They did an excellent job and the timing was perfect as there were severe thunderstorms just 2 days later. If not for the gutter cleaning I would have likely had water in my basement, like I did during the recent hurricane.

I used CC Gutter cleaning shortly after I bought my house in 2020 just to get ahead in keeping the gutters clean. Called Jeff left a message and within 30 minutes Debbie called me back and we arranged a date and time. Debbie showed up to that appt. as scheduled, completed cleaning the gutters and was on her way. Went just like it should, professional and completed the work as expected.With this latest downpour we had in September 2021 I noticed one side of the house had a downspout clogged. Amazing service. I would give this 10 stars if I could. Our silo was likely never cleaned in 60 or so years. An amazing crew spent 7 hours!!!! and cleaned every bit of rust, dirt and who knows what off the silo. They would not rest until it was sparkling like new! Look at the picture taken during this tedious project. Gutter were cleaned and some small repairs done at no charge! The owner will not stop until everything is perfect. Windows are sparkling clean, including 2 very difficult to get to skylights. I highly recommend this company.

I spoke with Jeff over the phone. He was not able to fix our gutter issue till the following week and he said I had to do gutter cleaning as well. Since we didn’t have an appointment nor did I sign any contract, I continued to look for someone to repair the gutter. I ended up finding another person at 1/3 the price and he did the job the very next day. When Jeff called me later next week to do the job, I explained that I already had it fixed. I didn’t think it was a big deal because we didn’t have any set appointment. He then very rudely said,”well good luck with that” and immediately hung up on me.” I was surprised in this unprofessional behavior.......Since I am unable to respond to Jeff’s comment to me he made below, I am responding here...............After Jeff responded to my complaint, I can see he added my personal address for everyone to see. Jeff, I never said anything about $5. If there is someone who is being FAKE, it’s not me. You quoted me $189 to fix and clean. The other person who ended up fixing my gutter issue only charged $50. So this is more than 1/3 less than you as I had mention previously. My complaint was that you just hung up on me immediately when I said I had a different person fix the gutter. You called me yesterday at 9:45 am. Not sure why you’re getting all bent out of shape over this.

The guy Jeff on the phone is so rude! Will NOT be calling back. Unbelievable he is still in business. Wish I would have read the detailed reviews earlier. So obvious he posts positive reviews to cover the bad ones. And look how he berates customers who gives honest reviews....even posting personal information. Do not call this place!!!...you’ll regret it. Plenty of other places around that will clean gutters for a lot less!

Called to get my gutters and downspouts cleaned as I was having water running over the side of front gutter. I spoke with Debbie and she stayed in touch as weather was not good but on 5/14/2020 they came out to clean gutters and downspouts respecting social distancing and they were here on time and were down rather quickly. I questioned Debbie about not seeing water coming out of downspout and I was advised that is not how they clean downspouts and she was nice enough to explain the process. I asked if she could send me a receipt and still did not get one in the mail as promised but I am sure she will send it. I am looking forward to the first good rain to see how well the gutters and rain-spouts work since they have been serviced.

We had Jeff and his coworker (missed his name) come out today to clean our gutters. Unfortunately, he took the check (requested it before work was done - warning flag) and got up on the roof and told us our gutters were not dirty that it was our gutter guards causing the rain not to go in the gutters. Then left before telling us he was done. We went to inspect his work yet there is a ton of debris in the gutters. We tried to call him back but he did not answer. We had to put a stop payment on the check.In a preemptive response, this is not a fake review. Jeff left us promotional goods today and did not do the job for which we paid him. I added photos of the promo products and the gutters after he left.

I’ve had problems with my gutters for years and have had many people out to fix with little success. Jeff arrived on time, reattached the front gutter and showed me all of the debris that was clogging my gutters. He’s so friendly and was a joy to meet. I definitely recommend.

The service performed simply didn’t justify the cost. $175.00 for maybe 10 minutes of leaf blowing my roof. Gutter guards were not removed but downspouts were inspected. Left all the debris for us to clean up afterwards. When questioned the response was defensive.

If I could rate my experience with no star I would. I as a first time homeowner, I was not aware that for gutter cleaning services, free consultants are not standard. Fine, no problem. I proceeded to ask for a consultant and I was met with a laugh, a continued laugh.The gentleman who answered the phone was entirely unprofessional, I could barely get out what I was trying to say as he continued to berate and chastise me in-between breaths asking me to help him understand what I meant by a consult.I proceeded to hangup as I was appalled by his increasing tone and aggregation towards me over the phone. A few short minutes pass, and the number calls me back. He calls me back, not to apologize for the misunderstanding, or to allow me to actually explain my intent in calling, he calls me back to continue to berate me and tell me what is not going to do.The journey of being a first time home buyer...
