salon. His pedis and nails sets are practically perfect. Got my acrylic done with him and those things never want to fall off. Lol! Pedi experience is by far the best. He’s very detail oriented so he makes sure to set the perfect foundation for your color and his massages will make you feel like jelly.

My daughter and I came in today and had a great experience. My daughter wanted to spend some time with me and get pampered, I was nervous because of all the covid stuff going on but I was so surprised when I walked in. They had everyone properly spaced out, they were constantly cleaning and disinfecting. Even wiping down the front door multiple times while we were there. Everyone was wearing masks and gloves that they switched out multiple times. Our nails look amazing. I had Tom for my pedicure and he did such a fabulous job. It was very relaxing and exactly what I needed after these last few stressful months! Everyone was very friendly and We definitely can’t wait to come back!

I was out of town and needed a pedi with a friend. They accommodated us without appointment. Provided masks, which were required, but we were advised to bring our own next time. Not as much attention to cuticles or massaging legs as Im used to at my usual place. But my toes/feet looked much better than when i walked in.

They do such a great job with my nails. Every time I go I ask for Tom. He does an amazing job and never fails to impress me. Tom is great!

Once again the Customer service is poor and it’s unfortunate because their nail techs are amazing. Nancy, Hannah and Nicky are great ! But, I can’t say the same for the front desk people. Well the two men that work the front desk are horrible! But, what do I say anything to the manager, being that..that’s her husband and brother so is it really going to be correct it. I’ve been going to envy nails for the last four years and in the last 6 months those two men have been horrible. You can’t even have a conversation without them being on the defense shame on them. Well they told me to take my business elsewhere so I did a search. I will miss you Nancy thank you for always being sweet..

I decided to try out this nail salon after reading some great reviews and they have not disappointed! I’ve visited multiple times for my SNS and I leave satisfied every time. Nikki, my nail tech, does an awesome job every time. I’ve always been picky with my nails because I like them to look as natural as possible and Nikki does just that. She’s super attentive to detail and makes sure to take her time to ensure my nails look perfect! They always end up looking real clean, no bubbles, and just the right shape/length. Plus she’s super nice! She’s my go to when I want to get my nails done. The nail salon is also always clean, the employees are nice, and there’s typically monthly specials going on. I recommend!
